If I could ZERO stars I would.Who the in their right mind treat animals like this??? How would u like if I put u in a cage covered in your own feces??? You are absolute feral animals.

I wanted to come and say I’ve been here plenty of times and love their location compared to any other shelters I’ve been too. This company is being target by a group of Caucasians from a facebook group who is spreading false information and encouraging others to do so! They do offer volunteer services for those who wish to help!

Very alarming seeing the pictures on lost and found pets of these dogs in these crates looking malnourished , uncomfortable and not have any toys or bedding in the crates. Prior finder stated cages and crates were disgusting and rusted .Many other pets rescue sites on Facebook have been sharing this information and post all over the internet and proper authorities have been notified. . I really hope you guys are not reselling lost / found dogs and not calling the police to file a report that you found dogs and cats. That’s illegal , inhumane and honestly criminal. Nor accusing but just stating what is being reported. . No shelter/ rescue I’ve ever worked at ever looks this way. Please do the right thing for the animals and not for yourself. Thank you.

My experience was flawless Shakima I got to see wildlife at his finest 2024 diesel is wonderful he’s a survivor my kittens actually had a bit of a beautiful experience. God sent him a bundle of joy he had a batch today!

As soon as I walked in a strong smell of bleach hit my nose. I really feel bad for all the animals scattered around the shop that have to inhale that daily. This place is unprofessional and messy. The trim came out ugly and choppy for it to cost $88 for a full groom for a small puppy. Compared to pets smart $64 price….also I watched the owner roughly trim my pups nails like she was in a rush. I really hate that she made my dog scream a few times... This was a horrible experience 👎🏾 if you decide to go here you MUST watch what they do don’t just leave your dog and come back.

Ok so I managed Petland Discounts in your area for 5 years. I can understand dealing with the crates you have available and possible lack of bedding due to cost. At petland, it looked not so great to the customer but they didn’t know that behind the scenes we would exercise all the animals individually each day and give them ALL individual attention. But not all managers did that, I was one of a handful to make sure of it. It’s hard work running a pet store (u refer to yourselves as a rescue? Or shelter I believe? Kind of confused on the title situation) so with that being said, and with COMPASSION, Knowing that I don’t know u whatsoever or what goes on behind the scenes- and haven’t been to your establishment- u must understand that these photos are alarming. They’re posted on a Facebook group for lost pets.i don’t condone pointing fingers saying “u stole this person’s dog!” Etc, I think that’s kinda overboard, but anything is possible. Hopefully that isn’t the case. Anyway, these dogs need much more proper husbandry if u are going to advertise this. And I’m not trying to be preachy but I’m looking out for the welfare of animals with no voice. These crates are TOO small. They need BEDS. They need more crate cleaning. I pray they are getting out of these crates often, dear God. They look miserable. According to poster- your shop was filthy. I can’t speak on it bc I wasn’t there but not sure why they would just make that up. I know this is a long post but I’m awake here at 5 am and can’t sleep bc THATS how much these photos are giving me anxiety. And I don’t believe in bashing people’s businesses but I feel like I have to do something. I have to SAY something. This doesn’t feel right and this doesn’t look right. So Please respond with something that will calm my nerves and make this make sense. Thanks.

I love their level of professionalism. My dog is known to be a bit aggressive and yet it did not deter them from providing a service for him. Great job and economical too

I’m sure they’re doing the best they can with the little resources they appear to have. Based on my visits, the lack of interviews and paper trail, and the public responses to less favorable online reviews I wonder if this is a front.

I enjoyed my first time visit there, and the prices are reasonable. The staff was very knowledgeable on all my questions. Even the random ones. We will be back pet life 🫶🏾

Where do I start, THIS PLACE IS A MESS. Super dirty, smelly. All of their dogs are filthy and their adoption fees are $400+ for old dirty dogs. Cages were full of poop and brown water. It did not look like they give the dogs baths and that place was crowded with people who work there so I’m not understanding why it would look or smell like that. The owner/boss did not acknowledge us when inquiring about the pets. This is more of a sham run business than anything. Those dogs need to be cleaned up before trying to sell them for five and $600 and yes I said sell because you can go to any real animal, shelter and adoption phoebe no more than $200 And other animal shelters would at least provide you with a clean pet

Very happy with how my dog came out, the cut was to my satisfaction they did everything I asked to the T 10/10 I highly recommend if you need pet services or any adoption, prices are very reasonable compared to any other grooming facilities

This store steals all of its merchandise from petco and petsmart and re sells them . They’re not a legitimate rescue . They’re banned by the the animal care center of ny . They falsely adopt and steal dogs and re sell them at their “store “

This review is based off an experience, not service. I made an grooming appointment for my pet through the website. I received a confirmation, and received notifications daily reminding me of my appointment coming up. The morning of the appt, I received yet another confirmation. When arriving to the shop, it was closed down. I tried calling the number but of course its to the shop and no one was there. The hours posted say theyre open daily at 7am. Things happen but it was extremely inconsiderate to accept a appointment then not show up, I still havent received any correspondence. I was trying to support this black business but well be going back to PetSmart.

Let’s talk about them dogs in the basement covered in feces. Get a real job, breeding dogs ain’t it BOZOS

The minute you walk in it’s completely an unprofessional atmosphere. I booked my dog for a full grooming I wanted a haircut and everything. When I got there I said he had fleas I did all I can but nothing worked. They said ok but it would be more money, which I already knew. When I picked my dog up he didn’t have a haircut or anything that other groomers have done with my dog. All they gave him was a flea treatment and charged $119. I’m definitely not returning to them again.

This is not how any animal should be kept before/after grooming, adoption, or daycare. Heartbreaking.

They were amazing. They are rehoming my cats and have been so helpful through getting them new homes. Im very grateful to the staff for all that they do to find animals forever homes.

I had a great experience at this location the staff was very helpful and friendly and made it easy to add an addition my family (Oreo). When I walked in I was greeted and given a chance to interact with the pets so I’d have a perfect transition. 10/10

I was in there at 5:05 pm the staff was rude, disrespectful, & the attitude I was unnecessarily receiving was extremely unprofessional. The HUGE light skinned girl , the slim dark skinned girl along with the young man were very disrespectful towards me, constantly asking me “if I’m going to buy” as if I had intentions on stealing anything, when literally the day before yesterday I was in that establishment & I bought several things when the police was present. & the same young man whom checked me out then was disrespectful & confrontational towards me “the customer “ today. So if those are your children that you leave in your establishment while you’re away then you have to train them on customer service skills because there lacking tremendously . I work in customer service myself for several years & I know when the staff is being pleasant or when they just want to close the store & have everyone leave. I’m only dealing with the actual woman the store owner from now on & im also going to recommend folks that I know with pets to not shop in there unless that pleasant & respectful store owner is on the scene. Don’t leave your children or that staff to run your business when your not their , they are giving you a bad name with there customer service. Just look at your security cameras & you’ll see what I speak of .

Booked a bath for my dog after he was assisted with a skunk. He came back smelling absolutely wonderful and they did a great job with his deshedding. Definitely recommend.

I like how they greet you, they are friendly and helpful I didn’t have a problem with the people that works there,the only problem was the grooming part my dog did not get The grooming I wanted she was still hairy and looked ugly and I was over priced with no satisfaction, I will definitely continue to stay with pet smart for her grooming, I actually did a better job at home, when I got home, not to professional when it comes to grooming.
