I went to this location on Saturday to get some accessories for my fish tank and purchase a couple of fish as well. The staff (that helped me) were unknowledgeable about fish. At one point one of the fish did not make it into the dish and one of the workers proceeded to keep trying to pick up the fish off the table for over 30 sec. I also will attach a picture of how I received them. After bringing my fish home and having them get acquainted in tank, 3 of the 4 fish I purchased died that night. I called the store to ask their policy and I was told to bring the dead fish with a separate water sample. When I was asked what of the water is tested I was told heat ect. I became very confused and the associate on the phone became annoyed. I decided not to return to the store. The next day I went to a different location and bought the same fish elsewhere and everything looks happy and healthy. Just be cautious.

Excellent grooming service. Hannah is our favorite. We dont buy products from them as they are extremely pricey but we wont take our Mini Aussie Blu anywhere else for his bath and grooming.

New vet clinic inside attracted us in. Website says first come, first served. Had to wait in car until called. Dont know how many people are in front of you or how long it will take. Waited about 40 minutes. Staff of clinic and store are very nice. We saved a lot of money over usual vet visits. Our dog was pretty excited to shop for Christmas gifts and discover other animals. We also set up his first grooming appointment that seems quite reasonably priced.

Best place my dog and I have ever been to. They have little parties for the pets my dog loves coming to the events. He gets to see other dogs and people,sometimes, he gets a little excited but,he still listen and tries to be a good boy.

This jewel of a pet store was such a find!! They have all the high end quality pet foods, treats and toys. They even have a Barkery! There is always someone on the floor to ask questions. Online ordering is easy - we pickup our orders sometimes- and its a no hassle experience. The prices are very fair and there is often a 30% coupon in your email. I dont go anywhere else now for our puppy and kitten needs.

My family will only allow Dr. Jen Jones to treat and care for our pets. Her unwavering commitment to ethical care, along with her incredible knowledge of animals of all kinds is unparalleled!! Shes a joy to work with. Her outgoing and vibrant personality makes every visit an absolute joy!! We will always entrust the health and safety of our pets to Jen!

Went in for a first-time nail trim. One of the groomers was very kind, however she cut our dog’s first nail too deeply, making her yelp and bleed. We were not informed that she had been hurt, and the second female groomer joined to help and gave up after two minutes because our dog was whining and scared (because they muzzled her and hurt the first nail, so she obviously wouldn’t want more of her nails trimmed.) While the second groomer was trimming the rest of her nails, we noticed her discreetly applying a powder to her bloodied nail, assuming we wouldn’t notice. Finally, she unstrapped our dog out of frustration and told us, “sorry, I can’t do it” and walked away. Although it was her first time at this location, she has never reacted this way to having her nails clipped. We left feeling embarrassed, until we noticed the blood on her paw. We will not be returning.Update since this review was written: This visit to Pet Supplies Plus RUINED our dog’s tolerance for nail trims. We used to be able to trim them as she licked a peanut butter pad with no issues. Ever since this visit, our pup refuses to let us even touch her paws. We’ve tried another grooming salon, the vet, filing drills, muzzles, daily training, NOTHING works. We’ve finally gotten her to scratch on a pad but I’ll forever be angry that she had such a bad experience getting her nails trimmed.

Took my dog Friday to get groomed. The girl who helped us named Taylor was very knowledgeable and kind, even took our little guy out to go potty. Did a wonderful job! Unsure if tips are welcome but please tip if you get her for your pet. Highly recommend this place.

I had an issue with my Lab escaping the dog wash area when another client tried to walk in on us. One of the employees helped me by picking up my 80lb dog and carrying him back in. He slipped and fell, I really hope he was not hurt! I did not see him again and was unable to thank him before I left. He went above and beyond and I appreciated it so much. Next time, I will make sure not to come alone.

Great place to bring your pup, with one of the largest selection of premium dog food around. Staff is extremely nice and helpful, and take time to help you find what your looking for.. A little on the pricey side but worth it for the quality.

