I have a pitbull who sadly has canine cognitive disorder as well as sundowners. I’ve had nothing but issues finding a good vet that’s caring.Dr lasala is amazing. I am 42 years old I’ve had animals my whole life and it took to now to find a vet that I cannot speak more highly of. she decided to try Anapryl. Which is an older medication not much used anymore but the only possible option. Until then I thought I was going to have to put my dog to sleep who is literally my best friend and has saved my life. he was walking in circles banging his head into the wall. Barking and crying all night.it was so sad. within a month he bounced back on the medication. Dr. Lasala text me to follow up. answers any text I sent and has been literally amazing. I don’t review companies much on here as I really don’t have a lot of good things to say nowadays. But she saved my dog Maxwell‘s life and has been the best vet I’ve ever dealt with. I can easily say she is the best doctor I have ever dealt with. I wish there was human doctors that cared as much about their human patients as she does about her furry ones.if you need a good vet I have seen them all and can complain all day.but I found an angel of a woman me and my dog are very comfortable with. I truly believe had I went anywhere else. Maxwell would no longer be here as he would’ve had to been put down as I was not sure if I was keeping him alive for me or him at that point. I hope this message reaches her and her team and I hope other vets out there take a lesson from her.if your looking for a vet or a second opinion.Listen to be and go here. I brought my deceased cat in for a private cremation. They have many options for a complimentary urn as well as a paw print with a customized label and thought of everything possible. They were very thorough in describing options and prices and went above and beyond to make our pet feel special. The staff was very friendly, helpful and professional during a difficult time even passed around a condolence card signed by each staff member. Very clean and very trustworthy.

Capri loves the team at Aldrich . Dr Lasala spends time with us ensuring we understand what our new puppy requires. She takes her time and even sits on the floor and plays with our puppy. We honestly feel our pet is in the best hands possible. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Went to Aldrich for my very sick 1.5 year old cat. Prices were high but we expected that from a vet. My cat got blood work and I was called with results stating my cat has feline leukemia and would most likely die as it is fatal and incurable. I was then told to separate him from my other cat asap and that odds are my other cat also caught the disease. There I am thinking I will have 2 cats die from this disease even though it is extremely rare for indoor cats who have never ever been around other cats (but of course the vet didn’t tell us that). I was given the option of another blood test to see how advanced the disease was and told to bring my other cat in to be tested and vaccinated. (More money for them). We opted out of seeing how advanced as it was stated as an option and at that point we were so distraught. My fiancé took my other cat to be tested and was told by the vet it was “nearing the time” to begin planning to put my sick 1,5 year old cat down. This was all of course extremely devastating for my family. Flash forward to going to another vet, as we did not like how all this was handled. Other vet telling us it was super unlikely my cat had this disease being that my other car was negative, he has never been around other cats, and is an indoor cat. We were also told by the new vet how common false positives are with this disease. ( never told that by Aldrich). We were also told the second test to see how advanced is actually a confirmatory test, so never should have been optional. We did both tests and he was negative. My cat does not have feline leukemia and if we had taken Aldrich’s word for it we would have put him down and my sweet baby would not be here today. While he is still struggling and we are trying to figure out what is wrong, we have found a vet who is honest, kind, and actually cares about more than just money. I still can’t believe we were told to prepare to kill my young cat based on 1 blood test and not informed about the huge number of false positives, the importance of a confirmatory test, and how unlikely it would be for my cat. I am beyond disgusted by this and hope no one else has to go through such roller coaster devastation when simply trying to help their pet.

Rip, my cat always looks forward to his visits to Aldrich animal hospital. Dr. LaSala and her team make it a very pleasant enjoyable experience for us. Rip felt right at home he even showed off some of his tricks for the staff because he felt so comfortable. I wouldn’t take my pets anywhere else. One of our dogs recently had orthopedic surgery and Rip has been a great companion during the recovery process much like the staff at Aldrich.

Very positive. Staff is friendly and helpful. They have empathy for their clients and patients. Dr. Is great and prices are reasonable. I recommend highly. My family has been taking their furbabies their for over 50 years.

Our dog aggressively scratched her neck. We were able to make an appointment the same day, unlike our previous vet. Told us it would be a few days before we could be squeezed in. They really care for our girl. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They tell you the honest truth and walk you step by step on what needs to be done. Told us didn’t need an xray because it wasn’t a bone issue and wouldn’t show anything anyway. Said we needed a mri, which we did. Then denied us on our ins. Claim saying we denied the xray.

