Could not recommend Little Paws of Hope more!!! My 6 month old havanese Hudson began daycare and boarding when he was 4 months. I was very hesitant at first sending him to daycare but now It is definitely a second home thanks to Hope and her staff. Raising a puppy is super stressful but having Little Paws as a safe, fun place for my puppy is very reassuring. He has made so many furry friends and I am so pleased with how happy he comes home everyday and am so grateful for everyone there. Thank you to hope and her staff you guys are the best!!!! 🐶🐶❤️❤️

I have been taking my 10lbs. Shorkie to LPH for years. I love that they cater to smaller dogs. Hope and her team have been amazing to work with, caring, accommodating, always available to answer texts and send pictures of our pup throughout her stay. Not to mention that I can see her on their live camera feed. So grateful to be able to go away without worrying about our girl.

This is a great place for your dog. Hope and her staff are professional, friendly and you can see they really love dogs. Hope is an excellent trainer and I definitely recommend her to train any dog regardless of age or personality.The place is super secure, with 3 closed doors and webcams. You will get a user name & password so you can always check on your doggie. Our little Guy always comes back happy and relaxed. This is definitely a doggie paradise!

I got Romeo when he was 2 months old in 2016. Since he was so young and I was working, so I approached Hope for daycare and training purposes. Romeo just fell in love with Hope. Even after 4 years , her voice drives him nuts that even he forgets me. That means he feels more than home when he is with Hope.Hope and her staff are very professional and friendly. She is an awesome trainer and I definitely recommend her. The best trick she taught my Romi is Ring a bell for nature calls .This place is super secure and has webcams. You will get a user name & password so you can always check on your paw kid. My Romeo gets so much love here that he always comes back happy and relaxed.I attaching few pics and videos from 2016 - in one of them he looks like a prince. Also attaching one pic that was clicked this month after he had a spa day at this doggie paradise.

Our kids (two doxies, a tweenie and a mini) spend a LOT of time at Hopes, sometimes just for boarding sometimes for boarding and training; and I think we have been with Hope for nearly 9 years now. We live in NYC, so we also regularly use Hopes transport pick up and return. There is literally no other place like Little Paws. From the moment they hear the driver come up the stairs, they get HYPED. They love every second that they are there, they are truly happy and comfortable, and training with Hope and her amazing crew have led to major breakthroughs with our little nervous Nellie. We are high maintenance and Hope rides our crazy tornadoes with kindness and grace. She is attentive to the needs of every dog and employs the best staff; you never have to feel scared about the care your dog will receive. Also, her facilities are IMMACULATE. There is ROOM for the pups and things to keep them mentally and physically engaged whether it is cold or hot outside. Hope and LPH are national treasures.

My dog jumps out of the car excited to see his buddies the minute we arrive at LPH. Not only is this day care so fun for little pups but they also take great care on making sure play is appropriate and dog have structure. Everyone knows my dog by name and truly know his needs and making sure he has a great day. On-site grooming is a huge plus and they are wonderful!

I have been boarding my two rescue dachshunds with Hope for several years. They have their issues and there no ones else I trust them more with than Hope. They always comeback Happy, calm and better behaved than when we dropped them off. Hope is a true professional who understands the dogs in addition to providing a safe and FUN environment for them. She and her staff are the best!!!!

I am incredibly grateful that Little Paws of Hope exists!! I started using their services about 9 months ago when I got my puppy. Hope and all of her staff are incredible people who just adore our dogs. Their one-on-one training, their grooming (Shannon is awesome), and their beautiful boarding facility are simply the best! Boarding only smaller dogs is a huge plus for me personally, and I sincerely trust them with my pup in a way I have never really experienced before. Thank you Hope and all of your staff.

