We cannot recommend K9 Resorts enough! We have searched high and low looking for a place that was safe and fun for our pup! He has been there for daycare and boarding. Both incredible experiences. I appreciate that they consistently upload pics of the dogs on their Facebook to keep you in the know while they’re staying there. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure your pup is well taken care of! The establishment is SO CLEAN and comfortable for the pups as well. I would say it’s definitely worth the price you pay. You will not be disappointed!

We use k-9 resorts every time we go away. They are the best. Our golden always comes home happy and well cared for. The place is beautiful and the people working there are amazing with the dogs. We won’t go anywhere else!

I am so happy and grateful to have K9 Resorts services. They are amazing. I can’t say enough about the professionalism, patience and kindness they show to our beloved pet. I am confident and assured that my pet, who has anxiety issues, gets the attention and care she needs either for overnight or longer stays. Our two dogs had such an amazing experience here! Every interaction from booking through their evaluation day was courteous and care-filled. Receiving a detailed report card and adorable pictures throughout the stay was a touch we’ve never experienced having done daycare at many facilities before. The staff really seemed to know and be able to speak about our pups in particular which made us feel even better about our choice. 110% recommend if you’re in the area! Signing up to K9 Resorts was the best decision my boyfriend and I did for our pup. The facility and staff is beyond amazing!!! We always feel welcome as well as arrive to a very clean space. My first experience boarding my pups was a little rough but I took a chance in bringing my pups back for a last minute boarding. I was very pleased they were able to accommodate especially having to check 5 frenchies. I love that the provide dos punts for additional pups which makes a difference in price. My pups came back happy and well taken care of. Smelling fresh as can be. I was happy all went well with no injuries or trips to the vet this time around. The employees are all very pleasant and friendly. You can tell they love what they do. The facility is always well maintained and clean. Nice job !! 😊

Hands down one of the best decisions I’ve made was to start bringing my dog Jake to K9 Resorts. It gives me peace of mind that I can drop him off in the morning knowing he will be well taken care of. All of the staff are professional, friendly, and devoted. You can really tell they love dogs as well as their job. They all know how quirky Jake is and greet him with enthusiasm everyday. The best part is that Jake comes home happy and tuckered out from playing all day with his friends. K9 Resorts goes above and beyond to take care of and create cute themed days for the dogs to enjoy. I highly recommend their daycare and boarding.

I am a first time dog mom and I want to best for my pup and K9 resorts garden city is just that and more. The friendly staff that go the extra mile to accommodate even my late reservations. The clean and secure facility. My pup Sky has so much energy and my family keeps a busy schedule, so when she comes home I know she has had a wonderful time there and ready to relax.

It was such a great experience for my little snoopy. The staffs are so great and patient. My snoopy had so much fun at the daycare. He was so exhausted by the time he got home.. Look what he is doing now.

Where to begin. I brought my puppy to 2 different places and they both didn’t work out. I then head about K9 and tried it out. All I have to say is this place is absolutely awesome. Every single person that works there are amazing especially Brittnie. She gave my Oreo all her attention and love. And now he loves going there and seeing everyone. Thank you so much for taking such good care of my baby when he goes for daycare and also when I bored him.

We just boarded our two dogs for a weekend, and they were so happy and well taken care of. I had a bad experience at another daycare, but my dogs came home from K9 Resorts with smiling faces and wagging tails. Would highly recommend them to any pet parents out there! I attached two pictures of my dogs showing how happy they were!

I recently brought my dogs to k9 resorts and, unfortunately, it didn’t go as I’d hoped. One of our rescue dog has unique needs and can be fearful/shy/aggressive with new people, but I was hopeful this resort could provide a good environment. After an hour and a half, however, she still hadn’t warmed up to the handlers, and I was informed she wouldn’t be able to stay. I understand that safety and comfort are the staffs priorities, so I respect their decision.However, I believe the business and establishments priorities are to make money with well behaved dogs (probably not adopted dogs with complex histories and trauma and liabilities that harm the business), and I can see that with their very limited evaluation policies. Through no fault of the staff members, who were all very sweet and friendly. 5 stars for the workers, 2 or even 1 star for the business owners/establishment.Lastly, the communal play area seemed quite small, with limited natural light, which created a rather dark atmosphere. The fake grass/yard dogs get let out too seemed sad right next to the free way. I was also concerned that the dogs were just left to bark continuously without any visible enrichment activities. Dogs thrive with mental stimulation, and I felt the space and structure here didn’t meet those needs. The cheapest kennels as well, though much cleaner than a shelter, also just looks like a typical shelter/mass dog management situation. The more expensive rooms are still not stimulating or enriching, just dogs locked behind doors (full of scratches) barking at people walking by, wanting to leave and go home probably.I appreciate that K9 resort is staffed by people who clearly care about the dogs’ well-being. I hope the resort considers adding more stimulating activities or even a quieter, larger space for dogs. Take some hits with those profit margins maybe to treat these animals with respect and dignity (a novel idea for dog owners especially those in wealthy suburban neighborhoods). For now, it may be a better fit for highly social, well behaved dogs who acclimate quickly to new environments.Thank you to the staff for giving it a try, and I hope this feedback is helpful for those considering a stay here!

