We brought my mother’s very old, very feisty schnauzer mix to the salon out of desperation recently. He isn’t easy to handle, but Tammy and Lee Ann are complete pros. Their compassion and determination was exactly what he needed, and it might seem dramatic but I never thought they’d be able to clip his nails let alone trim him. If you’re wavering on a spot to take your much loved pet to, you can trust this team (our doxie is a regular there too). Thank you both!

Took both our German shepherd puppy and grumpy old lady Shiba Inu. Both dogs looked great and seemed to do well with the groomers. They are great with their scheduling and got us in quick! Only suggestion is to call instead of email (I think my email went to their spam).

My little dachshund is very picky but we’ve finally found our forever groomers. Everyone at L A Pet Salon is professional yet kind, and Schatzi felt right at home. It was fast, and she looks better than I could have hoped!

We started taking Gizmo, our Morkie, to Lee Ann eight years ago. We picked up her card at our Vet’s office, it was a great move. We loved the care she provides to our little guy. She is a warm and accommodating groomer. The grooming is impeccable. We have always been happy with her. We did follow her to her new Malta location because we trust her with Gizmo so it was the right thing to do. Gizmo is very happy to go into see Lee Ann. Since “actions speak louder than words” know that Gizmo jumps out of the car and runs to greet her, that’s good enough for us.

A+++ on their de-skunking service. On the morning after my girl’s run-in I didn’t know what to do and L A Salon and Spa was recommended to me. They had a cancellation and were able to fit her in same-day. Whatever they do is very effective. The smell is 99.9% gone, and I’m very happy with the rest of her groom too. She came out very fluffy and soft and sparkling white.Nice and clean facility, and very attentive customer service.

Great Friendly service, affordable pricing (based on what Ive heard).Today my husband and I took all 3 of our dogs there for their first actual grooming (we used to try to do it ourselves but cant manage it anymore). We dropped them off and were able to pick them up right at the time they anticipated that they would be ready. We were quoted an estimated completion time of 3 pm. At 2:55 pm my husband got a call letting us know they were finishing up now and would be ready to be picked up shortly.We arrived a few minutes later and watched our middle dog just being finished up with a final spritz and a bandana.I was happy to hear that there were no issues with any of them. Im sure we will be taking them back again in the future.

I have been going there since they opened. I now take my new Aussiedoodle for grooming, bathing and daycare. Love them- particularly LeeAnn who continues to work on my dog !Great place!

This place has been okay until now. The past couple weeks, I cannot get a person on the phone and I dont get responses to my voicemails. Very frustrating that I have to find a new place again because I cant book an appointment with them.

Best salon for our pups! We regularly get their nails cut and they are cut short every time just the way we like it! Also they give the pups a great bath and brush their coats well! I absolutely love this salon and wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I phoned to make a appointment for my dog who is a nervous rescue. The lady i spoke with was very nice stated that they have a lot of dogs with the sane problem. I expressed my dogs behaviors( he is a contortionist when it comes time for grooming) and he is reactive! I told them i would muzzle him for their safety. I got there and again the lady at reception area was very nice but when we went in for groomer i stayed as my dog was not cooperating at all. I asked for his back end be shaved and his nails cut and hair between pads of his feet be trimmed i got the feeling the groomer was not very happy with my dog, she never spoke to him or even attempted to calm him( the reception lady was very kind in trying to alleviate his stress) after getting him down from table i noted both women turned and were whispering dont know about what but guessing it was about my dog.. or me but I found that kind of rude. What bothers me most is i expressed his issues when i originally called and told them i would appreciate their honesty in if they wanted to even attempt it and she said yes i was not expecting the outcome. I was hoping for a more positive experience for my pup! I know he can be difficult but he is a rescue that had been abused and dumped i go to great lengths to show him positive things and lots of love and this experience was a step back. And I am not sure what average cost is but for a nail trim and sanitary shave and hair between toes to be trimmed was almost 60.00..

My dog gets so excited to go to doggy daycare here. I love getting a tired, clean dog back at the end of the day!The place is clean and the staff is great. Also love checking in on her during the day on YouTube and seeing her play with the other dogs.