Do NOT use this walk in vet clinic. Red headed lady was extremely rude and disrespectful. I arrived with my cats at around 2:30 PM and was told the wait was 60-70 minutes. 40 minutes later, I was told I was next in line. Whenever I checked the waitlist again, I was further down in line. Other people were put ahead of me. This was a very hot day and my cats were not happy waiting in the car. I came inside to wait there in the AC and was told I was causing a major safety risk and abusing my cats.In the meantime, they were not seeing any patients. Both women in the office were playing on their phones. Do not waste your time taking your pets here

Red headed lady was disrespectful and rude.. she treated us like we don’t know how to take care of our pet and aggressively was pulling on my dogs ear. I’ve never had someone so abusive touch my dog before so I highly recommend anyone who’s thinking of coming here to change your mind because they are very disrespectful and don’t deserve to around your pets

Went to a different pet store with the intention of buying a parakeet & not one employee even approached me so I decided to try Pet Supplies Plus.. Im so glad I did! As soon as I walked in, I was warmly greeted and asked what I was there for. An employee named Scott went above and beyond in helping with the purchase of our parakeet, he even set up the cage for me! Its obvious the staff is knowledgeable and passionate about their job. My kids and I love our new bird (Lemon). Im a new loyal customer for sure!

The staff and service at this location are great! Taylor, one of the groomers, is very polite and professional and shes fantastic with our dogs. She is very patient with our pitbull and her anxiety and she never complains. I only take my dogs here for their grooming needs.

Very helpful staff at this store, stocks dry food I need for my senior dog. Store is well organized and properly staffed, with prompt check out service. Their membership discounts make the drive worthwhile.

We have brought both sets of our puppies her for their vaccines and this team is amazing your greeted well when you walk in the door as well as told where to stand. The vets come out and take your information quickly and accordingly as well as being polite and professional they take such great care of my babies before they get sold to their new families I would recommend going here .

Ive been bringing my dog Penny to get groomed here with Taylor since her very first time and she is always just amazing! I was nervous at first but she assured me that she’d do great and that she didn’t mind if I stuck around to watch just to make sure everything went okay. She’s still a puppy and she has high anxiety so it’s nice to see her leaving the salon looking and feeling confident! I’ve taken my late dogs to different salons in the past and it usually takes all day but the girls here are good! I was recommended by a few friends to go to Taylor for nail trims at the least. But all around the services they provide are well worth it. Even the managers are great! 10/10

I just called to figure out the Proccess of getting my puppy vaccinated. Was there Thursday last week and was told they were already full. Not a problem, walk in clinics I would expect to be busy. When I called today and asked, first she tells me they are not here today. Cool, that’s fine. Asked when they were there again and before I could even finish my question she snaps and gives me a whole bunch of attitude “they are here Tuesday through something” I can’t even remember I was appalled at how rude, “it is a first come first serve so if you are serious maybe you should get here earlier”. My apologies that I work at a law firm and I leave as soon as I am able. I work until at least 5:00 pm each day and most times later, when my work is done. To have somebody be so incredibly rude and still not answer my question, HOW DO I CHECK IN? Is entirely unacceptable and reading the reviews online, maybe I’ll check those before I even attempt to call. It gives me a lot more feedback. When someone says “great staff” or “very helpful” and nothing else? It’s a true tell that they were just trying to get a higher rating when it was not deserved.

We’ve always had a wonderful experience with the grooming here as well as the self dog wash. Today Taylor had my Saint Bernard for the first time and did a wonderful job. Taylor was the first person to be able to get my dog’s nails completely clipped and filed (my dog has anxiety around her feet being touched) and my sweet girl came home looking wonderful! Just wanted to give this great groomer the shoutout they deserve! Thank you!

After a really bad experience with nail clipping at Petco, I tried Pet Supplies Plus grooming. The groomer was fabulous! She not only calmed me & my dogs but did a fabulous job on both boxers. I will use them again! Update 11/2/23 - brought them back & Sofie & Taylor were so gentle & patient. Again did a great job! Update: Came back on 7/17/24 for another great nail clipping! The people here really care about the animals! And the animals respond!