From the moment I called the hospital to make an appointment, I knew I was in good hands. The entire staff is so caring and attentive, including the ladies who answer the phone. Paige was great! She was so patient and she went out of her way to answer all my questions. She went above and beyond to help me. I have never been to a veterinarian office that was so thorough and caring. Dr. LaSala was amazing! She addressed all my concerns and even pointed out other things that could have turned into bigger issues. She is such a knowledgeable and genuinely caring doctor. We showed up 11 minutes late and didn’t take us for a nail clipping for my dog. After all the money we have thrown at this vet you’d think the 1 minute past their 10 min policy would’ve been forgiven.I should’ve left this vet a while ago after the vet assistant called my dog insulting names like psycho and crazy while waiting for the dr to come in the room.They also have crazy pricing $Place is a robbery plus you get insulted on top of itI’d rather take my dog to a vet that actually likes animalsPlease don’t leave a fake apology under this comment I’m transferring care for my “crazy” dog

Always accommodating to schedule and great staff and vets at this location! Thoroughly explain things . Breaks down all costs and okay to refuse tests if you didn’t want it for your pets. I bring my three cats here!

With an aging, diabetic dog, Dr. Lasala was determined to get my dog’s blood glucose stable. She gave me her cell number and communicated frequently checking in on the BG levels. Dr. Lasala is one-of-a-kind! She goes above and beyond to take care of your pet. The entire staff is caring and thoughtful. Your pet is in great hands!

Loved the hospital and the staff. I brought in my sweet potato as I believed she had an ear infection and the tech and vet were so caring and patient. My dog was very nervous and scared and they were with her every step of the way. I will be back for sure whenever I should need their assistance :)

My puppy had a medical emergency and Dr LaSala and Paige were so caring and concerned about her. I was impressed not only with their knowledge of the situation but also with their level of constant communication with me during her stay at VCA and afterward. Any time an animal is sick it is heart wrenching and they showed my husband and I both empathy and understanding. Laura was also great and so helpful at assisting us navigate the financial aspects incurred. She was kind enough to continue to follow up even after my dog had to be referred out for surgery. Aldrich Animal Hospital is a clean and friendly environment. The staff are always welcoming and helpful, and both the Dr’s and Tech’s seem very thorough. My only complaint would be the prices and how they try to get you to add extras that aren’t really necessary, which means more money. But I do trust them with my fur babies.

Thanks Dr. Tricia LaSala for helping me tremendously with Moose. He’s not been the easiest patient but you have been nothing but understanding and patient. Thanks for your time with us both. The medicine works night and day with his separation anxiety my dog is acting more normal and way more relaxed! Thanks so much again!!!!

Dr Howard, the techs and receptionists at Aldrich are an incredible team. While it might be more costly than other offices in the area it is 110% worth it. Each appointment they ask for updates and based on the quality of questions I know the records they keep are detailed. My dogs are comfortable with the technicians handling them, Aldrich moves at the pace of your pet so they arent scared. They are able to accommodate someone with a leash reactive dog very well. One of the most stressful things when moving cross country is finding trusted vet care, I have peace of mind that my senior dogs are in great hands as we embark on the golden years.- ps they have snacks in the waiting room. Real snacks!!

I’ve been coming to Aldrich for years and appreciate the amount of care we receive. They take their time when my pets are sick and make sure I understand what’s happening and why. I love the technician appointments that are fast, yet efficient.

This place has been really great to my dog. Every time he has been sick, they have figured out a way to be able to see him. They always remember him, and so far, they have taken great care of him. Everybody is really friendly! The hours are also great, which is definitely an added plus when you work a set schedule.

I can not say enough how wonderful the Aldrich doctors and staff are! For the last two years, the Aldrich family has provided my familys dogs with so much love and care. Dr. LaSala is exceptionally loving and caring and treats our dogs like her own! Each visit, she displays so much warmth. She is highly personable and professional and has never left a question unanswered. She also always provides us with much educational information to take with us to best support our dogs. She recently treated our litter of 10! And they loved her as much as we do! I highly recommend taking your pet to Aldrich and scheduling an appointment to see Dr. LaSala.