The staff is amazing!! It was our 1st time using K9 resort. The staff helped me with all my records and checkin for evaluation . I have 5 frenchies and at times they are overly active. I feel they were in good hands and came home as happy as ever. Looking forward to future appointments.

After having a terrifying experience at a previous location (Not a K9 facility) I was extremely hesitant to trust any one with my two puppies. I decided to give them a try and after being a customer at K9 of Westbury for a couple of months now I have nothing but the best things to say about this place. The facility is absolutely immaculate and an added bonus that every time I walk in it always smells amazing.Most importantly I can not say enough good things about the staff in the place. Aside from being extremely professional and helpful they love what they do and the love and care they show the dogs makes me feel so comfortable every time I drop them off.Some bonus features:- Daily picture uploads from the day- Always plan fun themes and events for the dogs to participate in (last holiday was Valentines day they had a whole puppy photoshoot and when you picked them up you received a valentines day card with your puppy on it and a bag of treats)- The most luxurious and cleanest place I have ever seen at all times- Incredible staff- always watching the dogs and ensuring they are always having fun and being safe- Give a great bath (my dogs get a bath every Friday and every time they come out looks and smelling amazing)My dogs absolutely love coming here to the point that they basically bolt out of the car the second I pull in. I Would 100% advise anyone who is looking for a place for there pup to call and schedule a tour of the facility so you can see exactly what I am talking about.

My dog attends doggy daycare and boarding at the garden city location. I find this place clean and friendly! And I love that she comes home tired!

K9 Resort in Garden City is hands down the BEST doggie daycare/boarding facility I have ever experienced. My Toby & Charlie just love it there! They are greeted by name when we arrive and they are beautifully cared for. The facility is immaculate. I am new to Long Island and I checked out a few other boarding facilities, but they all pale in comparison to the K9 Resort. I wouldn’t trust my beloved pups anywhere else.

Very nice place! I’ve left my dog Chobani here on 4 occasions for boarding while on vacation. Different room options for your pup’s needs and super friendly staff that really try to make the experience for my dog as comfortable as possible. Down to how many times a day he eats, adding treats on the days I want, uploading pics to social media and even to my account portal. Love the whole ambiance and experience I have had thus far. Highly recommend if your dog is bougie like mine lol!

We have been consistently taking our dog, Cooper Weasley, to K9 for almost two years and every single experience has been a positive one. The staff is so friendly and seem genuinely happy to take care of all of the dogs, the facilities are always clean and our dog is satisfied and tired after a long day of play. He gets excited as soon as we pull up to K9 and doesn’t want the fun to end at the end of the day. They also have creative and thoughtful crafts and activities weekly to keep the dogs enriched. We will continue to be loyal customers of K9 and feel very confident knowing he is in great hands. Thank you K9 for everything you do!

I had 4 dogs with them. 1st time the dogs were away from me. They seemed very happy and well cared for. I will definitely bring my dogs back.

My puppy, Roger, is always sooooo thrilled to go to K9 Resorts! They take such good care of him and make sure he’s safe and watched over while playing with the other dogs. I can be a bit of a helicopter dog mom, but the way he runs up the stairs to the resort and doesn’t even look back to watch me leave, shows me how much love they give him while I’m away!I also love how clean they keep everything! He comes home smelling like a hotel ha. I recently also did boarding for a few days and rested well knowing he had a TV in his room to mimic how I leave him alone at home!I would highly recommend K9 Resorts for your dog! They’re in safe hands and your dog will love it!

