PLEASE TAKE YOUR DOGS ELSEWHERE!!!If I could give them 0 stars I would even 1 star is generous for a place this terrible and unprofessional. I brought my female and male morkies here to be groomed and upon picking up my dogs we realized our female morkie’s ear and head was full of blood. They cut her during her grooming it appeared as if part of her ear was snipped off and her head was drenched in blood, the floors of the shop had blood on them all the way from the grooming station to the exit ofThe shop because she was leaking. They tried to tell us it was “our responsibility” because we signed a contract saying that we understood dogs could possible get injured during grooming. However to that extent that she’s dripping and is drenched blood ? And that it’s dried up all over her head ? That is not normal ! They then ADMITTED!!!! That they put some kind of powder in her ear where they cut her to stop the bleeding!!! They are not licensed vets to be treating her they don’t know what this powder could have done to further expose her to more infections and make her condition worse!!! Furthermore, nobody contacted us after this happened to inform us or give us a heads up that when we pick up our dog she will have so and so injuries due to an accident that occurred nor was it mentioned upon pick up we had to realize it on our own. And we asked for a simple trim and they completely shaved her down!!!! She was not at all matted or even close to being matted so I don’t understand why both dogs matter fact were nearly hairless. This place is highly unprofessional and inhumane and don’t treat animals with respect, they are most likely unlicensed , they definitely do not follow protocols! … they need to be shut down immediately!!!!!!!!!!I have heard horror stories from other individuals after sharing this on my socials of individuals in this area who have brought their pets and stated they do not even ask for vaccination records !! And this individual being a new dog owner did not know how vital that was before exposing a puppy to other dogs her dog ended up with PARVO which is FATAL to dogs because they failed to ask a basic question that is PROTOCOL!!!!!!!!!!!! They do not care to protect these animals just money hungry. And this place smells horrible. No air ventilation!!!!Please save yourself the money and do your pet the favor of not traumatizing them by bringing them here.

Kept giving the wrong stuff i asked for. one time wanted dental products for my cat and the worker gave us one for dogs only and said it was for both cats and dogs despite the ingredients in it being only dog friendlyanother time recently i wanted something for my cat to stop scratching and biting himself, the worker gave me something to stop the cat from scratching furniture insteadwent back and returned it and they gave us something to calm the cat instead of something to stop it from scratching itself. the workers here are actually incompetent lol

I would recommend them to family &friend they are good I took my baby there now am taking my other baby usually when I take my babies their scared when I pick them up that didn’t happen this time bell was excited and calm am going bck with my other baby and the place was clean the prices are great and they had a lot of product for good prices too

Terrible grooming. Uneven cut everywhere from head to toe. Told them not too short if this is not too short then short must be bald to them.if i can give a negative star they would be top -5. Then ask for a tip. Just open too?? so whens the grand closing. Up your game.

I wish i can give 000 starts!This is how they returned my dog because supposedly he was aggressive. I have taken him before and they groomed him with no issues but this time was horrible!! Charged me $100 and refused to give me the money back after this horrible thing they did. Half a cut! Horrible customer service !

How are they suppose to be helpful if the staff only speaks Spanish.

Came here to give my kitten a checkup and all the veterinarian did was just tell me everything I already knew. All he did was check my kittens heart, touched her stomach, and cleaned her ears with a cotton ball with ALCOHOL, something you DO NOT put in your pets ears. All of that was a 4 minute visit and they charged me $60. Unbelievable, never coming back here.

They are lucky I can’t give 0 stars. My mom took my puppy for a haircut and they cut my puppy’s ear. When you ask them for answers they tell you they don’t know or they blame it on your pet being “aggressive”. My dog is traumatized and we could never take him to another pet shop ever since.

I went today to trim my support dog ,and the guy in the back didnt speak English I put my dog on the table and he pull her leg hart I said to him in Spanish you dont do like that .He doesnt have experience to be working with animals I took my support dog to a better place with license speak both languages and very caring. Please be careful places like that ask question before living your dog there thank God I left . Is better to paid little more but your dog is safe .I took her to Spam Pawgrooming at Webster Ave great place very clean and workers very professional caring .and I only Pais 15 dollar for clip her nails and trim and no tax charge I gave 10 dollars tip. For the great job . I give 5 🌟 my support dog will go there for now .

