My cat got groomed today by Furrever Friends in Liverpool and they did an amazing job! This was my cats first time getting groomed and I was nervous she might not react well. Turns out she was just fine tho thanks to the workers here they did such a good job with her she didn’t seem scared at all when I picked her up and I absolutely adore this haircut! Will definitely be returning here with Mystique when she’s needing a haircut/bath in the future!🙂

Miranda at Furrever Friends Liverpool provided my pup with an incredible amount of care and love and gave my girl the best groom we’ve ever had. Not only did my sweet girl leave happy, clean, and with well wishes from the staff, she also got the cutest cut I’ve ever seen on her! We do different cuts on her depending on the season and the condition of her fur and this time, we wanted to “keep her fluff.” Well, Miranda took that note, along with my request to shorten the hair on her legs and produced the most gorgeous style. With a sweet round body and beautifully tapered legs, my girl looks like a million bucks. Thank you, Miranda! We can’t wait to come back to see you!

We’ve gone to both Manlius & Liverpool locations for our dog’s nail trims & occasional baths. We see to Layla, who our dogs love! She is so kind, gentle, and great with nail trims they typically don’t let me do at home. It means so much to me that I found someone who I 100% trust with my dogs! All the employees at both locations are great. Excellent customer service, easy booking, & they handle my crazy dogs so well!

My dog was so clean and well cut after his grooming session he smells so much better then before and he had the best groomer, Layla. We will definitely be coming back here!

This is my third time taking my dogs to Furrever Friends and it is always a great experience! From basic nail trims to full grooms on my golden mix my dogs are always taken care of. The staff is friendly, the prices are fair, and the booking process is simple! Miranda grooms my golden and does a fantastic job - she listens to what I ask for, and I always feel comfortable leaving my dog in her hands!

Jess goes above and beyond taking great care in grooming my little monster. Sammys a bit of a handful but she somehow has the magic touch so my little guy is like putty in her hands! He absolutely adores her and literally is jumping up and down when he knows we’re going to see Jess! Before I even reach the village of Liverpool he knows where we’re going and gets so excited! She does such a fantastic job in trimming him and cleaning him up he looks photo ready when I pick him up! Can’t say enough good things about her and the salon. Just fantastic!

Absolutely amazing boutique. I recently moved back to the area after a 5 year absence to the same quality and customer service I remember. Baxter can have a lot of anxiety at the groomers and everyone there is so patient and compassionate with him. I can not express enough how top notch this boutique is. Took our cats for lion cuts today and Layla does BEAUTIFUL work- they’re the freshest cats in all the land. I heard nothing but nice things about the interactions my husband had with staff, and scheduling with the front desk staff was efficient and lovely. The signature scent Furrever Friends uses is great; this is the best grooming our cats have had! Our Ragdoll gets too stressed when brushed at home and we can tell he’s content and comfortable even after a big outing like this. We’ll be back!

Confirmed my appointment by calling me the day before and the day of and then i bring my animal in for grooming service and they refuse to do him because his vaccine expired a little over a month ago.. while I understand rules are rules they were willing to break them for my other dog that had an appointment 2 days later. Needless to say I’ll never be back after this foolishness. In my opinion the groomer was running behind and just didn’t feel like doing her job. I’ll go back to Carms in baldwinsville I’ve never had an issue with them

Pretty great place. I love that I can stay there with my dog while she has her services done. They did miss her dew claws when trimming her nails, I had to go back once I noticed and was still charged full price for their mistake. The dew claws were so long that it actually cracked and broke within a week of her initial appointment, I can’t believe they didn’t notice when doing her nails.

EXCELLENT Grooming spa !!! 10000 stars !!! I have a very large St Bernard/Pit mix and he is extremely anxious and nervous...They are the BEST !!! And my Charlie loves Layla ♥️♥️♥️ Could not imagine the peacefulness he has going in..during..and after 👌👌👌

I recently inherited my Mother-in-laws Shih Tzu and after having a bad experience with her previous groomer, I found positive reviews for Furrever Friends. They fit us in relatively quickly and on the appointment day, they listened to my concerns (her fur had grown very long over the winter and got a little matted in the leg area and she has moles that have been buzzed by the previous groomer 😔). We chatted about what I wanted and what they could do for her and when I returned, I was definitely please - her cut was very well done and her fur is softer than Ive ever felt it! Well definitely be back!