Theo has been coming to little Paws of Hope since we got him. They are the BEST groomers in Long Island. They treat Theo like their own dog. We love LPH! Theo is so happy to go visit them and get his blueberry facials! Also, best daycare and sleep away care. Truly magical place. 5 stars all around

Where to begin! The facility, the staff and the atmosphere are just awesome all around. My family first used Hope’s training services which made our multiple puppy experience much easier than expected. Now we use their grooming and boarding services all the time. Whether we go away for a week or weeks on end, when we pick our babies up from boarding they are always happy, excited and clean as could be. It’s a complete weight off our shoulders knowing our dogs are in great hands while we’re away. I could not recommend them enough!!! Thank you to Hope and the entire staff for doing everything right!!!

I am very pleased and happy with my dog Shadow going to Little Paws of Hope, my dog is in great care. Everyone that I have met there is kind, knowledgeable, friendly and caring. The best treat I have given my pup so far and he loves it there.

Absolutely cannot say enough about Hope and her staff at Little Paws. When we relocated to Long Island we were very concerned about our 6 lb. Havapoo getting comfortable in her new surroundings. She needed to be re-trained as she was very confused about her new home. Hope came to our home to design a new routine for Mackenzie and also continued training her at Little Paws. Kenzie loves to visit for daycare and vacations there when my husband and I travel. Hope is a true dog whisperer and we don’t know what we would do without her and her staff.

We were lucky to find Hope through a referral, and she has been a Godsend. We went through a few dog walking services prior to working with Hope, and find her services, approach, attention to detail and care to be without equal. I’ve had many dogs through the years, and never thought that I would be comfortable with boarding my pet anywhere, which left me at the mercy of friends and family. We’ve now boarded our 8 month old puppy with Hope several times, and not once has there been an issue with her stays. On the contrary, Bailey comes home happier and more well-behaved every time. We are also working with Hope in training, which is also proving to be better than any prior experience I have ever had with a trainer. She is truly one of a kind, and I know that she and those with whom she works care for our dig as if she were their own.I can’t say enough about how great she is and how passionate she is about her caring for pets. This place is amazing! We were in town visiting friends who were not comfortable having a dog in their home. They took our (very senior) pup in last minute and made him feel so comfortable and safe. If we lived in the area, this would be our go to place for our doggo!!!

Little Paws is absolutely the best. We used to be very hesitant to leave our dog to a sitter but Hope and her staff made us feel very comfortable that our dog will be safe and well taken cared of. They have a live camera that will enable you to see how your dog is doing the entire day. Hope responds to requests right away and they will work if you have any special request. We have found a home away from home for our dog!

Little Paws of Hope is a wonderful place for your dogs. I have Sophie there 5 days a week for daycare and she plays with other dogs and the people working there are extremely attentive to her needs at all times. I have even left her there for 2 weeks while on vacation overseas with never a worry. You could not find a better place and I always have peace of mind while my doggie is there. Love Hope! She helped us with our 6 year old rescue who was never house trained.Thanks to Hopes expert advise, we had our doggie house trained faster than I thought was possible! She has helped us build his confidence tremendously. She has a very assertive and calm nature about her which I think is ideal. She comes prepared and even has written handouts for reinforcement and for dog and owner to practice together. She is very knowledgeable of dog behavior and shares her wealth of knowledge. I highly recommend her. And dont forget to ask her to show you videos of dinner time with her six puppies!! :)

Hopes daycare is the best for my little Pomeranian! Coco loves it there and the videos and pictures of her there is proof! I love taking her there and I have full confidence that Coco has the best time whenever the family goes somewhere Coco cant come with us.

