K9 CLUBHOUSE

Couldnt recommend this club enough! The staff was great with my very shy and timid Golden. Kept me updated on his time spent there and made sure he felt safe and at home. My dog isnt the best with other dogs and they were able to give him 1 on 1 playtime with the staff to make him feel included and also was able to introduce him to other dogs and to my surprise got him to play with new dog friends!extremely thankful for K9 Clubhouse!

I’ve been using K9Clubhouse for about 2 1/2 years now, so there are a lot of things I can say 😍 but this Christmas Holiday I planned a two week vacation which is a big deal because I have never left my dogs for more than a week with anyone (boarding, family, friends, etc.), so yes I was very anxious about boarding my dogs for so long even though my dogs are very familiar with K9 Clubhouse. K9 Clubhouse took great care of my dogs while I was on vacation! I was able to call and check in on my fur babies and Gio even took the time to send me pictures of my dogs too (which I know was an extra step for him so thank you so much again). The biggest thing I’d like to note, boarding can be very stressful on dogs, especially for mine because Sagè, is very hesitant / closed off when dealing with strangers she does not open up easily and JoJo while he loves any and everyone willing to play with him or pet him lol, he does have a bit of separation anxiety; but every time I pick my dogs up from their stays at K9 Clubhouse they are never too depleted and are always their normal happy selves and I love that! Thank you so much for always taking good care of my dogs. 🤎

I can’t say enough great things about K9 Clubhouse. They are truly the best of the best!! I do not trust anyone else with my precious Ripley (little corgi). I’ve been coming to K9 clubhouse since 2019 and they have been consistently wonderful. I am so blessed to have found them. Giovanni is my Ripley favorite human, he is an angel. I believe Gio is the reason why K9 clubhouse is as great as it is. Gio has been there since Ripley attended and we are so thankful of his kindness, attentiveness and professionalism. We will continue to bring our little girl to K9 clubhouse because they truly care about our furbaby and they treat her like their own. Thank you K9 clubhouse and Gio for being so great, we are very appreciative fur parents. If you need an amazing day care and boarding, look no further, K9 clubhouse is it!!

I am beyond grateful for this team of amazing people. I have a 2 year old Cockapoo who has separation anxiety. Due to an unexpected death in the family, I needed a quick doggie hotel. The staff gave me a tour, answered all my questions, gave great suggestions, and calmed all my fears. I even got to speak with another pet parent that had a similar situation to mine and offered her experience that helped my picking K9 Clubhouse even more. As per their suggestion which was spot on, we did a few day care visits so that he can get use to the staff. They customized his experience based off of him and gave him 1 on 1 time since he wasnt ready yet to play with other dogs. By the time he had to stay overnight a few nights he was playing with the staff, happy and comfortable. They didnt mind me calling twice a day to check on his progress 😊 and they gave me detailed updates that just eased my mind. In such a short time my little baby has grown so much and C.J. , Kaitlyn, and Gio have such a huge part to play in that. Thank you so much!!!! He will continue to come for daycare. If anyone has any doubts please take the tour, ask all the questions and be prepared to be blown away by their big hearts.

My dog Koda has been going here for almost 3 years!! She loves it! I work full time so my mind is at ease knowing she’s playing and having a great time while I’m not home! She always comes home super sleepy from having the best day playing! I know she love going for daycare because as soon as she walks in shes busting open the front doors ready to run inside! I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my fur baby! I also love how affordable daycare is especially with half days and full days, the staff is also extremely friendly and always excited to see koda and they even have a nick name for her “koda bear”. If you’re thinking of bringing your dog here you definitely should!

We used to take our lab here once a week and he would get excited to come, but his behavior started to change after a few visits. We trained our dog very well, and while he still had puppy-like tendencies, he did get overly excited, which is understandable. After a few days here he started picking up bad behavior from other untrained dogs here. That’s not necessarily the businesses fault, but we preferred a more structured daycare that had less dogs and more people to pay attention to what’s going on to stop (not reward) bad behavior. The reason we stopped coming here was one day we went to pick our dog up and the person working told us they had SEVENTY dogs there….in one day. And of course shortly after that our dog became very ill with kennel cough that he had for weeks. IMO, amount of dogs should be regulated more especially when you don’t have many people working and able to keep a proper eye on everyone. That’s how accidents and mistakes happen, and dogs get sick.

