They did a amazing job on my dog. Both the ladies were very respectful and take pride in there job. The little bow they put on my dog made her look so cute. Definitely would recommend them to anyone

After have a few bad experiences with other groomers (Petco and a private one) we decided to get them a shot. The person who returned my call was so friendly and kind she eased some of my concerns and made sure I know my pup would be taken care of probably. Lauren who cuts her always dose an amazing job!

Lauren has been grooming my tiny goldendoodle (mostly poodle) for 8+ months and she does a fantastic job. He’s a puppy and very wiggly yet she is so patient with him. She treats him so gentle and kind and gives a great cut every time. Really great customer service too! Highly recommend!

If you have a dog with double-backed fur, DO NOT trust in their professionalism with how to groom your fur baby. My two Shelties were shaved from head to toe bald.

As usual, Kris and her staff were terrific. They do such a great job with my dog...who has lots of hair and doesnt like the dryer.Also, while a chain groomer had difficulty trimming her nails, Kris and her staff make it look easy.

I brought my daughter s miniature schnauzer to get groomed and they did a wonderful job. A very nice groomer that listened to the particular style of cut she wanted and we loved how it came out.

Unbelievably unprofessional. The blond/ashen gray broad has the nastiest disposition. Why do you offer a service, like nail trim, if you avoid the clients who schedule that service. Then, to get stank over the phone with someone whos been coming there for seven years, how ballsy for the small town success story.The irony cant be lost that, Im sure I was the only Black person who sought services from this place.I tipped $3-$4 on a $5-$10 trim where a vein was clipped and my dogs nails werent even filed, just clipped and jagged. She didnt even remember his name, would ask his name almost every time yet, I would stand there watching her gushing over the other people pushing their way inside.The favoritism in this weird little place is extraordinary.

Its awesome. Staff is so great and they so A wonderful grooming job. Our yellow lab had a bath..smelled awesomely good and had nails trimmed. It was Harleys Christmas spa day. Thank you immensely.

They were ok a couple years ago. I have a small dog, and they used to spend a little time on him, but the last three times I brought him there they really messed up his hair cut. Didnt trim nails and you could forget about anything else. Also the last two times I left a message on their voicemail they just never returned my call. Very unprofessional, dont know why because I always kept my dog very clean and he is a sweet heart. Never afain, waist of money

Been taking my Bichon, shih tzu and mini poodle there for years. Kristen is kind and gentle and gives a great haircut. My dogs are not afraid to go there.

They did an AMAZING job on my little Havanese. My poor dog was overgrown and matted. They made her look incredible! They even took the time to hand trim around her face and ears because my puppy is skittish with the trimmer. Thank you so much Pretty Pet Parler! You have a new customer for life!

My fur babies love going here. They are very happy when I pick them up. Other places I have taken my dogs to they come out shaking but here they act like they dont want to leave. Very friendly and loving staff to my babies.