I cannot recommend LA Pet Salon enough. I have been taking my dog to them for 6 months now for doggie daycare and we both love it. The staff is so caring and genuine, my pup always comes home excited and worn out from all the playtime and loving human attention. My dog literally asks me in her own pup way each morning if she gets to go back to daycare that day.We have also used the grooming services available and they do a fantastic job, with quality grooming supplies at reasonable prices. They create a welcoming environment where your pets needs and comfort come first!

Lee Ann and her staff are fantastic. Jake, our English Retriever, gets a bit fuzzy when he goes too long in between grooming visits, but when Lee Ann and her staff are done giving him his bath and cut, he looks fantastic. They are always so kind, attentive and both my wife and I are very confident that Jake is in great hands. Thank you for doing such a great job, we appreciate it.

My puppy, Luke, got his first haircut here. Wow! Nice place and nice people. Showed the groomer a photo of the haircut for my mini golden doodle and she did it perfect. They really care about the dogs. We will be back.

I am extremely happy with their grooming services.I have a Basset Hound and for anyone who has not been around one- well they have a very particular odor. I love my dog to death and because of this for 9 years I have learned to live with it. Most other grooming facilities would do a good job but when he was returned back to me his smell would only be neutralized. When we picked him up from here today he smelled great, his coat looked shiny, his ears were clean, and his nails were perfect. The cost for the services was more than reasonable, making an appointment was easy, and employees were pleasant, attentive, and informative.I honestly wish I had found them sooner and plan on returning for his grooming needs moving forward!

I cant say enough great things about LA Pet Salon! We have been bringing our pup there for a few months to get her nails trimmed and a deshedding done. She can be a difficult client but the ladies there are SO great with her, they are so kind and patient. We just started bringing her there for daycare as well. I absolutely love that they have a live stream so I can check in on her! Every time I look, the ladies are loving on the dogs, playing with them, and treating them like their own. My dog is my world and I was so nervous to bring her to daycare, but they eased my anxieties so much. I cant thank them enough for that!!! We will be clients for life and would definitely recommend LA Pet for any of their services!

Dear Robert Ryan and Ryea,We all loved Kratos and are very sad at his passing. We understand the loss and pain you feel, as we have all gone through similar losses losing a pet who is a beloved part of the family. Kratos always did great at our facility. After watching him greet you and walk out of the salon happy, we were shocked to have you run back in with him telling us that he collapsed in the parking lot. The excitement of seeing you, him being 13 years old and significantly overweight probably had a lot to do with it which Im sure any vet would agree. We take pride in making sure that every pet is treated like our own and safety is our number one priority. For this reason, we would love to show you a video clip of him walking out of the salon with you happily after his pampering so you have peace of mind knowing that he didnt have a negative experience here with us. Please keep in mind we have an open door policy at our salon which most other facilities do not offer. This means at any time you are able to see exactly where your pets are kept and the gentle care they receive throughout their appointment. Our heart truly goes out to you for this heartbreaking loss. My husband and I bring our boxer to LA Pet Salon and Spa for daycare and our dog absolutely loves it. She gets so excited when she gets there! They even have a livestream that you can watch of the play area, so we can see what she is up to. Layla also got some grooming done and it came out great! They do such a fantastic job and we cannot recommend them enough.Thank you for all that you do for us and Layla!

Olivia loves going to Lee Ann’s for daycare! Her tail would wag non stop when she gets there.Lee Ann and her team are professional and I really appreciate them taking the extra effort to ensure that my low energy girl is not overwhelmed by other playful dogs. They take excellent care of the dogs and there’s live streaming of the play area.Highly recommended!

I was looking for a grooming appointment for my dog asap. She needed a bath badly due to her skin allergy flaring up. She was biting at her paw all weekend long and had an open sore. So a nice bath and hair cut would have given some immediate relief. So after calling around to 6 different places because they were mostly booked out to November, I called this place and they happen to have a cancellation and I could bring Chloe in within 20 mins, perfect! I bring her in and explain to the staff what Chloes skin and hair issues were. When I came back, Chloe was on the table wagging her tail and relaxing! She hates going to the salon! The staff told me the moment they took her in, she loved the experience the whole time! Wow, my mind was blown! I was thrilled to hear Chloe found a place with staff she felt comfortable around. Normally, shes nervous with baths (tries to run out the bathtub) and tries to break away from me when I blow dry her. Thus, I just take her to get groomed. She was well over do for a grooming appointment. I shouldnt have let her go for so long! Shes a cocker spaniel mix so the long hair can get matted. So all and all, I booked a return appointment with this amazing place! Cant wait to bring Chloe back! P.S. I never felt her hair so soft and shiny! I should let you guys wash my hair! Lol

