Brought our two Huskies in for a bath, deshedding and nail trim. The staff was friendly and terrific. Our dogs who are super sweet but get nervous in the bath went in calmly and came out happy. And smelled wonderful. They also loved all the natural dog treats on display. Great pet supplies. Will definitely be back!

Ive been bringing my dog to NY Puppy club for a while now, and I couldnt be happier with their service. No matter when I need an appointment, theyre always available to accommodate us. Every groomer weve worked with has been incredibly kind and patient, making the experience stress-free for both my dog and me. Best of all, my dog always looks amazing after each visit. Highly recommend!

This is probably the best grooming place you can find in New York area. I love JiYoung, she always find a way to give the best look. There are time that all my dogs’ double coat were tangled, JiYoung spent hours denoting my dog. Highly recommend, all the staffs are very gentle and nice. Definitely my first choice

Since Luna’s first grooming session, I have been coming to NY Puppy Club, as recommended by a friend. Haemi was her recommendation, and I am extremely fortunate to have her as our groomer. Haemi is a genuine professional who has earned Luna’s trust since the first time I entrusted her in her care. NY Puppy Club consistently fosters a positive and inclusive atmosphere. Staff members are always attentive and welcoming. Additionally, they always have fresh inventory at resonance prices. Luna’s 4th birthday is today, and this is her fourth cake from NY Puppy Club. I strongly advocate NY Puppy Club to all pet owners 🫶

I have been taking my Bichon there for a few years now. Sue is his groomer and does a wonderful job with Cody. They have a variety of food and treats for your favorite pet. I am so happy with NY puppy club. Will not take Cody anywhere else.

NY Puppy Club always provide exceptional grooming to my cockapoo, Nala. The details and care are second to none. My dog adores the groomer, Sori, and always appear happy to see here. The only thing I noticed is that they no longer provide bandanas with the grooming. Not sure what happened but the last few services i received, I miss the lovely bandanas they would place on my dog. Nevertheless, she still looks adorable with or without a bandana. I highly recommend NY Puppy Club for your grooming needs.

I Love New York Puppy Club!!! The best dog grooming ever!!! The groomer at NY puppy club Jessi is amazing! She takes great care of my elderly dog. My dog always comes back from her grooming looking, smelling and feeling amazing! The groomer takes her time with my dog and she always makes her look very cute. I am impressed by the way they take care of my dog even brushing her teeth to trimming her nails. Definitely worth the price and recommend there grooming service five stars.

Great variety and pricing!I finally decided to try their grooming services, and I was not disappointed.My dog Oreo is a very anxious boy and he’s had bad experiences with different groomers in the past. I was grooming him for a long time, but nothing beats the eye and skill of a professional. We had an appointment with Hae mi today, and she was so sweet and welcoming. I was so nervous going in, but when I saw how happy he was when I picked him up - all those fears went away 🥲♥️ it seems like he was in great hands!Thank you Hae mi for your patience and professionalism. The best puppy day care .... most knowledgeable and respectful staff ... fantastic groomers ... unbelievable options in brand selection for food, toys, leashes and so much more! Hours are so do-able for working professionals 8-8 everyday! And, for me, most importantly, access to the camera in the puppy day room so I can check in on my pet whenever I want.

This place is where my dog goes when I am away. It’s very reasonably priced for boarding/day care. The dogs get to play around in a room during the day and then get their own kennels at night. They also have a variety of home made dogs treats. You can also watch your pup on camera during daytime so that’s definitely a plus to check in. Highly recommend!

Teddy got groomed today with Sonny. It was his first time getting groomed with her. We were very pleased and Teddy, just like our other dog, Doolin loves Sunny. She is gifted with dogs and very loving. I would recommend NY Puppy Club to anyone, their staff are animal lovers and very kind. And it shows!

Louis has been seeing sue for YEARS. She never misses!! She always is so nice and accommodating especially since my dog is aggressive. I come on my days off just to make sure louis sees her only. $97 ish for a full service is reasonable ( separate tip, shes worth it) the store also has nice treats and stuff to shop

Best groomers ever!!! Not only are they great at grooming but my other two dogs love daycare. They always leave tired and happy after all the playing. Knowing your dogs are in good hands is the best feeling in the world!

I bring my puppy to the spot about once a week for a blowout, and they do an amazing job with her every time. The staff is super friendly and kind to my dog, and they also do a great job with the grooming as well. The store has a very wide selection of different dog food and dog treats, which makes it an amazing experience for my dog every time she comes here before her groom.