The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Gilda, Katie, Hailey, Dr. Lasala, Dr. Howard and the entire medical staff are amazing. Though we did have to stop going there because every visit was between 300-700$. I feel like there is no compassion for the animals, just whoever owns the place and pockets all the money. A simple visit should be 100-150$ not 350-400$.. it got old real quick

After my vet had moved upstate, we needed to find a new vet, and we found Aldrich which was very close to my home. Conan was treated there with much care until his end by Dr. Allison Howard who was very good & did everything she could to help him. I am forever thankful for her & her team. There compassion after Conan died was amazing. When I get another pet again, they will be the first place I take them to, not just because they are very local, but also how they were with Conan. Thank you again for what you did for Conan a year ago.

Absolutely loved the vet, the office staff not so much. Im a seventy-year-old senior citizen and this is the first time Ive never been getting it given a senior citizen discount. Unfortunately my dogs diagnosis is pancreatitis and the food is a bit on the expensive side. It snowed today but the policy at Aldrich is that you cannot get your prescription dog food forwarded to chewy. I just spent $3,200 there in less than a week on my Yorkie, but no I have to go in and get a prescription so I could save a few Pennies on her dog food.Also, by the mid-to-late hours of the day the animal hospital has a terrible smell you would think at least theyd be cleaning that so that it wouldnt nauseate people. Again the females that is wonderful I truly felt she cared for my fur baby, but once I get the prescription and my dogs records I will not be going there again

We’ve been coming to Aldrich since we picked up our Boston Terrier girls. Dr. LaSala is the reason we keep coming back. She makes my wife and I feel so comfortable with our decisions, and trust her guidance implicitly, well, we often lose the battle on keeping the cone on Hazel. I can’t speak highly enough about the team, and even the plan, which has saved us tons.

Dr Lasala was so pleasant to work with and answered all of my questions thoroughly. her and her employees took amazing care of my dog and took care of her like she was their own. You always want your pets to be in the best hands, which is why I HIGHLY recommend Dr Lasala and her staff.

Pet owners beware! Do not bring your pet to Aldrich Animal Hospital in West Babylon. I was new to the West Babylon area and based on the reviews that I read about this hospital, I brought my cat there to have him treated for chronic rhinitis, the treatment for which is an injection of Covenia. While examining my cat, the vet said that he needed dental work, and after examining his hips, said he had arthritis and quoted me about $3,000.00 for the work she recommended my cat have. The vet tech told me to wait in the waiting room while he took him for his injection. Several days later, my cat was no better, which is extremely suspect since he responds to the Covenia quickly. I began to wonder if in fact, he was even given the shot of Covenia. I decided to take my cat to another local vet to be checked, and they gave him a shot of Covenia. The new vet told me that his teeth were fine and saw no evidence of arthritis in his hips, and two days later, his symptoms resolved. I waited to write this review until I was certain that my cat never received the antibiotic that I was told he had received at Aldrich Animal Hospital. I feel it is my duty to warn other pet owners to steer clear of this veterinary hospital, as they are more concerned about their bottom line than your pet’s health and well-being. I know that most pet owners like me will spend any amount of money when their pet needs medical care. Aldrich Animal Hospital fabricated medical issues that my pet didn’t have to convince me to spend thousands of dollars and failed to treat him for the issue he did have. I’m writing to alert every pet owner whose pet may need medical care, to steer clear of Aldrich Animal Hospital because their focus is on their bottom line, and not the health of your pet!

Make sure to enroll in the VCA care club plan otherwise the vets visits cost over $100. It’s nice and clean, the waiting room is spacious and there’s even a washroom for visitors to use. The exam rooms are on the inside, there’s two seats and a countertop where the pet is examined. I’m not too sure if they charge Steep prices as it’s the only vet I’ve ever been to, but the care club plan is useful to have as they also install a microchip for your pet and it includes their vaccinations as well.

Without even being a patient before, they worked with my family so patiently and thoughtfully when our cat had an emergency. They helped us make the best/hardest choice, but made the experience as easy as they could. They gave us a very sweet keepsake box before we left, and even sent us a card afterwards. Everyone we met there is incredibly kind.

Thank you so much for taking care of my Edward. Your staff is so nice and compassionate. I recently lost my job and they worked with me on pricing and i am so grateful for this ... Dr. Lasala is amazing. My Edward is on the mend thanks to the great care he was given. This cat Mom is so happy .

