I waited over 6 mos before writing this review to make sure I give an accurate one. I have been taking my dog for daycare 3+ days a week and occasional boarding and I cannot say enough great things about the team at Pawllywood. Literally every single one of the girls there is absolutely phenomenal.how I came to Pawllywood: When I had tried ANOTHER day care first in the next town over, on the very first day he came back smelling heavily like urine, and I didnt get a warm/fuzzy feeling. There was no real tour of the facility given, and I could see that the employees were actually outside of the dog enclosures and only watching from above, rather than in it with the dogs, which I did not like. They also had no cameras, so I just had to wonder what my pup was doing.I was mentioning this to a friend, and she recommended I try Pawllywood, as she knew they had cameras. I called, and never looked back. The difference was night and day. My pup Remy is absolutely obsessed with Pawllywood and so am I. I am SO happy I found them. They have pretty good hours, events and monthly deals going on all the time, I can watch Remy on the cameras, They have outdoor space that the dogs have access to everyday, and they interact with the dogs all day every day. My pup comes home exhausted and happy. Thank you Pawllywood, for giving me piece of mind (priceless), being kind and loving to me and my baby, and never causing any doubt in my mind when dropping off my pup. You guys put a smile on my face everytime I bring him in the doors and hear the words Reeeemmmmyyyyy :)If anyone is reading reviews and on the fence about where to bring their dogs, I will tell you, the extra few dollars is worth it.

Pawllywood has been so amazing with one of my dogs who is not dog friendly. They are so dedicated to making her feel comfortable and happy. I highly recommend Pawllywood if you’re going on vacation or your dog needs a fun day playing with other dogs!

Our little guy LOVES Pallywood. Whether it’s doggie daycare or boarding when we travel, he looks forward to being with his pals and the staff. Pallywood is his second home. We can count on him coming home exhausted after each visit.

We love Pawllywood!!!! Our puppy Minnie absolutely loves going here for doggie daycare. She gets so excited when she sees where we are and loves to see the owners and staff! It is so clean and the dogs have so much fun and get so much love and attention. Minnie smells so good when I pick her up. They have cameras in the play areas so you can always check on your dog and see how much fun they are having! We were so nervous about leaving her but it is such a wonderful place and we are so grateful to the owners and staff for putting our minds at ease. We will be boarding her there too when we need it, now that we know how happy she is when she is there. Go see for yourself….you’ll be happy you did!

This was the first time I boarded Tripp since adopting him and I was very nervous! With him being a rescue and a tripawd, I was afraid that he would be overwhelmed or get hurt, but Pawllywood could not have been better with him…or with me! Everyone who works there clearly loves what they do and care for the dogs as if they were their own. Tripp had a blast!

My dog had fleas and they were super flexiable and caring. This is the only place my dog likes going to and the staff is the best I have ever seen. They truly care for the pets. They were also super understanding and helpful in helping me take the next steps to care for my dog. If i could give them more than 5 starts I would.

What a fabulous experience my dog and I had at Pawllywood!It is conveniently located off Sunrise Highway and has a private parking lot.Upon entering Pawllywood, there is a gate so any dogs inside cannot escape due to the excitement of other dogs getting in. You can view the dogs play area on the tv screen in the lobby and also online through the live streaming. I was greeted by the owners, Solange and Keith, who were so welcoming and knowledgeable.I was able to see first hand the dogs storage area, kennels for overnight stays and the indoor and outdoor play areas! There is SO much space for your dog to play. Being a first time dog mom, I have learned the importance of socializing your dog at a young age and wanted to see what doggy daycare is like.So what your first day consists of: a temperament test and also an evaluation of you with other dogs of different sizes and energy levels. Your must bring your paperwork and your dog must be up to date with vaccines. Solange and Keith assessed my dogs temperament and introduced her slowly to another dog in the indoor play area. The whole situation is very safe because there are 2 people to the 2 dogs to make sure everything is ok. Once its all good, then the dogs are free to play in the indoor and outdoor enclosed areas under constant supervision. When a new dog enters, they remove all the dogs except one and slowly introduce them in to assess how the interactions are. I find that very reassuring to make sure that the dogs arent overload especially in a new environment. I was able to watch my pup play with big and little dogs and her tail never stopped wagging!We came to pick her up and she did not want to leave. We ended up buying a package. She also (suprisingly) smelled so good when she left daycare. We have heard of places where the dogs leave smelling like pee because they are so enclosed. Not at Pawllywood ~ your dog is a celeb!I am happy that Pawllywood is a new addition to town! They open 645 am and close at 7 during weekdays and 8-5 on weekends! If you chose to do an overnight stay - their kennels are such a great size with an orthopedic dog bed.We are now frequent customers at Pawllywood and recommend it to all our doggy pals. I always feel comfortable leaving my pup here. Solange and Keith are great owners and really care about each and everyone of their dogs at daycare. We are SO thankful Pawllywood is near us and my dog is always so excited when she comes!

