Scrub A Dub Dog Grooming

This has been the best groomer that your two dogs have ever been to. Here in NYS and in SC ! They love miss Linda and have no problems running in to see her. The cut we get looks great each visit.

Ive been taking my dog to Scrub A Dub Dog Grooming for nail trims for quite some time, and unfortunately, I cant say Ive ever had a pleasant experience. Though Ive tried to overlook some minor annoyances in the past, this last visit was the final straw.The lady who seems to run the business has always struck me as grumpy, and Ive never received a warm or welcoming greeting. Even when I call ahead to schedule an appointment, the interaction is curt and uninviting. I could ignore this lack of hospitality, but my recent experience has left me feeling mistreated.My dog doesnt enjoy having her nails trimmed, which isnt uncommon for many pets. Despite this, the groomers handling of the situation was outright hostile. She overcharged us, and without any explanation, bluntly told us not to come back. While I understand that working with animals can be challenging at times, the lack of professionalism and compassion was astonishing.Im more than willing to cooperate and ensure that the grooming experience is as smooth as possible for everyone involved, but I expect courtesy and understanding in return. Sadly, Scrub A Dub Dog Grooming has failed to meet even the most basic standards of customer service.I strongly advise pet owners to think twice before bringing their beloved pets to this establishment. There are certainly other grooming services that will treat both you and your pet with the respect and kindness you deserve. I know Ill be looking elsewhere for my pets grooming needs.

We use Scrub A Dog Grooming in Manlius for our Weimaraner & German Short Haired Pointer. Our dogs wag their tails and jump in excitement when they see Katie! I never have to worry that they will be loved and treated well! This location has a fenced in area so dogs can get some playtime while they wait and can easily relieve themselves. The environment is clean & the location is convenient. There is no one better than Katie and she will be our groomer for life!

Our dogs havd been groomed by Linda and Katie for several years now. They do an amazing job. Our dogs love going to them for grooming. Our pug/beagle sheds a lot which is always much better after going to these amazing groomers.

I take both my German shepherds here and They absolutely adore Kate! My one girl hates having her nails clipped and Kate is the only person who can clip them. Highly recommend this place. They are very loving with your pets and does an amazing job!