I dont write reviews often but this should somewhat help pet owner of small breed dogs looking for a safe place for day care & boarding. I dont get anything for this review nor I have any affiliation to owner or staff of Little paws of Hope.For small pets, one of the biggest challenge is finding a safe place for their size . I’ve tried a daycare center advertising to separate small dogs from large dogs but on the actual day they didnt a 7lb is mixed with up to 35 lbs, small pet can easily be trampled, preyed & bullied in an environment like that. My pet was traumatized after the trial but not with Little Paws of Hope! She came home tired from exploring but not stressed. LPH is true to what they advertise of up to 15 lbs. in LPH dogs has different activities and Nap times they’re not left alone all day to just roam around the room with nothing to do. Hope & her Staff are all attentive and seems to do their best caring for all the dogs as if they are their own. The owner is very involved in supervising the staff and pets entrusted to them, each time I check the live stream Hope is always around the area. She has the patience to answer questions & accomodate requests pet owner has. I was more worried than my pet Mochi to leave her for daycare more so for boarding but after trying LPH and seeing how good the staff are to all the pets I’m now less worried. Definitely LPH is a safe place, with people who really care for rhe dogs & know each dog’s names! You get your money’s worth, your pet has a home away from home and and give you some peace of mind. Highly recommended.

Our pup has been going to LPH for 5 years. He considers it his home away from home. He can’t get out of the car fast enough to play with his friends and see the staff! Our pup is anxious but you could never tell when he’s there. He’s like a whole new pup. We can watch our boy playing in the yard on their live cam and look forward to seeing pics especially when he makes it on video/photos on social media during his stay. Can’t recommend LPH enough!

We absolutely love Little Paws of hope. As does Tessa, our Yorkie. Hope and everyone are so great with Tessa. And we can easily keep tabs on her while she’s there, through video and pics Hope sends. Communicating is always great and setting up boarding dates, pick and drop off times, is always done in an expeditious manner. We love Little Paws!

I was introduced to Hope through a friend of my daughters. We got a mini-golden doodle and we enrolled in training for her with Little Paws of Hope. From the moment Hope began to work with us and our dog, we knew we had made the best decision. Hope is a very knowledgeable and compassionate person and treats dogs with ultimate care and respect. Through her prescriptive program, our dog soon began to display the behaviors we needed and expected. Hope is masterful, and a consummate professional in every way.Needless to say, the training experience we and our dog received was of the highest quality and worked extremely well. Hope deserves and receives from us, the highest recommendation possible!PS - weve also boarded our dog with Hope in her facility in Westbury New York, sometimes for a few days, sometimes for a few weeks. Again, the experience we and our dog received is of the highest caliber. Her staff are caring and compassionate as well, and professionals, she will tolerate nothing less. As a result, the dogs receive the highest care, and a mini-vacation of their own.Little Paws of Hope in Westbury is an extremely well designed and clean facility. Their standards of care are of the highest that you could expect. And when you want to see your dog playing in the facility or lounging, they grant you camera access while your pet boards. So this gives you further peace of mind that your pet is safe and being treated well.The final and highest recommendation comes from our dog, who when she hears Hopes name, or is being driven to her facility, gets excited and happy to see her. If you want your fur babies to have an extended family this is the place. Hope is an educated lover of dogs who knows what’s she’s doing and her team follows her lead. It doesn’t hurt that her place is such a fun treat for any dog lover and you never come away with a less than satisfied experience.Grooming, training, vacation stays, daycare, organic food and grooming options, they know their craft and a relationship with them is a relationship for life!Hope and her team her committed and passionate about what they do and the best at it!

Thank you LPH for taking such good care of Chewy while we were away. Our sweet little rescue has some real anxiety issues, and we were anxious about boarding him. Your staff got Chewy, though, and handled him with compassion and professionalism. Chewy came home happy (and clean, thanks to your on-site grooming services!). It was also reassuring to see him via your cameras during the day and know that he was doing fine. Thank you again from Chewy and our family-- we look forward to seeing you again in the future!

They took amazing care of our puppy while we were away. It was the first time we ever left her and we were nervous. She was so happy, didnt even miss us. Best part was we could see her anytime we wanted on puppy cam. They would post photos of her on social media and gave us a framed photo as well.Awesome place, will use again and again .

I absolutely am forever thankful and grateful that I found LittlePaws of Hope!! Its hard enough to leave your loved one, but when I leave my fur baby with Hope and her lovely staff I know that she will be well cared for. Also it helps that I can always check in with her via a secured camera system and the staff also sends texts keeping me up to date as to my pup and her daily activities!! I cannot say enough thanks!!

