Worked magic on my older toy poodle and was super sweet and understanding! Will be a long returning customer as she is the only groomer I have found that my dogs love :)!

I simply love it here. They are very patient with my dog, who is not a fan getting cut. He has snapped on someone at a different groom. The nail his cut every time!

Love this place! I have been a customer for more than two years and she never disappoint you. Jessica is so nice and very accommodating to your needs and she gives great grooming to my pup.

My experience here was awesome! The groomer named Jessica was very attentive to my dog champ who is a Pomeranian hes a bit feisty and for the first time I brought him into a groomer with a muzzle for fear he could potentially bite someone. When I returned later to pick up Champ she had given him an awesome haircut exactly as we requested furthermore, added blue bandana giving him the superhero dog look!!! To my pleasant surprise champ was no longer wearing the muzzle either and she had figured out some of the things that were triggering him such as the noise of the buzzer Etc and worked with him to give my dog a pleasant experience thank you so much this is an awesome place.

I’ve been bringing my dog here since they opened, Jessica is always so accommodating and helpful! If it wasn’t for her we would not have noticed my dogs tumor. She goes above and beyond! This is 2 weeks after his bath 😍

I never write reviews but this is long overdue because master pups is the best! I’ve been taking my Pomeranian here since he was a baby and he’s 5 now. I do not trust anyone else with my pup but Jessica is AMAZING. He looks perfect every single time he leaves masterpups. I’ve even brought my aunts dog for her first haircut here and she looked adorable! Jessica is so sweet and gentle with them and you can truly tell she loves what she does. 10/10 recommend, best place ever!

Weve been with Jessica since Molly was a puppy, and Molly will be turning 4 this yr. Shes amazing, her staff is wonderful, and we wouldnt trust our dog with anyone else. Molly always comes back beautifully groomed, and when we pick her up after boarding for a short vacation, Molly is her usual perky self. Weve just had a wonderful experience with Master Pups.

We had such a good experience at master pups! You need to get an appointment but once you had one it’s smooth sailing. They were very professional, took care of my pupper so well! And she came back looking so clean and the cut was fresh! I would highly recommend them. To top it off she added a cute pink bandana to make my puppy look even cuter!

They treat my dogs like their own. They are fast friendly and keep my fur babies looking amazing. I love this place. I highly, highly reccomend them!

The best experience a pet owner can have!!Lets talk background - I have a chi mix and she is fiesty when it comes to her paws/nails (she had a bad experience prior, they cut too far that she bled and after that hated grooming)When we first got recommended to Jessica, she was extremely friendly on the phone and we booked the appointmentNow the moment we got in, Jessica attended us right away and all her attention was on Mia (my pup). I can tell Mia was an extreme priority at that moment, which made me feel comfortable. Jessica took her time getting to know Mia, talking directly to her, making her feel at ease, going with Mia’s boundaries and soon enough (20 min. In) Mia got comfortable with Jessica.Jessica took such great care of her, groomed her to our liking, even cut her nails down (since it was tough to find a groomer that would take a feisty one) and most of all, made Mia feel safe - I really appreciate that!!If I can give more stars, I would !! The best place you can bring your pet, you will not regret it.Also, the pricing was great as well !!

I’ve been bringing my dog here for years. You can tell Jessica truly love dogs and wouldn’t ever hurt them. My dog hates going to the groomers just like any other dog but she loves jessica and I know she makes her feel as comfortable as she could during this experience. I feel safe leaving my baby here. I tried other groomers and didn’t get the trusting feeling from them that I feel with Jessica. My dog always looks great after coming here.

We took my puppy to a different place before and were able to tell that my puppy was not normal afterwards and the haircut wasnt even great! After reading very good reviews about Jessica at Master Pups we decided to give it a try. After filling out a form, they did ask for proof of vaccinations which was a good sign. We were very glad after seeing my one-year old Bichon’s new look, just as we expected! and the puppy was still happy and active after being at Master Pups. Jessica was a really wonderful groomer, she is attentive and accommodating. She also informed me of her observations with my puppy and gave me advice on how to maintain my dog’s health. Not to mention The price is also very reasonable. Highly recommended.

When my pup was about 6 months, we took him to a different place and we were able to tell that my puppy was not ok afterwards. The haircut wasnt even great!We then decided to bring him to Jessica at Master Pups. The bond that my dog has with her is great! Shes so friendly and cares for our dog, asking how hes doing whenever we pass by or call. Highly recommend!

I hav been using Master Pups for a very long time and have always been pleased with their service. My dogs are afraid of almost anything, but when I hand them over to Jessica they remain calm, they need a little special attention and she already knows how I want the dogs groomed. My dogs have been groomed by Jessica more than 17 years. I strongly recommend Master Pups.

Lovely place, only place weve ever considered taking our dog for the past nine years as Jessica is wonderful and goes beyond what is required! She has tried to help me corral my dog into the store on more than one occasion. You can definitely trust her with your pets.