I know this is probably going to be received with the basic response of Were so sorry, we ensure the best safety practice our dogs, its unfortunate to hear. We appreciate any feedback....blah blah blah. Im writing this because it needs to be known. I took my 7 month old Mini Bernedoodle Zuko here on December 7th. His grooming appointment was at 11 am. He went in perfectly healthy. I picked him up around 1 p.m., and the groomer said he did well. But as soon as we got home, he had the runs, and all day, he was pooping all over the house, we couldnt get him outside fast enough because he couldnt hold it. Now I dont know what happened there. But he went in perfectly fine and came out with a problem. Hes still having issues with his stools, and hes being taken to the vet today, which is ON TOP OF a $130 HAIRCUT, mind you, which will now incur more costs.I will be updating this as soon as we find out what comes out of his stool sample. As of right now, I have zero faith in whatever grooming practice you have going on here. Regardless of whatever placeholder word salad answer you respond with, if you respond at all. Because I have also seen other negative reviews of dogs coming home with diarrhea and other issues after their grooming.

Best groomer in town! We have been taking our dog to NY Puppy Club for years now and the service is always great. The patience the groomers have on our dog is very impressive! Our dog always come out clean, smelling good and with the perfect cut. No complaints - highly recommend!

The store is always clean and well stocked with food, treats. We only take our 2 dogs to NY Puppy for grooming and they look beautiful. The staff is helpful and friendly. This is the go to store for all dogs.

Our go-to for grooming and specialty treats. Su, our groomer, is always so sweet, patient, and thorough with my pup and I. I couldn’t be happier with the cut and my pups mood when I pick her up. She is calm and happy (and usually an anxious dog when I Leave her somewhere). We travel from Brooklyn to come here because I know my pup will be in good hands.I always pick up some treats while I wait with the help of the girls in the store- their selection of treats, toys, pet birthday items, and all things pets can’t be topped. They have adorable and healthy bakery items (donuts, cupcakes, cookies, little pies!) for pups, and really cute toys I haven’t seen elsewhere. Thank you Su and NYPC!

Edit: 2024, Olive is 3! still going strong with my puppy club! Olive always comes out cute and happy whenever Jenny grooms her. Olive is not the easiest to groom but Jenny always makes her feel safe and always makes her look very cute!First time coming here w my 1 yr old shihtzu and no complaints here on all aspects. Jenny was super attentive and understanding when it came to how difficult my pup might when grooming. Olive came out looking like a new pup! Affordable and high quality ☺️

We really love NY Puppy Club. It’s very far from our home but it’s worth the trip every time. Our dog loves Sue, and he doesn’t like anyone, he can be very anxious around people but Sue makes him feel calm. His hair appointments exceed our expectations every time. We staying loyal to puppy club. :)

NY Puppy Club has become a lifesaver for me; Nova goes there for both daycare and grooming, and Im very satisfied. Whenever he sees that were going to the pink building, he starts RUNNING towards it, excited for daycare.There has been one case where he came home from daycare with one little cut, and they werent sure when it exactly happened, but it wasnt anything serious since the vet was able to fix it.Heidi is Novas groomer, and she is incredible. Nova loves her, and we try to visit her monthly, and hes always excited to see her.Strongly recommend NY Puppy Club. The staff is great, they care about the dogs, and will answer any questions that you have.

My 3 yr. old Aussie Doodle has been visiting the NY Puppy Club since she was 6 months old. This gem of a place is our go to for boarding/grooming. Harley is well taken care of while at the club. She is a high energy dog & enjoys playing with all the other furry friends while supervised. I love it, because I can check the web cam when I am missing her & know she is having as much fun as I am. I highly recommend this establishment for your puppy/dog needs.

I really like Heidi the groomer’s style, but I don’t think the price she gave me is reasonable. I saw on the website that the price is listed as $105. My dog weighs 34 pounds, and I paid an additional $20 for paw trimming, but in the end, I paid $185, including a $15 tip. I feel like I was cheated.

I cannot say enough good things about their grooming. Jenny was my dogs groomer and was so attentive when I met with her before the cut to explain that my dogs last cut at a different place was traumatic for him. He came back mortified and it took weeks upon weeks of me working with him for him to not be scared of even just brushing. Jenny listened to everything and too it very seriously and assured me that she would call me if needed. I was super nervous but I am amazed! My dog was SO happy when I picked him up. It’s clear that he was not stressed at all and they took it at a perfect pace. He looks absolutely incredible exactly what I wanted.

Very poor experience with my dog. left her there for one night and my dog came back with high anxiety and started growling (which she has never done before). not sure what they did to my dog over night but she has never been this way. ive also seen on the live camera feed of dogs hummping other dogs and staff just walk by it not caring. very poor experience will never come back.

I love this place, I’ve been bringing my dog here almost 4 years now, he gets groomed and bathed, he stays for daycare, and boarding too, the store also has a wide selection of items for your pets, everyone is so nice and they all love their job with our pets and take good care of them.

This is an absolutely place for your dog to go for daycare and boarding. Bowie went there twice for boarding each time stayed for two weeks and hasn’t had any problems or disappointment! I feel a peace of mind whenever I send him there knowing Bowie will be taking care by the loving and caring staff. They constantly cleaning and mopping the playground which I am very grateful by watching the live camera provides during the day. This is a safe place for them to play and socialize. I am very glad found this amazing place for my dog and highly recommended.

