I had a self-install fence system that had broken. After numerous failed attempts to fix it myself, I ended up calling Theresa to see what services they offered. Not even being a paying customer, Theresa found time to stop by the very next day, run some tests, and identify exactly what my issue was. She was extremely helpful and honest in what my problem was and did not even charge me or push her equipment / services on me. I will absolutely recommend her and the company to anyone due to the pure promptness and professionalism displayed. Thank you so much for the help!

Theresa has been instrumental in my pets happiness! The setup was so easy and my dog was trained within 3 days. She came right out and showed me all of the training to reinforce which has made it so easy. The cost compared to other invisible fencing was fair and their customer service is exemplary. We have had DogWatch for many years and the Billones have always been there for any questions and training. Our dogs respect the line and we recently had one transmitter that stopped working. It was almost 7 years old. It was still under warranty and replaced at cost. Highly recommend them.

We have had DogWatch for several years for our two large dogs. It has kept them safe from the busy highway out front but let’s them roam the large acreage out back. We recently rescued a puppie from Operation Freedom Ride. She is only 12 weeks old. Teresa from DogWatch came out to our home to fit little Clarabelle with her DogWatch collar. Teresa also reviewed the training needed for Clarabelle and said to reach out to her with any questions. Clarabelle is doing great! She has taken to the training and has learned that when she hears the warning signal not to go past the line. We have other family members with DogWatch as well. It’s great when they come for a visit, they can bring their dogs along with their collars. It gives them the freedom to romp and play with our dogs and yet we know they will be safe. Dog watch invisible fence refresh for our new pet. Flagged the yard and a detailed lesson for our new pet.We have used Dog Watch since 1989. Weve been using our Dog Watch system since 1998. Teresa has been wonderful at training 4 of our dogs and Dave has repaired any line breaks quickly. The product is great and weve never had any issues getting batteries ordered or collars changed. They are both outstanding to work with and I love the PayPal option on their website which makes it so easy to pay without mailing anything.

Recently had a profence transmitter installed at my home with an R9 receiver for a 6 month old pitbull/lab mix , I held off on leaving a review until system was up and running and dog was fully trained, teresa at dogwatch was a absolute joy to work with , communication was extremely fast , we both had busy schedules and she went out of her way to accommodate my needs , and about the system, listen, this system has worked flawlessly since day one , it has all the settings to train your puppy from day one and the people at dog watch are there for you night and day , all I have to say is this ….if your on the “ invisible” fence 😉 ….get off it and get a dogwatch system they are bulletproof and they have the customer service to back it up.

As an owner of 3 golden doodles, I admit…I did not want an invisible dog fence. I was scared of having them run through.However, for the size of our yard….it was really the only option. I called all the companies. Dog watch by Billone was by far the best choice. First and foremost I had to trust them and their product. As much as I had my doubts about the fence keeping my fur babies in, they put my worries to rest. I’ve had them install the fence about a year and a half ago. Ever since then, they have been wonderful!! I had to order something from them and I kid you not I received it the very next day. Today I noticed my receivers alarm was going off and I emailed them and they had someone out in a few hours. Turned out my wife turned the power off to the garage by accident which caused the alarm. Nothing but great things to say!

From start to finish everyone was pleasant, polite and professional. We didn’t have to wait long for an appointment and Theresa was very patient with our 2 pups during training. The dog fence is wonderful. We live on a busy road and I am confident our pups are safe.

Dog Watch is the best! The only thing that is better is the personal care and service that you get with Billone Fence! We started using dog watch over 15 years ago. We have our second dog with them now. Their personal training is amazing. We have had no issues with the dog watch equipment at all. We had a fence installed and the line was accidentally severed. The monitor immediately told us there was a problem and I contacted Dave and Teresa. It was repaired that day! We can feel confident in letting our dog out whenever they want and not worry about him leaving the yard. He rarely ever tests the perimeter because he knows his limits. If he does, he is given a audible warning and stops in his tracks. It’s so reassuring that if we are out playing ball or he’s playing with the kids that I know he won’t leave the yard. I’ve recommended numerous friends and neighbors and I’ve never had anyone that’s hasnt thanked me for the referral later.

I buy my collars and new batteries also. I cant say enough about Billone Fence. Ive had my electric dog fence for over 10 years and besides repairs caused because of us (digging deep, catching with a plow edge), Ive had no work needed to be done on the fence. When I reach out with a repair needed they are here within 24 hours. I highly recommend Billone Fence; Im glad I can support a local company rather than a franchise that you cant see.

We had originally planned to get a regular fence but didn’t want it to obstruct our view so we decided on a whim to get a quote from DogWatch instead. The quote was significantly less than we expected and from the explanation of the system it seemed like it would work well with our dogs so we ended up signing a contract the next day. They scheduled for install the following week. The process was painless, everyone we spoke to or interacted with was professional, and our dogs already caught on after two training sessions. They were nervous at first but now they love being able to free roam around our yard to watch the neighbors walk by and we love the peace of mind it provides us. We couldn’t be happier.

