Staff is wonderful at this location! They greet us by name and have lots of treats to spare for Winston. He loves to come visit to pick out his weekly fresh bakery cookie and it is always the highlight of our day!

Personal service. Of you have questions just ask. They live to give back to the community by hosting fundraising events at their location and offer quality products and a great proce versus the big box store. My dogs love it!

There are a few PSPs in my area, but the one on Hard/Ridge Rd. is exceptional. The staff genuinely cares about helping you and your pet. Ally, in particular, is amazing! The store is clean and organized, and there are “special touches” that show they put thought and effort into their work. Samples of dog cookies, special events, and fun pet activities. Stopped in today and all the wonderful staff helped us out big time! I was looking for an allergy friendly kind of dog food for my shitzu and they directed me exactly to what I needed, who knew it would be so difficult to find on my own hahaha. Everyone was so clean and friendly, definitely recommending this place to all my friends with animals!

We love coming to pet supplies plus and Enzo always has so much fun, today we had thanksgiving photos done. They love pets as much as us!

I went in today to get my 2 year old puppy some food, and we had to switch it because he wasn’t eating his current food. Abby couldn’t have been more helpful! She was really knowledgeable and super convincing to help me switch to Redford! Best Pet Supplies ever!!!!

12/19/24: The staff are consistently polite & friendly. The store is clean & stocked well. The beautiful 😍 cats 🐈 😻 waiting ✋️ for adoption were very fluffy & beautiful! There were 2 volunteers 🙋‍♀️ in the cat 🐈 room to help socialize & stimulate the cats. Good people! The cat litter my cat 🐈‍⬛️ uses is $3 less here than at Petco or PetsMart!

Hands down the pets pet supplies plus store in the countryEvery single time I’ve come in i have been greeted with genuine kindness. The employees have impeccable costumer service skills and most times i have more than one employee asking if i can help them or just having a quick casual interaction.Just today i came in with my 2 year old daughter, we watched the kittens (whom all the people who care for them are equally amazing and kind) many times bringing a kitty to the window for my kids to say hello to.After that we walked to the dog food aisle and had 2 employees come over and hand a toy for my daughter who happily accepted it, free of charge. Both employees and I enjoyed a kind interaction and you can tell they truly care for their customers and want to help because of their kind nature.The cleanliness of the store is impeccable. I have never once gone in and seen empty shelves. Again every single employee asks if they can help me and not in a pushy way ever. No one makes you feel like you need to get in/out like other pet retail stores do.I can not say enough good things about this location. Truly top of its class.I had a trainer greet me once, wasn’t sale pitchy or trying to recruit me for a class. Heck they even have puppy yoga i saw one day!I enjoy the free pet scale for weighing my pup, i have not used the wash stations but whenever im there it’s extremely clean.You will NOT regret visiting Webster pet supplies plus. You and your furry friend will leave feeling loved and valued as a customer.

Was able to get a new toy and the substrate I needed for my ball python as one of the Rochester locations was out of it, very happy with my experience

Ive been coming here for two years and the staff in here is excellent. Their dog self wash is awesome and I help him clean up because thats the kind of person that I am and they said leave a review and I can get something free but I wouldve left it for nothing.

Saturday morning, staff was great. It was our first visit, and we were very impressed. The selection was somewhat different than other stores, so thats a plus. The low shelving made it feel much more open and welcoming than other stores, and it was easier to see where to go to find whatever you need.

Alex was amazing and he’s very pretty ! Thank you Alex for being the best of pet supplies plus! Ally and Mandy were super amazing too there were the greatest they helped out and made the event super amazing and AT&T loved being apart of it thank you!

I recently went to Pet Supplies Plus in Webster with my brand new Doberman rescue, Apollo. He really needed a bath. The basins were full so we had to wait and while waiting Apollo started barking at nothing, he made a little scene, heads turned and we caught some judgement looks from other customers. We got into the wash room quickly and the employees of the store were so accommodating and just understood what we were feeling and I didnt even have to say a word. While in the washroom, another customer asked me how many people my dog has bit. 🤬The employees of the store apologized for that mans behavior and hooked us up with a bunch of goodies and gave Apollo nothing but love. They wanted me to know thats not the usual vibe in there and how they felt bad for us.Yayyy for humanity! I cant tell you how much better I felt after that, their empathy, their understanding, their open minds and hearts! You can bet Ill be back! Thank you so much Pets Supplies Plus for going above and beyond and making us feel welcome. Words cant express the magnitude of our gratitude. We appreciate you so very much!

I was in town visiting family and forgot to bring Redford Natural’s Food for my dog Pickle. Abby was very knowledgeable, kind and helpful. I’m forgetful so I’m sure I’ll be back the next time I’m in town.

Nice to shop in a smaller less commercial store in town. Large variety and those special treats all pets would love. Dont like paying extra for all the glitter and hype of larger stores. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. You might even see them around town shopping.

Not sure why there doesnt seem to be anyone around when I need help finding something, other locations are super helpful. Most convenient location as it is on my way home from work. Last visit had to wait for a while until someone came out from the back to check out my purchases.
