Love Your Dog

We have been using Love Your Dog for almost 2 years now. We started our 2 German Shepherd pups in Puppy Kindergarten and have boarded them there for over a week and continue to take them to daycare weekly. Janice, owner and trainer is so knowledgeable and excellent with the dogs. The staff is so amazing and caring our girls love coming here. We cannot say enough good things about Love Your Dog, we trust them to take care of and love our pups!

Love Your Dog has been a major component of making sure our dog lives his most happy and fulfilled life. Edd goes to daycare every week and is always over the moon excited to go in and comes home sleepy and happy. As an anxious first time dog mom I needed to make sure we were taking him somewhere I could trust, and Love Your Dog has exceeded my expectations. The staff is friendly and helpful and I really could not recommend this place more!

Love Your Dog is an excellent boarding and daycare facility! Weve used their overnight boarding services multiple times for our girl Ruthie and have never had any issues. Staff is always very friendly and you can tell how much they love the pups! Plus they take the cutest pupdate photos!

I have used LYDs dog training, grooming, daycare, and boarding services and am so impressed in every area for my two boys! Its even better that its all at one place, my dogs get SO excited when they see where they are, I drop them off and they dont even look back they would rather be with their friends at LYD. Everyone has been helpful and kind, Samantha, Angela, and Cheryl have been great with grooming my goofy dogs. I dont trust many people with my dogs, but I never worry dropping them off. I also know when I call with questions I am always helped and they are very patient. I drop my dogs off for daycare while I run errands or go to work so they get properly tired out and they seem to love it. I also appreciate all the little personal touches staff take their time to do on holidays, and taking photos on social media. They put a lot of effort into caring for our fur babies.

We’ve had such a consistently excellent experience with their Day Care for our golden doodle Teddy since he was just a little 12 week old pupper (he’s going on 7 mo)! The staff truly love him as if he was their own and he is always so excited to go play with his friends! It’s such peace of mind while I’m at work to know he’s in such good hands and getting so much enriching interaction!

Best dog daycare/boarding around! They take such good care of our dog and give him lots of love whenever he comes. Would highly recommend.

We have been taking our dog here since she was a puppy. We started with a training class, then day care about once a month, and then overnight boarding. The training class was great, it was unlike anything I couldve implemented by just reading a dog training book. Day care is amazing...my 1 year old golden retriever has so much energy and loves to play with friends. She comes home tired and satisfied. Even though we are not regulars, the lady at the front desk recognizes us every time we come, which makes us feel at home. Boarding our dog was emotionally difficult for me because our dog has never been without her family, but when I took a tour, the lady was amazing and made me feel very comfortable leaving our dog for a few days. The facility is clean, and the staff work hard to ensure your dogs safety. They always answer the phone quickly and answer every question I have.

We LOVE Love your dog! Sophie goes to daycare 3 full days a week. I also book overnight stays frequently. The staff is TOP notch! Wouldnt want to take my girl anywhere else

Cleopatra just graduated obedience training!!the class was super informative and helped my husband and me better understand how to communicate with Cleo to establish a better bond. it was fun and it was realistic without judgment.She also goes to daycare there 2 days a week and has an absolute blast. the staff is always so kind and welcoming.😊

Baxter likes to go to overnight camp when we are out of town and he loves to attend daycare. Hed come to daycare more often, but we live 45 minutes away. We feel he is in good hands at your facility and we are very selective about who we allow to take care of our dog.

I need to update my previous review. The owner and management were completely unaware regarding issues that were happening on previous visit with the receptionist/scheduler. The promptly took action and I am completely 100% convinced that they had no idea what was happening and I am confident in that it was not the way the believe in doing business. Im returning there with my dogs!!!! They care about their customers. Yes, you may pay a little more but this is one of example where you get what you pay for. They truly are the best groomers (and I have gone to many in the past) and even take extra care on grooming my one older pup with back issues. So happy to be back there. They truly are the best around and believe me, I dont hand out compliments lightly!!!!The above post was from few years ago. Our Golden Retriever, Baxter, always has a great time whether in daycare or boarding overnight. He is in very good hands at Love Your Dog! We wished we lived closer so that he could go more often.