Okay, so I did A LOT of searching to find a good place to take my long-haired cat to get groomed for the first time ever. Unfortunately, it doesn’t seem like a commonly done thing and most of the reviews are about pups! SO FOR ALL YOU CAT OWNERS, HERE’S A KITTY GROOMING REVIEW!The groomer was absolutely lovely and seemed like she genuinely loved cats! She took the time to let me pick the length of my cat’s fur as I’ve never had her groomed before and was unaware of styles etc. She was honest and told me that she would try her best to leave it on the longer side but would aim to even out her fur (as I had cut out some mats and may have left some bald spots... oopsie). She did an amazing job and my cat came back looking adorable! Of course, as we all know with cats, she came back a little shaken from a day out from home but was not scared or showing any distressed signs (she came home, ate and drank). That tells me she was treated well. No nicks in her skin and her nails were trimmed not too short so her nerves weren’t clipped. I also had her teeth brushed and they look much better than before. This place is great and staff both on the phone and in person were very nice! Thank you for giving my Yuki a pleasant experience! I will definitely bring my cat back if she ever needs a trim again! :)(Have included before and after photos, don’t mind her RBF lol she’s a happy cat)

Jenny at NY PUPPY CLUB, has been grooming my dog for a couple of years. She is kind, friendly, patient, and calm. My dog always seems calm around her, and she always grooms him the way I want her to. She often gives him the nice Teddy Bear look, since he’s an adorable Schnoodle!!!

I gave a five star rating b/c the groomer not only did a beautiful job but was extremely loving and gentle with my dog. I could tell by the way my dog relaxed as the groomer held her that Daisy was comfortable.My dog is 12 years old and has some new medical challenges so her comfort and safety is a priority to me. I don’t have the paper with the groomers name but I’m sure all the groomers there are wonderful - this was Daisy’s 3rd time there and will likely be the place I continue to take her to.Thank you !!

Great friendly service from everyone in the store. Daniel groomed our Johnnie and did an amazing job. He looked so adorable when he was all done. I just wish there was parking or a parking lot.

I took my dog here for grooming. and he came back soo traumatized. He had a cut in his belly, where his nipple had been but it was ripped off. He was shaking and breathing heavily when we picked him up. A week later he passed away. I just want to say, don’t trust anyone with your dog. Learn how to groom your own dog. I feel like I let my dog down.

I love New York Puppy Club. I shop there every week for my pups and cats. From dog / cat food, treats, supplements, grooming brushes, toys, and more. Friendly staff and professional. I take my dog to cut his nails, brush teeth and shower. This one time I took him just to cut his nails and brush his teeth but Joanna was honest enough to tell me he wouldn’tlet her brush him and that makes me feel I can trust this business and he also likes walking in without any issue. I don’t trust anywhere else except puppy club to give my dogs a good cut! They’re always so careful and patient and give us exactly what we ask for. They’ve even identified a few health concerns at times which helped us a lot. Will always go back here!

Their rates are pretty good compared to others in the area. Theyre very accommodating and were willing to board my dog with short notice (family emergency). The front desk staff is always nice, and when my dog goes for daycare, he has a great time. The grooming services are good as well; they listen to specific requests like please dont touch his ears, etc.

After grooming (june 15 2020, 1pm to 4pm), our doggy cannot run. Now , our doggy is in hospital. Veterinarians recommends using four wheels Wheelchairs.Our doggy dont have any running problem before grooming. We complained our doggy condition to ny puppy club president but he said to us I am sorry , but Im not responsible for your doggy accident. Our whole family are so upset now and hate this store.

We have been having our Silky Yorkie Max groomed at NY Puppy Club for the past three years (2019) we are very happy with his cuts. At first he was a little frightened, but as he got to know his groomer, he has gained trust in her. Sori is excellent and has always given him a nice cut, paying attention to detail which complements his breed.

So glad we found this place. This is my second review because well I feel they should get the recognition they deserve. Perla has been seeing Sori now for about a year. It’s a good feeling to know I’m leaving her in good hands. They are so organized there with the scheduling; no wait time- which is great bc finding parking can be difficult. The store looks clean they have the cutest little knick knacks and baked goods for pets. Perla enjoyed one of the cupcakes on her 1st birthday, so I can attest to it being 👌🏻 she’s a picky eater. My go to shop for all my dogs. Ive been a customer here since they first opened on 149st and northern. Not one complaint ever. All employees are respectful and have knowledge on the products they sell. Groomers show love to the dogs and come out and meet you when you pick up your pups and explain everything.