Pawllywood has excellent grooming services. My Golden Retriever pup always comes home looking fresh with his fancy bandana. My pup loves their doggie daycare! As soon as I say daycare to him, he gets so excited! The owners and staff are great people, and I highly recommend Pawllywood! Here is my pup after his last couple groomings. They do such a good job!

Boarded and groomed my timid dog for a week over the holidays. They temperament check all dogs (which made me feel safer) and have the rooms separated by energy levels. I checked the live cameras often and the sitters in the room were always attentive and kind to the animals. My pup came home happy and obviously taken care of. They even bathed her at the end and she smelled great! Was overall impressed :)

Pawllywood was recommended to me by my dog trainer, and I could not have been happier! We have an 11 month old Bernedoodle who has a ton of energy. We needed a way for him to let out that pent-up energy while we were working during the day and felt daycare was the best option for us.We are able to watch Bentley from our phones/computer since they have live cameras in every playroom, and I saw how happy and excited he was to play with other dogs. The staff was attentive, welcoming and professional. We even got a tour of the facility on our first day! The playrooms each have an indoor and outdoor section and are well-maintained and clean.Overall, Pawllywood exceeded my expectations on all levels! We even got a report card at the end of Bentleys first day! Could not have been happier!!

My pup loves his time and the staff at Pawllywood! He is always so excited to go and each time comes home exhausted! The staff is attentive and kind. The staff at Pawllywood treat and takes care of him like he is one of their own!

Love, Love, Love this place. they treat my Biggie like Royalty. Everyone in the place is professional and always have a smile on their face. We take our Biggie at least 3 times a week. He absolutely loves it. The best!! So far living up to my expectations. My Biggie loves it there.

They ALWAYS treat my ‘Baby’ as if it’s their own! He goes in Energetic and comes out Exhausted! Lol… he always looks forward to going. Staff is Great and Professional! 100% Recommend this place! P.S the price is perfect as well!

Omg The owners keith and Solange are truly wonderful people, and they absolutely love 💘 what they do. The entire staff is on point,and everyone cates about the dogs and they ate always played with and its super clean and safe. Our dogs Bailey and Bancker truly love Going to pawllywood as soon as we pull down the street the know where going and get excited. when we return to pick them up they are exhausted for the next 2 days. Highly recommend and you wont regret it. Your furry friends will love it.

Rosie loves Pawllywood! Everyone there treats the dogs like members of their own family. The groomers are fantastic. You can even watch your pet online.

Our pup always has a great time at Pawllywood. The staff are friendly and you can easily tell how much they love dogs by their cheerful greetings when guests arrive. Our guy always comes home happy and exhausted. Their live webcam is a big plus; it’s nice to be able to check in on him if we are away and missing him. The facility is clean and well maintained and I trust that he is in good hands while he’s there.

Oliver loves going daycare and you can tell all the staff really care about every dog. On nice days they fetch outside and theres a lot of space for them to run around. They are very active on instagram so its fun checking in throughout the day, thanks Pawllywood team!

Never used Doggy Day Care before so was a little nervous. All I need to do is say do you want to go, and my pup is waiting and wagging at the front door. We also used the boarding and I actually felt he was mad when I picked him up. The owners are so nice and really love their guests. Best part is watching them on live cams during their stay.

I love love Pawllywood! Our boy Kona and I are treated with so much kindness & care. I work from home & have an 80 pound 18 month old Weimaraner. He needs plenty of exercise & the team at Pawllywood makes me feel so confident and comfortable to leave him that I bring him everyday. I wouldnt be able to survive w/out them.They treat the both of us like family & the facility is immaculate, the staff is friendly, polite & knows me & my dog by name. We are always welcomed by smiling faces & they know Konas behavior & have so much patience because for a small pony he is a mush! I love everything about this place from the owners to Brittany and the entire staff. Thank you Pawllywood for all that you do, from screening all the dogs to keeping them safe & clean. I will never go to another dog park again when Kona is at the safest place playing while being monitored at the same time. Kona is so safe in your trusting hands & he comes home happy! That is the best!