It was time for me to send my girl over the Rainbow Bridge and her regular vet wouldnt let us in due to COVID, still. So I called Aldrich and they were wonderful on the phone and made the appointment. And Im glad I did. The team there made a very sad, emotional, difficult time very comforting. From the front desk to the techs, and have no words for Dr. LaSala. She was the most amazing, caring, understanding vet I have ever met. She is truly an angel. They gave me all the time I needed, didnt rush me, I truly am amazed at thier kind, caring, way they treated me. I recieved a sympathy card with all thier signatures with words of comfort, I picked up there ashes today, came in a beautiful box with a picture frame and name plate and the crematory also sent a sympathy card. To the team at Aldrich and Dr. LaSala thank you from the bottom of my heart for making a very difficult time in my life bearable. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. God bless you all.

Absolutely horrible service. They have no respect for people’s time. I’ve waited over 1.5 hours for my cats to be seen but when I was late for 15 min they wanted to reschedule my appt. Never coming back. Plus their doctors are not that great, they are sales people trying to get the most money out of you.

We rescued (or maybe she rescued us) a dog that was obviously abused. She gets extremely nervous and will yelp if you get near her tail end. We wanted to rule out any possible damage. Dr. Howard was extremely calming and thorough with Rosie. She did not make a peep. Thankfully Dr. Howard did not find anything physically. So we will just have to make sure that Rosie knows she is safe with us and hopefully shell come out of her PTSD.

Was very warm environment. Neither was the staff really. Visit was in out. And money transaction. I really miss my old vet that moved. Spent time with you ,showed actual care and love of all animals. Didnt push shots or test that werent necessary. Felt like a number and was hoping to feel a bond. Kinda pricey as well and doesnt treat ferrets . I have 4 dogs and 3 ferrets and wish I could find a good vet for whole family

The best veterinary practice around Dr Lasala, Dr Howard, the best tech out there Kelly and the rest of the Aldrich team put the pets first and really go above and beyond to make sure your animal children are well taken care of. I highly recommend everyone take their fur babies to Aldrich.

“I am EXTREMELY disappointed with this hospital. My dog has been a patient of Dr. Howard for almost 10 years. I followed her from a practice in Farmingdale, to Glen Cove and then Aldrich. Yesterday, my dog vomited and is very listless. Even though Aldrich is open until 8, they refused to see my dog or even have Dr. Howard speak with me. It’s heartbreaking to not be able to get help from your doctor when I was pleading with them that I have an emergency.”However, I am adding the following update:I am changing the star rating because Dr. Lasala (who hadn’t seen my pet previously) did call me back, and was very compassionate and understanding. I lost my beloved pet, but Dr. Lasala had tremendous empathy for us at such a difficult time. I am still upset that I could not speak to the veterinarian I used for so many years when we were in a desperate situation, but because of Dr. Lasala, I feel I could not leave it as it was. If I am blessed to have a pet again, I would let Dr. Lasala be his veterinarian.

Our dog just finished a lengthy, difficult medical procedure under the care of Dr. LaSala and her staff. I can not say enough about the exceptional care he was given. Dr.LaSala guided us every step of the way and both she and her staff were kind and compassionate and went above and beyond during the course of treatment providing exceptional care to get our boy healthy again. I highly recommend them!

Have been coming to Aldrich since we adopted our current dog 4 years ago. All of the staff is wonderful and the have a very efficient appointment and reminder system.

Dr. LaSalle and staff is the best on Long island! There isnt a more caring and compassionate vet and staff. Dr LaSalle goes above and beyond to keep your pet healthy and happy. Both my girls love her for over 14 yrs and we do too. She is unstoppable to help a pet and pet parents. My girl suffered from a deadly cancer and she helped keep her with us comfortably for more time. There isnt a better staff and vet around. AM Taylor

Was not a fan of my experience here... staff was pushy about buying insurance,,, I was told Id be charged an office visit fee for every time for distemper vaccination for my kitten, its a series of 3, then was corrected by someone else that I wouldnt be, was told that worms,if kitten had would be seen in fecal then told by someone else that it was possible it was not seen. Seems like I got 2 different answers too many times. Asked for estimate of kittens neuter, which seemed to be pulling teeth, had to follow up on myself because was never emailed. Estimate for kittens neuter was outrageously priced compared to other vets. When I asked why they had no real answer and said its possible other vets do not use quality anesthesia. Then a co-worker of mine told me that one of her dogs stepped on a nail, therefore she brought to that vet, since that is the dogs typical vet, and she was reprimanded and spoken to harshly because of this. My co-worker was so upset because she loves her dogs she cried and said she would never return to this vet again because of the way she was spoken to. They lure you in with a free first office visit, although prices afterwards are ridiculous, staff unknowledgeable-not on the same page. and overall I would not recommend or return to this animal hospital.