The best doggie day care training facility out there. Hope and her team are caring, considerate, and patient. The place is spotless and excellently run. Our two dachshunds absolutely love it there. They not only have a fun but theyve had excellent obedience training there as well. I absolutely cannot recommend this place enough. Worth every single penny.

We were recommended to Little Paws of Hope by our trainer and I cannot say enough about what a great place LPH is.The facility is clean and the outside playground is very secure. You have to go through three gates just to get into the public area and there are multiple more gates securing the playground and dogs. We are very comfortable with their outdoor setup and appreciate that we can jump on the camera feed and see how our little guy is doing.As far as the facility itself we have not been inside due to covid but from what we see on the live video feed, it looks nice, clean and well kept.We really like the fact that LPH caters to small dogs. Our little guy is a whopping 8 pounds so that was a concern for us before we found LPH.Finally, Hope, Desiree and all the staff at LPH take great care of the dogs. Its obvious that they genuinely care about what they do.

Hope and her staff are the best. Our little Ollie loves going there and he is always greeted with a huge smile. I love that we can watch him playing with his friends in the yard. Your pet is in great hands with Little Paws of Hope - very caring staff!

Absolutely wonderful experience. Hope knows exactly what she’s doing. My dog is like an angel with her. I wish I could shrink hope and keep her as backup! I also had my baby boy stay with her. The staff is professional & caring and place is clean & organized. This is the first time I’ve ever left any of my babies with someone and I’m glad I finally found someone I trust.

Hope and her team treat every dog as if the dogs were their own. I have left my dog for daycare, overnight, and even for a long stay and each time they made sure to provide me with constant updates and pictures to make sure i did not worry. Would recommend their services to anyone with a dog that is looking for top quality service.

We have been boarding our 2 papillons at Little Paws of Hope for years, sometimes for several weeks at a time. Hope keeps the place immaculate and her tiny charges can frolic freely. Online camera access for peace of mind too. My boys love it there. Highly recommended!

The team at Little Paws of Hope has been wonderful every time they have watched our dog. It makes me feel comfortable that my tiny pup is with other small dogs and that she doesnt feel intimidated by her environment when she cant be at home. Recommend 100%

We recommend many to her Westbury facility and they are all thrilled and satisfied with the care their pet gets. Hope and all her assistants took great care of our dog Piccolo. Piccolo actually enjoyed going and was very happy and excited to see them.I felt relaxed leaving my dog with them knowing he would be given great personal care.

Absolutely the only place I would ever board my dogs. My dogs are not pets but family. We were very nervous to leave our three babies to go on a family vacation. My friend recommended little paws of hope. After meeting hope and then bringing my three dogs there to visit we reserved a 9 day stay. We watched them each day on the webcam. it was great to see them being cared for with so much love.THERE IS NO BETTER PLACE THAN LITTLE PAWS OF HOPE.

I cant express enough how much we love Hope and her team at LPH. We have been taking our fur baby here for just about 2 yrs. We were going to need lodging for our annual vacation, so we decided to start bring our pup for day care 1x or 2x a week to let her get use to them and vice versa.I had taken my pup to other places for the day and she always came home shaky or nervous and just off. I was very nervous to try again but since we were going out of the country I needed a place to board.We went for a tour of LPH, and met some of the staff. All so extremely friendly and the place was so clean, and there is a place for dogs who may need one on one attention and best of all someone is there ALL NIGHT LONG! I LOVED THIS. Almost all of the other places we went checked out on Long Island do NOT have staff 24/7.We had access to the cameras which we love and the place isnt industrial but built like a home so we could see all areas. We still continue to bring our little girl here once or twice a week and for weekly boarding when we are out of the country, Our little girl, Tedy, loves this place so much that when we ask her do you want to go to school? she runs to the front door wagging her tail and jumping around, and when we park the car she cant get out fast enough to greet the staff, we all love it!YOU WONT REGRET COMING HERE THEY ARE ALL FANTASTIC!!!!!