My dog, Toby, had a great experience with his first wash and blow dry here! The grooming staff was great about finding an appointment for his first time without any other dogs scheduled. The girls were kind and interested in making sure his needs were met. Were definitely going back. Thanks so much!

Our dog is a Newfoundland. She has been going to this location for a year and she couldn’t be happier. There is a dog stylist and she jumps for joy every time she goes. Every time she is done with her haircut we buy a toy for her. Recommend this place!

Gabby was amazing with my dog Maria. She is tough to cut her nails but Gabby stuck with us! I will be back and highly recommend her!

This is the second time in three days I have been in the store. The first time I asked about the bocce treats that they’re having a sale on. I was told all they’ll be in Saturday. I get out of work today and I asked the girl, and she says well if they’re not there than they must be all gone seriously?! Having a sale that good why would you not order plenty to give people a chance to be able to take advantage of the sale? I come here and get everything for my dog and this is not the first time that there was a fantastic sale with no stock. I’m gonna have to auto ship my stuff now from the company and chewy I guess because I can’t keep running over here. I do have a job.

We used to take our dog here to get her nails cut then would usually do a self-wash on her afterwards. Well, today the groomer, Taylor, had a very sour attitude from the start of the appointment. Our dog has extremely high anxiety, which is noted in her chart, and started panicking while getting her nails done more than I have EVER seen her do. Prior to every appointment she has, she is also given calming supplements and that had no effect today while being handled by this groomer. From the start of the appointment, Taylor hardly said 2 words to us, let alone greet the dog she was about to handle. The only thing she really asked us about was if she would be okay on the table, which she has been fine in the past, especially when she was getting her nails done by Celina. She instead immediately tried to loop her when the dog was visibly intimidated by everything. I understand that is not a great situation for the groomer and I do not condone the way my dog acted, but she was panicking and the groomer wad just trying to push her to finish. The only reason I will not give a 1 star review is because of the other groomer there, whos name I didnt get unfortunately, was actively trying to give us advice on why she might be so protective of one specific foot and actually showed compassion towards her and us. Needless to say, we will not be trying again with this groomer and we will be going to a professional to take care of our dogs nails.

We love coming to PSP. Its clean, the people are friendly and they have great deals on food, toys and grooming services. Not many pet stores I feel give discounts and have a good reward program.

I have NEVER had such a horrible experience with a veterinarian/doctor in my life! I came in for a simple visit, to get 1 routine shot for my dog. I waited 15 minutes just to be checked in, and then when I was checked in I still waited 3 hours until it was my turn. Instead of waiting in the car for 3 hours in 86 degree weather with our dog as they advised, I did some shopping in the plaza, and then came back after about an hour and did some shopping in the Pet store while I waited. After waiting literally exactly 3 hours, the 2 rude and disrespectful doctors ( Dr. Jones, and another who had no name tag) aggressively came up to me complaining that I did not wait in my car the whole time, and refused to see my dog! I patiently waited THREE long hours just to be met with rudeness. She literally told me “you being in the store isn’t gonna make us move any faster or get your dog seen any quicker”, as if I was in the store complaining about the wait time when I was literally passing time by and buying fish!!!! And what makes it worse is that she specifically targeted me and my party (African Americans) however she allowed everyone else (who just so happened to be white) waiting with their dog to do so with no issue! I am now in the process of filing a grievance against them. Please beware of this woman, especially POC! I will update this with the second doctors name once I receive it, as she was very unprofessional and had on no name tag. I will NOT be letting this go.

I’ve been shopping here for years. Store employees customer service skills are above & beyond the call of duty. Always very helpful and go out of their way to help you get what you’re looking for. Store is well stocked. Prices are comparable or less than other pet stores. Great reward program as well. Thank you PetsPlus😊

I was absolutely disgusted by this place. The store as a whole was absolutely filthy but what was worse was the fruit fly and fly infestation by the birds and Guinea pig section. Flies were landing all over the animals and all through their cages. I have never seen bird cages as filthy as the ones in this store. I feel so bad for these animals. I could not imagine not only being trapped in a small cage but a filthy one at that and to have flies landing all over you.

