Wag Town Dog Grooming

We had an excellent experience at Wag Town. Rosie’s cut was done as we requested only better. She was happy and we can tell she had a great session! We will return to Wag Town. Here she is resting after her day at the spa!

Best doodle grooming around. Very attentive to provide the desired outcome. They do a great job in a short amount of time. AND…more affordable than other places in our experience.

Our pup needs his hair cut more often than I do! Thanks to their very reasonable pricing and Good Dog and frequency discounts, I am able to get him in as often as he needs to go. Before we found Wag Town we would try to stretch out cuts because other places were super expensive or didnt do a good job. Wag Towns owners and employees are very friendly, caring and do amazing work. The location is very convenient as well.

Elizabeth is outstanding! She sees that I have mobility issues so she came to the car to pick up the dogs. She said she would hope someone would do that for her grandparents. How awesome is that!! We pray blessings on her! And the dogs look great (two poms). Thank you Elizabeth!!

This is the best place to have your dogs groomed. They give our dogs a trim exactly as we ask! They treat our dogs as if they are theirs. And, their prices are reasonable! We have been using them for 9 or 10 years now and we wont go anyplace else.

They did it again, my baby looks amazing..I love how they do money grooming, never have any issues and my pup was so good with them..yup we are very pleased and here to stay for good

I have been bringing my husky here for over a year now. He gets groomed approximately every 6 weeks or so.The last time I brought him in , I was waiting for a few minutes for the groomer to finish up. I was behind a wall and couldnt see them. I heard my husky crying as if he was hurt. I said something but was assured he was fine. Once again he cried out in pain again. I said something again and they immediately brought him over to me saying he was finished but didnt address himCrying out. I paid and left. I didnt notice until the next day that the underneath of his tail was completely raw!!! They had brushed his tail so hard that it was raw !! I took him to the vet and they immediately put him on antibiotics, My vet couldnt believe how horrible it was! Thank god after a round of oral antibiotics and bandaging it for a couple weeks it has healed but his hair isnt growing back. I will NEVER bring my dog there again.How does a groomer not know they are brushing down to their skin????

Wag Town Mobile Grooming is fantastic. Megan is a great groomer and animal lover. Its so convenient to have the groomer visit your house especially when you have more than one pet to groom. I wouldnt go to anyone but Megan!

We have had nothing but an exceptional experience at Wagtown. Our dogs go in every 4 weeks for a full groom. One of our dogs has high anxiety and reactivity, and Megan has been extraordinary with him. We are so happy to have found them and know our dogs are always in excellent hands!

Ive been bringing our puppy Cavapoo Sammy to Wagtown for a couple of years now, and Sammy loves being bathed and groomed by Julianna!Julianna gives him the attention that he needs and provides special care with his ears. She also takes the time to unmat his tail without cutting it short, and keeps it fluffy.Julianna genuinelycares about the dogs that she grooms and she is an amazing groomer!!

Great service, affordable, and quick!

I took my two dogs in yesterday at 10am. I was told that they would be ready by 2:30 or 3pm the latest. It turns out they were not done until 5pm. I have used them in the past without complaint but this was not acceptable. One of my dogs is old and was really affected by this. It turns out whomever booked my appointment last time decided that it was a good idea to have the same person groom both of my dogs back to back instead of using 2 groomers at the same time which is how it was always done in the past. I dont think I will be bringing my dogs to Wagtown any more.

Jules groomed my poodle last week who was super anxious. She did an amazing job and my pup was so happy when he left. I couldn’t recommend Wagtown and Jules more!!!

I took my dog in for a bath and nail trimming. They did great with his bath, but not all of his nails were trimmed. And they also trimmed the hair on his face which was not discussed. He’s a German shepherd and doesn’t require a hair cut.

My dogs have been groomed by the owner for years. I followed her everywhere she went before she had her own shop. Now that she is in her own place all we have to do is make an appointment and show up its a lovely place great atmosphere and all the people are friendly and wonderful your dog is leave happy well-groomed.