We have only had a grooming done here so far. But I loved the cleanliness of the place, the fact that the dogs were not kept in cages while they wait, and the friendliness of the staff. Logan came home with a great haircut that was even and with no cuts or nicksUpdate:I just left from picking up my 2 dogs and I’m afraid this time I have to take off a star. Last time I was there I found that the hair on the paws was a bit too long (I had to cut it myself about a week later). So this time I asked that the paws be made extra short. When I arrived to pick them up the hair was still fairly long (long enough to cover the nails) and when I mentioned it I was told by the staff member that he may have been finicky and she didn’t want to make him nervous again but she would note it on the chart for next time (even though I had explicitly mentioned it was a problem last time). While I stand by my previous review of a clean, efficient place, I can not justify $75 per small dog plus tip if I don’t end up with the right cut and if no attempt is made to rectify it. I’m very sorry to say that I will be looking for a new groomer for their next appointments.

I was extremely pleased with the care given to our 9 year old lab mix and 7 mth pomsky. There was never concern while they were there for 6 days.The warmth and sincere interest from Hope made the separation so easy. Our babies were cared for on a personal level and they came home happy..Thank you Hope and Dani for everything.We will definitely use your services in the future.

Hope is a calm and patient trainer. I have a rescue dog that is fearful aggressive. I have tried about 6 trainers, calming drugs and nothing worked for her. Hope came in with a new approach and helped us figure out a solution to help her and us feel more calm without force. It takes time and patience. She will give you a routine to follow and she is always available to you when you call. I recommend her 100 percent!

Left my dog here for a few nights when I went away and I was very happy with the service and Experience! They give you looks to check up on ur puppy which is awesome! One of the days I couldnt find him so I texted hope and she send a pic of him getting groomed (which was on the itinerary for the weekend) they also mention my dog has alot of anxiety so they had him sleep with them upstairs where the overnight staff sleeps which was super awesome! The online booking and making appts was super easy and when I picked up my baby boy he had this awesome tie on and they gave me a frame with his picture! Highly recommend

Hope is an amazing trainer. She showed me how to handle me always over excited but loving pitbull, when people come into our home. It worked right away making my guests, myself and my pup more at ease.

Amazing. Our Special Kai took Hope Garlick right away at 3 months. Hope knows what she is doing. She can have our baby respond to anything. Hope and her team are dedicated and compassionate and I cannot say enough about them. Wouldnt trust my baby with anyone else!!!

Hope Garlick, and all the staff at Little Paws of Hope, have always gone out of their way to assure the special needs of my 2 blind, senior Min Pins are properly met. Little Paws of Hope is worthy of a five-star rating if you ask me; it was recommended to me by co-workers, friends, and acquaintances. The entire staff is so kind and considerate and works to make your dog, or in my case, in which I had more than one dog, feel right at home. I dropped them off for the first time a week ago; as a parting gift, I received a photo of my sweet and loving girls in a frame incorporating the little Paws of Hope logo, which I chose to share as a part of my review, as seen below. I received a report card with photos daily and access to live footage of when they were playing in the play areas inside and outside. It was so lovely to see my dogs in a place attending to them, similar to how I would take care of them. As opposed to the alternative instead of boarding them in a kennel. I realize that a place like that, for your dogs, might be a slight expense. But if you ask me, it is so nice to drop your beloved pet off knowing that they are taken care of significantly closer to how you were taking care of them yourself. Additionally, Initially, I was a little thrown off by the name, but I had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Hope.

Absolutely mortified with how the groomer Lisa reacted to my dog she belittled me as an owner and told me that I’m not taking good care of my pet I absolutely love my dog he is family and I am very sensitive about who handles him. I came in days prior to his appointment my dog has severe anxiety and is very afraid of the groomers they assured me that they could handle it. I am disgusted with this whole ordeal I am deeply offended and WILL NOT RETURN!!!

