I couldnt be more happy! My dog is a very picky eater. They helped me find a canned food topper that is mostly chicken. For the first time she loves her food & ate the meal, the entire meal in one sitting! She no longer begs for treats all day! So thrilled! Cant thank the staff here enough!

I think its a decent pet store, I often use the self wash, but I wouldnt trust the reviews at all as they promote and give customers free items as a reward for leaving a 5 star review. Many of the reviews might be people just saying good things to get free items.

This is Benni! He goes to Jazz for his grooming on a regular basis. Jazz takes her time and is so caring. She is beyond talented and you can leave your pet with her and know they will be comfortable. Today was the first time Benni got his hair colored and I absolutely love it! He always comes home with a cute new accessory. Heather the store manager is amazing. Benni thinks of her as his second mom. Heather is the most friendly person I know and will give your dog all the love and cuddles. I know Benni is in great hands with Jazz and Heather! Bring your dog to pet supplies plus for a fun experience!

The store has a lot of different products which is great. We use Redford. And he has a lot of toys and it also has pheromone collars which we really need. The employees are always happy and I love to see the kitties that are up for adoption. Employees are very very helpful because they are happy animals of their own!

My boy Johnny Cash loves going to your store and gettng love from all of the staff. I love the service and great prices.

Ethan was incredibly knowledgeable about the different reptiles there and offered a lot of really great advice! I was really checking out the ball python they had in stock and he informed me further about their proper husbandry.

Emily is so wonderful with my dog. Always kind and loving. She does a fantastic job grooming and bathing our pets. It’s always nice to see her when we’re there, she makes us feel welcome.

One of my absolute favorite pet stores. Their staff is incredible, they have an amazing selection and they give back so much to the community and our four-legged friends. It is truly amazing. Couldn’t recommend them more!

I spend a lot of money there every year on several pets, well over $1k. Customer service is normally friendly, but management does not teach employees how to care for customers properly. When the customer needs help at the register, especially with a large purchase, you help them. If the employee cannot, then get the manager to do it. The employee in my situation did not know this basic rule of customer service and instead cited store policy.

It was an ok experience. I think my dog was a bit much for the groomer. She said he was afraid when she dried him with the blowers. We dropped him at 1 and he still wasnt done at 330-4. When I arrived he heard me and started whining and then barking, it seems he was prematurely done. He wasnt combed completely especially around his ears. The part that bothered me, he seemed so down that evening. Ive taken him there before and he didnt act out of sorts. I think this experience wasnt the best this time. He smelled great, missing his bandana, and was happy to be home.

I would like to thank Jaz for her great customer service and experience and she made my visit with my dog very comfortable and helpful. And my dog really liked her. She is very good at what she does and I am very pleased with my experience here. Ty again Jaz for everything you do and keep up the good work.

Pet Supplies Plus in Baytown always has great service and friendly people. The prices are comparable to other stores for what I’m getting (guinea pig stuff because guinea pigs are shockingly supply intensive). A big plus is there are lots of pets to check out and I normally visit with my 5 year old.Other pros+ good coupons+ fast curbside+ Easy online ordering

I’m not gonna lie, I’m leaving this grooming appointment with my dog a little upset. I dropped her off at 1:50 for a full groom, being a bath, brush, nails, paw pads, facial scrub, sanitary trim, and a bandana. They texted me at 2:15 that my dog was done being groomed. There’s no way in 25 minutes you accomplished all of that. When I returned to the store to pick my dog up, they hadn’t done her front nails (because my dog wouldn’t let them) resulting in her peeing and pooping on herself. Something she has NEVER done at her appointments before, so I’m leaving questioning why that is the case here. They also did not call me to inform me that my dog was having a problem with her nail trim, as I would have advised them not to continue and that I would come get her immediately. I paid $75 for a bandanna I never got and a half done groom job that obviously traumatized my dog enough that she soiled herself. I will never come here again. Only giving two stars because the cashier was wonderful.

After I walked in, I waited ten minutes for service. I then went to the front counter to ask the one employee working for help. They told me they would get to me soon... When I walked back up to the front, there was a line of 2 or 3 customers.With the only employee... I was in the store for almost twenty minutes and was not helped at all... They Had a man dressed up like a dog out front, trying to get people to come into the store... They would have been better off just having that man work.In the customer service area.

I volunteer for a local dog rescue and highly recommend this Pet Supplies Plus Baytowne location! Theyre been super supportive of the rescue, and all local rescues, and the employees including the manager Heather really seem to care about the dogs (and other furbabies of course). If I was closer, it would be the only place Id shop for anything pet-related!

This place is so fantastic, the staff here are so lovely and nice, I highly recommend coming here to anyone who has a pet they will help with all your questions and they are by far the best store I’ve ever been too.

We had our dogs photographed for Christmas. The photographer was outstanding, calming to our pets and very friendly. She should get a raise.

My dog was chewing her paws relentlessly. I mentioned it to Gianna and she told me my little dachshund probably had a chicken allergy. I stopped giving her white meat chicken as a topper on the Honest Kitchen Grain Free kibble and she has now left her paws chew free. Thank you Gianna!

Robbie was amazing today here in Webster NY. He was very knowledgeable, helpful with finding everything our dog could possibly want. We shall be coming back here to bathe, and shop again soon

Went in to get a new betta fish and left extremely sad. These fish had algae growing in their tiny containers and were on the brink of death. I felt so sorry for them. Even the area the cats lived in was just really sad. It takes two seconds to throw some new water in those containers. Shame on you.

Great customer experience

First time ever going to that store, The customer service was wonderful, the worker helped me with some recommendations for specific dog treats I was looking for. I was seeking a healthier alternative to rawhide that will preoccupy my dog. Normally I do my shopping online because I dont like being pressured, however I was in Baytown plaza returning some products from Amazon to the UPS store, saw the store and said why not. I did not feel any pressure to purchase anything, I got my questions answered, and I feel they have a pretty cool set up there pertaining to the pet grooming stations. Its an original concept and I think we need a support our local businesses. By the way, I rarely ever give reviews, the fact I was pleased with the service, I felt compelled to give them props since they earned it