Have been using master pups for probably 10 years. Jessica is so sweet and patient with my fussy dog. We use Master Pups for grooming and boarding when we go on vacation. Canelo is always very well taken care of ♥

Took my dog here and she got a skin infection immediately after. At first I thought it was just an allegery so I didn’t think anything of it. She got better and then we took her here again and the same thing happened. Even worse she got flees. My cousin took his dog here and the same thing happened. They previously had no skin problems. They also NEVER ASK FOR PROOF OF VACINATIONS when you leave your dog to get groomed. So you can be leaving your pets there with dogs that are sick. Worst place ever. I have no idea how they are in business

They’re very thorough with your pets and pay attention to textured, color differences and always makes sure your pet is in tip top shape!They are lovely groomers!!

I took my dog for the first time and I love it. They follow my instructions, they put two little bows on its hairs, my puppy look beautiful. I would r recommend this place to a family member or a friend.

Place wasn’t sanitary smelled awful and really small the worker there made me uncomfortable and was impatient

This place is horrible, I brought in my husky to get groomed, they told me that my husky needs a bordetella vaccine. I asked the worker if they give vaccines and she said yes and they have a vet. I took her word and brought my dog to get groomed and to get the vaccine. I picked her up and I asked the groomer if she got her vaccine and she said yes. I asked her twice if she got it and said yes. I didnt ask for a receipt because I forgot. They should give me a receipt automatically even if I dont ask for one. A week ago I called them asking to email me a receipt for the vaccine because I needed it. The groomer said that she will and never did. Yesterday I called and told them to email me a receipt and they said that my dog was never on theyre record for the bordetella vaccine, I was confused because the other woman said that she got the vaccine. So they basically charged me $35 for a vaccine that my dog never received. And its a health problem that they lied. Dont go to this place they will lie to you about vaccines and make you pay for it. They dont deserve any business.

Do not take your dog to this place. They are not pet lovers, money lovers. I took my dog just for a bath and since my dog needs special grooming, I was very clear. I told they entire staff DO NOT TOUCH HIS HAIR; He just needs a bath. When I wen to pick my dog, I found they just ruinned his face. Now will cost me time and money to bring his coat back. They do not even deserve 1/3 star from my. It was a very very bad experience. They old guy ( I assume is the owner) mocked on my and asked me if I wanted the coat back.

All I can say is that Jessica is freaking awesome .! I took my two girls here for grooming and she just so lovely with the babies you can tell that she loves what she does I highly recommend this place 👌🏼

60 USD for a head to tail haircut for my Pekinese, they do a good job. Although the shop doesnt look the cleanest and newest, they do the job fine.

This groomers place has a television in which they allow us to see what occurs inside. They did not hear us come in because one of the workers was vacuuming. When we arrived, we looked up to the TV and heard screaming. We witnessed the groomer hitting a dog and shook the dog into place while screaming “no not like that”. It was not my dog but it is very saddening to know that the same dog who got hit, will come back to this place because the owner doesn’t know how they really treat dogs here.

They did such a great job on my Gorgie. They are very professional and fast. Only took 2 hours. In other places I went to I had to wait 4 hours. I highly recommend them if you are looking for fast service, professional, and reliable groomer 👍🏻

My boy Barricade has been going here since they opened. He gets his wash, ear cleaned and when we go on a vaction he boards here until we are back. Great staff and Barricade loves the place

Excellent service and they look after your dog as if its their own. I have been using their service for over 7 years. I moved out of the neighborhood 4 years ago but still make it a point to have my dog groomed by them.

First time bringing my dog there. I was welcomed the minute I walk in .I fill out the form. The groomers came and asked how I want my dog groomed.All my expectations were met.Love it. Will be my permanent groomer.Thank you so much .Update after been so happy there. The last time I was there this is how my dog looked. I was very angry because they absolutely denied that the cut my dog during the grooming . After a phone call they agreed to paid for the medications. But, never again will bring my dog there. If they will admit that an accident happened prior for me find out maybe I still wi be there. I’m happy in my new groomer.

We have been taking my Brussel/shitzu Oscar for 2 years now to Master Pups, Jessica is great with him. He doesnt get along well with other dogs but she knows that and is very patient with him. She also does a great job grooming him. We moved out of Flushing to Long Island 6 months ago. Yet we still travel to Queens to groom him there. We wont go anywhere else. My Oscar knows her and is comfortable with her.

Theyre by far one of the better groomers in the area, accommodating and professional. Joey had a small case bacterial infection and they were willing to shave him and use his special shampoo.P.s I have a feeling I underpaid them today... masterpup if youre reading I mightve mistaken a $10 for a $20 in my payment on 6/30/17. Ill make it up on the next grooming if you dont mind the wait

The BEST groomer and only one I will ever trust with my furbaby. Ive been taking my dog there since he was 4 months old for both grooming and daycare, and hes over 4 years old now! Jessica and her team (extremely lovely and pleasant people) treats all the dogs with so much care, like theyre their own family members. Master Pups goes above and beyond with not only grooming your dog and making them look SO CUTE, but also is super vigilant about their health & condition. They have so much expertise with dogs and will let me know if anything is even a little off about my dog, and offers great advice or even solutions when she can. My chihuahua trusts them so much; hes always so excited to go get groomed and also play because they always make sure the dogs are safe and having a great time in a cage-free environment. He never wants to leave every time I bring him there. Thank you so much Master Pups for everything youve done for me and my dog, seriously a GEM