Ok, so let me say I was really nervous bringing my 12 year old chow chow Lucy to a new place. When I walked in, LC greeted me and informed me that I booked the wrong service by mistake. She was amazing she managed to still make my appointment work and walked me through everything all while it was crazy busy. So customer service was already a 10 for me. Then I went to pick up my baby Lucy, and LC did a fantastic job for what I was bringing into her!!! So grooming a 10!!! They were friendly and amazing, and Im so thankful for them! I highly recommend!!! If I could give more stars I would! And if youre nervous like I am about bringing your pet baby to a new spot, dont be nervous they rock!!!

I’m really surprised anyone would give this place higher than a 1 star. As far as the quality of the service on my car it was fine. But the customer service from start to finish was horrible!!! Went to Liverpool location. Never been there before. Was aware of price range $80-$90 over the phone the girl said which is fine Walked in and greeted by the girl that worked oct 1 around noon (told my son who picked up the cat to get girls name and he forgot. Had him get our cat because I couldn’t be treated so horrible again) no hello. No welcome. No smile. Asked for rabies vaccination. Gave her tag and papers with receipt. She said sarcastic “its only on a receipt!” So ok I let that rudesness go. She asked what I wanted done I explained his hair cut about halfway than what he has now. She said rudely he doesn’t get cut he gets shaved. I mentioned I didn’t want his hair real short being shaved. I don’t understand how they groom cats. Never been there before. So I asked her to explain what shaved means. RUDELY she says with eyes rolled she explains it again. I said ok. Then talking prices…I asked about what would this cost. She said $100 . I mention the girl on the phone said between $80-$90. She didn’t like me saying that and sighed. I asked her if she could go over the different prices with services. She said them extremely fast so I asked her to repeat. She was so rude I finally said I’m paying good money and told her she’s being rude. She kept saying she’s not upset as she stared at me with daggers. I told her yes she’s being very rude. Once again she wanted to keep arguing. She rudely said nail and ears are always included in our services. (I don’t know anything about their services before). I finally said what service I wanted and how much. She told me and I said ok because I just wanted to get out of there. But made sure she said price and that doesn’t include tax which is fine but the way she said it was the meanest Bottom line……it was awful from start to finish with this girl. Wish I had her name. I told my son to get a name and he didn’t. As I said I had to call my son to get the cat for me. That’s how bad this woman was! I will drive to another city for grooming before I ever step foot in there again! Don’t go! This woman was evil and treated me so horrible. We deserve respect and friendliness when spending that kind of money!! Hope the appropriate people see this. Not sure if this woman was owner but I sure hope not because with her customer service maybe to others as well the company would go down the tubes. The experience with her is one I’ve never had at an establishment that’s how bad it was. ANYONE FROM THIS HORRIBLE ESTABLISHMENT DO NOTTTTT RESPOND TO MY POST!!!! Can’t even stomach reading anything you he Abe to say. One more step from you and I’ll go higher!! BBB for sure!

They always do a great job! They are VERY flexible with pick-up and drop-off, they always take amazing care of my pups, and leave them nice and cute and clean. How do I know how good the care is? As anyone who owns dogs will tell you, they are VERY obvious when they dont want to go somewhere, barking, running in the opposite direction, etc.When I bring them in for their grooming, they run in the door, happy to be there, and always seem delighted to see their groomer. Great place, great people, great grooming!

They did an excellent job at making my doggie feel comfortable. This is the first time she ever came back from the groomers smiling and not in tears hating me. The groomers were very friendly and ready to answer all my questions. My favorite part is that they were honest about any problems they had cutting her hair and why it possibly may not be perfect. Im glad they worried more about my dog feeling comfortable and happy then doing a flawless job. I will definitely bring her back here!