We had dog watch fence installed years ago. Just recently got a new dog and notified Dog Watch (Theresa) to have her come back to re-flag and teach our new dog and I the dogwatch safety guide/ parameters of the fence again to protect her from the road. She was just awesome.... on time, professional, friendly and positive with both the dog and I. She took her time and had the fence all tag again with the flag markers and was ready to work with us. Great company - easy to deal with.Teresa is the main point of contact and was patient, easily accessible and answered all our questions. Dave did the installing of the fence and was very easy to work with and accommodating.After the install, Teresa came over on two occasions and did the dog training and that was about all it took. We bought the upgraded system with the app that allows you to see how much activity the dogs are getting as well as if they are testing the fence. The upgraded system is still hundreds less than the other, better known, dog fence company. We have a Golden and a Hound dog and early on the hound, (who is nuts and very reactive to cars, bikes or pretty much anything that moves...) broke containment twice. We made an adjustment on the correction level and she has been fine since!The support after the sale has been expeditious and impressive. All in all it was a great experience and I would highly recommend DogWatch by Billone Fence.

After asking our family members and neighbors for suggestions on invisible fence companies my husband and I decided to go with Dog Watch by Billone Fence. They were EXCELLENT to work with. I still cant believe it took only two days for our highly active pup to be completely off leash and happily playing in our yard. Their customer service is top notch and so is the training (they train your dog until the dog is completely off leash). We got an electric fence installed by DogWatch a couple months ago. We were really impressed by the responsiveness and professionalism of Theresa when she came to see our yard and answer our questions. Compare that to Invisible Fence, who called us on the phone and relied only on satellite images of our house (which is covered by trees), and basically took it for granted we were going to go with them (obviously we didnt).Theresa worked with us for multiple days to train our dog, and all in all we had the installation and training done within a week. The fence has been amazing for our dog who can run full out as far as he wants now, and we haveno concerns about him crossing the fence. DogWatch is awesome!

I have had Dog watch for almost 20 years. Dave and Teresa installed and have maintained my system for the whole time. These guys do an awesome job. They are very responsive and take real good care of me . They have come over on a moments notice to fix broken wire and broken Collars . I highly recommend these guys for all your electric fence needs to include buying new collars, batteries and repairs to the system.

We have been a Dog Watch owner for over 15 years. The system is fantastic. After training with Dave and Teresa and a short learning curve the dogs are nearly perfect. Our neighbors use the competitors system and their dogs wander over the their line often. Our dogs stay put. We have had 2 dogs over the years and both stay on property without issue. As for their service it is impeccable. We had several zones installed around our planting beds and through my carelessness I occasionally cut one of the lines while digging. There response is prompt and always friendly. Teresa came out within one day and fixed it quickly. They do the little things that let you know they appreciate your business. We had an underground dog fence installed about seven years ago. They came and trained both of our dogs and the product worked flawlessly. This week, I ordered a new battery for one of the receiver collars and some flags so we can train a new puppy we are rescuing over the weekend. I have been meaning to do a review for a long time - my experience with DogWatch by Billone Fence was excellent in every way, and I am over the moon thrilled by the way the fence has given my dog and me a new lease on life! I thought I would have to rehome my very scent and sight driven hound, and truly thought the fence would not contain her hunting instinct. But she learned very quickly, and I was given lots of great advice by Teresa over the first few training days. She always called back quickly, and within a week we were confident the fence was the best money we ever spent. The price was lower than another estimate we received, and there were a couple more features with DogWatch system.

They have been amazing! Installed the Dog watch fence system at a much better price than their competitors. One phone call was all it took. They set up a time for an estimate, then scheduled, and installed the system. We had a line get damaged, I called them right away... they had a tech close by, he came right over and repaired the line. I can’t recommend Dog watch enough!

Since the installation of my dogs fence almost nine years ago, I have had nothing but great things to say about such a professional and quality business and their product. From the effort they put into training your dogs to the explanation of how to use the unit, they are thorough and always there to answer any questions you have. More importantly though is the genuine love they have for the work they do and for the animals they work with.

I cannot say enough good things about Teresa and Dave! They came to my house around ten and very professionally and quickly installed the fence. Teresa trained my 4 Golden Retrievers just by walking around the fence once and coming back the next day and doing it again. (She is amazing with dogs...I wish she were able to train mine.) And she would have kept coming over until they did learn. She did a very comprehensive job of explaining how to adjust collars and run the device (which is so easy). She would have come back over and over to train the dogs but it wasnt necessary. As for the fence...I had to change the shock on one of the dogs to a little higher so she wouldnt run next door to visit the neighbors dog. Once I did that she has not crossed over again. We have had to put our dogs on cables out in the country and now they run around like maniacs and have taken off weight and are not chewing on things out of stress. I cannot tell you how amazing this fence is...you will just have to get it your self! Hats off to Dave and Teresa!