K9 Clubhouse is the only place I would trust with fur baby Lexie. I work long hours and I feel comfortable that she is safe and well taken care of. The owner, Stephen is a hands on owner. He holds his employees to high standards and you know they love what they do.

My dog has stayed here a few times. Over the last 3 years when we couldn’t get my daughter to watch her and the place is very clean and the people here are great with the dogs. She gets a bath before we pick up and smells great. I highly recommend leaving your dog here. Very professional!!!

If youre doing an overnight if you cannot afford the park ave rooms then do not let your dog stay over. The dogs are howling barking and crying due to close proximity and confusion on where their owners are. Otherwise my dog was okay. The room was clean in the park ave suite. They offer baths as well and did a great job! They encourage checking up on your pup and overall the place is suitable for a overnight. If I would advise anything Id be instructive to how many treats amount of water and specifics your dog may need. My dog had to use the bathroom a lot the following day and I picked him up early. Im sure the daycare is quite different. Also their is a kennel cough warning even in the park ave rooms where the dogs are separated by glass. If signed its a 3 dollar insurance to cover 100 dollars at most if your pet gets a cough. The staff was friendly

We are so pleased with our dog Kono’s experience boarding at K9 Clubhouse. Giovanni has been super attentive to our Doberman’s needs and we appreciate his detailed phone calls for updates tremendously. Kono loves his time at K9 Clubhouse and Giovanni ensures Kono gets out for his independent play time and feels less anxious than usual when leaving us. 5 stars for Giovanni and the staff :)

We had previous bad experience on Rover where my dog was attacked on a meet and greet. We decided to visit K9 Clubhouse and toured the facility and it is darling! Person rooms with a bed, tv and fireplace! 👑🐾 I was sent pictures and The staff there are Great! You can tell they just care. They have overnight staff so the animals are not alone. There is 4 hours of playtime, 6 walks/ bathroom breaks, you can bring their bed, toys and favorite blanket!!! We felt more comfortable with the owner Stephen and his staff taking care of our dog than family!!! The rates were more than reasonable, they gave my dog a bath on his last day and we can tell that he was having a blast when we picked him up. We have a very friendly Pit Bull named Nashville and he made many friends and played well with his new friends. Thank you again to Stephen and his staff, and since we travel frequently, we feel wonderful that we feel safe leaving our Puppy/ child in K9 Clubhouse’s care. I highly recommend this place instead of Rover dog sitting and any Vet boarding facility where the dogs are left alone and very expensive. We noticed a van in the lot so K9 also offers drop off and pick up services as well as very reasonable grooming services. Thank you K9 Clubhouse and staff!!!! 😊🐾

Been using the boarding facilities for years and been very happy with the care and attention our dogs have received. Have a new puppy (almost not a puppy now) who has a lot of energy, so started using the daycare (both 4 hour and full day) for her. It is our dogs favorite place in the world, once were in the parking lot, she cant wait to get in - once in, she tries to grab a treat and her tail is wagging so hard her whole body is wagging and shes so happy. She has a great time and always come out looking great. Definitely recommend.

I have used the services at K9 Clubhouse and I have been more than pleased with the services. I can recommend the services for my Wheaten Terrier Jackson for nearly 2 years for other people with dogs. The staff is accommodating, flexible, pleasant and professional for people who work and do not want to leave their dog at home alone. My dog is happy to go their on a regular basis.

My fur baby loves their doggy day camp several times a week, while I am at work. Not only are their prices affordable, but I know my little guy is in great hands and is able to go out several times a day. He is always excited when we pull up to go play and have fun. The staff really love dogs and treat your dog like he is one of their own.

K9 Clubhouse is great. We took our girl there for day care and they treated her very well. Even though she did not want to interact with the other dogs they spent one on one time with her during her stay. This was our girls first time in day care, she will get used to it, I hope. Will definitely go back again.

My Vizsla was always happy and well cared for here. Please don’t listen to hateful reviews because these people who own this facility truly take wonderful care of these animals. I’m sure this is not an easy business but I can tell you that their profession, polite and my dog always was cheerful when I came to get her. Every other place I ever brought her she was sad or lost weight or had injury from a bath at pick up. We have a new puppy coming soon and without hesitation we will bring her here when we require boarding again.

My dog always comes home happy, healthy, and tired whenever we board him here or send him to doggy daycare. They are a great group of people.

I’ve been bringing my dog to daycare there and have been very pleased. He comes home happy and exhausted! I will be boarding my dog there for the first time and feel very comfortable leaving him there. The staff is great and the place is warm and inviting. I highly recommend K9 clubhouse!