Pawllywood is amazing! My dog, Suki, felt like a celebrity. We went once for the tree-hour evaluation and once for an overnight stay and both were positive experiences. The place is clean and has high ceilings, so it feels bigger and smells better than other boarding facilities that we’ve visited. The indoor-outdoor play areas are exactly what we were hoping for. The average boarding pen is quite large as well. I feel like it was plenty of room for our puppy to sleep in. I do wish the staff stayed later with the dogs though, but at least someone monitors them overnight. Highly recommend checking this place out. Would definitely return when we needed to board Suki again.

My fur baby was well taken cared of at Pawllywood. We felt great leaving her in great hands. I loved being able to see my baby in the camera and call whenever you check up on her. Definitely we will continue using their services.

This is an amazing and safe place for a dog. Our boy Jack absolutely loves coming here. Its remarkably clean and staff is just so professional and sweet. They love what they do and it shows. Highly recommend!

Mona runs in to pawllywood and barely looks back to say goodbye to me !!! She can’t wait for her playdates at pawllywood daycare! I feel at ease bc I can watch her on the webcam! She comes home exhausted and happy! She even kisses the staff goodbye!! Scheduling is super easy online and the staff is welcoming, happy and helpful with answering any questions I have!

This is truly a 5 star dog hotel. The facility is top notch. I was able to watch my fur babies live everyday while on vacation and I was at 100% at ease. My dog was actually not eating well (something that had already been the case when she arrived) and they alerted me and suggested they take her to her Vet. Which they did after I gave permission through verbal communication with my vet. Her problem was quickly diagnosed and meds were started and administered by the staff at Pawllywood. To be clear: My poor baby arrived there with a UTI. I just didnt know it. The staff was phenomenal about taking care of her!!! Also to be clear, I had two dogs boarded there. I already have some more trips planned and they will absolutely be staying again.P.S. it was well worth the money!

Second time bringing my dog here and had been another great experience! Super easy place, very kind staff and love having peace of mind when need boarding! My dog loves it there!! I especially love the cameras you can watch your dog play happily with other dogs and know your dog is happy and safe!

I had my puppy at another location and she did not have a good experience that we had to go pick her up. When I found Pawllywood, I immediately fell in love. I appreciated the fact that we was able to drop her off and they explained everything in it’s entirety of their facility. Our puppy Lyric LOVES going there. We have also done boarding with them more than one time & it has been amazing as well. They have cameras where if you wanted to check in on your dog, you can do so. I’m glad we found a place our puppy feels comfortable.

Pawllywood is the PERFECT home-away-from-home for our English Springer Spaniel! The staff is extremely attentive; the video cameras in the rooms where the dogs interact during the day are very comforting; and out dog alwsys returns from his stays there happy, healthy and energized.We are extremely pleased to have found this wonderful place for our precious family member!!

My dog seems to love it there! I like the fact that I can watch him on video. He loves the staff and everyone is so kind and welcoming. When I mention the name Pawllywood, he actually gets excited. This place has been a godsend when Ive needed to get him out of the house for the day because workers were coming over.

Pawllywood is absolutely amazing and after I found them I could not be happier. My dogs are my babies and I always want the best care for them, so when I know that they are at Pawllywood, they are being taken amazing care of in the best hands possible! All of the staff here treats my dogs as their own and makes us feel like family! The grooming services are also wonderful. My dogs run up to the entrance door so excited to be dropped off and they come home even happier! Would recommend Pawllywood to all of my closest friends and family❤️🥰

We love Pawllywood! We boarded our two Ridgebacks there for 5 nights over the summer for the first time. One of our dogs prior to boarding was extremely shy around other dogs, so the staff at Pawllywood took time with her to make her feel comfortable and help her adjust. Before we knew it our dog became one of the pack mingling with others and has been great around other dogs ever since. Since then we have gone back and boarded again and will continue to use them. We love that you can check in and watch your dogs on camera through out the day. Owners & staff are great and really take pride in what they do. Highly recommend!

Short Version: These are amazing people who are very passionate about dogs and they took the absolute best care of my Newfoundland Phoebe. This is a great place to board big and small dogs!Long Version:Pawllywood was the perfect fit for us. We were looking for a new place to board our giant 115 pound Newfoundland, which in NY isnt always easy.When I called and spoke with the staff, they were very friendly, knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions.Arriving, we pulled up to a very nice building and once inside it was clear this was a brand new facility. The reception area is extremely clean, well lit and well laid out with plenty of space.They gave us a tour of the facility- they have a lot of space, multiple indoor/outdoor areas for different sized dogs, the pens they sleep in at night are very clean and spacious.We boarded Phoebe for 4 nights, and since they have multiple webcams, we watched her a lot while we were gone. There was always at least one human in with the dogs playing but usually two.We picked up Phoebe and she was as happy and tired as a pup can be. She came home and slept for 2 days happy as can be.I will be boarding my dog again at Pawllywood and I know Phoebe is already looking forward to it.