Great place to bring your dogs to get groomed. The owners are friendly and passionate about their work. They did an awesome job with our two golden retrievers!You can stay and watch your pup get groomed too since its an open floor concept with 2 comfortable leather couches.Would highly recommend to all my friends and family!

Ive been bringing my doodles here since 2017. Theyre the best and I wouldnt trust anyone else to groom them. Its 30 minutes each way, but the price, quality of service , and care is worth the travel time. The products they use are also SO much better than anywhere else I tried (5+ places before finding them!)

The owner takes great care of our grumpy golden-chow (Gage) and accommodates his special needs. She even noticed he had an infection that we didnt! Thanks to her Gage is not only pretty but healthy too.

Great service & price, the staff are friendly and do an excellent job on our papillon. Convenient hours too!

Ive been bringing my dog here for 2 years and loved how they groomed her! Unfortunately, the past two times I brought her, they messed up the schedule and wouldnt take her even though it was their fault. I could see the first time being a mistake. But the second time, they said they were sorry but didnt have the opening that they told me. I even talked with the guy who gave me that appointment and he acted like it was no big deal. Really unprofessional and scattered with their schedule and groomers. Im taking my dog to Pet Supplies Plus across the street. On to better things!

Super friendly! I never have to worry about my dogs and they always come back to me looking (and smelling) amazing! They have a much better time running around than being crammed in cages. So glad we found Wag Town!

We love it here. We travel from Clifton Park for our dogs to get glammed up here! They always come back smelling amazing and so soft! Super friendly service. The bandanas are a added touch we love as well.

Wagtown Grooming is absolutely AMAZING! My dog had a botched hair cut from PetCo so I brought her here to see if they could fix it and not only did they charge me significantly less than the $45 for a full groom like I was expecting to pay, but the hair cut is by far the best my dog has ever had! The staff was so friendly and nice, you can tell that they truly love animals and were amazing with my scaredy-cat of a dog! I will definitely be making this my new groomer, highly recommend checking them out!!

We have 3 Pomeranians (adorable, I might add!) , and have been taking them all to Wag Town for 3 months now. Each time, all 3 dogs leave the groomers even more adorable...we didnt know it was even possible for them to get cuter! With Wag Towns convenient location and excellent staff, we trust them with our little, furry family members! We love picking up our lovely smelling, happy and healthy doggies

I have been taking my pup to Wagtown for almost a year now. All my friends raved about how wonderful the Megans team was at Wagtown and I resisted. Finally, a friend of mine made an appointment for me as a trial to see if I would like it. I agreed to try it once since she was adamant about going there. I have to admit, she was 500% correct. I am able to watch the entire process during the appointment time for my pup. The appointment times are convenient and you get reminders via text messages. Megan and her team are open and friendly. She takes great care with each dog, making sure they are well taken care of and handled gently. She takes the time to listen to the pet parent/handler to understand what they desire/need and any concerns or issues that the pet parent/handler has. My pup loves Megan and although is not a big fan of car rides .... he loves to see her. The brand of shampoos and conditioners are gentle on my pups skin (my pup has dry skin). If problems or concerns are noticed that I have not mentioned in advance (e.g. Hot spots) or if a tick is found, she and her team bring any issues to my attention. Never has my pup received any razor burns, cuts, or other trauma from being groomed which was a random service provided at other locations that I have tried (chain pet stores and private groomers). I am staying with Megan and her team! They are the best by far!!!!!!!!

Horrible Place. Horrible Owner. They RIP YOU OFF and they poked my dogs eyeball and take no responsibility. I had to bring my dog to emergency hospital and paid everything on my own after being overcharged by this horrible grooming place. I swear they overcharge you for horrible service. Its unfortunate but an accident can happen but they just try to get out of the responsibility. This place doesnt deserve this high rate. and people having that kind of attitude like the owner here shouldnt treat your dogs. You never know what happens to your dog.

My big loud dog does really well at wagtown and they always do a really good job with her. The first time we went I brought her in because she had her nails cut someplace else and was left with really rough edges and a sensitive paw, she left wagtown happy, and with nice short, clean cut nails!

