If the business owner had done a complete reference check (on this groomer who murdered the toy dog) this sad and vicious event wouldnt had happen.Take my advice, take your love one to another groomer AND MAKE SURE THAT THEY HAVE A GOOD REP WITH THEIR CUSTOMERS.