Prior to going to K9 resorts … We took a few vacations and used another boarding facility and daycare for our two high energy dogs. The lack of care was the reason we left. We got general “they are fine” when we called and little to no updates. They also didn’t give our dogs the medicine we had left with them.We did our “research” on LI Dog Parents and saw great reviews on K9 resorts of Garden City. I am SO happy we switched! Our dogs were loved, cared for and exercised. They posted pictures daily of our dogs which was fun to see & when we picked up the dogs - they were amazing giving our one dog his eyes drops three times a day. When we called for updates … they actually talked to the employee who was with our dogs and went into detail of their day, who they were playing with and what they were doing.We love our pups like they are our children .. we are happy to have found a home away from home in K9 resorts Garden City that actually care about our pups!!! They are truly amazing!

First experience with Daycare was a success. Pet Hotel is very clean and well kept while staff invested and alert to all the various dogs. Felt very comfortable and put at ease after being nervous about my pups first stay!

Kylo- my 3 yr old Aussie doodle stayed at K9 resorts Westbury for a week. He had never been in a kennel for more than two nights prior. He was so clean and happy when I picked him up which made me very happy. You get what you pay for- Peace of Mind- using this facility.

Extremely friendly and accommodating staff. We did a trial with my two Danes , they kept my two dogs for over 3 hours, interacted with them, slowly introduced to other dogs the correct way. My one Dane didn’t want to leave. I will definitely be using them in the very near future!!! Highly recommend !!!

Our dog, Warwick, loves coming to K-9 Resorts for daycare and boarding. He runs in to the lobby, excited to see everyone who works there. We feel comfortable leaving him when we travel, knowing he’s in great hands and having a good time.

The BEST place to take your 4-legged fur baby. The staff is absolutely amazing. They take care of your pet as though its their own. Walking into the building blows you away, it is literally a 5 star accommodation for dogs...its actually 5 stars for humans too but unfortunately the humans cant staylol. They also do activities during some holidays which usually include pictures. We have done both the daycare and boarding, and I can say both are the absolute best.

Our baby Griffin has been doing day care here for almost 2 years & loves it! We boarded him overnight several times and he comes home perfect and smelling great, thanks to the bath he gets before pickup. The true sign of happiness is that hes always excited to go back and they are always excited to see him!🤗

We have been taking our dachshund Sabre to K9 for daycare and boarding for over a year and absolutely love all the care and attention they provide. He is always so excited when we pull into the parking lot and can’t wait to go inside. The staff is amazing and the facility is clean and well maintained. It gives us so much comfort to know he is being taken care of and loved when we need to be away.

The facility was very clean. The dogs are well supervised. I love that they get outdoor time. I will definitely be sending my pup there for daycare!

The employees give each dog a 4 hour psych evaluation to ensure the dog fits in with the other pets (if a dog is too shy or aggressive, then they can not stay). My dog Jasper loves coming. The resort has playtime, specialty pastries, and cookies for the dogs, and they take holiday photos of the dogs! For those who are traveling out of the state or country, the resort has hotel rooms with TVs! Jasper always leaves in a happy mood and has become more socialized since attending. The employees are respectful, kind, courteous, and attentive.

K9 Resorts in Garden City is the best place to board your dog or bring him to play and have lots of fun. They took the very best care of my boy, Alphie, while I was away. I give them 5 stars!!!

What a great place! What a beautiful place! Both my Westie (Amadeus) and Scottie (Gus) go crazy when we pull up to K-9 Garden City. The love and kindness provided by the staff makes these fur babies want to keep coming. The fabulous array of additional services that you could buy for your pets car. wonderful. Gus and Amadeus love the ice cream addition. One thing I want to point out is how accommodating the staff is I cannot think of a better place that would keep my mind. My dogs are always well taken care of. Staff is very attentive to all of their needs. They are great on social media posting photos of all the dogs having a good time. I always highly recommend this place to friends and family.

Dropped off my dog at 9am for a meet and greet prior to boarding. The staff is friendly and super professional. Pick my dog up 12:00 noon smelt great they even gave him a bath. Looking forward to boarding him there as it’s safe, clean and secure.John

My husband and I were so pleased with K-9 Resort in Garden City/Westbury. Our one year old lab was a guest at this hotel in December 2023 for the first time. I must say she was taken care of very well. We were so happy with the daily updates and report cards with photos. They definitely made us feel at ease knowing she was in good hands. All the staff here were amazing! So caring and understanding! Now we know going forward we can leave our pup here with no worries.