We had recently boarded our dogs for a weekend after having a meet & greet a couple of weeks prior. Firstly, the place is spotless, with plenty of room for the dogs to play. There are outdoor spaces as well, for the pups to enjoy. The owners are true dog lovers who want the best for your fur baby & treat them as their own. We got them back bathed & exhausted from all the playtime! I would highly recommend Pawllywood for you & your pup.

We LOVE this place. Our puppy Gambler started going to Pawllywood about 6 weeks ago. He adores going there and is treated like family. The owners adore him as if Gambler was their very own puppy. This makes us happy and content about leaving him.The facility is immaculate and he comes home smelling clean. The owners are hands on and truly love what they do. I wish I could give them 10 stars because they deserve it. As first time puppy owners Pawllywood has been our lifesaver. Our puppy has a wonderful place to grow, be loved and socialize when we are not home. He has already grown socially so much in 6 weeks, we get tons of compliments about his behavior. The owners are caring and work with you. I cant imagine anyone ever being disappointed. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Pawllywood.....💯❤

I have sent my dog, Hattie (4 yr mixed breed) there for daycare sometime now. I love being able to watch her play while there ! She LOVES going there and starts getting excited before I even park the car. The staff is always super friendly and have never had any issues! My sister & I have also boarded both our dogs there and they allowed us to tour the facility and check out where they would be staying. They always leave happy & exhausted (a plus after a long day of work).

My dog, Biscotti, has been going to Pawllywood for several months now. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. They showed us around the property during our first visit and they have cameras so we can check in on her during her stay. She recently stayed for a week, which was the longest she’s been away from us, and we were very nervous but she did great. The staff always updates us on how she is doing. She takes a while to open up, but finally has been! We’re very happy.

I just had my dog at Pallywood on 8/19/23 for a trial. He was there 3 hours. A couple of days later he had kennel cough (he’s never had that). I left a message to inform them and cancel his boarding reservation and they didn’t even have the courtesy to call me back. They had him with a TON of other dogs. Be careful of this place.

Pawllywood is my dogs second home. I love knowing that when I am at work or on vacation Bocci & Bailey are safe and treated like family. The owners are the nicest people and take the time to get to know your dogs. I can tell how much they love dogs and I know they really know my dogs personality! I love that they have live cameras so I can check in on my fur babies from afar. I also want to add that this is the only dog daycare and boarding location that I have found that my dogs do not come home smelling like pee. It is SO clean! Stephanie is also an amazing groomer and the only person I trust Bocci with. We have never had an issue unlike bad experiences with other groomers!

I had a meet and greet appointment for my baby Kaitlyn. She was well taken care of. They were very careful about her well-being. Sam was able to show me the boarding area. It was very clean and the dogs were well supervised. It gives me peace of mind thank you guys.

Pawllywood is wonderful! The owners are the sweetest people and true dog lovers. I am so thankful that they have created a place where my dogs are happy, cared for and loved. Their knowledge of canine needs and behavior have really made this a place where pups can socialize and burn some energy in a safe and supervised environment.

Pawllywood is a great place to bring your pup. They are very friendly and treat your dog like their own.When I first took my dog there as a little puppy I didn’t know what to expect when I picked him up. He was so happy to see me, but wanted to run right back in to keep playing. That hasn’t changed to this day and I’ve been taking him there for over a year now.Expect your dog to be tired after a full day there, and probably into the next day as well! There’s a ton of dogs every day and they run around and play with each other non stop. As soon as my pup gets home, he’s out cold all night and sleeps the entire next day. It’s a great way to ensure the energy doesn’t turn into mischief, especially during the toddler years.The dogs are assessed and put into groups based on their size and temperament. If your dog is big in size but can’t handle the rough play with the big dogs, they’ll put your dog with the gentle ones. There’s always people inside with the dogs so there’s no need to every worry that the play will get too rough. When your dog wants to take a break, they can lay down and take a nap. When they want love, they get loved from the staff. It’s a perfect combination of everything.They even have cameras for you to peek in at any point and see how your dogs doing!They also have an entire fenced in turf area outside that the dogs have access to all day long, whenever they want. If your dog wants to run around outside, or has to go potty, they can just go right out. This is great so you don’t ever have to worry about the dog thinking it’s okay to go potty inside. Once the dog goes potty, the staff is quick to clean it up so others dogs don’t step in it.The price is great for the value you get. It’s more expensive than some places and cheaper than others. You get what you pay for. Take your dog somewhere else, and then take them to Pawllywood and you’ll understand why it’s worth paying the extra couple dollars. They have packages you can buy as well that knocks a couple dollars off each visit if you go a few times a month, or in my case a few times a week.If you need to board your dog for the night, or a week, you can drop them off during the day so they can play and tire themselves out until they go to bed, which they’ll sleep the whole night through from being so tired, and when they wake up the next morning their friends will be back to play with them again until you pick him or her up! No need to worry about your dog being stuck in a crate the whole time you’re gone.I’ve never used the grooming so I can’t comment on that, but I’ve heard nothing but positive things about that from others I bump into when dropping off and picking up.

