We love Canines Unleashed...and so do our two girls! They cant wait for School and have the best time there! Its safe for dogs of all sizes and they offer flexible drop off and pick up times! Our Labs have been going for almost two years and we couldnt be happier with the entire staff and the care they receive! If youre looking for quality day care with a full line of doggy essentials, give Chris at Canines Unleashed a call!

We dropped off our pup for her first day of doggie daycare and she loved it. Millie had a great time and it was a great alternative to having her in a crate all day while we couldnt tend to her. She came out having a great attitude and smelling nice too.

Cupcake has consistently received quality care at Canine’s Unleashed since Sep 2020. The Owners have helped me with tips for puppy training, I often see the Staff in the Little Dog Room (on the live video) petting and holding the dogs, Peyton is always helpful at drop off, and Brie sometimes brushes Cupcake before I pick her up. That’s going above and beyond my expectations! Thank you, Canine’s Unleashed.

They may be alright for older / larger dogs, but my dog is a Boxer puppy ... too big to be with the small dogs but too young and inexperienced to be with the bigger dogs. As soon as I dropped him off it already looked like a bigger dog was being a little aggressive and rough with him and when I looked in on surveillance later in the day I saw the same thing. There are also a large number of dogs compared to staff on duty to manage them.He wasn’t given his food and I was told he didn’t want it because he was too busy having fun. Sounds a little hard to believe. I was also told when I picked him up to not let him drink too much water because “sometimes on the first day the dogs don’t learn where the water is”. I gave him water in the parking lot and he did drink a lot and would have drank more but I didn’t want him to get sick. Both the food and the water explanations sounded like excuses to me.I was also told that the reason the other dog was a bit aggressive with him is because my pup hasn’t been neutered yet. It’s possible I guess, but he hasn’t had any issues at the doggie daycare we take him in NC where we live. Overall just not a great experience. No owner on site either. At least not on the day I went.Like i said, the place might be alright for bigger older dogs but I wouldn’t take a puppy there because at this young age he needs to have positive experiences with other dogs.

Ann does and encourages her employees to crate dogs that have accidents on the floor. Also she has become overwhelmed with dogs and not enough staff which means dogs are left in alone at times. She says that you can watch your dog on camera but then says sorry the camera was down today! I also noticed my dog cowering when ever Ann was around. When I asked some employees they said she pinned the dogs down to get them to behave.Take notice on her employee turnover . Not a good sign .I have reported her to the authorities and they assured me that she WILL be getting surprise drop ins . Watch out ANN !Maybe it’s time to give up this business! Please do NOT bring your dogs here!

This place is horrifying. Used to be a customer along with several other friends and their dogs. They treat the animals poorly (witnessed on camera) and when confronted about it the owner argues and berates you, and will blame you and tell you your dog is not welcome back. All of this has been seen on camera. I can’t imagine what happens when you’re not looking. I wouldn’t trust them with my animals. Go elsewhere.

I have been taking my dog Ruby to Canines Unleashed three times per week for the past seven years. The staff there has always been professional and caring. The facility is enormous, clean and well staffed. Ruby definitely gets a lot of exercise when she is there, as she is often tired out after 12 hours of play each day she goes. She’s now nearly 8 years old and still has the body condition of an athlete. Thank you for taking such great care of her! I would never consider taking her anywhere else.

This place needs a whole new team of employees or just shut down all together. My sister took her puppy here and he was kicked out because he was disruptive and played too much... Im sorry but hes a puppy, what do you expect. He has been around many of dogs all his life and is always excited to see other dogs. Hes the sweetest thing and would never be aggressive in any way. They locked him in a cage because they didnt want to handle his energy. Just from reading the reviews, I can see that people have had the same problem, which speaks volumes. This place sucks, and the staff abuse the animals. Its so infuriating that it isnt shut down already.

