We recently had the pleasure of adopting two adorable kittens from SiberianTaj. From the very first inquiry to the day we picked up our kittens, I was impressed with their excellent communication and helpfulness throughout the entire process. They were always available to answer any questions we had and provided us with all the necessary information about the kittens we were interested in. When we picked up our kittens, we were blown away by how sweet and friendly they were. It was clear that they had been raised with love and care. Its been a few weeks since we brought them home, and they have already become a beloved part of our family. I cant recommend SiberianTaj enough. Thank you, SiberianTaj, for raising such wonderful kittens and for making the process such a pleasure!

How sad. You replied back to my husbands review but never replied back to multiple unanswered calls and text. We asked for your help since we brought our kitten, from our kitten not eating, to not being able to use the litter box. we did not kill her. I will not allow you to excuse us of something that serious. That little girl was family. My kitten died from her liver failing which affected her brain which is why my kitten was never able to gain weight nor grow. My little girl died after multiple seizures in one night. I will not allow you to accuse my family of killing the sick kitten you gave us. She did not die from depression she had a sickness. Do not lie on my name. The contract you sent me is a pdf that does not open. You sent me it once. A dirty liter box??? Wow you are full of lies, I have the automatic liter box. Do not lie just to make my husband look like we didn’t take care of Mia. We didn’t bring her back because as soon as I mentioned fip you didn’t want her back because it will get your other kitten sick (your words, I have text to prove it). BREACH A CONTRACT! I NEVER GOT THE CONTRACT YOU SENT ME A PDF THAT DOESNT EVEN OPEN also my husband texted you multiple times for the contact and you did not answer which is why he left you a review. again I have all our messages saved. This all would have been avoided if you would have answered my husband to try and work something out instead you made up excuses and decided to ignore us.Please beware that our contract was broken. Our kitten had FIP and passed from liver and brain failure. Multiple text to call and meet to discuss circumstances and we were ignored. Please take this review seriously. I wouldn’t want anyone to lose a kitten that is family.Owner still has yet to contact me but will only answer our reviews. I have multiple text unanswered because owner knows he’s in the wrong.

Beyond unprofessional, sold me a kitten and she ended up having FIP and passed away after 6 months. Then I tried reaching out to Taj and he completely ignored me. Texted and called him multiple times with still no answer. Never even sent me the full contract. Text him for weeks with no reply, the last text he sent was “I will contact the vet then get back to you” never got back to us . Now I make a review and he replies in minutes.

SiberianTaj provided us with a perfect kitten. Shes well-socialized and healthy.

I loved working with Nazia and her family! They welcomed me into their home and offered plenty of guidance as I struggled to choose one adorable kitten out of a litter of them. I ended up with Sophie (pic attached at 10 months old) and couldnt be happier. This little girl has brought so much joy into my life.I highly recommend SiberianTaj.