My fiance brought our two dogs Louie and Lola for a free consultation and they both had the best time. The staff was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, they assessed their personalities and temperaments to ensure they spend time with compatible dogs. They both came home pooped and slept all night! It is nice to now have the option of somewhere safe and pleasant to board our pups.

I was lucky to find this gem of a place! My Brody loved it and all the friends he made. Every time I pull up, he starts running back and forth in my back seat so excited to go and play! The place is so clean and they have separate play areas for big and small dogs. The pups are able to play inside as well as outside. The staff is always nice. After our first visit, Brody walked down the red carpet and got his picture taken just like a celebrity. It was very cute!

Our pup Walter loves Pawllywood! It is the only place that has live webcams so you can see your pup! Excellent management! The staff cares and pays full attention to the dogs, cell phones are left at the door so they are truly watching the dogs. Dogs that are too rough are put in time out and allowed time to reset, it’s a very good system. Best place for your pup!

We’ve been sending our dog Clancy to daycare at PAWLLYWOOD since it opened last year. This facility is incredible! Plenty of room for the dogs to run and play- indoor and out! The owners are super-sweet and very professional. I love watching her play on the live camera set up throughout the facility. Even when we board her there- whether it’s one night, or a week, we know she’s not sitting in a kennel for the day. It’s playtime from morning till night! The socialization with the other dogs is wonderful. Turning the corner to get to the facility she howls with excitement! We are huge fans!! Best on LI ❤️

We love Pawllywood for both of my dogs! The staff is so attentive and they were amazing introducing my extremely nervous puppy on her first visit. Now they are some of the few people she runs right over to, tail wagging, ready to give kisses.

We recently adopted a 1 year old Goldendoodle, Charlie, who had a lot of energy to burn off. We have never had to send our dogs to doggy day care, but Pawllywood has made the experience great. The entire staff is professional, knowledgable, and kind. They know each dog by name when they see them, and are always happy to answer questions. The facility is incredibly clean, and secure. I recommend this to anyone who looking to socialize their dog, and have them burn off their energy.

Pawllywood is amazing!!! They truly care for the dogs as if they are their own. My dog loves going there and is always so tired after from all the fun! They are such nice people and well organized. Such a clean facility too!! 10/10 would recommend!!!

My doggie went for her introduction the other day and loved it. She hadnt been around a lot of other dogs before, but adjusted easily. Pawllywood is very clean, and fully staffed. The remote cameras were great, you can watch your puppy from anywhere

Our family cannot speak highly enough of Pawllywood! Our Siberian Husky puppy Luna was very shy around people and needed to socialize with other dogs. She has made so many friends and has found another home with the wonderful care of the attentive and loving staff! Luna is active & comfortable, and well taken care of both at boarding and doggie daycare! Highly recommended!!

I was so weary about leaving my 6 month old Great Dane Pup anywhere, and I could not be happier finding Pawllywood! They are so professional, the facilities are top notch, and they truly go above and beyond in EVERY way for your dog. Finding Pawllywood has been the most amazing thing for both me and my pup! He gets so excited to go and always comes home happy and exhausted! Being able to watch him on web cams is always an added bonus as well! 5 stars in every single way!!!!

I love this place! They have cameras that you can watch your dog all day. Every room has access to an outdoor area so you don’t have to worry about your dog picking up bad habits of going to the bathroom in the house. There is someone in their play area with them the entire time making sure the play is safe and fun for the pups. This place is amazing!I had my pup in a different doggy day care and he came home smelling like pee every night. Not this place!The owners are super caring and accommodating. They keep track of everything! If your dog has a loose stool, they tell you, if your dog doesn’t eat they tell you! I cannot recomended this place enough. If you are worried about putting your dog in daycare don’t worry here you can watch them on their live cameras all day!

My puppy loves going to Pawllywood. He gets to socialize with other dogs and they fully supervised and he comes home happy and tired. The owners are super hands on and involved and know all their guests by name. You can tell they care about the doggies qns it is not just a business.Next week we are boarding our puppy for the time with them and have Zero reservations about it.

