We LOVE this place and Jen is top notch! She is caring, professional and humble. Our toy poodle Boo Boo loves her. She truly treats the pups with 💯 percent TLC. Very professional and reasonably priced. Love how they groom our pup and adorn her with a cute handkerchief each time ❤️ Totally recommend this place.

My tofu has not gotten a cut since March when pandemic shut everything down. He’s a morkie, so he looked like an old raggedy mop last week. They did a phenomenal job and my dog was very happy with himself afterwards. Definitely will continue to patronize this establishment. Thank you !!!

I have been taking my havanese here for years. I like that Jen is the owner and main groomer. My dog doesnt like water, so he is not happy going there, but he IS happy to see Jen. He always looks and smells great afterward!

Would give zero stars if i could - they cut off a piece of my friends dogs tongue??? how does that even happen? they also didn’t inform her that this occurred. Would love to understand more about how this occurred

I have a Maltese and I am very particular with the results of her hair cuts, well I took a chance with Essence of a dog and I couldn’t be more happier with the outcome of her haircut it is beautiful. This place is highly recommended.

Stellar work. My dog is one year old & was a little anxious going in but the staff was wonderful with him. Clipped his nails, & cleaned his ears. Will definitely return!

I was there with my cavapoo and i was satisfied with his grooming i actually liked it alot although the wait time was 2 hours and ended up being 3 1/2 but besides i recommend this place.

I have taken my two dogs here for a few years. Love this place, my dogs are never stressed and look great when it is over. One of my dogs has chronic ear infections, they are always gentle and kind to him.

Horrible service. The staff is really rude. Especially that guy who works there. Took my dog there a couple of times, made appointments in advance but they never call to follow up or remind you of your appointment and when you don’t show up they have an attitude about it. Received a call from the guy the day of my appointment informing me I missed it, even after apologizing he responds with “of course”. Never going back there. Honestly the worst place to take your dog. They don’t know how to treat loyal customers. Work on your staff or else you will keep losing customers!!!

They always do a great job with our miniature labradoodle, Romeo. I have tried to groom our dog myself but really dont have the knack and patients. I would definitely recommend trying them out for your pet

They are great always available even with appointments!!! They make themselves available to just get a nail clipping done even with a least minute call ... Im very appreciative of them it works for my schedule .

If you have a difficult, small dog they wont cut their nails.

I was amazed on how rude this place is especially the guy. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone they do not treat the dogs with tender love or affection to make them feel comfortable but they do the total opposite. Dogs could sense a person energy and the both employees are horrible. This place should be investigated. Do not bring your fur babies to this place. And to top it off it smelled really bad and not so clean.

Our new rescue was very happy with the service . He came smelling so good and well manicured .