My husband and I had Dave and Theresa Billone install the DogWatch system 11 years ago. We have 4 acres of land enclosed in the system. It was the best thing we ever did. Our first dog was a very active and fast chocolate lab. He was able to get lots of exercise, go exploring and follow the scents of the animals around our land. He never broke the fence. He loved chasing bikers, watching the deer across the street and to just be free. It gave us such peace of mind.We now have a new puppy who is learning the system as well. Theresa was very helpful coming out to refit a new collar for our puppy and start the training process. Dave has come out immediately when we accidently have cut the wire around our landscaping. The Billones take excellent care of their customers and truly care about the families and dogs they help. We would highly recommend using them and this system.

Not sure about the negative reviews I am seeing on here, are you sure you have the right company? We have had dog watch for over 10+ years with 4 dogs trained on it and have only received excellent service. My two most recent pups tend to rough house ALOT and lose the pieces in their collars, Teresa at Dog Watch has been there EVERY single time, getting back to us within a day. I could go on and on about them, we highly recommend, no complaints whatsoever!! Thank YOU Dogwatch for giving my pups the opportunity to run free safely!!! :)

Dave and Teresa are wonderful they care about your pets. I have a husky/shepherd mix named Ava. Ava was accused of killing 4 show chickens on the farm down the street. The farmer stated if he saw her on his property again he was going to shoot her. I had a pet safe system she would just run threw. I was in fear for her life... and I owned 11 acres for horses. They assured me they could get her trained to stay with in the property. And they delivered on that. I moved 4 yrs later and they reset my system at my home. I currently live on a 55mph street with no worries of Ava getting out. The other system might be cheaper but will not provide the containment you need to protect your pets. I have a dog door and I am confident she lets herself in and out and never leaves our yard. My sister had invisible brand and her dogs also left the yard. Teresa and Dave Billone owners of dog watch invisible fence are the nicest people you will ever meet. They are honest, bring all the equipment for you to see, take their time with you, like you are the only person they have to see that day. I feel I have known Teresa my whole life and we only seen each other 3xs, first to show and tell us about their product compared to other electric fences and companies. Two days to train our dog, but very willing to come as many times as needed. They also gave me many different references, all had nothing but positive remarks and agreed the dog watch was only fence to use. One had someone elses fence, but called dog watch and they came and up graded their fence so they also now have a fence that works and keeps their pets home. Training our mix beagle hound was amazing simple for a dog that wouldnt stay home anymore, ran the fields but also to the neighbors. First day fence was installed by Dave and his electrician, Teresa came right out to get us started with our dog. Less than 10 minutes and our dog was aware of boundaries, what the flags represented, and never once did she go through this fence. She did with a different company fence so I just couldnt believe it really was working. Two weeks we began to take down ever other flag. Our dog watched and I thought this is where she will end up on the other side of her fence, BUT nope day two we took ever other flag again, day three, no flags and we had a dog we could trust to never leave our yard again. We fenced 2 acres, and I plan to add 2 to 3 more to this so our girl can play in fields and be with us when we pass her cut off point. You wont be sorry if you want electric fenced yard, then dog watch fence with the Billones is the only way to go. I would trust no other company with the safety of my dog. What a super outfit and product. I have had this system on my property for over 18 years and NO issues. Laid enough wire to outline my 5+ acres including crossing a creek 2 times. Always had 2-3 dogs and they know the lines and now so do the squirrels and woodchucks,the deer on the other hand give them a run for my money but never crossed. I have had to replace a few collar boxes but my pups play rough and the boxes sometimes don’t stand up to pit bull jaws. Funny thing is when I do take collars off for a burger run they feel naked until the smell of BEEF ! Can’t say enough good !

I have to agree with all the good comments here as I had them install a dog watch fence at my house and then 6 months later at my sons house. Then needed a nonemergency repair for a simple, less than a 1/2 hour wire repair, that they charged me $156. I called Invisible Fence the day after the repair by Billone and Invisible Fence quoted $115 for 1/2 hr. Felt like a rip off by Billone Fence.

We have two dogs. One of which loves to roam and with tick season in full swing this year and living on one of the busiest roads, we really rely on our fence. Weve waited almost 2 months for our fence to be fixed. And were still waiting. Weve left numerous messages with nothing in return. Im not one to be negative but our dogs are a part of the family and we would hate to loose one of them because of this.

Ive used Dog watch for years now. Trained at least 5 dogs on it and its the real deal! Dave and Teresa are great.

Ive had two large systems installed at my last two houses. They trained my dog Benny who is very challenging to keep around. I almost had to give him up. They saved him. I would recommend them to anyone.

The dogs love being outside in the backyard, off leash and I love knowing they’re contained yet free. The fence did require a repair, it was done the very next day.I even got an extra collar for my visiting grand dog

Dogwatch was perfect for our Rhodesian Ridgeback Puppy Maya and our urban city property. My favorite thing about dogwatch fencing is that you can adjust the intensity/range/frequency. Makes it possible to start with a small puppy and build their fence training into their environment naturally and gradually ramp up as the grow.

We are coming up on 20 years and 5 dogs trained since we had our Dogwatch system installed by the Billones. We can attest to both the quality of the Dogwatch product and to the outstanding customer service that Teresa and Dave provide. Three of our five dogs have been Beagles.