Ziggy has been groomed many times in the 4 years since I adopted him. The haircut by Lalya is by far the best ever. She did a super job.

I brought my mothers cat in today for Sheena to groom. I warned them the cat was fractious and not afraid to scratch and bite. The staff assured me they were experienced with this sort of thing and not to worry. It took a half an hour just to get him in his cat carrier - I was worried he would shred to staff to ribbons!Let me tell you, they really did an amazing job. I cant imagine how they escaped with their lives, let alone trimmed his nails. Im so amazed I had to get on and write a review. He looks beautiful - his coat is fluffy and white, mat free, and they got rid of his fleas.I wish I could give them 10 stars. They were professional, friendly, clean, experienced, and everything you want in a groomer. Plus they have so many cute products, even sizes for my 100 pound puppy! Love them!!! 👍👍👍👍👍

I have brought my now year and a half year old Cavapoo here since she was a tiny pup! She is very skittish and shy with anyone who is not in our immediate circle at home. Daizey is comfortable here despite that and always comes home looking perfect no matter the groomer ❣️

Have had our three cats groomed here a few times now. Excellent service and excellent grooming. Sheena gave baths to our three cats today and gave them the special Argan oil shampoo. So great for their dry coats and they all smell and look amazing! Great place, great professionals! Will continue to bring them here!

Today was the first time I used their services…I was. Impressed by the cleanliness and friendly staff…they took the time to know my fur baby and discussed how I wanted him done…I can’t recommend them enough…

I would never recommend you to take you pet here.I personally brought our golden doodle in where the staff checked his coat prior to grooming and agreed he needed to be shampooed extra which you did indeed charge me for. At no time did the staff state he was badly matted. Niw my dog has severe abrasions and the owner want to state he was matted and undernourished. How dare you as an owner make a statement . This dog is the best dog anyone could have. He is active and definitely not malnourished. The average weight for a medium golden doodle is 30 to 45 pounds. For your information Bennie is 38 pounds. So when this owner is now playing veterinarian is stead often a taking responsibility for damage and pain caused by obviously inexperienced staff , think twice before using their services.I have had Bennie there before and have had recommended friends. My initial call to them was to make them aware what they did to my dog and why they did not say anything when I picked him up.That is my concern an anger towards this establishment. The owner should think twice if he cannot handle a customer asking why they cut my dog causing large abrasions. Again Shame on you. And you will here fro. Me again.

Incompetent and frustrating. Waste of time bothering with this place. They tell us to bring rabies vaccine proof for my 2 cats. When we get there and show them the proof they tell us they have no idea how long a rabies vaccine is good for and that they can’t take our cats since both rabies were from last year and they’re unsure. If a valid rabies vaccine is a requirement shouldn’t you know how long it’s valid for??? (Neither cat is due for rabies yet btw. They are both up to date on everything.)

They told me they were charging me for a large dog. My doggie is only 50 pounds and short hair. $55 to give him a bath. I feel like I should have just tried to give him a bath in my stand alone shower when I left. I just feel like I got over charged. I had two giant Great Pyrenees before these two dogs I have now and they were much larger and hairy and they were $80 each to get a bath.Edit since response. No my dogs name is Courage and my last name is Lynch. I got the extra flea and tick shampoo which was $10. Understandable. He is a lab mix and the girl when I picked him up even said he was very well mannered during his bath. However when I went to pay the man who rang me up had to pull out a book and look up the price. Maybe that’s where it got mixed up.