My Pug died today in the car ride home after being picked up from here.They wont treat your pet with love behind closed doors.If youre reading this review, I recommend you find another groomer.RIP Kratos 😥

Lee Ann has been grooming our little Bichon Frise for more than 10 years. She is a beautiful white puppy and I feel if you have. white dog you have an obligation to keep her clean. Lee Ann has always done a spectacular job...and she is very loving, simply devoted to all animals in her care. I cant recommend her any higher or I would.

I brought my dog here for the first time last week and I was thrilled with the result. He was so happy and calm, he did not seem as though the experience stressed him out at all. They de-shedded him so well, got his nails very short and he smelled amazing. I will definitely be bringing my dog here again!

My 2 dogs love it here... The owner is not only extremely professional she is amazing with my kids. They look soooo beautiful every time and I couldnt image a better grooming salon to take them to! If your dogs are your kids, take them here!!!

I have been taking my Bishon to Lee Ann for many years. I followed her from Clifton Park to the new new store in Malta because she is wonderful, professional and makes my little Bear E White look so great!. The new location is convenient and even has doggie day care!I highly recommend LA Pet Salon.

Our dog Spencer had been going to LeeAnn since he was 4 moths old. Hes a Shihtzu so he has to have regularly scheduled grooming. He is just over a year now and has not only looked terrific after every cut but because of his positive grooming experiences, he sits still for us when we have to do basic brushing and combing at home. This is a direct result of LeeAnns personal and loving touch with him and hes never afraid! I always feel good leaving our little fella for his cuts. Comes back handsome and well cared for every time.

Do not use if you have a rescue pup or dog breed that isnt cute and fluffy. Salon overbooks clients therefore they are unable to accommodate dogs needs. By overbooking, they are not able to deliver top quality service. For the amount they charge, I expect better care for my dog.

I finally found someone I trust with my dog! Lee Ann does professional, high quality work. She is warm and inviting - and excellent with my Airedale Terrier who is elderly and a bit frail in the hips.

Winston and all of us love LA Pet salon. They do an amazing job! Whatever style you want they can do, the results are better than you imagined. Glad we found this place!

I decided to try Lee Anne to give Lily Blue a 2nd grooming experience.Lily was little nervous at drop off but loved Lee Anne. She was exited to see me at pick up and whined as if she missed Lea Anne on the car ride home. Thank you Lee Anne for making this experience a calm and inviting one.

We have nothing but good to say about Leeann.shes kind to our dogs which is important to us. Her rates are reasonable and it’s easy to get an appointment. Very professional. I’m glad she came back to this area.

My dog chewy is very difficult to groom weve been through many groomers until we found LA pet salon weve been coming here for a year now simply put there the best...

Hudson, our goldendoodle, has been here a few times now and he always comes home looking good and smelling great.

Would recommend this place to anyone and everyone! Our dog doesn’t need much besides a bath but they always give him a fun bandana and clean him up so nice. He definitely sheds less when he arrives home and smells so clean! We even did his nails there for a while, and as much of a pain as he was they were so good about it. They knew his limitations and helped me tackle the nails as best they could. Fair price for a great product. 10/10!

He was never caged until tonight , and to my finding they put him a cage with out my knowledge. So disrespectful to me and my dog Tukker ..Very bad customer service !I’m so angry I can’t express . Lee Ann has been grooming our 3 poodles for years. The girls come home looking beautiful and smelling great! Weve received many compliments on their haircuts including at the vets office. Most importantly, when theyre with Lee Ann Im confident they are safe and well-treated.

We have been taking our puppy to daycare here for the past few months and we are so glad we started. The entire staff spoils your dog and treats them like their own. Now whenever we mention the word “daycare”, our puppy goes crazy with excitement. I love how we can watch our puppy throughout the day easily on YouTube, also. Would highly recommend!

My dog Rory loves coming here for Day care. The staff are great with all the pups. The screening is appreciated and not something that other day cares take the time to do. She gets her grooming done here as well and always looks great!