The best review I can give is to describe the level of excitement our Jack Pug displays when being in the vicinity of Doggy Day Care. Hes always excited to go and at the end of the day leaves invigorated, vibrant, and lively. The staff are genuine and knowledgeable. They keep a running stock of quality foods and items at affordable prices. I am truly thankful for the service Canines Unleashed professionals have provided us and wish them well.

My dog is a very nervous large dog and has been going here for about a year factoring in a Covid break. I LOVED Chris who welcomed us each time. She really let us know how he was doing and worked with us to get him comfortable there. I was extremely happy when we came back after Covid that they told me he was doing really well-which from what I could see on camera I thought so as well overall. Chris has scaled back her hours, there’s a new manager and they have pointed out they are short staffed and extremely busy finally after Covid. They have been hiring.Suddenly my dog didn’t want to join the other dogs outside out of the blue this week. He didn’t even want to stay. I noticed the large amount of dogs there this time and also asked about new staff. I was told on the phone that no-there was an average number of dogs there and no new staff.Upon picking him up-the owner told me yes they had a lot of dogs there and new staff. I thought he was just overwhelmed with the newness and it would take time. She told me he was always like this -every single visit. I stated I have been told each week he was doing good. She said she was afraid of that and that one employee (she named Chris) tells everyone their dog is doing well because she’s a people pleaser. Well the manager Michelle said he did well each time and the new girl I assumed was training for the front also told me just last week. So who’s lying? All of them?I’m extremely confused and mad at the thought my dog wasn’t doing well all this time and they possibly lied to me. Also for the fact that she stated he can only go once a week if WE really want him too because he’s too big to handle (he wouldn’t move outside this day-he’s not mean he just stands still with all his force). They clearly had no patience any longer or understanding and didn’t care. They went from being the best place in my eyes to now being non caring and clearly not informative -at least truthfully as to what’s going on. Not going back and wouldn’t recommend anyone now.

I had been bringing my 4 month old puppy here for about a month or so. I decided to check the camera and see what my pup was doing and much to my horror I saw one of the employees shoving my puppy against the wall for “playing to rough”. I immediately called this place and after i explained what happened I was hung up on. So then my fiance and i went in to get our puppy and reviewed the tape with the owner Ann and saw that the employees allowed multiple dogs to hump my puppy for at least 30 seconds at a time over the span of 20-30 minutes (that we saw) without a care from the supposed care takers of these dogs and as soon as he gets up and fights back for himself, hes reprimanded by getting shoved against a wall and dragged across the floor by his harness and crated for his “misbehavior”. While reviewing the tape with Ann we saw this particular employee mishandling a couple other dogs to which Ann agreed was too aggressive. It makes me seriously wonder what I didn’t see. Also the fact that multiple employees leave bad reviews speaks volumes. You dont bash companies that treat you right. This place is condoning the abuse and mistreatment of animals in the name of “training and safety”. DOG PARENTS BEWARE OF THIS PLACE

This place is a joke. Ann only cares about her dogs and holes up in her office while Sharon mistreats the employees and doesnt even go in the big dog room because shes afraid of them. They do hire really good people--but Sharon and Ann drive them away because they are seriously the most stubborn inflexible people in the world--high employee turnover rate--cannot keep a groomer to save their lives. Oh and forget about the littles--they are neglected. They shove them all in a tiny room and check on them maybe once every 2 hours and then yell at them because theyre barking--what do you expect?! They want love and attention!! Do NOT bring your dogs here! Try the barking orange or K-9 camp!

I dont trust them or their word. I just reeaaallly dont get a good feeling about them.. I was told that my dog, whom everyone loves, is super sweet and has been around plenty of other dogs & animals and has NEVER had a problem with another dog, was barking in other dogs faces - aggressively. They then kenneled her all day long and told us that shes not allowed to come back. I know the temperament of my dog better than anyone and this does not seem like her at all... It makes me nervous and angry because I dont know whats happening behind closed doors and when owners arent watching..
