First time using Kathys Grooming and I am extremely happy with her! Our little mini aussiedoodle looks great! This was her first time getting groomed and we are very pleased. Will definitely be using her again!

She did an excellent job with my small hearing dog that is a corgi terrier mix. He gets nervous whenever he gets a haircut. But she did a fantastic job of getting him to calm down. Douglas is definitely going back there again.

What a wonderful experience! I was so worried about taking my cat somewhere to be groomed as of course a stressful situation for her. They did such a wonderful job and made it stress free for both of us. She smells great and looks wonderful! She is as happy as can be after a normally stressful time! Highly recommend and I will definitely be a recurring customer!

I have very difficult little dog to groom, with a specific cut that I like. Its always done perfectly. Kathy takes her time with troubled dogs that get scared easy and makes sure to comfort them and always gives them a second chance. Shes so knowledgeable and friendly with the animals. It always feels like your dog is going to a play date when they are there. Great shop. Would and will recommend to anyone who needs their dogs groomed. Or cats. Plus its affordable!

Kathy and her team are professional and friendly! My dog Bella is very anxious around other dogs but she loves Kathy and the salon, and gets excited when she knows she’s going there. We all love her cuts. When we’re in Amherst visiting family we know Bella is in great hands.

My Siamese Himalayan cat had a stroke 2 yrs ago, since then, he has not groomed himself or let me do it. He was matted from neck to tail, he looks absolutely ridiculous because Kathy had to shave him, but he is so happy that I can rub his whole body, not just his head, he has been all over me since we got him home.. I get so emotional at how much he is loving his new body and loving the attention he is getting. Thank you Kathy and staff for giving me my baby back. You guys are wonderful and worth way more than you charge.

We have been taking our dogs to Kathy for years. She is kind, loving, accommodating, and does a wonderful job with our dogs. She has a great staff as well. I would highly recommend Kathys Pet Grooming.

I have a Himalayan cat and Kathy does such a great job grooming him. Not only that, but she is excellent with handling him so hes not stressed out. Ive since referred many people and they all really love her/her employees.

My patients dog went there for the first year I was working for her. Then we found a place where the dogs roam around play together before and after grooming and the place is bright and cheerful. Makes for much less stress or no stress on the dogs due to NOT being crated in a small space while waiting to be groomed and afterward waiting to be picked up.

I took my two Morkie fur babies in for washes and cuts, and they came out looking and smelling like a million bucks! They had their Covid hair before they went in and they took such great care of them and gave them super cute neckties to boot!! Cant wait to get them back in for another appointment!

We have been taking our doodle to Kathys for almost two years now and have a great experience/service every time!

Kathy was great with my westie puppy. She isnt always easy to deal with but kathy did a great job and the price was reasonable.

She is full service for dogs and cats. I have only used her service for clipping my cats nails. She does it quickly and easily. An excellent job.

Amazing grooming for my cat Katniss who had terrible mats this summer for some reason (they shaved her!) So if either of our cats needs it we’ll be coming backUpdate for 2024: Any appointment was going to be 3 or more months out. Which isnt feasible. Take this into consideration.

If your cat is even a partial outdoor cat, they will not groom it!! When asked why, they said the animal could be aggressive (!??). This was also after mentioning that my kitten was 15 weeks old..
