My dog Jolly(Rescue Shih Tzu) was a new client of theirs, and she was very nervous meeting everyone, they all gave her time and patience. The staff there are very welcoming, sweet, and ensure that every dog there feels safe and comfortable. Im so very happy with how they treated her. 100% recommend coming here for grooming! I already booked her next appt. Im very pleased at how amazing Jolly looked coming out of her appt.

Shawn is so kind and gentle with my new puppy and does a thorough job. He is such a nice person! Junie loves her haircut!

I’m very grateful to find this grooming salon that takes walk-in nail trims. I am new to the area and called several places that either weren’t taking new clients or never called me back. My pugs are very anxious about the nail trims but Sean and his team were happy to help me out. The only downside was there really wasn’t any parking. The lot behind was full and only on-street parking was available.

I brought my 2 dogs in for the first time. The whole crew came out to welcome them! My Pointer mix is normally so frightened with grooming, so that helped break the ice.The cuts were perfect, especially for my puppy, mini golden doodle who has never been groomed before.I already made the next appts!

I’ve been a customer for 20 years. My dogs love going to the groomer to see Stacey! She is great with the dogs she works with. She was extremely patient and flexible when working with my 18 year old dog, who was very fragile at his elderly age. Stacey is friendly, kind and compassionate and those traits transfer t9 her work.

Our Rescue Golden Retriever Ringo has been going to Stacie for 4 years now, and has always been treated with the perfect balance of professionalism and love. The shop is always pristine, and they always do their best to get him scheduled as soon as possible, even though they have a very busy schedule. I would highly recommend Dog Tales,to anyone who asked, Paws Down!!
