I’ve been taking my doggo to puppa paws for over a year now and they’re hands down the best! Destiny the owner does wonders with my baby to the point where I’ve trusted her artistic vision with his styling. Not only does PuppaPaws groom my baby but I trust her to keep my baby safe with inhome boarding.PuppaPaws has also planned and catered to my baby’s gotcha day party which was incredible. Destiny makes delicious treats and desserts that even my very picky doggo enjoys.10/10 would recommend!

Just started taking my 7 year old yorkie here and so far no complaints, he seems very happy at drop off and pick up. I have left him for boarding and also take him for monthly baths. I love the staff very loving with my pet.The space is very big which gives hiRoom to play and enjoy himself so he’ll be tired when we get home.The owner Destiny is very knowledgeable of dogs and seems to love what she does.

Do not come to this terrible establishment. I asked the boss if she can deal with my aggressive dog for a grooming appointment and Destiny Cruz said yes. When I go to pick up my dog , she’s covered in red marks and Destiny the boss stated that it was due to stress. Keep in mind my dog has been to other groomers before and never was left in this condition. I didn’t think much of it due to the fact that I knew my dog was difficult however , this money hungry of a “owner” said she could do it. 2 days later this was the result of my dog. Destiny had left burns from the clippers being so hot on my dogs skin. When I told her about it she tried lying saying that she was fine when my dog and I left the place. As stated previously I didn’t think much of it because at first , the burns weren’t noticeable until I saw my dog in discomfort. She was nonstop licking herself due to the burns Destiny caused. No refund no apology nothing. it’s a waste to bring your furry friend to a dump like this. Btw the place is disgusting , roaches crawling on the walls when I walked in and it smelled like piss on the carpets that hasn’t been cleaned in years.

Love taking my little guy to puppapaws. Staff is young but very experienced and caring with the pups. I was nervous at first but the staff made sure me and my little guy were ok. Now I take him and once we arrive his tail is wagging cause he’s so excited to go inside.Also have tried other groomers who put my dog in cages while he waits his turn which stresses him out. At puppapaws mo cages anywhere and I love the haircuts he gets.I highly recommend them

Worst place ever don’t go here ever if you want a professional groomer for your pup !!! First of all don’t look at their website reviews they only post the good ones ,when you come to google they have horrible reviews from grooming to the service given and very unprofessional,sarcastic,rude staff members .Oh and they have no grace period as promoted on their website .Story time!! So my daughter had an appointment at 6:30am gets there at 6:45am and was told they had to cancel ,on top of that they didn’t reschedule her pup and they refunded $45 from $65 that was paid when reservation was made ,then I call and they don’t try to work with rescheduling the pup and the girl on the phone sarcasm was insane !!to the point where I had to get out of character and tell her how unprofessional they all were. And they will email you with a back and forth like immature children which by the way they have these immature children apparently running the place .overall rating would be 0 stars ,but unfortunately I had to put 1 star to be able to post this review .Also don’t post a review on their website because it won’t be seen it goes directly to them and they reply to you in a very harassing way and via phone from different numbers . If you do go there good luck !🍀

This is the WORST!!!! place to take your dog for grooming !!! I took my dog here and she had a missing tooth and was bleeding on its tail!! And the customer service is one of the worst service you can think of. The foul language and attitude/sarcasm that the young teenagers working here give is an abomination. If I could give it 0 stars I would.

Thank you Puppapaws I use there daycare services for my cat (Loki) I work long hours and don’t like to leave Loki alone at home so I found Puppapaws through a Google search and I read the reviews and Puppapaws to be a great fit for my needs and for Loki very clean very professional staff always keeps me updated let’s know how Loki is doing I like the fact that Loki goes there and is able to socialize with other catsTheir rates are extremely fair I’ve been using them for less than a year and I can see myself staying with Puppapaws for quite a while and I would definitely recommend Puppapaws if your looking friendly staff, Cleanliness and just overall great atmosphere

I want to thank the exceptional work that Puppapaws Does when it comes to the overnight boarding I work in the hospital and I work the overnight shifts and I leave my dog Rex, my Baby boy that I love to call him The staff there are so attentive to him because he’s a senior dog also every time I leave him there over night and I pick him up he so will rested and happy I also love the fact the I can call any time in the night and talk to a staff member to see how Rex is doing I have recommended Puppapaws to my co -workers and several of them use Puppapaws for there dogsPuppapaws staff are extremely polite Establishment friendly and welcome you and your dog with a smile Thank you Puppapaws for all you do for putting my mind at peace when I leave my baby boy ( Rex) with you

