Animal Kingdom Pet Grooming

I have a pekingese named Lola with a long beautiful thick coat- show dog quality. I brought her in and Nick was so great with her. He took his time to understand what look we were going for and he far exceeded expectations. She has an adorable summer haircut and I feel she was well taken care of! Will return!

Nicholas is very professional, thorough and does an amazing job with my dog. She does not like having her nails clipped but he is always very gentle with her. I would highly recommend his services.

Leyla has been getting groomed by Nick at Animal Kingdom for about 2-3 years and she always comes back clean and smelling good. They are the best and always take good care of Leyla, highly recommended!

I notice all of the reviews here are a year or more old. A new customer starting in May 2021, the first two times I took my Bernedoodle to Animal Kingdom Grooming, Nick did an amazing job!!! But this third time, her nails were not trimmed, mats between her toes were not removed and she had bloodshot eyes which indicated to me that soap had gotten into her eyes. Maybe it was because I was only able to leave her there for two hours, (the two times before were an hour and a half) and not the two and a half hours Nick estimated for me after seeing my dog, but I would think nail clipping is a basic for any grooming. Hence the two stars however the previous two times were definitely 5 stars…

My experience at Animal Kingdom was amazing! Nick was vey professional and kind. My dog pretzel had a wonderful experience and left very happy, smelling good and cut was great. Highly recommend 10/10 !!!!

I can not recommend this place enough! From the customer service when I first called about getting my furry baby in to quickly getting me on schedule with a time that worked for me the process was seamless.Nick did an amazing job and is so calm that it puts the pups to ease as well. I am a forever customer.

I’ve had my greyhound’s nails cut several times over the last year & 1/2. Nick, the owner, is so very gentle & patient with my dog, who is nervous about having her feet touched. The shop is always spotlessly clean, very warm & welcoming. I also purchase my dog’s favorite grain free treats there. I have recommended Animal Kingdom to my friends & neighbors and will continue to bring my girl there.

Unfortunately, we haven’t had a great experience. Nick recently decided in one week that he didn’t want to groom our bigger dogs anymore. We’ve been coming to him for the last year and haven’t had any issues with our bigger dogs. Or at least he has never mentioned any issues. In the last week, he said both of our girls acted up so bad that he can’t groom them anymore. One, he said didn’t like the bath and tried to jump out. The other he said pawed at him when cutting her nails. They’re dogs… I’m confused. No other dogs try to jump out? Not other dogs dislike cutting their nails? Feels like it’s more than what is being said and there is another problem going on. Charged us $20-30 more than the $100-120 rate for their “behaviors” and we tipped. I just feel like this is something else. Sad, because we thought he did a great job over the last year and now it feels like he just doesn’t want the bigger dogs. They need love too! I’m sure this will be a wonderful place for all the small dog owners but I can’t recommend. :-/

Today was my first time trying out Animal Kingdom. I have a 10 year old Shitzu named Suzie. Her hair was really long, we nails were super long as well. Nick did such an amazing job with Suzie. When I picked her up I couldn’t believe that was my dog. The hair was evenly cut, nails were cut down, her hair was extremely soft and fluffy. Immediately I scheduled her next visit. His prices are very reasonable as well. If you have a furry friend and need a groomer you should definitely check out Animal Kingdom Pet Grooming.

We took Milo to our first grooming experience! I am so glad we found this gem. Nick did such a great job with my doodle. Nick is very kind and knowledgeable with his work. My Milo looks and smells amazing ! We will certainly recommend and come back for future grooming !

Nick is the best we have found for grooming. He has such a great calm personality, is so good with Koda and Koda just loves him. How he manages grooming an 80lb Golden is beyond me but every time Koda comes home looking perfect. Take your dog to Nick at Animal Kingdom and dont waste any time with anyone else.

Nick is the best at his job. He is so detailed and my dog loves him! I know my dog is in great hands when he’s at the animal kingdom! Im one happy customer!

I have had maltese poodles for 20 years and this guy TAKES THE CAKE when it comes to handling and grooming my 2 with care, love and style. I am thrilled that I found him and he is convenient to get to. Could not be happier!!!!!!

Went to several other groomers for our yorkie/cavalier mix and was finally fortunate enough to find Nick! He made our dog look amazing. Cut was exactly like what I described wanting. Cut was even, nails trimmed perfectly and he gave me a synopsis of how Lincoln did during the appointment. Thank you Animal Kingdom grooming!Update: would like to change my review. Had to cancel my dogs appointment with 2 weeks notice. Tried to reschedule x3 and gave up with no response or explanation from Nick. Found a new great groomer but feel Animal Kingdom is not as professional as I first thought.