I love taking my Oliver here. The staff is so warm and welcoming and they make your pet feel like they are the most important. We use the daycare and the grooming. We love Sam and the way she works with Oliver for his beautiful grooming. And all the special activities that are offered are so much fun !

Very poor customer experience! Had a grooming appointment today for my Golden Ellie. My husband went to drop off her off and the building was closed, called the # on their website and they tell us they moved, gave the new address, so my husband take her to the new address, only to be told they are currently not set up for a large dog. We have been there before with both our Golden’s. Why didn’t they notify us?? Very poor customer experience to not give notice- they have our all our home information, since we been there many times. this is an hour we will never get back, along with the gas, and always a chance of a car accident. When my husband was leaving, another customer was having the same issues.

Today was our dog’s first day of daycare after having her evaluation last week. I was so pleased to see that she had a report card waiting for us, telling us how her first day went! The cute pictures of her on the Facebook page are an awesome bonus too! I am so impressed with all the daycare add ons that are offered here as well. Looking forward to taking our dog here each week!

The team at LYD are professional and friendly. The dogs love the attention and activities they provide as evident by the pictures & videos on facebook. I have total piece of mind leaving my little one with these folks!

This is the best doggy daycare ever. My dog (Alfredo) has been coming here for 10 years straight and he gets SO excited to go every single day he’s there. They treat him so well, and 99.9% of the dogs there are friendly so there’s only been one pretty unavoidable incident in 10 years.They have little parties for your dogs that the employees get SO into. We always do them because Alfredo loves it, and they send him home with pictures and sometimes even art (pawprint art).LYD just really cares about the dogs and their owners so much. I would highly recommend this place to anybody

My dog loves it here. He gets very excited when we drive in and goes to the kennel door without even looking back at me. He loves interacting with the staff and the other dogs. I know the staff play with him as promised because they know he prefers to catch the ball rather than chase it.They do an excellent job with grooming here also. I change my dogs style for the different seasons and the groomers are very attentive to the details which I really appreciate. He always comes home looking great.

We used LYD years ago with our first pet and they were great. Time went by and with adding 3 kids we kind of worked around having to go to a kennel or day care but we just started going back and let me tell you, they are better than they were when we first went! The staff is caring, thoughtful, and very good with our dogs, the prices are reasonable, and the facility is great.

Scooter had a great time! The staff is very interactive with all the dogs throughout the day. Each dog is treated special. They get to know their personalities and needs. He comes home happy and a bit tired from a full day of play and learning. The staff are professional and as good as any day care we ever sent our kids to. He looks forward to each time he goes back. An excellent venue of play, training and socialization.

I have been taking my golden retriever here for many years for both grooming and weekend stays and Know that she is in good care. The facilities are clean and The groomer gives my dog frequent breaks because my dog can’t sit or stand for long durations.I love the cottage for weekend stays. The dogs get to be with others in a home-like environment.The office staff are knowledge and professional. They are accommodating and friendly. Thank you!!

We have been sending our dog to Love Your Dog for a little over a month and we could not be happier! Our dog has a lot of energy and loves to play and they have handled everything with him so well. They’re willing to work with your dog, unlike the previous daycare we tried. You can tell they love dogs and want you to feel comfortable. They’re also honest and explain things and let you know what’s going on. I couldn’t recommend them more!

Our 6 month old Boxer Lola loves daycare! The staff is amazing and she comes home happy and tired every day. It has helped her learn to socialize with dogs of all ages and breeds and how to play appropriately in a group. They also have overnight boarding so that you can vacation worry free. There are tons of activities and snuggling in a homey atmosphere that’s like a home away from home. We highly recommend Love Your Dog!! 🐾🧡🐶

We have had a fantastic experience at Love Your Dog! We just completed the obedience training course and it was worth every penny! The course content is so useful and the techniques that are taught become effective right from the start. The trainer is extremely knowledgeable and teaches realistically in ways that can be used in everyday life. We are VERY PLEASED and fully recommend Love Your Dog!

Zozo LOVES this place. She has the best time. The staff is always so nice and caring. They always know who i am and who my dog is when i walk in the door. and that pretty incredible considering how many dogs attend this place for daycare. the only thing i wish i could change is i wish they would have live cameras in the daycare room so i can check on my kiddo. other than that i love it here and so does zozo!