This review is for daycare services only. The space isnt that clean. When dropping off my dogs, I noticed that the carpeted reception area is full of dog hair and during pick up I took a peak in the back area where the dogs are kept and I saw puddles of dog urine. But, the main thing that will keep me from returning is the fact that the employees/owners were blasting music when I came back to pick up my dogs. One of my dogs is sensitive to loud noises and the other is not. But, the fact that they would blast music at this volume while taking care of other peoples pets is completely unprofessional.

Weve been with Destiny from the very beginning. Ive trusted her, and her employees, with my pup for over 5 years. For everything from training, grooming, boarding, and long term stays, I know that my puppy is always well taken care of, well loved, and in the care of very knowledgeable and responsible caretakers. They go above and beyond for all the pets. 100% recommended her for all your pets needs.

Destiny has been Pablo’s second mom for over two years now. She’s amazing. I’ve left him with PuppaPaws while I’m on vacation for over a week several times and I’m never worried. He’s always safe and well taken care of. He’s had his birthday party with all his friends there and Destiny is also an amazing groomer. Pablo gets baths and his nails trimmed with her regularly. I recommend puppa paws to everyone!

This is a great all inclusive pet care service. My pup loves all the sitters and I’m so happy she has a place she feel safe outside of the home. Always response and direct. I appreciate and love the service that is affordable and reliable. Best contest , photo shoots and pup parties in town!

Love the staff and how happy my dog is when I come to pick them up. Every concern I had was quickly addressed and met with some form of remediation. They treated me more like a person and something about that helps when I leave

My Xena came out looking amazing!! 🤩 it’s the second time i left xena with Destiny and she was so happy and beautiful. Destiny also came out and gave me tips to up keep her maintenance. Puppapaws is Xena’s groomer forever moving forward.

This establishment is the best for your animals. Theyre very responsible people who truly enjoys caring for animals. Theyre very caring and love playing with your pets. I would highly recommend this establishment for pet sitting. They do a great job and your pets will be loved too. :)

PuppaPaws always takes care of my Rottweiler puppy. He is properly socialized and ready for the world. They train, groom and board and even host parties. He spends time at daycare and is ready for bed when he arrives home after a long day of playing. They even do pick up and drop off. PuppaPaws is a one stop shop for any dog parent. The girls are amazing!

Destiny welcomed Charlie with open arms. Every time he goes, he never wants to come home! I booked for grooming and picked the wrong package. She changed it to the right one and never overcharged me. I am so thankful I found this Puppa Paws in my neighborhood!!! Thank you for welcoming my baby!!!

Came in 6:30 cause that was my schedule appointment sat there for a whole hr while one girl was very nice but the other groomer horrible and walks in at 7:30‼️pets the Yorkie the yorkie barks she tells me she can’t do it🤔not even attempt to get to know the dog or anything mean while the employee that was there earlier was playing with the dog perfectly fine like my yorkie literally followed her every where but the girl that came a whole hr later👎🏿 smh horrible costumer service‼️ don’t come here‼️

I have brought in my dog twice, the first time was alright no complaints. But this time my dog received a cut on her leg that I was not informed about when I picked her up. When I called they just said it was due to matting but it was never mentioned when I picked her up. I would’ve liked to have been told to manage her cut. I was not given any compensation just a lame apology until I reached out. Do not recommend and will not be returning after this. The smell when you walk in is absolutely terrible, carpeting in a grooming facility is the worst idea. My dog smelled like the place and was left with an uneven haircut at the top of her head.

They took good care of my pup and grooming was very good . service was great . Will be back again . Thanks puppapaw for taking good care of my pup. it means alot .

Carpet stinks as soon as you walk in, brought my dog in for his appt & the groomer wasn’t even there yet. Young & inexperienced staff. I recommend going somewhere else if you want a good job done by professionals because you won’t get it here.

Destiny Has To Be The Best Groomer In the Bronx!!! She has little Italy over the roof with all her amazing work.
