Canine Shine

Another awesome experience with Canine Shine!!! Summer time means summer cuts and these boys were ready. Danielle continues to impress by getting these boys in order and keeping them fresh. Shes responsive to texts, always friendly and smiling, and so good to our boys. They always come home smelling great, looking sharp, and ready for their next adventures. We continue to be grateful to have found a groomer that is close to home and are able to support a small business in our community.

Have been bringing my baby to Danielle about a year. I specifically asked if she would be the only one working on my baby. The last 4 times I have picked up my baby, there is an older gentleman trimming other dogs. To charge $55 dollars and a $15 tip, I definitely think my Ellie should be groomed more evenly, like she was in the beginning, and now it seems like Danielle just doesnt care. Found a new groomer, I dont recommend Canine Shine or Danielle!!!

Danielle at Canine Shine always does a fantastic job on our babies, Charlie and Tobie. Prior to pick up, Danielle always sends photos of what the pups look like so if we would like any changes we are able to let her know right away. Danielle is always quick to work us in her schedule and we can tell she truly takes pride in what she does. I highly recommend Canine Shine!! -Danny and Bri

Danielle is amazing. When the vet does my dogs nails, she has to do a whole chill protocol starting the night before the appointment and then a few hours before the day of. With Danielle, no drugs and done in 5 minutes. Daniel knows what dogs need and because of that she makes a usually stressful process easy.

We needed somewhere close to have our recently rescued dogs groomed as one does not like car rides. A lot of places were not accepting new people due to the pandemic, but Danielle was, even though we have 2 large 85 lb dogs. Every time they went they came out looking great. She always gave us tips to try and keep their coats maintained, which we very much appreciated. She always seemed dedicated and on the same path with us about what was best for the dogs grooming wise. We were growing their hair back and wanted to see how long it could get and be maintained, but combined with winter made for some serious knots on both dogs, despite our best efforts. Danielle seemed committed to getting them back on track by having more regular appointments and having us groom as much as we could in between. However she had to reschedule our appointment and then has not returned and calls/ messages since. I am disappointed we didnt get an explanation as to why, but it is what it is. With no other groomers accepting new clients, we have now taken on grooming ourselves until we can find somewhere new.

Just like someone else had stated in their review Danielle all off a sudden stopped all communication with me. Ive messaged her multiple times, called her business only to leave voicemails with no response from her. She messaged me a few months back asking to reschedule, I was fine with that as our dog sadly had to get his back leg amputated and I let her know that. She said to get back in contact with her when he was well and ready. Unfortunately, she wont get a hold of me so Ive had to find grooming elsewhere. The time that I did take my dog to her she did a decent job. Just lack of communication and cutting off a client with no reasoning kind of stinks.

Danielle was able to clip the nails of my rescue that was terrified of getting her nails done. Ive visited a number of other groomers and two vets before hearing of Dannielle, and only she could face my dogs fear, antics and drama. She made us feel comfortable and did the job really quickly!!!

I have been taking my 15 yr old papillon to Danielle for years. She is knowledgeable, compassionate and her grooming is wonderful. Wouldnt go anywhere else!

When I made an appointment I was NOT told of the price increases. I have 2 older dogs. One is large and one is medium. She said my charge was 160.00. I disputed this huge increase *40.00 more than December. And the lengthy grooming created such stress that my one dog passed 40 minutes upon returning home. I dont feel Danielle listens as I told her I wanted a shorter time; the reason I left my other groomer because this was detrimental to my dogs. She couldnt respect what my dogs needs were. I have been very sad how this event impacted my family.

Extremely pleased with the work done at Canine Shine! After my dogs get a wash we receive multiple compliments from friends and family about how soft and shiny their coats are! I drop off Sammy who weighs 90 pounds and Emma who is part beagle, part monster....Danielle handles them both with such professionalism and ease! And they love her!!!! Ive tried other places like Petsmart in the past..they charge twice as much and the dogs come home with a weird filmy coat. Canine Shine gives you soft, clean cuddly pets to take home!!!!

I took my puppy in for her first groom and she did so well, my family has gone to Danielle for years with our dogs and she has always been very nice and professional, her experience shows and she is great with dogs. Really couldnt ask for a better groomer.

Squeaky clean after doing Doberman things aka rolling in dead animals. Danielle does a great job and really takes her time with the dogs. Both of my dogs are repeat customer. If you need a groomer, this is the spot!

Danielle is AMAZING!!! She is so sweet and compassionate with our dog, Molly! Absolutely reasonable pricing... Although, honestly, I would pay ANYTHING for her incredible skills, so the price is irrelevant to us! Thank you, Danielle... You are a lifesaver! ❤️

Shes an awesome groomer the best job Ive ever had done to my dog. I am so glad that I found her shes a lot more reasonably priced than other places and they dont do a very good job. She is awesome you should go see her if he have a pet shes very very very good

Danielle is amazing! My dog always looks so amazing. She has adjusted her schedule for me a few times without having to reschedule. I would recommend Canine Shine any day!