I have an older 12 year old lab. After years of corporate experiences they decided that he was to old and refused to groom him anymore even with a letter from the vet that he was just fine to groom. But corporate grooming is all about getting you in and out with little regard to the animal. I only wish I would have looked for a mom and pop shop sooner.The staff here went above and beyond my wildest expectations!I highly recommend Furrever Friends!!!If you want it done right and I SAY LOOK NO FURTHER!Seriously a+ established.Sincerely Robert and Cody Thomas

We took our pet dog to this location with thick full long hair... but when my daughter picked him up his cut was horrible.. I was so upset I wanted to cry when she sent the pictures to me. His cut is choppy very uneven and it appeared that the groomer didn’t even try to do a good job.. I spoke the “owner” he wouldn’t give me his name and he refused to give me my money back.. As a blackwomen in the community.. I honestly feel like I was judged and taken advantage of.. I’ve seen their picture gallery from other pet owners they have groomed, but it was a huge difference with my pet.. why would they do this horrible job... and then refuse to refund my money.. I am beyond disappointed..

I would like to give a great review to this company. Not only did they do amazing work but when I needed an emergency flea bath, they opened up and took us right in. I am all about giving money to local businesses instead of corporate businesses. I would highly recommend using this company for all your animals needs. We used Jessica for all of our animals grooming and she did an amazing job and always has gone above and beyond what youre supposed to do.

If your dog is animal aggressive, I do not recommend coming here as the grooming tables are very close together. My dog is a medium sized dog and the grooming tables looked to be more for smaller dogs. The groom was good but overall I was more worried for the safety of my dog and others there.

I took my golden doodle here to be groomed a couple month ago and was satisfied and recommended them to family and friends . After my most recent visit with Bennie my Golden Doodle I would warn you first before using them. After paying $92.00 my poor dog has open lesions in his head and tail so severe and infected I have to take him to the vet to be treated. I contacted furever friends to Express my concerns and they advised owner would contact me. I have to tell you the response from the owner was definitely not what I would ha e expected from a business owner. Uncaring and no remorse and not willing to take responsibility or even apologize. Their response was the dog was matted.If you love your dogs like I do, I suggest you take them somewhere else, more experienced and caring.Me or my family and friends will not use or recommend them .As for the owner SHAME ON YOU

Very friendly staff that make you feel welcome and a part of their process; as they are hard at work at their craft right in front of you when you walk in. It doesnt get much more personable than that!!! Thanks and this Furrever Friend will keep coming back with my pup Hex!

I take my cat here to get his nails clipped. They are awesome with him. We are in, out and driving home in 10 mins or less. I know cat nails take a lot less time than dog grooming but everytime I call they are super easy with scheduling an appointment.

Highly Highly Recommend!!! Brought my shih-tzus to Furrever Friends, they were very accommodating. they were very informative when speaking with me about what I would receive in my groom and the best part about it is my pups never looked better. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and trust worthy groomer. The icing on the cake is that they were extremely clean. Glad I found someone that cares about their clients and does a great job, I will never go anywhere else.

Our dog was mistreated and traumatized by one of the groomers there. He was repeatedly screamed at and frightened by this groomer. At a 14 pound barely one year old puppy. He was so scared that he could not receive the services we had asked for.She was unprofessional and rude towards my wife as well. I would be very careful about trusting your dog to these people, particularly if you would like them to be treated kindly. Unfortunately, the owner is aware of the situation and refuses to make the needed changes.They dont even deserve a single star. They need to be monitored.

I showed up on time, with the required rabies paperwork I made a special trip to my vets to get. Was told they did not have hot water and I could reschedule next week. A call to save me the trip would have been nice. Don’t waste your time, book elsewhere.

I’ve taken all 3 of my dogs here (my 2 jackshunds and my moms golden retriever) and they’ve done an amazing job with all 3! The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable and you can tell they really care about the animals they’re trusted with! I highly recommend if you’re looking for a groomer to check them out!

Im not a regular here but I do visit the store when Im in town to see family. The easiest way to tire out the dogs is at the park however they come away caked with mud. Ive brought my dogs here more than once and the service has always been great. For the price i paid, the grooming was excellent and my dogs came away looking flawless.

My pup cannot stand to have his nails maintained but they get done at Furrever Friends. The staff are firm and kind with my big dog so everyone is safe and happy after the visit.Their building is not accessible but they have accommodated my power chair with no hesitation.