The staff at Love Your Dog is so wonderful (day care, boarding, and grooming). I love that they take live video and post to Facebook so you can see how your dogs day is going and what he/she is doing. The facility is always really clean and well-maintained. We are so happy to have found a day care and boarding facility that we can trust. Our little Lucy is pretty happy when we pull in the parking lot and runs through the door!

Our almost four year old Abby (a cavalier king charles spaniel) has been going to Love Your Dog since she was a baby. We have had nothing but a positive experience there. The staff is very professional and attentive to our Abby. She loves it there. When we drop her off (which is about three times a year for over a week stay each time) she doesnt even say good bye. Shes so excited to be there that she just takes off. Weve considered trying other places but why fix something thats not broken.We definitely recommend Love Your Dog.

My dog LOVES going to doggie daycare at Love Your Dog. Everyone on the staff is so kind and knowledgeable. They treat all the dogs like they are their own. My dog has also had grooming, overnight stay, and obedience training at the facility. All of the services were high quality. I would highly recommend Love Your Dog to anyone. They truly do live up to their name.

Love Your Dog has to be the bestDaycare for dogs. My husband and I had a daycare tell us that our dog was too rough...he was a yellow lab puppy weighing 112 lbs. he wasn’t rough ... just big. He is a baby!! Our other yellow lab liked to express his love to other dogs who didn’t like it very much and they didn’t either. Instead of working with them, they didn’t want them anymore. I am happy for their lack of wanting to work with them because closer to home on the same street is love your dog who absolutely loves your dog. The boys are happy there, excited to go, and exhausted when they come home!! Great group of people there who are accepting regardless if your dog might not be what others want them to be! They are dogs and all they wanted was some attention and love and one business’s loss is love your dog’s gain!! Thank you for all you do for Diesel and Paxton!!

The groomer Sam was so understanding and so wonderful helping me with my dogs nails, even though my dog is leery of getting them clipped. My dog also loves the dog boarding they offer, and they have all these little bonuses you can buy which are super cute and nice enrichment for the dog.

We travel out of town frequently and we are unable to bring our Maltese dog with us. He loves going to love your dog kennel! I feel very comfortable leaving him there knowing he’s in good hands. I highly recommend them😊

Just took our 3month old lab/border collie mix to his first day of puppy kindergarten and I am SO impressed with the training we already learned from day one!! This trainer knows what she’s doing and is there to provide you with the best tools to teach your furbaby and help you both grow as a team together. I can’t wait to see the progress our pup makes just from going to this 6week program! Definitely recommend coming here for your dogs training!

Ive been taking my puppies to LYD since 2011. They are wonderful in ever thing that they do. My dogs have been groomed there, have gone to daycare, they stayed over night at their Country Cottage and love all the staff. They especially love playtime in the cold weather months. The staff are all knowledgeable and you just know that they love what they do. Both Bailee and Rosie have attended puppy and obedience classes. I cant say enough about this wonderful place and recommend it highly.

My Sophie only goes 2x a week, But she absolutely loves it. So many pups to play with! They’re pretty organized and I like they get potty breaks frequently. The country cottage is the absolute best! I feel so comfortable with her spending the night.

We’ve been taking our black lab here for day care since he was 5 months old and he absolutely loves it! He gets so excited to jump in the car on Tuesday’s and Thursday’s knowing he’s going to LYD. He comes home happy, tired, and well socialized! We are so appreciative of the staff and everything they do!