I don’t even know where to start I bought bedding for my hamster and it had a really strong smell and it smelled so bad and I always buy this brand and never smelled bad and the packaging was so dirty and bad service

I came here a few months ago to get my dog groomed and I left a review that obviously they didn’t like so they took it down. People need to know how horrible this place is. I took my dog and the receptionist told me if my dog gets rough they will put him to sleep and charge me an extra $40. I was literally about to talk out the door when the owner assured me my dog will be fine and he screamed at the guy for telling me the groomer will put my dog to sleep. I trusted the owner so I ended up leaving my dog. I came back to my dog scared and not even groomed properly. They didn’t even do any hair cutting, teeth brushing, or even nail trim. They even gave him back to me wet. I hate this place and for them to delete my review is beyond petty. STAY AWAY FROM HERE!

I left my dog on 8/19/2021 BTW 11am-12pm.No complaints with grooming services but from that time till now 7:25pm I wasnt informed that they dont feed the dog. It would have been more humane to at least inform so that I can get him fed if I brought food for such a long wait and I called more than 3-4times to check up if it was ready to be picked up.Horrible service and wont be referring or bringing my dog here to starve.

I had a great experience at couture grooming. My dog had a knot in her ear and they were very delicate with her!!! Definitely satisfied with my doggies new hair cut 😍😍

I’ve brought my dog here before and it was good for the price. But today I brought her in and you could tell the new stylist didn’t know what he was doing because I told him I wanted a Lions cut, and he didn’t know what that was. So I just told him to give her a haircut. She came out all chopped up, for some reason he cut her whiskers on one side of her face but not the other. And she had What I could only explain as a rug marks, after you vacuum a carpet. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

This place is completely disgusting. Definitely needs to be shut down asap. Terrible customer service especially from the main Dominican brown skin man that works the front. Terrible service for your puppies I brought my dog in to trim nails and they cut her and she bled. Very rude and obnoxious.

This place is the worst to ever bring your dog. I tried to give them several chances but they always let me down. This time has been the worst ever. The receptionist told me that if the dog is aggressive they will charge me an extra $40 and put my dog to sleep to finish the grooming. I almost walked out the door when the owner assured me my dog will be fine and I believed him because he flipped out on the receptionist and the groomer for telling me they will put my dog to sleep. I trusted the owner which was a mistake. I paid $75 for them to basically to cut my dog uneven and hand him to me still wet. Horrible service. Do not bring your dog here at all!

The barbers are not professional dog barbers. They burned my dog so bad and said his hair was tangled and it wasn’t. They over did it so bad when I picked up my puppy he started crying. They were telling everyone the same story because they don’t know how to trim or cut properly. When I told manager she didn’t know what to say or do. Immediately gave me some team to put on him which was burning more. Never again. Barbers need to be trained.

Couture grooming is a pet shop that has expanded into grooming and now they have a veterinarian. Thats what brought me there my daughter has a dog that has been having issues. I took her dog there. Her dog has been having anal glands issues for over a month. She took her dog to an emergency room hospital for animals. They did a number of test only to say her dog is fine but his anal glands were full. Anyway not the case. Back to couture grooming I saw the vet there and i was a little apprehensive at first but her dog was seen by the vet there and he is getting much better. Ill have more information in a week. When i will also post pictures.

Ive been coming here since they opened. They offer affordable grooming services. Be sure to specify how youd like your dog to be shaved/trimmed or else they will just shave them (almost) bald. My dog comes home with cuts sometimes, please be gentile.... (They dont understand English well).

My friend brought her dog here for a haircut and the poor puppy was literally abused (choked) to the point her dogs eye popped out. This is unacceptable and will not be tolerated, this business should be disgusted with whoever mistreated an innocent dog.

I only have good things to say. I bought my fur baby twice here for his grooming. He was taken good care of. I love his cut. I also purchased a few things for him and on both occasions I was helped and explained with patience. Thank You All!!!👍🏻🐶

Extremely rude people there. Took my dog to get her groomed and the lady was really controlling, looked like she did not want to work with animals. They’re also overcharging for the vaccines when you can get them for free or for a low price at the ASPCA clinic. Wouldn’t recommend taking your pets here.