I am so happy we found k9 Resorts. I have had my one dog for 6 years and the other for 2 and I never felt comfortable boarding them anywhere. That changed when I found k9 resorts. Neighbor recommended. We set up an evaluation and pup was dropped off. Once approved they are given a free day of daycare then. He seemed to like it first time he was a little wet. But we went back for another session and he was clean. Pup seemed like he really likes it and I would recommend. Staff is very friendly and very professional, they seem to care and good to the dogs! Facility is super clean and newer! I would highly recommend!

K9 Resorts is awesome for me! It is close to my work, easy to book, I bring both of my dogs to daycare about two times a month and have boarded them before. Never a problem always happy and tired! LOL that’s the best part! But the place is always clean and immaculate, and the friendliest service ever! Even though one of my dogs is in self play, they make every effort to put Sunny and her sister Bella together a number of times throughout the day to play with each other. I highly recommend K9 resorts.

We have two sons and one lives in California. There are not too many people that would watch a German shepherd. When we go to visit him or just go away. It is nice to be able board our dog here. Knowing she is in nice clean place and happy. When I drop her off. She is in a hurry to get inside. That is a good sign.

Dixie comes home tired after being at day camp with her little friends. After getting picked, more than a few times, she tried going back to camp. Staff are friendly and Dixie likes to say hello to the staff before going into camp.

My pup and I both love K9 Resorts in Garden City. Everyone is very nice and welcoming to my fur baby. He has only done doggie daycare so fur baby we are working our way towards an overnight stay. The boarding is roomy and clean.

Drop off was smooth. Staff was very attentive and knew Kaia when we walked in the door. Very comforting! Also pickup was smooth as we were early but the staff was accommodating and arranged the early pickup without any concerns. Kaia is an anxious dog and did not need her medication at all during the one week stay - very happy with this location!

K9 Resorts is truly the best! We send our dog, George, to day care at K9 and he absolutely loves it. The staff there is very friendly and treat our dog with so much love and care. You can tell they are all true dog lovers and as passionate about our pets as we are. We have used the facility 3 times now and it’s been superb each time. It’s immaculate and the staff is lovely. They have theme days and get lots of exercise. My Boolah pulls to go IN!

My fiancé and I started bringing our puppy to K9 Resorts a few months ago and it was the best decision!! Our Bentley has the absolute best time and immediately running to the door when I drop him off to go play. I love the peace of mind I get when dropping him off in the morning, knowing hell be incredibly well taken care of. The staff is not only professional but also super friendly and devoted. Bentley is welcomed with such enthusiasm because they know just how friendly he is. When I pick him up, hes not only happy but also pleasantly exhausted from playing with his friends that he made all day. The app they have is very user friendly and so simple to book Bentley for daycare and boarding. I cant recommend their services enough! :)

My 3yo lab has been going to K9 for the past 4 months for doggie day care and comes home totally exhausted and happy. K9 really puts a personal touch on their service whether it’s a themed day (Hogwart’s or Ugly Christmas Sweater) to celebrating my dog’s birthday. The staff are so kind and patient and always seem to go the extra step. The facility is very clean and well organized during drop-off and pick-up.

Hi! Dropped my 7 month old English Bulldog @ K9 Resorts and the experience was Amazing! Everyone at the Resort was great. They answered all my questions. I got a tour of the facility and it was Lovely and extremely clean. I am boarding my dog there in November and I am feeling very happy that he will be taken care of.

K9 Resorts is an answer to a prayer. Having a Husky is wonderful addition to our family, but with hectic schedules it can become challenging to ensure that our pup gets the best amount of exercise for his breed. K9 Resorts IS THEE BEST! Doggy Daycare provides awesome playtime, mental stimulation and a wealth of events that keeps our doggy tuckered out at the end of the day. If you’re looking for daycare (full or half) or overnight boarding for your fur baby while on vacation, make an appointment with K9 Resorts to see what they have to offer you will NOT be disappointed.

10/10 AMAZING this is the best dog daycare and boarding ever. I’ve tried a couple and this is the only one I would trust my dog with. It smells amazing when you walk in they must be cleaning 24/7 to maintain this. They really care about your dog, they will give you updates if you ask, they treat your pet like their own. I recommend this place to anyone who asks me.