Wonderful owner and staff! They treat our dogs like their own! Great doggie day care activities to physically and mentally tire out your pups. Excellent boarding facility and staff in their Country Cottage! Wonderful trainers to get you and your dog on the right track. Highly highly recommend!!!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Unfortunately, that is not an option.I seem to be in the minority here but I had an awful experience with Love Your Dog and have withheld this review for years.When my puppy was 16 weeks old, I enrolled him in puppy classes to learn the basics. I had stopped in the store before enrolling him to inquire over the best class for him, etc, and was advised to enroll him in Puppy Kindergarten.I was also told that we would be with other dogs with no training experience.That turned out to not be true - we were the only students who had NOT had previous training (class or private) by the Love Your Dog staff. As a result, we were 5 steps behind everyone else and could not catch up.After 2 classes (we missed one due to illness but had trained at home), we were advised to re-enroll in a remedial puppy class - but that class would not be offered for months. A refund was refused and I was told I would need to pay for the remedial classes. As expected, I left and have not returned.Love Your Dog was recommended to me by a few friends with large dogs and maybe that was the disconnect (my dog is a shy Cavalier King Charles spaniel). After our experience, a few dog owners at a dog park told me they would never have recommended Love Your Dog for us and suggested other training sites in Clarence and Buffalo who knew how to handle shy toy breeds more effectively. (The suggestions proved to be correct for us.)I would never recommend Love Your Dog for training. Our class had blatant favoritism (unfortunately for us, we were not favored) and the trainer was impatient with our slower progress. Plus, losing that $100 just sealed the deal.

I love “Love Your Dog”. And my dog does too. Shannon has been great and encouraging even if my dog doesn’t perform as well as she should. My dog is still young and has a long way to go but she has already learned so much. I love the positive reinforcements. I have experience with an obedience trainer many years ago that had irreversible effects on that dog. Love Your Dog is totally the opposite. They get two thumbs up from me.

We love Love Your Dog!!! We’ve taken classes and they’re always incredibly helpful and fun! We also have our dogs washed and nails trimmed here regularly. Never been disappointed! These folks really care about our dogs and it shows!!! Five stars and highly recommend them!!!

We have been taking Dexie to Love Your Dog for about 7 years now. They are the best! She is always anxious to get there in the morning and happily greets the staff as she would any family member. She gets plenty of attention from the team. We’d highly recommend.

Update : 2/2021 our dog stayed overnight for a week and loved it. The staff posted pictures each day . I felt confident leaving him there knowing he knows the staff and they know him.Love Your Dog (LYD) is a great place for dogs. The staff is friendly and caring . Our dog goes for daycare, training and grooming . We would love to try him overnight there , but we have no where to go ( covid) . I know it would be great because he already knows the staff.Our dog is so happy there , he runs right in when we get there.I love seeing the pictures everyday of the dogs having fun. They celebrate the dogs birthday’s and holidays.We are so happy we found LYD !

Great Groomers and really take care of your your pet. The grooming is top notch and I never worry about my dog in their care! Can’t say enough good. They may charge a little more that some others but you get what you pay for. A++. Simply the best.

They were so kind and loving to our pup I had no worries about him being there for doggie daycare and grooming. The attention to each individual pup is wonderful. They get to know you and your doggie! Now one of our favorite places to visit!

Our dog greatly benefited from the Obedience training! She loved being in class with the other dogs and walked away from graduation with the important basic skills of sit, stay, down, come and more. Thank you Love Your Dog, we had a wonderful experience in your class!

Our Larry was a mill rescue with only 2 months of freedom & new life so far so this was his first time ever being groomed. The staff was wonderful from the moment Larry walked in the door he was treated with a lot of love, care & kindness. Larry’s groomer was phenomenal and very experienced with handling mill dogs. We will definitely be back!!

Love Your Dog is amazing! I always know my little pup is in great hands when she’s there. She gets to play all day with her besties. I love how the staff always posts pictures to keep you updated throughout the day. I wouldn’t send my dog anywhere else.

Wonderful trainers on staff, we brought two very different type puppies with us to be trained. One 5 lb Pom and a 65 lb Bull Terrier. I happy to say the get along great and listen to most commands thanks to Love Your Dog.

The trainers really know their stuff. Its amazing to watch them work magic. We brought our 2 dogs to the obedience class and we recently brought our puppy after we lost our old girl. The puppy kindergarten helped with the full gamut of issues... Puppy behavior and training. Highly recommend!

Honestly from the moment I walked in the door I knew I wouldn’t let my dog do daycare or board here. Receptionist was rude and interruptive. The gentlemen that came out to do my dogs meet and greet took him in the back for a total of 5 minutes, brought 2 different dogs in off leash while leaving mine on leash, then brought my dog back and said he was extremely shy but could try a half a day of daycare to see if it’s for him. My dog is 4 years and 3 months old has been going to daycare 3-4 times a week since he was 6 months old without ever having an incident. I love my dog so I’ll be staying away from here.