Daisy loves going to daycare at Pawllywood. She is so excited when we pull up to the facility and can’t wait to go play with her friends. The staff is attentive and excellent with all of the pups. We are so happy to have found this daycare. We always know daisy is having fun and being well taken care of.

My dog (daughter) Lady Bird always has the best time at Pawllywood!!! We utilize their daycare and grooming services and they never disappoint! All the staff genuinely love and care for my baby. I couldn’t be a happier. Highly recommend! :)

Besides the owners being so nice they understand all dogs. My dog can get stressed and while on vacation my dog bleed from the rectum and they called me to let me know. they took him to MY vet and to get checked and it was do to stress everything else was good. The vet gave them medicine and different food to help him. PAWLLYWOOD took such great care of my Labrador. I felt at ease he was going to be ok. Thank you Pawllywood for all that you do for the dogs. I rest well while away knowing you treat them as your own family.

I’m their biggest fan ever since Huey’s first day of Doggy Daycare at Pawlywood!! Huey is very lively and high energy, and we are not, so we bring him in whenever we can and he gets to run and jump and play all his heart desires. The facility is spotless, the rates are reasonable, and the staff is amazing. There is even an in house grooming service so after a day of play he gets pampered with the celebrity treatment.He comes home happy and exhausted.Pawllywood definitely deserves an Oscar!!!

My American bulldog and hound mix started daycare last week and loved it!!!! (and so did mommy....they were pooped when they came home) The owners are so caring and attentive to each individual dog. When you walk in you immediately feel like your pups are part of the Pawllywood family!

The owners and staff are professional, caring, honest, and highly trustworthy. You wont worry about your little guy or gal while they are with their friends at Pawllywood.

Pawllywood is a wonderful place to bring your dog for daycare and boarding. The owners are kind, caring and treat your pet as if he/shewere their own. My little puppy loves going there to play with her friends and get out all of her energy. When I drop off my little Ori I am completely confident that she is loved and well taken care of!!!!

I bring my Australian Shepherd and Yorkie here for grooming and day care. My sister brings her Aussie as well. The owner is a lovely women who takes time to talk to everyone and get to know the dogs. They have cameras for day care so you can always check in on your pup which makes me feel like they clearly hold a strong standard. They never keep the dogs too long for grooming and always do a great job!

Pawlywood has been amazing since they were reccomended to us. Weve brought our Siberian Husky Gracie for daycare since she was a pup, and have boarded her for a week while we were on vacation this summer. Everyone weve had interaction with, from owners Solange & Keith, to every other staff member have been amazing, professional and caring to our Gracie....When we bring her there she never has a second thought. She is so excited to see everyone there, like they are part of the family. When they take her in to play with the other dogs she does not hesitate, or even look back, she feels safe, and we know she is getting great care.

This truly is the best place for doggie daycare/ grooming and boarding. My two dogs have been here multiple times and one came for boarding for well over a week when she was just a puppy! They always come home happy and exhausted from a fun day of play. The doggie cams are a fantastic way to see them in action whenever you want to check up. This place is so clean and so well maintained. The staff is unbelievably friendly and happy and the owners are so warm and sweet and treat every dog as if they were their own. My dogs love them! I would recommend this place first and foremost to anyone looking for a safe reliable place to leave their family members and have 100% confidence they are being well taken care of just like they are at home! Such an amazing home away from home for our baby, Teddy. We use doggy daycare weekly, as our schedule s are busy and think it’s important to keep Teddy active and social. Love that there are cameras so you can check in on your baby, and see all the fun! The prices are very reasonable and I feel secure knowing Teddy is with a loving group of people. Our fur babies loved being at Pawllywood for their spa day. Stephanie took such good care of our pups, especially our older dog who is quite fragile. They both looked beautiful and handsome. Would highly recommend this find to anyone.

We cannot say enough about Pawllywood!!!! Our 4 year old Pitbull Rosie was skittish around other dogs and after one play time at the facility she now play me and has so much fun with all the other dogs. The staff is unbelievable with the dogs and it’s so obvious how much they care for the animals. The cleanliness is unreal and they really give the best baths she’s ever gotten and that’s saying alot. You will not be disappointed with this place!!!!

A friend recommended them to me for my dog’s haircut. Went there and was impressed with how friendly the staff was and how clean it was. I decided to check them out for daycare. The first day was free and my puppy was hooked. He loves going there. The minute he gets out of the car he runs right back to the play area. Best part is he goes for half day and can get a haircut on the same day!!! So lucky I found this place. Price is better than a wag walk!! Highly recommend to all!! Almost forgot the best part—the webcams!!! I can check in on my puppy all day!!!

