Justin at the West Babylon location is the best! He takes good care of our pup, reports on her holistic health and she always comes back smelling great

Dog had not been brushed. Had matting in all the same spots that she did before I brought her in for a grooming. Coat was not blown out and straight as it normally is after a grooming. However she seemed to be cleaned well. Not being brushed is an issue though. I spent an hour brushing her at home and have been every day since to try to get matting out. Paid over $100 and my dog was not brushed at all. Very evident. I should be refunded in my opinion.

Justin is the best he treats Juno like she was his own pup and she looks great and loves him! He takes his time with her and it shows!

Amanda was awesome! She was very patient with our puppy who had her first hair cut with her. She worked patiently on her grooming, bath, and getting her ready. We will book with her again in a few months.

My pup is a member of my family and the first time I took him for a bath at Petco in west Babylon we met Amanda. She has been grooming Ozzy since day one and very gentle with him and all his issues. I think she is great. I will always bring Ozzy to Amanda for grooming.

This is our second grooming appt with Justin. He finesse’s his cuts. Always on point. Definitely recommend

We had a pup grooming appointment today with our Shorkie. Because availability is so low in our area we were coming from 45 min away since they were the only ones available. Upon going we ran into traffic that would make us 5 min late. A 3:45 pm appointment but we would not arrive until 3:50 pm which I understand we were late however traffic was inevitable as it happened all of a sudden. We called and explained to them and the woman said no. She plain and simple said no and didn’t care which was a bit mind blowing as it would have only been 5 min delay and apparently those 5 min meant she would be behind in her entire day. I even asked for them to just cut the hair and we would still pay the full bath and cut fee even though he wouldn’t be getting a haircut. Honestly the whole situation was handled poorly and the groomer was short in her speech and rude. Don’t make appointment if you might have a delay in time. They are not accommodating whatsoever and extremely rude.

I have a rescue dog that is very timid and difficult to handle. My dog really likes his groomers Aleasha and Amanda. They are very gentle. I truly believe they love my dog. I am grateful for them.

My low score is due to my yorkie smelling worse after being groomed than when she went it. Yorkies coats dont usually smell like other dogs Which leads me to believe the kennel that she was held in was dirty and the grooming tools were also dirty. The groomer was pleasant nothing negative to say about her. The conditions were disgusting and smelled really bad. Very upset that I spent $50 and had to bathe her when I got home not to mention my dogs trauma. Your grooming facility needs to be closed for a few days and completely sanitized. If you dont do this I will be forced to call Suffolk County and Town of Babylon to complain.

I was extremely happy with the service. My dog looks great and the gals who took care of the grooming along with rest of the staff were fantastic. Ill be back for for future grooming needs for sure!

Prices were not explained prior to service. I took my short-haired dog for just a bath and it cost almost $70. I never would have agreed to that and will never go back or recommend it to anyone.

We took our cat to get his nails trimmed. They were fast, inexpensive, and did an awesome job. Definitely will take him again.

Amanda is amazing. Does a wonderful job with my pug Carlos and really cares about me as a client. Great customer service skills. She’s the best.

I always request to have Amanda take care of my fur baby Coal. She is very sweet and kind, because he is a nervous nelly. :-) I trust her with him.