Will not be bringing my dog there any longer. Found out the owner does not require animals to have basic vaccinations including rabies!! We all know some dogs can get aggressive/scared when being groomed. What happens if a bite occurs to another dog or even groomer?! Will not be taking the risk. Not sure who would.

I brought my miniature poodle to be groomedBy the ownerWhich usually took one and a half hoursAfter two and a half hours I started getting concerned WhyShe wasnt finished yet. I could see them working on her through my car window into their establishment when I went to pick my poodle she was sheared so terribly I cried all the way homeThen I called the owner And ask her whoAnd ask her who hadAnd ask her who had groom myAnd ask her who had groom my dog?She told me she had an apprentice helper with my dogMy dog was so terribly groomed I will have to waitAt least two months before she has enough hair grown back to have her room somewhere elseI

Our fur baby was attacked by another dog a few weeks prior to his grooming. He had stitches across his face & Wag Town groomed him very nicely. Well be back for sure.

My three Golden Girls Lila, Jazzy and Penny love WagTown Dog Grooming. They are professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. My girls have never looked more beautiful, amazing and smell wonderful! Plus, they are happy to go to their visit.I never have to worry...My girls are in good hands... WagTown loves what they do and truly care for animals...That is so very important to us! I have used Wagtown for years.I Followed them from my old groomer and have always had a great experience.I was happy to get a Sunday appointment and dropped off Remi as usual. The groomer asked if it could take longer than usual as he was short one groomer I said sure.3 and a half hours later I finally got my dog[after calling] I was quoted a price much higher than usual and He reduced it only after I complained. Remis cut was not the usual his face is shaggy and ears long.I never asked before, just told them my usual...Dont know if they did his nails or not..they always did before. Hoping it was a fluke,but worried something else is going on. Anyone with insight? Has the ownership changed? Too many groomers?

We own a 12 year old Yorshire Terrier and we have not found a place we like as much as this one since she was 2! The staff is very friendly, and they do an amazing job. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Called ahead for an appointment for just a nail trim for my dog. Was told I didnt need an appointment and just to come in. I did that and they cut my dogs nails right away. The nails look really good and the price was even better! Highly recommended.

Jasper, our Bouvier had six months of accumulated coat. Wyatt took Jasper on and did a great job. Wyatt was also very nice to both Jasper and me and we both appreciate it. Thank you for doing such a great job Wyatt! We look forward to next time.

Unfortunately, I can not comment on the actual grooming services. This was my first encounter. However, I was told my appointment was on the 8th of April at 3pm. I showed up at said appointment time only to find out I was scheduled for the 5th of April at 3pm. I never received a call or text because they imputed my number incorrectly. They made it seem like I had given them the incorrect number and I had gotten the appointment wrong. Even though coincidentally my number was wrong in their system but I some how I got the appointment day wrong. Lastly, when I made the appointment, I had the phone on speaker and my fiancé also heard the 8th of April at 3pm. I hope in the future they handle the situation better with the next new customer, Instead of blaming the customer. Which seems to have had happen to another individual upon reading the other reviews.

Wyatt and the rest of the crew at Wagtown are outstanding!!! They always do an amazing job and treat our Alaskan Malamute like their own! Highly recommend this place!

They are very professional and take pride in every step of their career. They love are pets as much as we do. We have been following Megan for years for that reason. Glad she has her own place so we dont have to chase her.

Excellent! I love that i can see everything they do! This last time we took our husky here the goomer stopped when our fur baby got fussy and calmed him down before continuing to dry him, treating our dog the way we would is what we love most about this place!

We have only been once so far but I can assure you we will be back. I feel bad because I didnt get any names of people that work there yet but they were all great! Cant wait for our next trip.

My cat is the worst when it comes to getting is claws trimmed. He hisses, fights, and bits. But everytime I go there they put up with him and in less then 5mins he done.i am so grateful to them for taking care of my kitty.

I mostly come to get my dogs nails done, because I enjoy doing the other grooming. They are easy to work with, they do a nice job with both of my dogs at a great price. Laid back and very professional at the same time. No apt needed for just a nail trim and grind. There are several near by places I could go, but I come back here every time.