Very friendly staff that take good care of your dogs at a good price. I wish they offered board and train services, I think they would benefit greatly from offering something like that but I dont believe they have anyone trained in dog behavior. While watching the cameras I think it would be a good benefit for everyone.

We took our family dogs, one a pomeranian husky mix, a medium sized dog and a Siberia husky, a large dog to this facility. It was our first time there. The place is very clean, the staff are very attentive to the dogs with each having their own personality (the pomeranian is very shy while the husky is very outgoing). The answered all of our questions and we never felt pressured or rushed. We were there for the meet and greet were the staff meets the dogs and they introduce them to the rest of the pack to see how they interact to determine if the are able to benefit from the daycare and/or the boarding. The dogs were each introduced to their respective play areas based on their size one at a time. They took us on a tour of the facility and explained the whole process. Before we left them for the 3 hours, we were able to watch them for a little while on the screen which eased our anxiety as we watch them intereacting as we would expect. When we returned to Pick them up we were given a report on how they did. Both dogs seemed very at eased and actually feel asleep on the way home. We will definitely be coming back to this facility. It is very well organized and the people seemed to care very much for the dogs. I highly recommend this place.

We adopted a puppy last year during covid and she and I have been home together every day so when I heard I was going back to work I needed to make sure she was cared for. We had our first full day of doggy daycare this week and I was nervous for her cause all shes known is being with me all day. I was able to watch her on the cameras and saw how attentive to the dogs the staff were and how she was still getting pets and loved on. I was able to feel more at ease knowing they cared about her and when we picked her up they had gotten her dressed for us in her harness all ready to go home. I can go to work knowing shes getting the attention, socialization and exercise that she needs. Very happy dog mom!

We have brought our dog, Schnookums, here for grooming and boarding. We cannot be more pleased. The staff is exceptionally accommodating and sweet. Knowing she is in great hands, is such a satisfying feeling. They groom our golden retriever perfectly! She always smells amazing and has the best trim for her breed. Many Thank yous!

Having had 8 dogs in the last 50 years and being a constant traveller the last 30 years, Ive had to rely on many dog caring facilities. Paws down.... Pawllywood is the best by far. Lassie is a collie who now gets groomed at and stays at Pawllywood.

Our pup loves socializing at Pawllywood. He gets super excited the minute we drive down the block. Solange and Keith and their staff are so wonderful and really care about the well being of your dog! They treat every dog like their own!

They take very good care of my dog any time I drop him off. I dont take him on a regular schedule but have taken him there about 10 times for the day and borded him twice. The first time was for 3 nights and the second time was for 5 nights. Grooming is available if requested as well. Everytime I pick him up hes very happy and very tired!

From the moment we arrived I was thrilled to find a kind caring staff who is always excited to see your pup - something any dog on can truly appreciate! Our pup Cadence is so excited when we pull up and comes out from daycare grinning from ear to ear and ready for a nice nap (which is a rarity since she tends to be super hyper!) They are attentive and I love that I can “check in” during daycare by viewing the live web cams to make sure our little girl is having fun! HIGHLY recommend !!

Two days before my daughters wedding my doggy care options changed. I called Pawllywood and they asked me to bring my dogs in for a free play session that day. I have a Yorkipoo and a golden doodle. Every other place I have called in the past said they would have to be separated during play time because of size difference. Pawllywood kept them together during play time. This put my heart at ease. I could watch camera feed on my computer or cellphone and see them interact with other dogs, each other, and masked human attendants in the play area. There were about 12 dogs in a pretty large playroom that had access to outside. Every time I spied on them, there was at least one masked human attendant in the room. As the dogs approached the attendant, he or she would give a few pets or talk with the dogs. When play became too rough (Ive seen way worse at the dog park), the attendant would separate the dogs. At one point I saw a dog put in time out for a few minutes. I never once saw dogs being sprayed with water as I have witnessed at other daycares. When I picked them up from their play time test, I was told they were both good dogs with the proper temperament for Pawllywoods environment. I was given a tour of the boarding facilities. While the occasional barking assured me there were dogs on premises, my nose never detected the scent of dogs anywhere in the facility. Everything was clean and organized; each dogs food and toy items were kept in a clean plastic bin in a pantry area. Separated sleeping cells were small but sparkling clean with a raised mesh bed for each dog. Outdoor toilet was lined with the same type of artificial turf you see on a soccer field -- I could not detect a hint of dog smell. I decided to leave my doggies at Pawllywood for the two nights we would be in Brooklyn for the wedding (which was absolutely fantastic!). It was such a relief to see them on the camera feed interacting and happy. Upon pickup, they were happy to see me. They were unscathed and healthy. I will be bringing them both back to Pawllywood on Tuesday for grooming. Its so great to have a local place I can leave them without hesitation. Were going to Iceland in August. Ill make my reservation today.