After many boarding and daycare visits, we fully and without any reservation totally recommend this wonderful boarding hotel for my canine family members! The staff clearly love the dogs and they are super caring and gentle. My Bella absolutely loves the play groups and she instantly jumps out of the car as soon as we arrive at the “resort”! I also need to add that their groomers are awesome…I always thought that I had to live covered with shedded hair from my English Mastiff; but, somehow the K9 Resort groomers manage to get all of her loose hair off of her! Something no other groomers had accomplished before! I cannot be more pleased! This premium facility boarding/daycare costs the same (or a bit more) than other local boarding places; but, our Bella really loves it here! And, that is the bottom line for our family! Plus, the facility is very clean…the lobby has absolutely no smell and looks like the lobby of a 5-star hotel.Moreover (!), their grooming fees are very reasonable! Whenever Bella boards or has a day of fun here, I have her bathed! At K9 Resorts, the day of fun plus the bath costs me about the same as just grooming in other places! A wonderful value!HIGHLY recommend without any reservation! A really wonderful place!

I was looking for a place where I can feel comfortable leaving our Chloe for long periods of time and know that she would be in a clean and friendly environment as well as have opportunities to interact with other dogs and not be caged away all day. I found it at K9. My initial impression was how clean the hotel is and staff took me around for a tour, no resistance and answered all my questions. There was no place I was not allowed to view were the dogs were. I was able to see how my dog interacted with others, her sleep area and was informed of all the luxuries available. It really felt like this experience was truly top-tier.

K9 staff is very professional. The place is truly a Pet resort. It’s beautiful, and clean. My dog always looks forward to going there.

K9 resorts is owned and staffed by true animal lovers( they are great with fur parents as well). It is a great place to send your babies on vacation or just for the day in their daycare. K9 comes up with some of the cutest ideas to make playtime extra special. Since we started using them my stress level dropped by 95% knowing how my multiple babies are being cared for. We love K9 Resorts! More accurately, our dog loves K9 Resorts. It’s like sleep-away camp for dogs. Our dog goes in with her tail wagging, excited to play, and comes out freshly bathed, all smiles and exhausted. She loves it, we love it, so it’s just fabulous all around. Speaking for my dog Blue, he absolutely! loves attending K9 resorts. He knows exactly where we are when we get out of the car. He cannot get in the door quick enough. It not only provides joy but comfort and 1000% trust that your fur baby is cared for. When Blue needed to be boarded he also required medication due to a recent illness and the staff not only cared for him but managed his medical care. The peace of mind is truly priceless and I am grateful to all the staff that care for my boy Blue.

We love K-9 resorts so much! We just picked our Samoyed up after boarding for 8 days. His coat is beautiful so I can tell he’s getting great daily grooming. And they make sure they smell really nice with a fresh wipe bath before bringing him to me. His temperament is so happy! Can’t wait to use K-9 Resorts for our next boarding needs!

This is by far the most impressive place—after bringing my dog to two other places and having wildly disappointing experiences, finding K9 has been a sigh of relief—the staff are above and beyond wonderful, the place is SPOTLESS, and you can both feel and clearly observe that it’s a well run business. I have absolutely no worries while I have my boy with them!! I haven’t done the overnight boarding, just daycare, but would have no worries in that aspect as well!! I wouldn’t bring him anywhere else after finding them.

Excellent daycare! Love the outdoor play space for my dog. He goes almost daily- which allows me to work with peace of mind. He also boards weekly on Wednesdays and they always do a great job of caring for him. Highly recommend!

I’m so glad we found K9! It gives us peace of mind when we’re away that our dog, Sarah, is safe and well cared for. We love the fact that the dogs get to play during the day and the pictures they post of all of the dogs are so cute. Sarah is happy when we go in and the staff are always happy to see her. We also like the day care option so that she can socialize with the other dogs.

I am so happy that I found K9 Resorts! The owner, Glenn, and his team are amazing! The daily communication and photos truly put my mind at ease while on vacation. I knew that my dogs were well cared for and happy!Glenn even went above and beyond to make sure that my dogs ate. When they weren’t interested in their food, he went to two stores to find the rice they would eat. Glenn kept me informed and was sure to let me know when they had eaten.It was a wonderful experience and I am so thankful to have a place that I trust to leave my babies!