My dog Casper suffered in diarrhea for two days straight immediately after he returned home from boarding at puppy club. The first two episodes were within one hour after he got home. He just had his annual physical exam with negative parasite test in January right before boarding. We just did another parasite test due to his newly onset diarrhea, and it came back positive. My dog enjoyed the first few days of boarding as he played with other dogs in the playroom. But then the attendants told me that he attempted to bite other dogs and actually bit another attendant in the last few days of boarding, and that’s the reason why he got separated into another room in the basement where no camera on live. When he was also boarding with his vet for two weeks last year, he never had this type of behavior towards other dogs and humans. I did not know what he experienced in the last few days of his stay, whether it be getting too scared by other dogs chasing him in the playroom as I saw on the playroom camera (resulting in nipping/attempting to bite as self defense), or the anxiousness of being away from home. He also had a significant amount of weight loss during his stay, compared to the previous stay, when both stays were 2 weeks in length. We also observed that he returned home with persistent daytime sleepiness and loss of voice after boarding due to long time barking in the separated area.Customer service and groomers were nice at puppy club, as they picked up calls and replied to emails in a timely manner. But I am uncertain if I would recommend this place for boarding with my dog’s experience.

NY Puppy Club never fails when it comes to treating my little Nala like a princess and pampering her. She always comes out happy, clean and looking absolutely adorable with the sweetest accessories. Lydia (groomer) is fantastic and extremely sweet. I highly recommend putting your trust in her with your fur baby to make them look and feel amazing. My Nala is very whiny and fussy but Lydia has the magic touch to be able to cut Nalas hair and even brush her teeth. NY puppy club also provides the pet parents with a detailed report upon pick up of the fur baby which was very helpful when I brought Nala to the very with concerns with her teeth which Lydia had noted. NY Puppy Club is a welcoming atmosphere for not only pets but their parents as well.

These are the people that I can trust. Not cheap but reasonably priced. It is kinda hard to get an appointment if I do not call in advance, which is my only complaint. Thank Haemi for dealing with my brat♡

Heidi is our go to groomer here. She is excellent with our dog. She is so loving and caring, greeting us always with a cheerful smile. She always takes time to accommodate our grooming requests. Grooming usually takes 3 to 4 hrs

My dog absolutely loves going to daycare and overnight boarding. He gets to play all day with other dogs and we usually get him groomed before pick up! He always smells so good and is super soft! The staff are also very nice and helpful!! Love this place!

The workers and owner of puppy club have been nothing but caring and attentive towards my little furry friend! They are the only one I trust with grooming, and they always carry the specific food my puppy eats.

I would give a negative star if I can. Dropped off my Annie in the am for daycare, during mid-afternoon I checked their cameras by random just to see how she’s doing, and saw her was getting badly harassed by another vicious dog (cornered, alone and belly up). Yet, the caretaker didn’t do anything to separate them. We stormed there to pick her up and demanded answers. During playback, we heard the caretaker raised concerns in the video but management ignored it. Now my puppy is sad, hurt, and we feel the same. Never going back there, and I suggest you don’t neither. I am too sad topost the whole video, but here’s a screen shot😔

My dog seems quite happy when i board her at ny puppy club! I go on a family vacation 2 times per year, and it a relief knowing my furry family member will be well taken care of.

I have searched all over queens to find a place that would groom my havanese/bichon to look cute. So many places have butchered her or said she was matted and shaved her down (vanity pups on bell did that the worst AND she came back like they drugged her). I brush her nose to tail section by section so I know that’s a lie. Anyway, back to NY Puppy Club. They are the best from when you walk in. Everything is neat and clean. They are polite in person and on the phone. They keep a history of who did your pup and the length/style as well. Sue does the best job. She follows inspo pics and also adjusts it so it has time to grow into that. She’s so kind and sweet to my pup also. I have had 1 other lady do my baby when I couldn’t get in with Sue and she did a good job as well but Sue is great. The staff is amazing as well. Never going or recommending anywhere else!

The Puppy Club deserves every star in the galaxy, not just five. I just wanted to thank you for your outstanding service and tell you how much my dogs enjoy their visits to your doggie daycare. My 13-year-old Yorkie-poo Stanley suffers from arthritis and anxiety and he becomes scared when unknown people approach him, but he feels at ease during Puppy Club time. This is the only place I let my dogs get groomed and their nails trimmed. My three dogs, in fact, adore this place since they receive the utmost attention and care from all of the staff members.

First time going was scared about the bad reviews but I saw most wer a year old.nothing be good reviews after. Took my 4 month old teddy bear and Carla was amazing with him will definitely request her again.

I cannot recommend this place enough. They took excellent care of my babies while I was away in Switzerland for five days. One of my pups acted up a little (aka grump) but the people at NY Puppy Club were so great and just handled it seamlessly so he still got play time. This is the best boarder I’ve ever gone to. Even got them beautiful nail trims and baths at the end and they look beautiful.I’ll be back — very soon!!!

I like the selection and variety. The girl at the desk was very helpful when trying to obtain copies of my pet vaccination. Chris is usually my pet groomer. She does a really good job. I do feel the pets clothing and food is on the high end cost.

