Cari and her team are amazing. I was super nervous about boarding my cat, Butter, for the first time while I was away for the holidays, but Cari made sure everything went smoothly and kept me updated about how my kitty was doing. I loved the photos she sent every evening and was so glad to see that Butter made a few friends during her stay. Cari even upgraded Butter to a bigger room at no extra charge to make sure she was comfortable and had a private place to retreat to if she got overwhelmed. She truly cares about each and every cat that stays with her and loves them as if they were her own. When I need boarding services for Butter in the future, Rock The Cat Spa will be the first place I call.

They have taken care of my older cat over the last few months. He has never been bordered before. He has done great there. They really care for the animals.

Our cats loved this place! They love cats here and treat them very well. Our cats were there for 8 days and came home happy and healthy.

Absolutely wonderful place, and beautiful too! They really treat your fur babies like kings and queens. They dont just throw them in a cage for their stay. Everyone was wonderful and sent us updates and pictures every single night. Our kitties did wonderfully! Of course we were worried it being our first time sheltering them. They of course were glad to see us when we got home though and we were glad to see them. When and if we shelter them again, this will be the first place well call. Five stars all the way!!

Amazing place with amazing, very honest people who have a genuine love for cats (and their owners).Case in point: I boarded my very anxious cat here once, and Rock the Cat Spa staff tried their best to keep him as comfortable as possible, giving him personal alone playtime in the big room, etc. Yet even so, the staff informed me very honestly that my kitty still did not enjoy his time while there. (Which I kind of feared might happen) But I really appreciated their honesty and efforts to help him, as well as their transparency.Flash forward to recently, when I tried to book my kitty for another boarding stay there (I really had no choice but to board him) because I approve of the staff and facilities. However, Rock the Cat Spa kindly and honestly turned my cat down from boarding because they had kept a note of how stressed he was in their environment last time and didnt think it would be good for his health there. The point is--I am genuinely very thankful for this and know that the staff do the best they can for your cat. They are NOT after your money and genuinely care about your cat.Sweet people all around, even if my very anxious cat did not necessarily enjoy his time while boarded there (sometimes, boarding is the only option you have, and sometimes, your cat does not enjoy a place for various reasons). I hope I can find better luck with my kitty in another environment or temporary care situation.Thank you to the staff!

The staff took wonderful care of our kitties while we were on a long vacation. Everyone was super nice, and I loved getting daily reports on how they were doing. Ill definitely bring the kitties here again if I need boarding.

Weve taken our cat here twice now, with our most recent time there being for about 10 days. Not only does our cat LOVE this place, but the staff are so kind and friendly and accommodating. Our cat is FIV+ and they make sure that all our concerns are addressed and taken care of. Prices are very affordable and Im always happy to support local business. Its so much better for our little buddy than a kennel.I also love the daily updates and photos the staff gives while were away as it helps with separation. Its always reassuring to know how our cat is doing while were away as it can be stressful leaving a pet for so long. Love this place! 5/5

We brought our 2 cats here for a 10 day stay while we were away visiting family for the Christmas holiday. Being new to the area, we didnt have any friends or family who are local who could watch our fur babies. We chose to have our cats stay at Rock the Cat Spa based on reviews and we made such a good choice! The daily updates and pictures helped us to know that they were adjusting well and very well cared for! Cant recommend them enough!

Ive left my cats at other kennels, with pet sitters, they have all paled in comparison with Rock The Cat Spa. My boys were so well taken care of with very detailed daily updates. My midnight boy wants to go back. Their coats were immaculate when I picked them up and they were much less stressed than with other places Ive tried. The owner is truly dedicated to making your babies safe and comfortable. Ill never use anyone else. Im 1.5 hours away, but its worth it. Trustworthy owner who takes great pride in what shes doing. This is the only place for cat crazy people.

My four cats had a wonderful daycare experience with Rock the Cat Spa! Cari is so dedicated to keeping cats healthy, safe, and happy when they are in her care. I had some work being done at home and needed to keep my cats safely off-site. Cari answered the phone right away and booked a private suite for them. I am so impressed with how clean, quiet, and spacious her facilities are. Transparency and honesty is crucial with a pet sitter, especially using their services for the first time. Cari and her assistant went above and beyond. Two of my cats gets car sick easily and were a mess by the time we arrived. Cari immediately took them to the back and cleaned them up, and sanitized the carriers. One of my cats is deaf and an escape artist, so knowing that they are secure in their suite and always supervised gives me peace of mind. My cats were in a totally private room with a TV, giant bed, and cat tree to hang out on. At pickup time, they were ready to go in their carriers before I arrived!My cats received an adorable report card about their behavior and activities. They also had nail trims done at daycare, which saves us the stress at home. In the future if I ever need a cat groomer or sitter, I know I can always come here. Thank you so much for taking amazing care of my ‘kids’!