It was my dogs first time boarding at Love Your Dog, but its very close to home, and I saw they also offer agility classes and daycare.I had to do a non-refundable deposit of $100 by credit card. They never mentioned an extra fee is charged by using a credit card. I was sent a confirmation email, but was never asked for his vaccination records. I brought them with me when we dropped him off. He had a bag of items, a nyla bone & food which the receptionist looked through. I explained multiple times we were driving from 6 hours away and there was a lot of construction, but were planning on picking him up 1 day early. I was told that was fine, to send a message if that was the case. No mention I would still be charged for the extra day or that the doors would be locked and lights off.I sent a message from the road early in the morning saying we would make it for the afternoon pickup. I showed up and the doors were locked. I had to message them again to pick him up and was told to go where they keep the dogs. The woman said I would get $20 off for picking him up early, but she had no idea his final bill. She said shed find out then said she didnt know. Cyrus was FILTHY. That was ok, and I bathed him the minute I got home. A tick came off right away (he usually has a Seresto collar I took off for the kennel). The woman didnt give me his bag back or his brand new nyla bone so I asked for it and it came back still in the package. She had no idea why he didnt get the bone & was surprised.I drove back today to pay his final bill. First, they asked he be brought to the front. I had already said I had picked him up yesterday. Then I was told Id be charged a full day he wasnt there (opposite of what I was told Sunday). Also, they were looking for his nyla bone, which I already have. They said he wasnt given it because they arent allowed anything from home.I really wish they would ask/check for vaccination records. Make it clear to all staff and customers they will charge even if no pet is there. Also, mention dogs arent allowed any toys.The staff was nice, and they loved Cyrus. He is starting to react to other dogs since I put my other dog to sleep, but they still tried to put him out with other dogs and they didnt automatically isolate him- I did love that.I wanted to try agility classes and day care, but I was very disappointed with the lack of communication.

Treya loves her days at Love Your Dog. All of the folks who interact and work with her are loving and knowledgeable about playing and training with her. We are very happy she gets such great care and love!The Grays

I have over 20 years experience in the veterinary profession yet, I cant believe how much I have learned from going to puppy kindergarten at Love Your Dog. Shannons knowledge about dog behavior is impressive. She has a direct, no-nonsense approach that gets the job done in the most positive of ways. I just cant say enough good things about the knowledge I received and plan to continue to go through the obedience classes available there.

Janice is an excellent trainer. We are making great progress in obedience training our little shih-tzu puppy. The hand-outs reinforce and enhance class instructions. Couldnt be happier with the program.

Its unfortunate that I have to write a negative review but Love Your Dog called me less than two hours before my scheduled at home training to cancel. I had waited a week to get an appointment and rescheduled my day to accommodate their difficult schedule. Their soonest would be another week out. Had it been my first experience with their unreliability I would have chalked it up to bad luck but this business is in the habit of cancelling last minute appointments without a care in the world for the inconveniences they cause their clients. I would not recommend.

The staff understood dogs! Not only that they were able to help me learn how to understand my dog.My puppy was borderline feral until these classes. Now me and my puppy have a better understanding of our expectations and life is easier now that he obeys.Thank you for the next decade of a loving pet relationship.Oh btw, I highly recommend to my friends and you strangers out there.

Xylia, our dog, is no longer with us but she really liked her stays in the Country Cottage. She was always ready to enter the facility and knew she would get lots of love and attention. A great place to board dogs - especially spoiled small black poodles.

I overheard the staff say to one another, they hide behind the comment We dont have customer records of you in our system to brush off low reviews. At drop off I was also scalded by the staff for arriving 9 minutes after their drop off window and next time it wouldnt be allowed. Really treating your customers like babies? After one day my dog came home drop dead filthy and with three different small cuts on his tummy. I was basically told to deal with it and pay. Highly dissatisfied!