Very well organized systematically and well trained staffs. My dog has been grooming here since her birth. Chris is amazing and friendly. I did have few incidents after grooming as my dogs skin is a bit sensitive. When I contact them about my concerns, their initial respond is always very considerate and apologetic. They do their best to make me feel better about any issue and try to fix it. They even followed up if my dog feels better.

This place is great. Has great dog treats from organic to all natural and single ingredient treats. And ofc if you dont mind, there are also other generic treats you can purchase. I was surprised to see open farm products as well as many other great brands. They even have hand made dehydrated/air dried dog treats by the cashier which is awesome!

I have been taking my puppy here since they first opened and from day one the owners and staff couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. I had been to other groomers before and was never happy. There was always an issue with one thing or another.The first time I used Jenny and couldn’t have been happier. Recently I have been using Sunny who also does an amazing job and my puppy Thor actually looks forward to getting groomed. He always look so handsome and regal looking after his grooming. I have gotten numerous compliments about how good he looks after his grooming. Several of my neighbors now use NY Puppy Club after seeing how great Thor looks. The owners of NY Puppy Club ate very lucky to have the best groomers working for them especially Sunny and Jenny.

I have a frenchie that I have brought to the daycare service and its so cute to see how happy my dog gets to go into the store and play with the other dogs. I enjoy seeing the love the attendants give the dogs in the playroom. I’ve seen them hug my frenchie and that makes me feel so warm inside know he’s having fun while I’m working.

I was first worried about bringing my 16 year old pomeranian to a new groomer after my old one passed away a few years. My pom is deaf, has a heart condition, arthritis, and is not a people person. However, Su, a groomer there, has been wonderful with her and so Ive been going to her for a few years now. She always does a beautiful grooming job and I fully trust her to be sweet and gentle with my fur baby. Recently, Ive been bringing my other younger dog for grooming, as well, because...it just makes life easier.

The groomer did an excellent job with Gangster! The veterinarian recommended this site for grooming. Really liked the options to purchase dog products, food, treats, clothing etc. First time here and highly recommended as the grooming prices and the pleasant manner of staff was very good.

I love this place both for grooming and shopping for my dog’s needs. The Grooming is great! I know that all the groomers are very good and I am very picky about my dog’s haircuts. I’ve changed groomers 3+ times before finding NY Puppy Club. They always have appointments because they have multiple groomers who are all good at what they do. I personally always go to Jenny because my dog is nervous and he seems to like her. I like him to see the same person every time, plus she was so sweet and gave him a Christmas treat bag during the holiday season when I brought him for a grooming in December. For food and other things I love that they carry really high quality brands like bones & co. They are one of the very few places that carry such a great dog food brand as well as the goat milk. The people who work there are nice and have a good attitude which is honestly the number one reason I’ll keep going back to a business is a pleasant experience. Bonus is that you’re supporting small local business! Which I love doing. Oh! and for grooming you can’t tip on the card so always make sure you bring cash to tip your groomer.

Rude employees. Bad service. I went here twice for grooming and the employees were very rude to me and my dog. They added extra fees for non sense things whenever I go there and my dog is always always trembling when we get closer to this place. Do not take your puppy if it’s ur first time, they will be traumatized.

Edit: NY Puppy club has resolved our misunderstanding, that there is a room for bigger dogs downstairs.....Our Shiba Inu has been to day care playing with other dogs many times over the years (actually since she was a puppy, so she is well socialized). Last time, when we came to pick her up, she was not to be found among the other dogs. Instead, they put her in the basement - whatever that means is up to your imagination.Their reason was that there were small dogs, so they moved her, along with other big dogs, to the basement. They did not mention any bad behavior, so we have no idea why. Funny considering she is 20 lbs and usually the smallest dog there. They always complimented her behavior, and only commented on her being energetic.

This place is amazing. Our previous dog boarding place went out of business, so finding this place is a miracle. Weve utilized their boarding and grooming services, and we couldnt be happier. We left our boy for 11 nights with ease because we can see him through the live video during the day. The rates are reasonable and most importantly the staff are so caring. Definitely, our go-to place. =)

First time coming here, and the first time my puppy was having a full set grooming session. Jenny was my groomer she was very careful, professional, and considerate about my puppy options and style cut. Ive been coming here for quite some time now with my American Eskimo and Pomeranian. Daniel has been the best groomer, and Ive gone to many. My American Eskimo is very skittish and shy and many other groomers would be impatient and often leave her with red marks on her belly. Daniel has been so gentle with my dogs they dont appear afraid of going to the groomers. These guys are very responsible.Additionally, these guys may appear to charge a bit more than other smaller groomers, but their work is well worth the price.

