I took my dog in to ask a couple of questions regarding grooming. The lady there immediately told me what I shouldnt do, which is fine. I have a rescue, well I guess a surrender, technically, very sweet dog came from a dog breeder. The lady immediately was saying she is a puppy mill dog, doesnt meet breed standards, and so on. I dont care. I dont show. My dog has the sweetest personality, and if this lady had a personality like my dog, shed have far more positive reviews. Shes blunt and to the point, so in a way, I dont mind her candor, it just seems a bit condescending at times. However, she offered to trim my dogs feet, gave her a sanitary trim, and clipped her nails and only charged $5. That was a fabulous price and she did a great job. I would upgrade to more stars if I got a more extensive grooming and I liked it and the customer service was a bit warmer, but I dont think she really cares, she must not be hurting for clients I guess. Im not really sure why the attitude, but maybe they are more concerned with grooming show dogs, not sure, or maybe she isnt aware of it, but its not as bad as some reviewers make it out to be. My dog was fine and seemed happy, it only took her a minute, so she really seems to know what shes doing.

I usually use a different groomer, but unfortunately she is out of town for a couple months. A friend of a friend brings their dog here so we figured it would be fine. Unfortunately, the experience was worthy of a one star review. I regret not reading the reviews of this place prior, but there is a reason they are rated 3 stars (generously). Cut was okay, a few spots that I trimmed up when we got home. However, there were cuts on his sensitive areas along with his paws and thats just unacceptable. Our dog literally falls asleep while getting groomed, he is as easy of a dog to groom as youll find. The worst part is the rudeness and arrogance displayed by the staff. Simple questions were answered in condecending ways and the workers just seemed miserable. Our pets are family to us. If youre okay with your pet being crated for 4+ hours in a high stress environment then this this could be for you. They have two workers on with 21(!?) dogs there, according to the employee at the front counter. Please trust the bad reviews this place has received and take your dog(s) elsewhere.

Mean spirited owner. Only cares about her “show dogs” and purebreds. Heard her making fun of my dogs today calling them ugly. She doesn’t like rescue dogs so beware. Look at all the bad reviews I’m not surprised! Why stress your dog out and have her shove them in tiny rusty crates all stacked on top of each other while she grooms 10 other dogs alone?? Oh yeah screams at the dogs as well. Never giving my service to this person again. I hope she becomes a better person in the future but please don’t take your pup there. Very unprofessional there. Not a fan. Would give no stars if I could

K-9 Cuts have been absolutely amazing with my two dogs. They take great care of them, they communicate any issues (such as lumps or bumps they notice or other issues). I dont know why anyone would use another groomer. I read the other reviews and couldnt disagree more, the owner and the people who work there are great with animals and true dog lovers.

If you love your dog DO NOT take your dog here for grooming. They will never be the same. If your dog isnt a pure bred forget it, I witnessed the owner literally yelling at the our dog and lifted the brush to hit her. Enough said. There are a lot of other caring groomers out there. K9 Kuts is not one of them. Stay FAR away.

I brought my dog here very early in the morning. I wasn’t able to pick him up until later in the day so I brought a baggie of food with him so he wouldn’t go hungry. The woman who greeted me said “I am not feeding him.” And refused to let me leave a small baggy of food. Not like I was asking her to do any extra labor. Don’t u think someone running a dog service should care about/for our animals while they’re with them? The hair cut was fine but if you love your pet I would not recommend.

If you love your dog, youll find a better place to take your dog. Owner and husband extremely rude; often screaming at dogs when Ive come in the store. When my dog was matted, she lectured me in a condescending tone that I need to brush her. One time after taking my dog there, I found that she was cut on her leg. It was on the inner part where the fur line meets her skin so it wasnt easily visible. Took her to get vaccinations and called owner to tell her she was paying my vet bill. First she denied cutting her, then said maybe if she wasnt so squirmy, essentially admitting to it. She refused to pay the bill and put the blame on my dog. No wonder she was squirmy, these poor animals are scared of her. I beg of you, find a different groomer, youre dog will thank you.

I was so disappointed when I picked up my little chihuahua. 3 of her quirks on 1 paw were cut. The owner, Lynn, never said a word when I picked my dog up. My first clue to examine her was the blood on her paw! Also, all groomers should know that it is important NOT to get water in a chihuahua’s ears but yet she also had wAter in her left ear and it wasn’t even clean. To top it off this owner was very much a know it all and had no qualms about letting me know it. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Do not trust them with you animals.

Very expensive dog wash and nail trim. Owner refused to cut down my goldens fur or my caviller. Pushes what she feels is right for your dog! Cash only. Every question ,the answer is For 40 years I have..... So, if you want to deal with a groomer who thinks she knows it all and treats you like your stupid, this is the place.

Our Mastiff Bella, has been going for a Spa Day every week for a few years now and looks happy and smells wonderful with a cute bandanna every time!

This is simply the best Groomer I have ever used. They are knowledgeable, caring, and expert at what they do. My Dogs love it there and are dragging me in the door. The cut is breed appropriate.

They are very caring and nurturing. They are dog owners as well and they do a fabulous job. I have two PWD and every time I pick the girls up from K-9 Cuts they look beautiful!!! Very well priced too!

We had an appointment set up over a week ahead. The morning of the appointment we get a call to change by a few hours early. The women on the phone was not very business like in tone or manner.We understand things can happen,but at least be polite about it. Needless to say we will not be going there. Amanda at Nia. Love K-9 Kuts!! Weve been loyal customers for over 20 years and have always been pleased with them.

Whomever answers the phone, Im assuming its the owner, is rude and arrogant! And all I called for was to ask location! Before I could even inquire about pricing she hung up on me, I would drive 25 miles out of the way to never bring my dog here just based on her attitude!

We recognize our own qualities, when we see them in another.

I was super impressed with the care, look and treatment of both of my dogs visiting for an all over groom day. Will definitely be rescheduling for regular grooming.

Stay far far away from this place! In the first 10 minutes of being there...the ladies were very rude to me and treated my dogs poorly. The lady didnt even ask my name or my dogs name and just grabbed them and put them in a crate...she asked how I wanted them cut but got annoyed when I told her what I wanted quickly...I ended up asking for my dogs back and left...I will never return and advise others not to go here! Simply awful! The crates were all rusty and all full of dogs early in the morning because they must have the same drop off time for them...beware!

Best grooming for my 3 pups. Great staff!