I find it very hard to find a groomers that I would trust with my pet. I have brought my Cat here a couple times now to get her nails trimmed. Every time I have been to Furrever Friends Pet Boutique and Gromming Salon, the staff has been extremely welcoming, professional and you can tell that they all care for your pets like their own. I would definitely recommend them!

I am extremely happy and impressed with furrever friends in Liverpool. I have a black lab (7 yoa) and German shepherd (6 yoa)and dropped them off at 8 and they were ready by 10. My shepherd can get very anxious but did wonderful and was comfortable with the staff. They both got a bath, brush and blow out, ear and teeth cleaning, and nail trim/dremel done. The amount of dog hair they got off the dogs is impressive. Very pleased and will definitely be bringing my doggies back here on a regular basis. Also the pricing is very reasonable and I feel confident that they will keep my dogs safe at all times.

We love Mary Ellen! She Is such a great groomer! Our dog was a rescue who was abused and he has warmed right up to her Just after his 2nd vist! Always comes home smelling nice

I made an appointment days in advance for Saturday and it got cancelled late Friday afternoon even after I explained that my dog HAD to get groomed that day. This place is not considerate at all. I would never recommend it. Theres no way I could schedule another appointment so last minute, and trust me I called every place I could find.

I love furrever friends because every time I bring my Gemma she comes out smelling so good and her fur is so soft..Im so happy I found them for my dog they do a wonderful job every time.

I dont like giving bad reviews but the grooming that they gave my puppy was not what I asked for at all. The girl who did it was not knowledgable. The same puppy trim they did would have been $20 at Petsmart instead of a whopping $50 there. I tried to support a local business, but learned its better to save the money and headache and just go somewhere else. They did not do a good job. He looked better going in than out. Complete waste of money.

I have been bringing 1 of my dogs here for over 2 years. We absolutely love them, and will miss them when we move from the area. They are incredible with dogs and will pay extra attention to the pups who need a bit more care.

I stopped in to check out the collars/leashes this afternoon and was going to inquire about grooming prices when I overheard one of the female employees/groomers ask her co-worker if the fur of the dog she was grooming looked even. The groomer went on to say (in reference to the dog) I literally want to stab her in the face! Apparently the dog wasnt behaving well enough while being groomed, which is completely normal especially if the dog perceives the person grooming them as a threat. Needless to say I left after hearing that comment and will not be bringing my dog here, ever!

Theyve always given me good, friendly service for a fair price. Once I even called about just getting my dogs nails cut and they took me in right away and were quick about it. I thought that was convenient.

We have been bringing our dog Bella there for several years. She is well groomed and well taken care of. We appreciate the owners efforts to address any concerns we may have.

Absolutely love them they do an amazing job my groomer rachelle is always so professional she used to groom my dogs years ago but sadly left and now shes back and I couldnt be happier shes always so nice and does just a absolute amazing job highly recommend

Took my dog here for the first time last weekend as this was the first choice from just moving back here from Ohio. Worst experience Ive ever had. His appointment was at 11am, when I called to check on him at 1:30 they said they hadnt even started on him yet, then I called at 4 to see what the status was and they said I could pick him up. The cut was so uneven and they didnt even touch his tail or his legs. Got home and found out that myMom had a missed call while she was at work from them at 230 , after I specifically confirmed MY phone number with them before I left himThere. So out of the 5 hours he was there, seemed like only one hour was actually being worked on. Obvious rushed job. Never coming here again.

I am very happy with the quality of my pup’s grooming. She is a furry one, so it takes time and patience to give her a beautiful cut and bath!

