She arrives at the scheduled time and always stays for the full 30 minutes, sending plenty of updates and pictures to us with each visit! Tracy really loves cats!!! She is very caring and detailed during her visits. She gets to know our cats before and during her visits She asks what our cats need and like. Tracy has been taking care of my kitten over the past year. Every visit is thoroughly reported, and the pictures are the cutest! she goes above and beyond Im terms reliability of and scheduling, she has even picked up our keys in the middle of a snowstorm!! My cat loves her, and the prices are beyond reasonable. The customer service is spectacular. I feel really comfortable going out of town knowing my pet is being cared for by the absolute best!
