I came here with my 2 dogs and had an amazing experience. The staff were very sweet and professional. I will be coming back! The place looked so beautiful too.

We brought in our puppy for his first grooming experience, and it was amazing. He went from looking like a shaggy rag doll to a beautiful, fluffy teddy bear. The staff was very patient and really listened to my preferences. The place is very clean and fun and the other dogs in the daycare looked very happy. Can’t wait for his next appointment. Definitely our place from now on. Thank you so much for giving us such a great experience.

This store did a great job for helping my dog to be clean and beautiful. When I was away for traveling, I put my dog with this store. The stuff there were very patient and nice. They cared about my dog a lot. Every time my dog is very happy when he comes here to meet his friends.

I recently visited and was thoroughly impressed! The staff was welcoming, the facility spotless, and they handled my nervous dog, Latte, with great care. The grooming was exceptional—Latte looked and smelled amazing. The team’s genuine love for animals is evident in their work. Highly recommend.

I share my horrible experience. Everyone wants to see it, so I leave a review in English. I visited here with my girlfriend for glooming our dog and I went to pick up for my dog after dropping it off. There was a woman at the counter who appeared to be the boss (who wore her makeup so thick she thought she was an puppeteer actor) and we couldnt reach the designer in the basement. Reason why this store no phone signal inside. So My girlfriend nicely asked the woman who appeared to be the boss to tell him we were here because this place didnt have a phone signal, but boss lady curtly shouted for unknown reasons to us. Bosslady say to my girl friend ‘ you contact her your self’. And then boss lady go back to inside caunter chair and sit and look at the phone. (In the end, the man who appeared to be her boyfriend helped us.) We picked up the dog and on our way out, we noticed her sitting cross-legged at the counter looking at the phone after paying for it.(she face still looks like angry. I still don’t know why) after then we got home. The designer then contacted us. The boss lady asked designer to remove the review. We went there expecting our dogs first grooming, but the boss ruined our mood. I will never come here again, and I want to tell everyone to watch out for the boss woman. And the smell here is horrible. It was like no care at all. Staying there for 5 minutes wasnt easy because of the stench.This place boss lady’s attitude toward customers. Its a waste of a star

My dog was refused to be admitted in because he is senior. That’s fine. But they only told me that in the morning when I brought my dog to the store and I was about to leave for vacation.Below is response to your claim:You mistake me with somebody else. My late puppy is a pure white Maltese.

Very warm and welcome pet store. They are always answering questions patiently and open to communicate in a fast and responsible way. They use professional level shampoo and conditioner for service to make the best result! Highly recommended!!!

Been coming to this place for a pretty long time, employees are extremely nice. The service is great, my dogs always leave with great hair cuts. The price is very good compared to other place too.

Hands down this is the only place that I trust to groom my fur baby. Staff are very professional and friendly. They send me pictures every time after grooming. Even I moved to NJ last year but I still come to groom my fur baby on monthly basis.

I just got my boy nova(Doberman) yesterday and didn’t know what shampoos I needed but Katherine was able to find the perfect product for him @ pethome. She had excellent customer service and also gave my boy a to go treat 😁. I recommend this shop to anyone living in flushing looking for pet supplies or grooming.

I won the lucky draw on Wechat which is a burger & fries combo for my cats on Children’s day. The gift was really cute, and it even came with a hand-written card. I can tell the owner really put into the effort and cares about the furry friends.

The new shop owner is very heart-warming 🥰Because the three cats have different situations and different projects to be done, she recorded my requirements carefully. The efficiency is also very high.