This was the most fabulous boarding experience for my senior pedigree Himalayan cat that I could have hoped for!! He was very well taken care of during his stay. My sons and I looked so forward to the nightly updates about kittys day, which was followed by a sweet caption of him! WOW! completely impressive! i never knew that any places like this exist and I am so happy it does!! If you are looking for a place that is clean, well decorated and all about cats, then this is the place! your cat will be taken care of as if they were a celebrity and who doesnt want that kind of treatment for their favorite feline??? This place is amazing. Completely blew my mind and very professional and responsive! My new go to when I travel. Thank you for all you do!

Rock the Cat Spa is now my one stop shop for cat grooming, daycare, overnight boarding, and shopping for all things cat! The boutique shop has a plethora of unique cat theme items. The owner, Cari, seems to always be onsite and hands on. You can tell she genuinely cares about cats and their human parents. My cat is a nervous type, but not here. She really enjoyed her stay. I received daily pictures and status updates, too! Even got a report card of how her stay went. I’ll definitely be coming back now that I have found a trusted place.

If I could give this wonderful place more than 5 stars I would! Between the daily photos and updates, compassion for your pets, and more than fair pricing, there is nowhere else I will ever send my cats! The staff is so kind and cares for your animals as if they were their own! Im so grateful to have a local place to keep my fur kids safe while Im away. Will definitely be back in the future!

Cari and her team took AMAZING care of my boy Milo. To put it lightly, Milo can be very difficult and is extremely anxious and nervous.. with that being said, Milo has never come home from a boarding place soo relaxed, content, and happy. It is easy to see how caring and attentive Cari and her team are. They take the time to send updates every night with pictures, and make sure that your cat has time to roam around and explore, and is loved and played with every day. I recommend Rock The Cat Spa to anyone looking for the best quality care out there. Milo and I will definitely be coming back in the future!

My finicky boy, who can be so grumpy at times, was so relaxed and well taken care of. When it came time to take him home, he even tried to go back into the spa! Having him in good hands while I took an extended holiday gave me a peace of mind, and additionally the daily updates were a delight to read. I could tell that Banjo was being given individualized attention and lots of love. The price is also very reasonable especially considering that similarly prices cat boarding doesnt offer the same cat-exclusive attention. Id definitely use them again!

This place is absolutely amazing and the people who work here are so caring and kind. They took care of my cat Sedrick while we were moving into our house. They even extended his stay for us last minute when we had issues with the house. I received daily updates and photos, he made friends, and thoroughly enjoyed himself!! When I went to pick him up, he didnt even want to leave he had such a good time! I will absolutely be bringing Sedrick back here every time we go away on trips.

Awesome service and they sent daily updates while I was in the field. I was so scared to leave my baby but they surely took a load of my shoulders 😌. And apparently he made some kitty friends!

I cant recommend this place enough. Cari and her staff go above and beyond to provide the best care. They sent regular updates, let my cat roam around in an open space when possible, provided unlimited love, and even offered to give me a ride to/from the airport. The facility is immaculate and you truly can tell the passion they have. I wish I wasnt moving out of state as I wouldnt choose any other place if I was staying here.

They butchered my boy after forgetting about his appointment and rushing through/ also cut him. I’m sorry but 80$ for this is not ok

Most of these reviews are for the amazing boarding, but the service they provided for a feisty little girl was special.

Even with our older cranky cat who wanted nothing to do with anyone, they were wonderful and provided daily updates and pictures of both of our cats. Overall a great place to have your cats stay safely.

Ive been bringing my Maincoon, Sid, here for the last 3 years. They ate absolutely wonderful! Always tell me how good he is! Definite 5 stars!!!

They were so careful when giving Tigger a lion cut (the irony) and the glass doors let us watch. Also, my mother loved all the cat stuff for sale.

Wonderful service from very kind people. Ive checked my cat in here twice and even though hes a bit shy, he always gets the best care. Only issue Ive ever had - I was once overcharged, but after I pointed it out, the owner quickly refunded the mistake and was incredibly apologetic. I doubt this happens often at all. I am so impressed with the one of a kind cat salon we have here in CNY. Cari is very knowledgeable about cats and takes pride in making the cats she boards feel special and comfortable. Her cat condos are incredible and any family would be comfortable leaving their cat in her care. My cat was so happy to be there and came home without any signs of stress. I will be back!