We have been bringing our pup there for 3 years now. He loves it!! Now that they have redone the store, he gets a pup spa day and gets a bath, nails clipped etc while we shop around and do errands. He has his girl that takes very good care of him!!! I highly recommend this shore!!! This is Shadows store and he loves it!! Just as much as we do! The staff is amazing and very helpful!

I had a very unpleasant experience with the staff at the front of the store. I was spoken to in a gruff and dismissive manner. The grooming staff was superb and the only reason I gave 3 stars. Because of the situation at the front of the store I called regional management and the situation was rectified immediately.

Pet Supplies Plus does a great job! When I need help finding something they are always helpful and will check back shelves if something is out of stock out front. They always offer to carry anything heavy to my car for me. Honestly the staff just seems to like working there. Often when Im checking out the cashier is singing along to the music playing! :)

I love the staff so much here!!! The best (chain) pet store in town. They carry a variety of raw food ranging from Primal to Instinct. They carry the absolute best kibble and are the only carrier of the product in our area, Farmina/ N&D. I wish the store was bigger! Always a wonderful coupon/deal going around. They offer a very narrow selection of toys and treats, however you will find usually, they are of great quality! single ingredient, freeze dried treats are super easy to find for the dog trainer’s eye, and it helps make the process less confusing for pet owners looking to buy the best for their pet. The employees are amazing, very helpful and kind! I notice the atmosphere of PSP being much more relaxed/not so rigid than most other retailers, and it shows through the customer service given, in an exceptionally positive way. My only gripe that I would ever have is that the store isn’t LARGER! i would love to see an expansion of a new location someday, i could spend hours shopping in here.

We used the curb side pick up for the first time the other day. It was fast free and super convenient. We would recommend this service to anyone short on time, because it really helped us out Tuesday. The employee was very fast, friendly, and courteous.

Place is great and would recommend to anyone they were very welcoming and friendly staff towards me and my pets the dog wash was very clean and easy to use I will be returning to the store soon for more supplies and washes thanks to the cashier AMAYAH D. This has to be one of the most amazing small pet stores that I have ever frequented. The staff is knowledgeable and approachable and shows a love for animals. The employees recognize their customers and if known will call them by name. They interact with the animals and are patient with questions customers have. I am proud to have a location in our town and proud to shop there. The store manager runs a great store.

Our dog is not a fan of new people due to his history, and everyone here tries to make him feel so loved. They try to give him treats, and if he doesn’t take them, they don’t push it.. which is really nice because it doesn’t stress him out. Kaci is so good about making sure he’s comfortable. She always asks how we can make it better/easier for our dog. Most of the time she comes in the little waiting area and clips his nails while we comfort him. Today while he was waiting for his bath, he was SMILING so big, and when he saw her, he actually went right up to her! He came out about 45 minutes later, she gave him a bandana and a Christmas card with his paw print on it. We will never go anywhere else for grooming because they are all so awesome and so patient with our dog!

Went here for the dog wash station. Its nice that it had a stand up area however only allowing one dog at a time creates a long wait considering there are two stations. The entrench to the wash tub needs to be wider to accommodate larger dogs. Also the time alloted to wash is rather short if you have a large or hairy dog. Its a nice set up with shampoo and warm water and decent water pressure. The price is very reasonable too.

I visited Pet Supplies Plus in Cicero NY on Saturday, 8/27 and was appalled at what I saw. There was a cage with 4 kittens, 1 on the top with no blanket, no food or water bowl of its own and the bottom cage had 3 kittens. The top cage had a small hole where the kitten had to go down to reach the litter box, which was full of feces and had an empty water bottle in it, and then had to crawl over the other kittens to reach the water bowl, WHICH WAS EMPTY, and the food bowl which had about 5 pieces of dry food available for all 4 kittens. The store has a responsibility to ensure whoever is using their facility for adoptions needs to provide basic care to the animals. I won’t be going back to that store as I don’t want to witness conditions like that ever again. It was totally unacceptable and atrocious. There were several store personal around that could have done something to improve the conditions but no one seemed to be the least bit concerned. I wanted to bring awareness to this so perhaps the store might not allow this to happen again.

