Stay & Play Dog Hotel & Daycare

I adore Stay and Play. They have been excellent with our pups and my family loves the staff. I am so glad I can trust the staff with my dogs, it relieves so much stress to know they are safe. They make it feel like family. We receive photos of them playing and having fun throughout their stay. Thank goodness for good places like this, so unfortunate for them that other businesses downfalls causing stress on this small family business.

Recommended for any Dog owner in Webster. They love our dog Kobi and they take great care of him while we are away or for a half day of play.

Absolutely love it here!!! Amanda, Camerin, Lindsay and the rest of the staff are so passionate, accommodating, professional, kind, welcoming and hardworking—you can feel it every time you step in the door. They genuinely care for the welfare of your pet and I could not recommend this place more than I already have. My work hours are far from ideal but they’ve been nothing short of helpful, loving and caring for my dog and I. He just loves it there. I can’t thank you enough Amanda for all of your help and grace!!!❤️🐾

My dog Keira loves it here, and shes a pretty anxious dog. The staff are always so nice and responsive with her, as she has epilepsy, and theyre very good about letting us know if she has any problems! They even give cute little report cards when they send the pets home!!

Always had nothing but an amazing experience with all of the staff members, its apparent they love these dogs so much. Deeply saddening to see this business be mistaken for the horrible nasty place on Rt. 5 In Elbridge NY.

Our dogs love it here- they have fun and are always well taken care of. The staff is amazing and so helpful. Boarding is wonderful too. My pups get to have fun with their furry friends while we have fun too! The interview/temperament process is easy and communication with owners/staff is wonderful. Highly recommend! Better than the others in the area.

Ive taken our 9 year old dog for grooming twice and recently for two overnights. Ive had interactions with at least four staff members and they have all been friendly, kind, patient and interested. I will definitely return and recommend.

Very poor supervision in the common play room with too many dogs of all sizes wrestling and acting up. My French bulldog developed a herniated disc in her neck after 3 visits. 2 of which she came home limping and had a torn front paw nail.Just finished an MRI and surgery to correct to the tune of $9k. Dog size and temperament matching in the common play room probably would have prevented this.

Our doggo loves going here. The staff is always very friendly and remembers our pups name every time she visits. I feel extremely comfortable leaving Daisy with them when we go out of town or she needs a play day.

Our dog Puck wags his tail in excitement every time we pull in the parking lot. Considering these times are when we need to go away without him, this truly speaks to the quality and level of care at Stay & Play. They take amazing care of him, and we trust them completely.

Really nice employees I took my dog there for an intake observation day; I guess my dog needed a bigger place to play. The area looked clean the dogs looked happy to bad my dog didnt like it there

Id like to thank the staff at this business for trimming my senior dogs nails (Norman, age 13) today. The staff was kind and courteous. Norman says thank you as well! Four paws up for a belly rub.

Great place, great employees, all of the dogs get constant attention. They are very loving of every animal that walks through their doors, and they take great care of them! I will always take my little guy there as long as theyre around!