We called in ahead of time to schedule a nail trim for our kitten for the same day and we were told that we should rush and come in quickly since services would be shutting down for the day very soon (they dont do any services an hour before closing). My partner and I quickly gathered our things to get there as soon as possible but because our transfer bus wasnt coming for 20 minutes, we had to pay extra for an uber to make it in time. When we got there, we were told that the cat groomer wasnt in on weekends despite being told to rush and come in quickly!!! As someone who has previously worked in a customer service setting for years, this misinformation was unacceptable. It was a complete waste of our time and we dont plan on returning.

NY Puppy club is the best groomer ever. I take my 3 Maltese there every month. You can literally go with any groomer and your dog will look amazing! All of the groomers are great and the staff is so helpful. I drive from Astoria every month & they even call me 30 min before my dogs are done so that they don’t have to sit in the crate! ❤️❤️❤️

Boarded my dog for a day. Awesome experience. Made sure the playroom was clean. Actively monitored dogs to avoid any problems. Watched my dog on the live webcam. In fact, it was kind of addicting. Haemi is wonderful! I had not been able to find a groomer in NYC that could give my fur baby the perfect Yorkie cut. Always had to take my baby to VA for a cut. No more! Haemi gives my fur baby the perfect cut all the time and Teddy loves her. I love the variety of food, treats,etc...the store provides. Everyone is so nice and helpful.

I am extremely protective of my dog, I found this place on google and I am so happy I found a place where I really feel comfortable and confident to leave my dog in their hands. The staff are nice and professional, and reasonable priced. I had Jenny groom my morkie, she did exactly what I wanted. My dog was happy and not “shaky” so I feel she was treated very well.my lil baby girl looks and smells great. I will 100% take her back here.

It was our Yorkipoos first time getting groomed so I researched a lot when I finally found NY puppy club which is so close to where I live I would always see it and did a lot of research on them I found their Instagram read reviews and I thought this is the place I will take my pup the reviews and everything just seemed like the groomers really did care about the all the pups that they were taking care of. I was so happy with the experience, the service, the groomer and just everything exceeded my expectations. Extremely clean, friendly and just all of the above not only did they make sure my pup was comfortable but made sure I was comfortable. I’m so happy I found my pups forever groomer! I prefer this place over Petco for its variety of harnesses and ice cream dog treats. The parking could be better but since its on Northern Blvd and near residential homes, only available parking is 2-3 blocks away.Also, they are great at dog boarding. We were out of state traveling for vacation and I could see what was going on with my dog via their puppy webcam. They gave me a tour of the place where my dog would be staying for several nights.

Cant say enough good things about this place. Their grooming services are excellent and the store carries a great selection of products.

Ive boarded my puppy here after finding them online. I was happy with the care my puppy received, me leaving for a week I was hesitant, but the care taker Janet took pictures and videos of Ellie and I felt even more comfortable knowing I could see my puppy on camera as they have a Live video camera in the playroom. Since then Ive groomed my puppy at this location twice and Im very pleased with the care they took of my pup! I will definitely return and recommend them! 👌

Our 6 month old shih tzu puppy had only one prior grooming experience before and he did not take it well so we were apprehensive before taking him to NY Puppy Club. However the groomer did such an excellent job and is an absolute pro- our pup looked great but more importantly she was able to put him at ease. We will only come here for future grooming!

Very great service. They groomed my puppy the exact way I wanted them too. I didn’t bring my puppies vaccine records and i thought i would have to reschedule but they were more then happy to help me contact my vet to send my puppies vaccine records. All in all an amazing service.

Ive been bringing my dog here for grooming, and my dog always comes home looking perfect. The groomers are all extremely professional and kind, and the prices for the variety of services and products they offer in store is well within reasonable range. PetCo and similar big name pet stores might offer cheaper grooming services, but they never do it as well as NY Puppy Club.

They have a good selection of treats my doggo enjoys, such as beef/pork liver, bully sticks, raw toppers. Quite a few 1 ingredient treats which are great. They also have cute, and what I assume are homemade, baked doggy goodies!My pup got her first grooming session here by Haemi. I think she did an amazing job. And I like that she was knowledgeable in knowing not to shave a Pomeranians fur. I thought it was also cute that they provide a report card of how well the dog behaved during their grooming session. 😂

Not only does our dog Rufio love NY Puppy Club but so do we. The staff is professional and extremely helpful. We love their boarding, daycare and grooming services. We will continue to use them and frequently. We definitely feel at ease with our dog in their care.

The staff is friendly. They hv a large variety of dog food n treats. I get my dogs nails trimmed there and they do a really great job. Its a little extra yo hv them filed after cutting but no place Ive gone to before hand did as good a job on my 60 lb dog.