I had my dog groomed at the Cicero store many times now and they do a wonderful job! Groomer Taylor is the best and the other groomers are very friendly and send out good vibes for the incoming dogs.

Convenient, reliable and has great coupons through Instagram, email and through their free membership program. My dog eats food that is hard to find and they always have it in stock and run sales all the time! Ive been using curbside pick up which helps with carrying the 35lb bag!

The employees are friendly, but naive regarding customer service. Its apparent that they are not micromanaged by corporate. One employee walked past me while I was in line, but it was more like he walked through me. I literally had to get out of his way. There was plenty of room to go around me the other way, but he was too concerned with leaving his register to get another cashier to work the register he was just on. He literally left a customer at the register to get someone else to work it. And theyre not very strict about making sure its obvious they work there. If they had name tags, I didnt notice them. I think the girl helping me had one hidden under her hair and the other girl might have had one under her sweatshirt. I seriously couldnt tell that they were employees. They werent 100% knowledgeable about one product I was looking for, either. Its probably not a typical product, but my description was definitely good enough such that they probably should have known the answer to my questions.None of these things are terribly disappointing or surprising. And perhaps this is their business model for keeping prices low (although their price for the main product I came in for was higher than Petsmart, who was out of stock at the time). Mainly, Im just nitpicking. They were friendly and mostly helpful. And you could see they genuinely wanted to help the best way they knew how. Maybe a little more training would get them another star...?🤔

Horrible horrible horrible wait time on vip pet care. Waiting 4 hours for a feline flu test!! Had to argue with them cause I paid for the feline test and they were out of stock! And wanted to charge me again for it on the day they had it in stock!!!!

I told the groomer specifically only to trim my papillons feet, legs and back area. They trimmed his entire body, his ears and chopped half of his tail off. Papillons are known for their ear hair and beautiful bushy tail. There is a chance it can take up to a year to grow back or worse case scenario, never.

My pup was very well taken care of and looked very handsome!

I feel terrible for the guinea pigs and hamsters here. They clearly don’t care about them much. Went here about a month ago and mentioned to a staff member about the disgusting water bottles in their cages and she made many excuses about them. A month later and they are still in the cage, dirty as ever, it’s unacceptable. You work at a pet store with plenty of water bottles. These need to be changed. It makes your store look so bad when you can’t do a simple task which is cleaning orchanging water bottles. I don’t think I will be shopping here any longer.

Pet supplies plus has an awesome rewards program. They are always sending me 20% off coupons that apply to everything. Its not a huge store but thats okay. They have a huge variety of dog foods and will offer to take it out to your car for you every time. They have little dog cookies too and offer very clinics.

I just want to say how pleased I am with the grooming that was done on Boujee...Serena was fabulous and worked my dog into her schedule when the appointment was somehow cancelled by mistake and I had actually already confirmed the appointment. Thanks again you rock!!

We have used the “Dirty dog” self wash option for a couple of years now. shampoos are obviously being watered down now. But still convenient. BUT I was pretty shocked when I purchased more washes today only to find out the price was increased by 75 %!!! On top of that all the driers were BROKEN! So I ended up having to put 2 wet dogs in my truck. WILL NOT be going back. So disappointed ☹️

My 1st time there. What an amazing place with really friendly staff. I am horriable with names, young lady told me her name and I forgot it. Stated with a T. I think she is a manager, anyways she is an absolutely amazing employee! She took the time to answer all my questions and explain how things work. The selection of pet products is astounding, everything from food to crickets to fish. And they PRICE MATCH. How can you go wrong. I brought my Yellow Lab in for a grooming appointment to have his nails trimmed and his ears cleaned. He is 8, but a very anxious boy, and Tay was wonderful with him! She explained what we would do, and brought him in and spoke gently and kindly to him. She was quick and efficient, but also gentle. He does not enjoy having his ears cleaned, but again Tay spoke to him kindly and was fast but thorough. He actually didnt mind the ear wipes and we ended up buying some. I definitely recommend the grooming services, though admittedly I cant speak to haircuts because Labs dont need them. Tay was great!