Great place. I know my dogs are in good hands. They always come back nice and clean. Their beds and blankets are always clean. My mind is at rest when I leave them there. I would very highly recommend them. They are probably the best dog boarding on Long Island.

I highly recommend K9 clubhouse. We had been going to another boarding place and a friend suggested that we try here. I was reluctant at first because I was afraid my dog would not like the change. I could not have been more wrong. He loves his time at K9 Clubhouse. The staff has been amazing from the first time that we walked in the door. They are very accommodating and very professional. I know my dog is in good hands when he is there!

The staff Ive seen at the front desk are all always very friendly! They really taking great care of my Frenchie. My dog always looks happy when going to the doggie day care before & after! Dont know what magic they did to him. LOLThe entire establishment smells fresh even I know they always have so much dogs there they really do a well maintenance!

Excellent service! They take great care of your dog. When I picked up my Lucy, I could tell she had a great and fun time at daycare. Prices are very reasonable, with better care and attention than the big corporate places. Will bring my dog back again and again!

We are very particular about where we board our dogs. I honestly toured 5 businesses before we found K9 Clubhouse. Our dogs have stayed here numerous times. We love the Park Ave. Suites. One of our dogs is very old and its nice that they have a bed and their own room. The extra bonus - they always come home smelling clean and fresh.

Weve been with K9 Clubhouse for years; cant imagine leaving our precious pups anywhere else. Great staff! Our dogs [currently Scotties] are always well cared for, come home happy and on schedule, & the price for boarding is great. Thank you for taking the stress out of leaving our kids behind. My dog Layla has been in daycare here for a while. She gets excited to go, the people are great with her and shes not stuck at home getting into trouble while I work. She comes home exhausted from playing all day. Highly recommend!!

Ive been using K9 to vacation board my two dogs for years now.Last year one came home with a bad case of upper respiratory distress and it cost me a hundred at the vet to cure. I chalked it up to bad luck and moved on.I picked them up yesterday and the same dog is wheezing and sneezing while the other dog had an obvious case of severe diarrhea.These dogs are not prone to getting sick and have always been very healthy.All along, my experience has been good, but these past 2 boardings have not.

We were in quite a pickle finding safe clean warm care for a dog whose owner was in the hospital. Tara, CJ, and the entire staff went out of their way to accommodate a tough situation! We cant thank you enough and are so grateful to have been recommended to you! Amazing facility and staff!

K9 Clubhouse is the greatest and safest place you could leave your dog if youre going away. It doesnt matter if its for a weekend or for a couple of weeks, they treat every dog as if its their own. Id definitely recommend them to all my friends.

So this weekend 3/12 is my anniversary weekend and I am flying to San Francisco. I call this place on the morning of Tuesday 3/8 and speak to a gentleman with no accent. I asked about pickup time on Sunday as my flight is landing at JFK at 3:30. I was hoping that the 5pm closing time was not the deadline to pick my dog up. The man told me it would be possible for someone to stick around until about 6 if I stay in touch with them. I just went into the store tonight and was told no that was not the case and I would have to pay another night and pick him up Monday. To me this isnt about the money, I have plenty of it, but for the man to flat out deny the phone conversation I had with him is very insulting. Owning a company myself I would never tell a client one thing and then when the time comes to deliver bait and switch them. it just isnt ethical. Now I am left scrambling for other accommodations at the last minute and who knows if I can find something now. What is the saddest though is that I am a Babylon resident and travel often and I was truly hoping this place would be perfect for my pug. I guess I was wrong!!!!!

I travel about once a month for work and even though I dont live nearby, I always try to plan things so my dog can stay at the K9 Clubhouse. Shes fairly picky about her accommodations but shes never had a problem here, and shes always excited when I drop her off for camp.

I wasnt sure what to expect bring my 8 month old pitbull Aya here, but I can certainly say I was drawn to this place based on its reviews and its business model of really giving a lot of attention to the pets. I must say, when I got Aya back she didnt even seem like she wanted to leave, they must have spoiled her!! If you are looking to leave your pet somewhere safe and reliable, trust that these people will definitely pay a lot of attention to your furry friend!! Very happy guys! I will be returning!

While I was away on a trip, we left my Labrador in the care of this company. Unfortunately due to a misdosage of my dogs medication, they ended up causing him to go into a seizure state, they were not trained for this type of situation, and ended up costing me over $3000 out of pocket for hospital bills despite their faults. You really dont know how they care for your dog until something happens. Even with footage provided, its spotty.