Hope is fantastic. Whether it’s training or boarding my little guy is happy when he comes home. He did board and train last year with follow up training @home. Now he doesn’t run out of the house when the door is open. Highly recommend Hope’s facility

We used LPOH for puppy daycare for our little Yorkies, brother and sister (Max and Daisy). They were always well taken care of and seemed to enjoy their time there. They have a good outdoor setup for the pups and they have cameras in all locations so you can see your puppers. Would recommend them for daycare and boarding! They also had a great trainer we used for a few sessions.

I have not used them recently, but when I did . No complaints. I loved that you could see them from the cameras inside and out. My puppy seemed fine after his visit. It seemed like a very considerate staff.

So happy with the service. Was able to see my little one at anytime via the camera and my phone.Watched my Cassie during the daytime while she played with other little ones.

From start to finish, it was evident that the groomers love and care for animals were unmatched.Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by the groomer, who immediately made my dog feel comfortable and at ease. The attention to detail and genuine affection shown towards my furry companion was truly heartwarming. The level of professionalism and expertise displayed was truly commendable.Not only did my dog come out looking absolutely fabulous, but I could also sense the genuine happiness radiating from them ( whole staff) It was evident that they had been treated with the utmost care and respect. Little Paws of Hope was a great help to our dog who needed basic behavior training. I have used them twice already.

Went to inquire about their services stood at the door no answer and they were open....another customer shows up a skinny kid walks from the back of the building and walks straight to their car Im still at the door and never been acknowledged...yeah thanks Ill avoid this place

Hope and the team at Little Paws of Hope did an amazing job with my rescue Jack Russell Terrier, Callie. She was rescued from a puppy mill and was shipped from shelter to shelter until I adopted her at 5 years old. She was so scared and damaged. Hope trained me as to how to take care of her! So many thoughtful and helpful suggestions. The times she spent at Little Paws of Hope were some of her happiest and I loved being able to view her running and playing in the yard when I traveled.

My husband was so fearful to board our fur baby, but we got a recommendation for this place from one an in-law of my daughter and it is awesome. I love the setup and how its reminiscent of a cozy home. There are cameras that we can log into anytime to check on our baby and the staff communicates throughout the day

I never have to worry about my dog Cody, when I board him at Little Paws of Hope. Hope and her staff take care of Cody like he was their own dog! They love him and he loves them. I can watch him interact with the other dogs and staff on their web cams. They give him his medications and send me pictures of him during his stay there. I highly recommend Little Paws of Hope for boarding, grooming and if you need a trainer Hope is the best!

Little paws of hope was the first and only place I entrusted my pet with I was was extremely nervous with leaving my dog with anyone, however after having spoken with them and visiting their home, i felt extremely comfortable that my dog would be in great hands. My dog appeared to have a great experience and I was relieved. I will definitely go back. Only place uI would even think of.

LPH is the best. The staff is amazing and attentive. The whole place is clean and beautiful. My dog loves her time there. Whenever I put her doggie booster seat in the car she goes crazy because she knows where we’re going! I’m so happy we found a place that I can feel confident leaving my pup (which is very hard for me to do). I know she is safe and happy there.

Highly recommend! My wife and I cannot say enough good things about Hope and her crew at LPH. If youre like us, your dog(s) is part of your family and this can make vacation, travel, etc a hassle and even worrisome. Fear not! Your pooch will be pampered and cared for while boarding (if you even want to call it that, its more like a vacation for them) with LPH. There are plenty of other dogs for your dog to socialize and play with. You can also peek in on your little friend courtesy of the webcam link that you are provided with. Whenever we pull up to LPH our dog gets extremely excited, forgets about us, and darts in. Pricing is competitive in that it is on par or cheaper than everything in the area - but what you can not put a price tag on is PEACE OF MIND, and that is exactly what you will get when using LPH for boarding and daycamp. Great place and great people!