Great place to find supplies for your pets. They have a large selection of items at great prices. If you join their rewards program, and provide your email address, then they send a percentage off coupon for the entire purchase. Also if they dont have an item, they will look to see if they can order it for you. This was a big help for us.

Always well-stocked, friendly staff, and my dogs love their bakery cookies! Also, when you register your email, they send you great coupons regularly. Best pet supply place in the Syracuse area, but go to the one in Clay!

This is honestly one of the best pet stores in the area. The staff is very friendly and loves listening to your concerns and helping you find what you need! They remember me and my dogs name which is super cool!! 10/10 do recommend at least stopping by!

I like Pet Supplies Plus because the staff is friendly and they have a wide variety of supplies and food for your cats or dogs. They have fish they have snakes they have gerbils and hamsters they even have an area where you can bathe your pet. So its really a great place. The next time youre in the area stop by Im sure theyll be more than happy to help you out!

I take my dogs there for their baths. I do curbside delivery via internet ordering. Its a great place to go fOr all of my pets needs. They always carry the large bags of puppy food out to my car for me too! Great staff

I love them!!! as only pet store that has the one ingredient treats I give my dog fighting bladder cancer!! They also have green tripe people say to feed dogs when appetite is poor and canned pumpkin u can give them for diarrhea and upset stomach. They also have single servings food with raw freeze dried ingredients. Pet Co and Pet Smart do not have single ingredient treats!!

I will never buy another pet for this place. We got a guinea pig and we came home after only having him 2 weeks and he was dead. We called the store and at first they were very rude. My husband went in there and they gave us another guinea pig but could not say what they think was wrong with him to make him pass so quick now its only been about 2 weeks since we got the new little guy and he has a tilt to his neck. I now have to bring him to the vets tomorrow as we have no clue what is wrong with him. I bought another guinea pig from a farm and have had him for over 6 months and he is the most healthy, so I am not sure what this pet store is doing but do not buy a pet from here. My daughter was so heart broke when the first one past that she is scared we wont get good news with this one tomorrow.

Taylor and gah ill update when I get their name later are both awesome with my baby girl Zoey. Even helping her with her grooming anxiety! Can not say enough good things about them. Oh Zoey is 140 pound mastiff mix, dogs of ALL sizes are accepted here. Not so with other groomers in the area.

The number one reason I shop here is because they will match competitive online prices. Staff is always friendly and helpful and they have never been out of stock on anything that I went in for. I cant say that for some of the competition thats just around the corner.

Friendly staff, decent dog wash at an excellent price if you buy 5 washes in advance. Shop on the weekends after you sign up for their loyalty program, coupons make their prices as good as you will find online.

Cashiers have their earbuds in. Not willing to help look for something. Giving garbage advice to unknowing pet parents. The condition of the bird cages is awful. It has been declining over the years.

We had to go to get a special car litter. The bag was extremely heavy. The rep not only carried it to the register for us, but also carried it out to the car. Very helpful & friendly.

Found something I have been looking for and in four flavors.

Normally when I shop here theyre great (staff is marvelous), but the pandemic is taking its toll on cat food (happening everywhere) and their corporate parent hasnt yet figured out how to effectively do Curbside Ordering....

I have shopped for my cats at their DeWitt location that closed.I have not yet been in their Cicero store. They are always quite helpful and knowledgeable. They carry a large variety of pet foods & supplies. I called to find out if they had any. Cockatiels for Maps customer. That is when I learned that the breeding season affected the shipments of many birds. Customers can call them later to see if they receive any new shipments. Also look for coupons on your grocery receipts at Price Chopper and on line or with text .

Good every time we go, except a few times they close the store early by 10 minutes. Im not sure if this is normal or not.

Every few minutes someone new was asking us if we needed any help. Everyone was very friendly, they answered all of my questions and they were very efficient! This will be our new pet store!

