Friendly staff! Always sweet to my fluffies. Haircuts are so cute, and doggies smell great after. They even put little bows in their hair! We have been going here for 6+ years and we have never been disappointed. My mom takes her dog here too.

Be sure that you set a time to pick up your dog or he will be stuck in a cage for seven hours without water (presuming that is why he ran to the water bowl and drank it dry when he got home) or getting a chance to go out and do his business. throw in the fact that his cut was not what we wanted I cannot say it was a good experience

My lab Capone is our baby.... Rob and I will never take him anywhere else, we tried one other groomer after we moved out of the area it was a horrible experience, NO matter what we will always bring Capone to Heads n Tails....They are WONDERFUL !!!!!! 100 STARS

They used to be very very good now they dont even answer the phone so you can get an appointment to get your dogs nails done

Cut my dogs eye twice, once so bad we had to take her to the vet. Haircut is very good but rough with my dog and that is not appreciated

First time for my man Grayson. We could not be happier with his cut. Professional what a great look.the staff was exceptional. They really care about your pet. I will be coming back every 6 weeks for the guy to get his spa treatment. He was relaxed and enjoyed his time there. Have been to 3 other places in his 3 years. By far the best.

The place is very dirty and disorganized, everything is broken and/or a safety hazard. The crates are travel cages stacked on top of each other and bungee corded together, they are rarely cleaned or sanitized. The brushes and tools used to clean ears are never sanitized after being used on dogs with fleas, lice, or some type of ear/skin infection. The owner cant identify canine lice, the brush used on a dog that had it, was used right after on another dog (same with the cages).