We were so nervous about sending our girl off to day-school but the love, hugs, kisses, adventures and Pawties our Annie experiences are beyond what we could have asked for! Our family slogan for this place… If you don’t go… you should!! Love Your Dog Loves Like We Do!! ❤️❤️ #anniesfavoriteplace

The staff connects well with, and cares well for, dogs. Our Duke has been there a number of times for day care, and always comes home a happy man. Duke also took my husband and I there to be trained in how to interact with him. We learned quite a bit. All positive experiences.

They are always wonderful with my dog. He looks forward to going each week. I especially like the little cards they send home occasionally telling us about his day. I would highly recommend.

Our two pups and our foster dog love daycare here! The staff is understanding and accommodating with special needs, as our foster was especially shy her first few weeks.

Our Molly girl has come here since she was old enough to attend and she *loves* it. We watch the tippy tappies every Tuesday morning when we ask if she wants “to go to daycare” and she sprints to the door. She even gives us attitude when we pick her up (super excited when we walk in, but then curls up facing away from us on her car nap home) 😂 Highly recommend these guys!!

Caring wonderful “Dog Centered” people who “know” your dogs name and needs! They’re kind,loving and run a great business! Been going for years,BUT they have really stepped it up! A+ experience!

The staff is terrible. They dont wear masks when they should!! the owner is the worse one. .the way she belittles her staff is unreal!! She has a unlady like mouth and doesnt care who hears it. Staff go in and out of doors!!Beware because if you get grooming for your dog. It is just a person who has not gone for school for it. I would be afraid to leave my dog there for a hour let alone a week of boarding!!!

My dog loves going to daycare. She always looks for her treat when picking her up. Very caring groomers. They always check the puppies before taking them back to be sure they are comfortable.

We recently just moved and were looking for a new daycare for the dog. Met with the owner for an evaluation owner seemed upset with us from the very beginning. As our dog was being taken back for the evaluation I watched the owner grab and throw a dog out of her way. I stoped the evaluation and went else where. Did not look like Janice the owner even liked dogs. STAY AWAY!!!

Jasper is our third dog that we have entrusted to the care of Janice, Donna and the rest of the gang at Love Your Dog. From puppy classes, individual training, to day care and grooming, Love Your Dog has always been great to our furry friends.

Janice was great with our puppy 6 years ago for puppy class and was great once again with our new dog for obedience class. The lessons learned have helped us to train her to be a hopefully well behaved dog.

We’ve taken our dog there for puppy training, overnight kenneling and grooming. The staff is fantastic and our dog gets excited every time she knows she’s heading there. Highly recommend.

Frisby is always so happy to see all her friends there -your groomers are wonderful , and so is the entire staff. Would never go anywhere else for grooming or boarding . So happy you guys are back!!

Went here to check out prices for dog daycare. The staff member that greeted me was not helpful. The price for said service is 27USD per day compared to Buffalo Barks in Tonawanda at 22USD/day. The facility looked too small for a dog weighing less than 50lbs.

Weve never had a puppy before. Janice did a wonderful job getting us acquainted with what to expect with a puppy and some introductory training. The class was well worth the time invested.

Wonderful place. Our dog has had great experiences there. They are very attentive to the dogs young and old. All of the staff is wonderful. Thank you LYD. Magic loves you.

Staff is wonderful! My dog is a challenge, but he is always beautifully groomed.

I have been taking my dog to Love Your Dog for grooming for over 7 years and have always been very happy with the services and staff. The prices are reasonable and everyone has always been courteous and professional.

Jett went to daycare here and it was only his first full day. I picked him up and it took a while for them to bring him to me which was odd. I noticed his nose was all red and raw. I talked with a friend who used to work there who told me that he probably was rubbing his nose against the crate when they put him in there. She said they don’t take them out they just pound on top of the crates to get dogs who are fussing to stop. She also said she wouldn’t even take her own dogs there. That rubbed me wrong so I called them to see what happened. Sure enough, they said exactly that and they put neosporin on him. AND THEY DID NOT EVEN TELL ME WHEN I PICKED HIM UP. Love your dog said they won’t put him in the crate next time and make other accommodations… So, if they have other accommodations why did they not take my puppy out of the crate when he was obviously hurting himself in there and they knew???? Do better love your dog.

