Canine Cottage Groom Spa & Salon

My puppy’s first real grooming. This place is great! Dogs aren’t caged so they get to socialize and acclimate. My pup has been a problem for others to groom, but not here. She looks beautiful and we’re both happy!

We took our Lilly here for her first professional groom. They did a great job on my dog. Liz and team were patient with my nervous pup. She came home like a new dog. Cant say enough. We will certainly be back.this is OUR groomer now.

I am an over protective puppy mom and Liz gets me. All three of my dogs are treated with love and always look amazing after their visit.

Called to simply get my dogs nails cut. I was asked what breed he is and then told I dont do pits or mixes by whatever witch answered the phone. Not once has my dog ever shown any sort of aggression or anything other than kindness and playfulness to any person or animal. Its sad that my pet who, to you, is not good enough to get his nails cut there can show more kindness than your nasty employee or owner

She is amazing at what she does. My baby got groomed here and what an amazing job the owner did. This was the best wash and haircut my dog got in her 5 years, no other place comes close. Already made the next appointment. Totally recommend the Groomer.

Asked for a unique cut for my dog and it was executed great. Was able to book an appointment the same day and picked up my dog 2 hours after I dropped him off. Slightly cheaper than competitors in the surrounding area as well

Went to drop my dog off for grooming. The owner’s dogs were barking so loud she could barely hear me. My puppy was afraid so she was clinging to me. Liz, the owner, reached across the counter and pulled my dog out of my arms by her tail! When I said, really?, her response was, “it doesn’t hurt them, that’s what tails are there for”! Are you freaking kidding me!?!? Pulling a dog out of her owner’s arms by her tail?!? You must be out of your mind to do something like that. Moreover, if you’ll do that to my dog right in front of me, I wonder that you’ll do when I’m not around! Good riddance! Don’t take your chances with this groomer, find someplace else to go!

The owner keeps my dog in a cage in the corner with a towel over it. The place reeks of cigarettes and so I pay money for my dog to come home smelling like that.