So we he have been blessed with the addition of Bleu now for the past 2 years and just wanted to thank Ji Young and NY Puppy Club for their great care of Hazel and Bleu. Ji Youngs attention to detail is amazing and she really is a great listener. Bleu is a nervous little boy and is not friendly with most people. However, Ji Young has been grooming Bleu for the past 2 years and its probably because of her genuine pleasant demeanor and enjoyment in her work. Both dogs always come back groomed perfectly and smelling great. They always get noticed and complemented right away and thats the difference a session with Ji Young makes!I highly recommend Ji Young. Very professional efficient and patient with us. Hazel got his first haircut 2 weeks ago. We really didnt know what should be done. She took her time, explained everything, answered all our questions, made recommendations and our puppy looks great. She seems to be very experienced and caring. All the staff are friendly and helpful but Ji Young was extraordinary. We will go back for sure.

We have been coming here for 7+ years and never had any complaints. When it comes to both grooming and boarding, it is evident that our dogs safety is their top priority. There are glass windows showcasing the grooming and a live cam of the play room on their website. In all my times checking it, a worker has been present and attentive. Shoutout to Sori for always doing a great job with grooming! Overal, highly recommend this place for all services :)

My dog loves NY Puppy Club and her groomer Sori! She normally hates bath time at home, but is always happy and excited to go to NYPC and we’ve been coming here for years. No protesting, no whining. It’s like a social visit for her! Everyone there is super nice and they always know who my dog and I are as soon as we walk in. I always get the Full Service with Tooth Brushing. Sori is sweet, very professional and does a great job with my dog.My dog has also attended doggy daycare here. It’s a great service and you can even peek in occasionally on their Live Cam. It’s nice to see that they have an attendant in the room playing with and cleaning up after the dogs. They also have what I call the time-out pods that they can put the dogs in if they’re getting too feisty with each other or just need a break. I would definitely recommend NY Puppy Club to any pet parent looking for grooming and/ or day care. My dog hasn’t tried the overnight boarding, but I would assume they would take the same care with her as they do with everything else.

This is our dog Troopers, third grooming by Daniel. I waited to review. Mostly ,because in the past 10 years,I havent been able to find the same groomer, more than twice, for any of our dogs. So far, Troopers very comfortable here. Nothing negative from him. Walked in calmly, happy to see Daniel. Leaves us, comfortably. Cant ask for more. Great haircut.

This was my dog’s first visit with Hae Mi. She did a wonderful job. She was gentle with him and kept him calm. Her cuts are precise and clean. I recommend her without any hesitation. A perfect 10!

I wouldnt go any where else, a very professional service and a wonderful staff. They take great care of every animal with their safety always first as offering their expertise on grooming, food, and wonderful toys. They have a very nice area for puppy day care where the dogs can socialize and play as well as safe overnight boarding. 😀

I would not recommend this place to anyone for grooming. I brought my 1 year old Morkie and asked the groomer to give my dog a nice cute haircut, but the result was of little effort. He is a long fluffy haired dog and all they did was shave him down and his ears were left minimally touched which also looked uneven on either sides.To be completely honest, when I saw him I could not recognize him, not in a good way. To make matters worse, after getting him back his ears were heavily inflamed, red and has a foul odor. It looks like he is going to develop an ear infection. After coming home my dog was not acting like himself and was very distanced. My dog continued to nip all around his body and mostly on an area in which they shaved too deeply near his genital area which led to a big hot spot. I came to this place with high expectations but I was left feeling disappointed and robbed.Again, I highly do not recommend this place. My poor baby does not deserve this. Choose at your discretion.

I recently boarded my dog for a night for the first time here. They are put into large crate like nooks (I saw them; they looked decent) for the night. However, little did I know that they are in there from 7PM till 9:30/10AM. 15 hours, at least! Needless to say my dog and his sleep mat came out REEKING of urine. And there is no attendant for those hours. This seems dangerous, borderline abusive to me.

This pet store is wonderful. The staff is very knowledgeable and even remembers your pet’s name. They have a wide variety of pet products. Sarah one of the long ladies that work here has been so helpful and sweet with our Cattle dog. I would recommend this place to any pet family looking for great service and good quality products.

My first time at this NY puppy club. I used to be an avid customer for the older location, until I had an incident with a groomer and felt she was rude so I stopped going.However this place I got nothing but a welcome feeling. There is a guy that works the front desk. Fluent in korean and English. He is extremely helpful and friendly. I forgot my pups vaccination papers. My pet hospital faxed it over and he went out of his way to make me copies. While it isnt a big deal. It was a kind gesture.Grooming:I went here to get my pup groomed. First time grooming here. Howver the groomer weve had experience with. Gromer miss Ha Mi is very experienced and talented. She is always able to make my dogs face very round shaped. She gets all the hair in his ears and around his nose. Very happy with her grooming abilities.Price for grooming was $65 with tax and $10 for tip to the groomer.8lb yorkieThey accept credit cards and cash.The store is very organized and easy to find products. The day I went the place was clean. They have a hand sanitizer before you open the door. All employees had masks on.Before and after with my dog.