Everyone is professional and pleasant but I had to wait 15 min in the exam room for the Dr. My dog was shaking and very anxious as the last visit was when he had 29 teeth removed. He remembered and wouldnt stop trembling.

Staff is friendly and facility is very clean! My pup always has a great time here

We have been going to oh my dog for at least 3 years and love it! Quinn is so happy to go every time and the staff is so friendly! Always a good experience.

Outstanding care and friendly staff. Only glitch is communication glitches on hours of operation, especially on weekends (app vs website vs door).

Would rate a zero if I could. Will never do business here. Owner is extremely rude and unprofessional and blows up minor issues for no reason. Also did not take responsibility for injuring my friends dog while in their care.Horrible experience.In response to owner this incident happened about a year ago and I would rather not post details. I have no desire to speak with the very difficult owner.

Our dog is always excited to go for the day and comes home happy and exhausted. The staff are excellent! Highly recommend :)

I used Love Your Dog for training, grooming, daycare and boarding for 15 years and would highly recommend them for any of their services. The staff is very caring, and takes a personal interest in all of their clients.I had to say goodbye to my buddy in December, and notified LYD why he would no longer be coming to see them. A few days later, I received a sympathy card in the mail, and when I opened it, it made me cry - all of the staff had signed it and written a short note about Riley which showed how well they knew him.As I said, I would highly, highly recommend Love Your Dog for any of their services.

The place is very homey and gives off good vibes (: my favorite part about love your dog is when they post pictures of your dog on their Facebook and Instagram for you to see. I always look forward to the pictures and it seems no other daycare in the area does this! I took my puppy Andy, future therapy dog to Love Your Dog for training. I loved the instructions in person and written. The class size and facility were perfect. We did little field trips to get the dogs used to distractions and other experiences. I have been to Love Your Dog before for daycare, grooming and training classes and Jan’s team never disappoints. We were fully informed on the first schedule how the weeks would be plotted out. I think my dog learned a great deal of commands that were based on being a “parent” not fear. You and your dog will not be disappointed! The cost was very reasonable especially with the individual assessment of each dog.

Our dog absolutely loves coming here, the staffing is always friendly and welcoming. They always try to accommodate us when we need them for last minute overnight boarding. I know we have the right place when we pull up and our dog cant wait to get inside. We couldnt be happier.

Not staffed correctly to keep dogs safe

WE USED THE DOGIE DAY CARE AND GROOMING. EMPLOYEES WERE FRIENDLY AND EFFICIENT. THE GROOMING COSTS WERE OUT OF SIGHT AND THAT IS WHY WE WENT TO OTHER BUSINESSES.

My boy Cesar loves going for the daycare and grooming. When he goes to daycare for the day he can barely stay awake going home. The groomers do an awesome job and you can do a half day of daycare and the other half grooming. Everyone there makes you feel welcomed and they treat the dogs like family too!

Best place in WNY for doggie playgroup, day care and boarding.

Our lab gets so excited just pulling in their parking lot. Staff is awesome and extremely helpful when booking! She is happy and well-cared for while we are away😀

We gave Love Your Dog 5 stars for good reason. We feel very comfortable boarding Charlie there and shell be returning again in July for a weekend stay. The training with Janis went well and with our continuing the lessons learned she will be the obedient family member we were hoping for.

Great grooming of my mini Bernedoodle. Angela is always patient and understanding of what I want the cut to look like. It is perfect every time and my dog just loves her❤️

My 16 week old puppy had a blast. He came home exhausted, with a report card telling me about his day. Im knocking a star off for value... expensive and for the lack of pictures of my dog playing. They also offer grooming...which we havent used yet, but Im sure is done with the same cheerful professionalism as everything else.

I love that THEY love Ben!! He can be a difficult one to get close to! But, hes been going there for over 3 years, and is happy each day he goes. I, also, love that he can get groomed, and be boarded at the same place, with the same people hes come to trust. Thank you, Love Your Dog!

The people are lovely and the facility is excellent, but the cost is NUTS! I took two chihuahuas who stayed in ONE accommodation and was charged for two. These animals dont equal one cat!! three nights - $260.00???? Thats more than the plane TKT I bought to leave town. NEVER again.