The staff is very friendly and they have a decent selection for small dogs. choices arent great for larger dogs though. Very high prices for seeming regular or offbrand dog supplies.I only go here on rare occasions when I am running really low on something or have an emergency. Whenever I do Im always shocked at how much they are charging for things. Last thing I bought was a 5 nylon leash for about $35 when I could have gotten it elsewhere for much less..

Not a fan. this will be an emergency place i go to for dig stuff. But im more so Dissapointed because Firstly, why is it sooo hot in there?its damn there summertime. Animals cant be too hot they will overheat. I took my puppy here to get a nail trim. They cut too deep and he ended up bleeding as we were walking out. I turned around so fast. They had to put the powder on it to stop the bleeding. I was mad because I just gave him a bath. I will never bring my baby here again.

This place is wonderful and has all i need for my puppy from clothing, food, and veterinarian services. I am always very happy with the groomers, specially Carmen. Thank you very much for taking care of my puppy with the full- grooming service. The staff at this place is very nice and always advocate for the well weing of the pets. I have never had a negative experience in this place.

Ive used this place before and it was great. Changed owners and now its horrible. Showed the groomer what I wanted explained it and everything. Come back and my dog’s hair its all chopped up and its just horrible. Never going there again. Think twice before taking your canine there if you love them.

I sent a client to this store to buy front line flea and tick medication for a 6 lb yorkie . They sold him a 22 to 44 lb package at 80 bucks .I told him to go back because they gave him the wrong dose. The store clerk said that one was good for small dogs even toy Chihuahuas. Are you kidding me !!!!The dog could have overdosed with a strong medication . Where do these people come from ? They cant read and gave the wring advice just to sell a product ..Smh !

I love this place. I took my dog here a few times already and they did a really good job on the grooming. I was shocked when I saw my dog after.

I used to take my dog to this groomers because it was close, and they an okay job before But never again. They did a horriable job on my maltese. Shaved her hair so close that they gave her razor burns on both sides of her neck. Called them 3 hrs after i took her in to check the status and the man that answers doesnt understands english. Puts another man on the phone who understands english and he has an attitude and hung up on me. First groomers that I went to and they want you to pay upfront. Maybe because after the customer see the horrible job they do they wont want to pay.

I only take my dog to this groomer because it is close. However I took my dog to this groomer and she basically came back the same way I dropped her off. Her hair is matted, she still has hair in her ears. They do the bare minimum to get by even thou they aren’t that affordable. So you pay your hard earned money for a piss poor job. I also don’t know if they want to be a clothing store or pet store since they just added garments to the product line, human garments.

Food is pricey compared to petco which I understand since its a small business during covid but that poor turtle on the register! Proper care is having it in a large tank filled with water to swim around and a basking area with proper lighting. Not tiny tank where half its body is submerged 24/7 prone to infection and deficiencies. If yall dont know how to take care of your own pets why trust to take care of other peoples babies.

Do not come to this place to buy your fishes. There were dead carcasses in the fish tank and a goldfish carcass in a container they use to separate the fish you want before putting it in the bag. Also, after i told the man i don’t want him to use the container to scoop or place the fish in because of the dead carcass in it, he ignored me, and continued to do so. He also squished the fish before putting it in the bag, ultimately ripping their fins and making them unable to swim. A tactic i assume they use to have you come back and buy more fish

Terrible service the crack head guy Tony told me I could by anything I want at a 5 finger discount price, and the food is generic non name brand if the owner only knew he was being robbed by the crack head while my dog was getting groomed this is sad the guy tony has a job and no teeth in his mouth had to laugh now I know why the crack head was stealing from the store and selling it on the block of Jerome ave and Kingsbridge he needs teeth

If I could put 0 stars I definitely would, I do not recommend at all, the veterinarian is not professional at all and he charges way too much for a little vaccine and the worker there sold me an expensive dog shampoo because supposedly it was the better one but it didnt even do anything, never going back to this place again.

We brought a bird from the store. They had about more then 20 birds all in one cage!! The babies were all hungry and some where shaking.they also haven’t been fed and looked so sad. Our baby bird passed away on day 6 and they told me that they wasn’t able to do anything.