These guys are great, if you havent had luck finding a a spot for your dog (I can only speak on dogs bc Im a dog owner) but regardless they will take care of your pets. TY for the consistency

Big problem !!I took my dog to get a hair cut and they cut some of his ball area ,!!! cut some of the skin in his ear !!and they didn’t cut his nails well And they charged me 60.00 for a small dog . I am going to get my dogs hair cut somewhere else . He is a Yorki I’m very disappointed and sad !! SHAME

My Yorkie-poo always came home exhausted or crying after her grooming appointments. She spent 2 hours with Maryellen and she had a very different experience! I am so grateful to Maryellen for giving Lilli the cut I requested. Lilli looks adorable, her hair is clean and soft, and she was not traumatized by the experience. I hope to make this business a monthly experience for my dog. I will also be requesting Maryellen’s services for Lilli. I will also be recommending this business to other dog and cat owners. Brought my 2 Japanese Chins and a friends ShihPoo in yesterday for the first time. Very, very happy with the results. All 3 look wonderfull. Staff friendly, professional and very caring. Definitely going back.

One word, RUDE. called to get an estimate on grooming my cat, the woman answers & screams HOLD. As I waited for someone to come back on the line she was less than useful when I was asking about pricing when I told her what I wanted all she said was “yeah”. No price or anything else, definitely not impressed seeing how I was recommended to go here & I definitely will not be giving them a dollar.

Brought my lab there for grooming and a deshedding treatment. I am amazed! I can pet him without hair flying everywhere, his fur is so soft and he smells wonderful! I highly recommend.

I love this shop! Jess is so caring and attentive to all the animals and treats them like her own. She is a talented groomer. She notices little details and changes and tells the animals owner. Shes always smiling and courteous. My dog and I both love her!

I have been bringing my long-haired Persian cat, Chewy, here for a year now. I was nervous to bring him to a groomer, filled with barking dogs and unfamiliar sounds of machines and trimmers. They were absolutely wonderful with him! From the bath and blow out, nails trimmed. They do a wonderful job with his cut. Perfect length around the maine and nicely trimmed length elsewhere. They even do a very close buzz down his belly and bum area. He has to be brushed daily to prevent mats- so it is quite the task for me! They nicely have removed mats before and gave me great tips and tricks to use (without judging me and making me feel like a bad Mom). Hes my baby and I dont trust him with anyone....but the groomers at Furrever Friends. We cant wait for them to be able to re-open, hopefully sooner than later.

This was my first time going to the place and it will definitely be my LAST ! I was and still am very unhappy with the groom and temporary hair dye job that was done on my small puppy . It was so unprofessional no one seemed to know anything about the services there every question I had it was a “ I don’t know” or “I never done this before” . I wanted my puppy fur dyed black for his birthday just his ears, feet, and tail . Before making the appointment I called to make sure they could do it and I also seen they offered it on their website so after hearing and seeing that I just knew someone there knew they would doing groom wise and ESPECIALLY dye wise. Once I got the call to pick him up his dye was instantly coming off I knew it was temporary but they said it would last for about 2 days so I was very confused on why it was coming off on me and rubbing all over the rest of his body causing him to look gray and not black ! I paid $116 for a terrible service I didn’t my money’s worth at all . I was very disappointed and in disbelief! His groom job was awful he was cut down entirely too low and he had a few patches on the back of his head, legs and red cut on on his private area ! He looked so uncomfortable ! Just completely not what I asked for I even showed a picture so they could have a idea of what I’m aiming for groom and dye wise . I had to bring him back just to find out the girl DID NOT KNOW WHAT SHE WAS DOING! When she could’ve said that when I dropped him off then sit there and lie over the phone and in person . The girl used a old clogged up hair dye that was obviously no good she continued with the process when she didn’t know what she was doing once again which caused the dye to bleed bad and spread off over his body make him itch and his fur felt very sticky, dry, and gritty ! After bringing him back they had to give him two baths total so they could wash out the terrible dye job that was done . This really caused my puppy a lot of discomfort he was crying and very cold I even had to bring him out twice after a bath in the terrible snowing weather ! I felt so awful as his owner knowing I put him through this , I just wanted my puppy to look nice and feel special on his very 1ST BIRTHDAY! I paid a lot of money just to get less than half of it back This was a very unprofessional experience. Bad service. Terrible communication!!! I highly don’t RECOMMEND!