Recently, I brought my little Yorkie terrier pup for her first grooming at NYPuppy Club on Northern Blvd and 191 St. Her groomer , Chris, did an amazing job- in 2 hours, my little Nessie looked amazing, trimmed and bathed, exactly as I asked ! I can’t say enough about her grooming as I have been to many other groomers with my prior pet and was never as pleased . Thank you Chris from Nessie and her mommy - we will be back in a few months.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Dog came back nearly traumatized and anxious after being groomed here and he had a cut in his abdomen from the grooming that was bleeding a lot. He was fine before going here and after came back literally traumatized and in pain from the cut they left. If you care about your fur baby, please do not bring them to this groomer.

Did a walk in both of my visits for a 10 lb mini schnauzer.Visit 1 = nail trimming. Walked in with vaccination info they requested. Took less than 10 minutes and was around $10+tax (I think the price changes depending on the breed and weight of the dog)! She came out happy and shorter-nailed 👏👏👏👏👏Visit 2 = nail trimming and paw pads trim. Walked in, they asked for vaccination update and I was able to email that over quickly. Nails cut $10 + paw pad trim $10 + tax = around $22 (for small breed). Quick, efficient, friendly. Will be back~~!Used to get her groomed pre-COVID in Bayside, but the store closed during COVID. Tried trimming at home with dog grooming stands, hammock, dremel(?), etc... but nope. I only got left with teeth scratch marks and scratches almost every time (Yes, Ive used desensitization methods). She did not like the another groomer I tried, and was going to take her to a vet to get it done (as her nails were getting out of hand) but I saw this place and wanted to try it as last resort. Im so glad I did. I will be returning ❤️

This was my first time leaving my dog in boarding and I couldnt be happier that I left my puppy with NY Puppy Club. What really sets them apart is the live camera that I obsessed over while I was gone. However, even with the camera they still sent me personal photos and videos of my dog giving me more reason to relax. Every single staff member was super helpful and considerate. The only real issue is that the dogs are just expected to pee inside which kind of hurts house training but for an extra $8 you can schedule 2 walks. I would never wanna leave my puppy behind for another trip but if I had to I would leave him with them.

My dog spotty has been going here for 3 yrs now. Her groomer jiang is amazing. I feel soo comfortable to leave my dog there for grooming. Very clean and excellent service. Would recommend this place to anyone.

I love the attention my dog gets. Janet takes care of her when i take Jewel for boading I just wish Janet would work at NY puppy club more days..Jewel is very nervous how ever Janet seems to make Jewel feel at home ..everyone is very nice groomers are nice and friendly the entire staff is.. the store is well equipped with pet food ,toys,treats and tons of pet accessories. A Big Thank you to Janet for taking extra care of my fur baby.. nice store good prices keaped very clean and equipped 🐕🐶

First time I went they cut my dog lower than I instructed but it was nice so I came back. I booked an appointment for the 13th online some how it changed to the 20th and the staff was rude so I asked to speak to a manager and he was just as rude and passive aggressive. Will not be returning. They lack customer service and if they can treat me like this , I could just imagine how they treated my dog

NY Puppy Club is always very accommodating. They are friendly when making appointments and when I am in the store. Heidi who takes care of our dog always does an amazing job.

Daycare was very great until many vet billsThey probably need a holiday surcharge and be more strict on health requirements. During the holidays, there’s many dogs. These are not regulars.My puppy got sick twice in a row (parasite, and followed by kennel cough). Each time taking pup back, symptom shows up when I take her home. I don’t take pup to dog park or anywhere. So most likely got it here. I believe there’s a parasite going on in that daycare. I heard owners not knowing why their pup has diarrhea and I also saw on the cam, another dog had massive diarrhea while spinning in circle. We have all our shots updated. In fact, the Bordetella should be every 6 months but they didn’t ask for it, even though we had ours (still got sick!)They also leave poop around because the handler steps out for awhile. They shouldn’t leave dogs unattended and should clean up immediately.

They carry an extensive variety of treats and toys and my Pom always looks amazing after her day of beauty! The groomers are extremely professional and experts in their craft. Highly recommend!

It Soo good and I take my dog there and they get us 2 free treats becaues I go there all lot and love their store and they have everything that you need like a cake for you pets and good treats and guys you need to go because it amazing!

I have been going to Puppy Club for 2 years for both my dogs and very pleased with the grooming.

Ive been taking my year old dog Cocopuff to NY puppy for his grooming . He loves all his groomers here ! Before I took him to Petco for grooming he got bad experience with those groomers their and start having anxiety . I found out those groomers in Petco are aggressive.They love to yell and scream even when Im on the phone with them . Thumbs up for NY puppy club !

Been taking my dogs her for years. Stopped going because its out of the way and glad I came back. I was taking my dogs to various PetSmarts and the difference is like night and day. They know how to cut hair really well. Can they be called hairstylists? Hahaha

This place is great. I took my 7 mth old pup for his 1st grooming session. He was pretty matted because hes not a big fan of the grooming experience lol but they did an awesome job. I will be using them from now on.