Wish I could attach photos but this place has horrendous conditions for their animals. I’ve worked at a pet store before, that I won’t name, and their pet care is 10x better. There were about 4 dead bettas on display. I know bettas float when they sleep but these were actually dead. I myself bought a betta that was mislabeled. Many males are marked female and idk why that is. The water bottles that were in the small mammal habitats were green and dirty. Reptiles lived in dirty glass cages with poorly maintained decor and water dish. Fish tanks are typical for chain stores, small and boring. The ferrets cage was covered in poop and the ferrets nails were way too long. There were also empty exhibits that hadn’t been cleaned out and had standing food and water.Idk what level is failing to manage these problems whether it’s managers or general employees, there needs to be more responsibility. Went here twice and will never go back.

Went to this store to buy crickets for my two green anoles and was absolutely not impressed. Looked at the green anoles in the store and was shocked to see a dead anole with a hole in the head showing signs of decomposition. Also asked the employee for 50 crickets and was given an over abundance of crickets that my anoles will not eat all of. Informed the employee of the dead anole and was told Oh cool. Will not be returning here again.

Dont waste your time going here. This place is going so far downhill. Was in there today, they had one cash register open staffed by a surly teenager. Seven or eight people lined up in the aisle and know one seems to care to do anything. Horrible. The worst pet store experience in Syracuse.

Always have what i want and need for my dogs. They also have a wonderful friendly and accommodating staff! Never had a problem there.

Got lucky saw the ad for curbside pick up 25% off and went inside too to check the canned cat food situation and scored a few different kinds on sale employees were all very nice and helpful.

Drove about 70 miles one way to purchase a bird. The associates were beyond helpful and friendly. Highly recommend this place

Left finch and half moon conure cages unlocked while no staff was around. Went and told them up front and they said they were cleaning them but clearly werent recently cleaned or being cleaned. Any of those birds could have gotten out and loose.

The only place I can find my favorite, high quality fish food, dog treats, n my picky cats favorite treats, all in one place. Great staff, well spoiled animals, and fantastic sales.

Great place to wash your dog or even look for Treats.....they have everything from kittens to goldfish. As an added plus you can bring your furry friend along with you when you go shopping.

Organized store, able to find anything! Dirty bathroom n floors are not kept very clean. Animals and cages are clean. Friendly employees.

Love coming here. TONS of different products.Would like to suggest a,separate section for specialized foods for cats with kidney disease etc. I understand with the pandemic, some thingsare hard to get right now.

Went to purchase a parakeet and found the birds looked unhealthy. Never saw anything like it. The store smelled bad near cages and floors were dirty.

Locally owned has everything youd need for your pets. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. They have an area for a self wash/grooming but I havent used it yet.

I would suggest you not take your pet here for grooming this was my first time I had a horrible experience and God protected me from leaving my dog because I was buying a collar and heard him howling and screeching we had an appointment the girl muzzled him and stuck them in a cage while she took walk in nail trims..So apparently it doesn’t matter if you have an appointment God knows what would’ve happened had I left him there was not a good experience at all

Yesterday we had an awful experience with the vet tech, Dr. Jennifer Jones after waiting several hours to have my pet seen even beforehand she was belittling and berating customers very loudly until the customer took her animal very upset and left, which made everyone including coworkers very visibly uncomfortable after she continued to swear and go on about the altercation hours after the customer left. Once getting our pet seen we can hear Jennifer talking about us very negatively through the glass door to her coworkers as we are right there, she then came up, opened the door and repeatedly berated us and specifically “stupified” her talk when talking to me after I explained I needed my moms help answering questions because I am autistic, and she replied “that’s not an excuse of the matter I know autistic people”. She continued to talk over us angerly and eventually blew up and said “it’s fine I’ll just take another complaint, I don’t really care anymore, suspend my cards” and slammed the vetinary door. We had to talk to an assistant as she pouted the rest of the time and wouldn’t talk to us. I feel extremely uncomfortable with the situation and blatantly discriminated against after being talked down to and belittled so heavily for just trying to understand my pets situation. I would recommend nobody go and have the chance to be treating so poorly over caring for your pet.

Pet Supplies has a great variety of items for pets. I place an order for curbside pickup. Not only was it ready on time, but it was in my car less than a minute after I told them I was outside. Great service!