Just picked up my 4 GSP’s from K9 Clubhouse. They are happy, healthy and clean. Thank you guys for keeping my dogs in excellent condition!! Love the playtime they get.

My Chico goes 3 days a week for doggy day camp. He loves it, and I love the grest price...ultra clean, nice staff! They give the fur babies lots of potty breaks which is great.

My dogs always have a positive experience when they visit the clubhouse. They have daycare and boarding. My boys come home nice and clean and the place is spotless. The service here is excellent.

Leave my dog there every day for camp and on occasion over night stays. They take great care of the dogs, the place is clean and my dog is excited to see everyone there every day. Pricing is more than reasonable and more importantly they care about the dogs

I bring my Maltipoo here for daycare when my regular walker is not available. She is well taken care of while shes at K9 Clubhouse. She seems happy to go back each time.

Best place to board hands down. I felt safe knowing my dogs were there while I went away. Had to book the Park Ave rooms as there were no others available at the time. Very expensive but at least they were safe.

K9 Clubhouse was great. The staff was very friendly and our puppy had a great time. We were very pleased to see pictures on social media. We highly recommend.

Ur place accused me and my grandpa of writing our dog got her vaccinations on a paper when it clearly was typed by our vet they wouldn’t accept her and now we had to cancel our trip to Disney World so a big F U to ur place. btw ur dogs don’t go out for walks they stay in their cages all day

I took my German shepherd here for half a day daycare and It didnt seem like they let him out to go to the bathroom, when I picked him up he Urinated on the floor(he hasnt done that since we house broke him and hes great with that) when I was paying, Then when I took him outside he peed for 2 minutes straight before getting in the truck so I dont know if they just keep the dogs In the room all day or what but they clearly didnt let my little guy out to go to the bathroomI love how you chock it up as if Im a competitor Im just an unhappy customer because my dog suffered because you didnt let him out and he was doing what he was trained to do

I am truly sorry to write this review, as I THOUGHT THIS WOULD BE THE BESST stay for my dog. Long story short. My dog got KENNEL COUGH. my bill was higher than the dog stays. BAD BAD PLACE to leave your dog.

Not as convenient as the other day care i’ve taken my dog to. However the price is better and The staff are pretty nice. My rating is based on the fact that the dogs don’t get as much playtime it appears they spend most of the day in the kennel.P.s. I suppose since my review isn’t to their liking they’ve decided im not a client now. Maybe the staff aren’t as nice as they appear.

I spoke to Joe on two occasions. I stated I had gotten Zelly from the shelter and that she was a shiba mix with issues with strangers. I was going to book before thanksgiving, but I decided to book it during the weekend. Again, I spoke to Joe, and stated again, zelly is not great with strangers. As i walked in, I was verbal about how zelly is food motivated, to NOT approach her suddenly, and to give her treats. she is a type of dog that needs to sniff you first and will let you know when its okay to approach her. I turned around, left zellys favorite treats on the counter for him to take and all of a sudden he is behind me. Zelly snaps. He claimed that he didnt do anything, but i saw how he suddenly was behind the counter then by zelly.There was NO second chance - he immediately put his hands up like im sorry we cant take her. I stated why he came up behind me in that way and proceeded to say he did nothing but walk up to her when i said not to. Zelly has been through trauma, and I am rehabing her in socializing with people and dogs - why wasnt she given a chance here? She is in a training program and is a sweet girl, all you need is some patience and listen to the owner; not just flat reject the dog rather than TRY and get the dog to be comfortable.I went somewhere else, where they offered zelly to come in for an hour or two with me present so she can be more comfortable, it was a breath of fresh air when someone who actually cares about the dog and owner rather than flat out saying we cant take the dog after NOT listening to instructions.I left my dogs name visible, because I want the staff to know that it was wrong on how it was handled. I would not recommend this place to socialize your pet after coming out of a shelter or want to help your pup, because its apparent they are not here to help them.

When ever I need to board my dogs l will take them to the K9 Clubhouse. The knowledge and caring by the employees is outstanding. My dogs are treated as well as, if not better, than what they get at home. I have left my dogs here many times and always found them, when I pick them up, to be well cared for, bathed and smelling fantastic. I highly recommend K9Clubhouse to anyone looking for a professional, clean, and well managed dog boarding establishment.