Love this place as much as my doggie does. He always comes out smelling fresh and clean. Unlike other places that have released him to me smelling like urine. The place is immaculate and my dog so excited when he sees any of the workers. That says a lot. In todays age of rotten apples you tell when a dog backs away from someplace as opposed to wanting to be there. For a five star glamorous doggy excursion they are no more pricey than any of the other local spots. I love signing up for the events. my dog always has great time and the online pictures make the day worth it. For the record The drop off of pickup times or couple of hours early and later than other daycares on the island! Grab a yearly package at a discount rate its completely worth it!*****Update 2/22/2024*****When I initially signed up at Westbury location last year, I was told that I can use either location with my 20 daycare package (since they are owned by same owner).Fast forward several months, I checked my little guy in at the Syosset location and upon picking him up I was asked to pay my balance. I mentioned I have a package plan with 10 daycare sessions remaining. After some back and forth calls between locations it turns out the Westbury plan is not covered by Syosset. Both myself &staff were surprised by this. Although Im a bit disappointed at the misinformation I was originally given I was a little more annoyed that they wouldnt honor the package or discount price due to the misinformation, instead I Was charged full price for a stay.This does not change my initial review of K9, but definitely moved me to post here so others do not fall into the same issue

We have taken our dogs here on several occassions for overnights and day play and this place is the absolute best. It feels like a high end spa for our pups. The staff really knows the dogs and are so outgoing and pleasant to work with. I really trust that they do a excellen job with all the animals here. Truly a 5 star resort. Highly recommend!

During my initial contact and first visit, I noticed their attention to detail and how clean their facility is. The staff was also very patient and took time to address my questions. While away, they have also been very responsive when I check in on my dog’s status. It’s also been fun seeing pictures of her on social media.

I really liked the facility, it’s clean and bright. I just would like to see my dog on a screen in the main lobby. It’s also more expensive than the other doggie daycare/boarding in the area.

Ive been taking my puppy to the Garden City K9 resort for at least 4 months now and have not had any issues. The staff is always friendly and my puppy is always happy to be dropped off. Any time I have any questions or concerns, the staff is always helpful. I always look forward to looking in Instagram or facebook for pictures of the pups for the day.

We tried multiple doggie daycares in the area and K9 Resorts is by far and away the best. Our dog Jaws arrives excited and leaves happy every single time. He’s always watched when he’s there for the day and smells good when he comes home (can’t say that for most places). The staff has also been warm and welcoming since Day 1. The owner and staff were a pleasure to speak with and patient with my many questions. K9 resorts was literally clean and spotless and when I picked my dog up, she did not smell like she had just been playing with several dogs. I loved every night checking Instagram and seeing pictures of my pup! She looked very happy:) If I could give K9 resorts more than 5 stars, I would. My only regret is not using them sooner. We took our 4 year old Corgi Calvin to spend the night as we celebrated our daughter’s wedding. K9 Resorts is impeccable in their accommodations, and the care they provided Calvin. They even sent some photos to help celebrate the wedding. We felt 100% at ease leaving our dog there. We enjoyed the wedding knowing that Calvin was in the best hands. The staff is amazing and knowledgeable, and their prices were reasonable. We’ll worth every penny. We boarded our dogs for a week while on vacation. We loved seeing the daily pictures posted to Instagram and the exceptional care that was taken to make sure our dogs were happy. Our one dog needed two medications, which were given without any problems. We are very pleased and will bring our dogs back again!

My golden always has a good time when he’s here. Their facility is very clean and I trust them every time when I board my golden in long trips. Even though there was a mishap on one of his stays, I still would not take my golden anywhere else. All the staff is very receptive and caring.

First time boarding my rescue dog. We were very worried, but the team was awesome. Very friendly and took great care of my Maggie. Expensive but worth every dollar. Maggie came thru her first days without any issues. Definitely going here again. If you use special shampoo, remind them a few times to use versus their own brand. K9 is our English Bulldog Cisco’s home away from home. Whether boarding or going for doggy daycare, she runs to the car the second I ask, “Cisco! Want to play with other doggies today?!” She LOVES it! The facility is pristine, with shiny marble and sparkling chandeliers, but what seals the deal for me are the people who work there. Everyone is a genuine dog lover, and you can tell how much they enjoy Cisco. She wiggles her way through the lobby bursting with excitement every time I drop her off. This place is a Godsend!

I have tried other boarding and doggy day cares in the area and each time Stitch would come back sick. I’ve boarded and used the day care several times and he’s not had any issues. The peace of mind is the most important to me and they provide that.

We brought our Shi Tzu twice for day care before boarding him for 8 nights. When we went to pick him up he was very happy and clean. We loved seeing photos of him on Facebook having fun. We will definitely be back soon.

Wonder why they have no cameras in the daycare for pet parents to watch? Disgusting establishment that just looks nice but aren’t doing anything special really.