Very pleased with this place. I have a nervous dog, they accommodated me , to park on the side and the tech came out to my car to help bring my dog in. The vet was really good and so nice. This was my first time there, and I was nervous about it,I am very glad I picked this location.

I cant say enough about Aldrich Animal Hospital! From the people who answer the phones, the vet techs to the veternarians they are all welcoming, warm and phenomenal. I am a nurse and feel so comfortable entrusting my two boys (puppy and 1 year old dog) healthcare with them.

The staff is friendly but they lied to me. I rescued a dog (Pug 8y/o) from the wonderful Town of Babylon Animal Shelter and they gave me a rescue/shelter coupon valid only at this hospital so I gave it a try. They gave me an estimate for $817.70!!! Obviously I told Doctor Hillary Schilke that I wasnt going to pay THAT (Some examples: Frontline $100.20, Sentinel pill $154.00, Clean up bath $38.50... etc) but... heres what threw me off!!! They lied to me telling me my dog wasnt vaccinated against Influenza or Leptospirosis among others.... So I ended up paying $118.14 for vaccines (yes, you guessed it) my dog already had from the shelter!!! It was a horrible experience, HORRIBLE! Do not take your beloved dogs to this HORRIBLE place!

The vet techs and vets are very professional along with having family atmosphere. They truly take their time to explain all the medical issues with your beloved pets along with teaching you the techniques for proper approach for the healthiest outcome.

I have been going to this vet for years and have always received great treatment for my animals. They are compassionate to the animals and take the time to evaluate their patients. The doctors and staff are very kind.

Place itself was nice, and dr.was very good, but prices were phenomenal!!!! I needed to get my 2 kittens spayed & nuetered. The cost for their inital exam was $850. Then, the spay n neuter was $950. Yes, your reading those prices correctly. Sure they have a plan you could do and paymonthly $160. But these are healthy kittens, and that only LOWERED the spay neuter costs!!!! You still had to pay, i think it was $350-$400. Per cat for the procedures! Anyway, the staff was nice, dr was very good, but for those prices, hell no!! Oh n god forbid you needed an appt. Immediately, they got that, but thats cos no one can afford to go there so always open appts!!! Anyway just wanted to pass that along!!!

This place sucks very expensive and the woman who runs the place scamed me out of money years ago!!!!! I would never go back and would highly recommend nobody to use this place you cant trust them and way too expensive 💯%FACTS!!!!!

VCA is wonderful all the way around, and this location is no different.Everyone there seems to really care for the animals that come in, and the people accompanying.Very professional demeanor, and were even able to answer a few questions for me over the phone before the appointment.Would forsure recommend this location for the friendly staff and low wait times.

The People there are nice and all but don’t be stupid enough to go for the “care club”, it’s just a waste of money. After a year of paying for the VCA Care Club for my cat I got a notice to come in for vaccines due February 13th so I scheduled an appontment knowing that I have coverage just to get there on the 9th and be told the coverage expired February 3rd, I got no notice or update that it was expiring just a Surprise! You pretty much just paid $1200 to ge the cat neutered!

The staff is very caring and friendly.Office is very clean.Morgan likes the staff he says they treat him like family lol

Been bringing pets here for over 40 years. Kind of miss the personal TLC that Dr. Aldrich provided.However, its now part of a corporate run organization, but still run in a professional, caring manner where the staff knows your name when you arrive.

Aldrich & the staff always go above & beyond. They are patient & kind. When I was in financial hardship they worked with me and were very understanding. I never hard to argue or worry I couldnt care for my pets.

Easy availability. Was able to get a (Saturday) appointment on the day before. Dr. Howard is very nice.

The entire staff from the vets to the techs to the receptionist are so friendly, knowledgeable, and very receptive to any question . Theyre all pet owners so they understand all of our needs and questions. I Recommend them to everyone.

Dr LaSala and staff basically saved our dog’s life After a different vet let too much time go by without giving any guidance while waiting for tests....our dog deteriorated very quickly... after rushing him to emergency appointments and having to put him in an overnight facility... we called Aldrich and they had us come down immediately. The whole office put everything they had into our dog and got him feeling better .. they were in contact with us throughout the days and checked on us when we had him over night, Answered all our questions even when I think we asked the same one a million times.,, explained everything until they knew we were comfortable .... I don’t know where we’d be if it was for everyone at Aldrich.... I’ve already recommended them to fiends !

First time client, had visit today .., was unable to get a timely appointment when i called other vet practices…and I’m so glad I ended up at Aldrich.. I was very worried about what could be wrong with my cat Spanky..,( I think I was more anxious than Spanky.. ) Vet tech Sara, was kind and compassionate, and put me, my daughter, and Spanky, at ease.. Dr.Howard, took a thorough history, and explained what she thought would be needed, and why.. she was wonderful and answered all my ( many ) questions with patience and understanding, .Veterinary costs can feel daunting, but inescapable.. I found Aldrich to cost about the same as most,... After i got home i had a billing question, and Tracy from Client Services returned my call promptly and resolved my issue..staff at front desk were also very pleasant and helpful .. Still waiting for Spanky’s results, but I feel confident that he is getting the best care, and am grateful for the staff at Aldrich.

As long as you dont complain everything is fine but the moment you dont praise them or let them do whatever they want they show that they only there for money and no interest in the pets, happened to me I spoke my mind and thats it I was denied care for my dog thats dying and they cant care less, and make sure you go to the room with your pet or they would charge you for procedure thats not done.

Dr. Lasala took the time to listen to me and my concerns and figure out a plan for next steps. In an extremely emotional time filled with uncertainty, I knew I could trust her. Thank you for the service and time.

My puppy Buddy Boston Terrier needed pre neutering exam his Vet was to far was in St James I live Babylon. The lady on the phone was just so helpful gave me a 10:30 apt. was called in right at 10:30. The Tech who took his vital sign weighted him was Great. Dr. Tricia La Sala was great she saw Buddy was nervous so she took him off table and she got on the floor with him and was playing with him he became himself licking her. She explained every thing to me and now scheduled to have his neutering done on Oct. I feel I found the right Vet for my dog. The place was very clean

Ok service, my dog caught a flea from there, vet not as friendly as other vets, they took my dog into a room to get his shots and wont do it in front of me. How do i know if he did get his shots or not?

Great customer service. Actual doctor came outside one day. You dont see that anymore. Dont get me wrong the nurse is great too.

Brought in a hit wild bird and even after taking all my information was told Im not aloud to get any information on if it survived or not according to policy 🤬

I made the mistake of bringing my cat to Aldrich because I recently moved. In the future Ill be going back to my old vet, eventhough its a 30 min drive. Here is why. Aldrich charges a $93 consultation fee. My old vet charges a $45 consultation fee. Aldrich charges $113 to sedate my cat. My old vet charges $30 to sedate my cat. If you come to Aldrich, keep in mind that Aldrich charges more than double the rate of other veterinarians. The veterinarians at Aldrich also have rat-like morals because I over heard them saying to keep my cat hidden from me until I paid the 1,316.17.

Have been using Aldrich Animal Hospital since I got my dog in 2014 and their facility and staff have been absolutely fantastic. It always looks like it was just cleaned. The staff at the front are super friendly and knowledgeable and always greet you with a smile. I especially want to mention Dr. LaSala for the many times she has seen Nikki-Jo when I had to bring her in with a health problem and Dr. LaSala treated and cared about her as she would her own pets. Nikki-Jo always recovered from her problem every time she was taken care of by the great staff of Aldrich Animal Hospital.

We just adopted our new dog and we had to find a vet for her. We really got lucky finding dr. Lasala. She has been amazing with our dog and she keeps us inform of everything. She goes above and beyond to make sure our little pepper is happy and taken care of! The staff are very helpful and respectful. Pepper loves the vet tech. Having all of her records and reminders on the app is also a bonus!

The vet basically said if i dont control my dogs allergies with her expensive medicine that hes going to wind up maiming himself.... But I can do whatever I want its my dog. Uh, doing ok with Benadryl and allergy season is coming to a close. We will be all right. Gave 3 stars because the helpers are very kind and loving.

Very thorough on my Dogs examined, but too Expensive for me. At least I know what is going on with my Fur baby. If I need to see them, I will try again.