We have used the grooming services at Pawllywood since they were allowed to reopen a few months ago, late spring, 2020. Our two dogs, who really dont want their nails done are repeatedly treated with care by the staff here. We arrive, they go in the back and, Voila, the nails are done. They are always helpful with scheduling, and the owners are super-nice. I highly recommend this place.

Our dog Cal is always thrilled to go to daycare at Pawllywood. Everyone is so caring and take amazing care of him when he stays overnight or when he just spends the day. I highly recommend them as they are by far the best doggie daycare around. The only place we trust bringing him to.

Front desk manner - Rude and arrogant, specially the manager whatever her name is. First email came ok, then the staff had been sending emails to wrong email.Owner - Took responsibility when I dropped my pup, after that you just keep guessing is your pet ok or not, pray to God.Manager- Very unprofessional, after picking my pup when I askedhow did he get all these bruses on him she said he probably had them when I left him. On top of that she had nerve to ask that the prices changed and we have to pay more than what the deal was with the owner. We already paid them half before dropping. Whenwe told them no, she said now you have pay for the free shower we offered you in the beginning since you are not paying for the price changed.Had to pay $2000 at the vet to get my pups meds and checkups done.

My husband and I pup Lyric has been here numerous times. It’s hard to leave your dog overnight in someone else’s care. But Pawllywood I never have to worry when dropping her off for boarding. She’s so excited every time she goes there and comes back exhausted from an amazing time. Happy we found them. Definitely send your pup here!

I met the owners at the Columbus festival in 2019. I spoke to them and was very impressed of what you had to offer. With the Cover 19 it has been very trying on me and my service dog Jake. I havent used their services as yet but Ive been asking around my community and a lot of dog owner friends are very pleased with your facility. I remember driving by the facility. It was being set up but was not finished. We have nothing in our local area who offers what you do. I will definitely stop by and introducing myself.

We got a tour of the facility since it is so close to our home. The meet and greet for our dogs was 3 hours long, which was a nice surprise. I prefer a daycare that makes you do a meet and greet. This will help to ensure your dog will not be attacked while in someone else’s care. The facility is very clean and they have cameras where you can always check on your fur baby.

First of all Pawllywood is spotless, secondly thestaff treats my dog like he is one of their own. My golden retriever puppy has been going there since April and always comes home tired and happy from playing with his friends all day. Plus you can check on your doggie at anytime on their webcams!!

This place is fantastic! Our puppy, Rusty, has a blast at Pawllywood. We love that we can check in on him via the live cameras. The staff is always so friendly and even remembers Rusty every time we bring him in. The facility clean, well staffed and safe. It’s so nice to have a reliable place to bring Rusty to. I brought in my dog for an interview, and everyone there was very helpful, friendly and informative. When I picked up my dog, I was able to get a tour of the facility; their facility is very spacious and I do like their set up and suites for the dogs -- and theyre also very well organized and cautious for each dog in regards to their feeding schedule and consumption; and also, each dog has their own bin of their belongings - again, just very well organized. You also have access to their surveillance of the dog areas, on their website. This facility is an excellent place for any dog/pup, BIG or small.

Great place to board your pups! My girl has some anxiety issues but the staff is patient and reassuring. It was also great to be able to watch her in the daycare cameras while we were away! Highly recommend!

Dont bother bringing your dog here for an evaluation unless they are an angel of a dog. These people dont know how to handle dogs unless you have a lifeless, old, no personality zombie of a dog. They were under staffed and most likely turned us away because they just dont want to deal with a hyper dog. Before brining our miniature bull terrier in I spoke to the owner for quite a bit over the phone about his activity level and he reassured me they deal with all temperaments of dogs here. My dog is a year old and has a ton of energy, which wears off after adequate playtime. The staff was on their knees and my dog was giving them kisses when we arrived. There was an aggressive dog that came toward my dog growling and he didnt react one bit. Our dog has zero aggression, no anxiety, and absolutely loves dogs & humans. They called us an hour into his group play evaluation to come pick him up because he was mounting. I watched the cameras the entire time, he play mounted a total of 3 times. They told me that he is too hyper for this environment. These people do not know how to handle dogs. Simply tell him off or pull him off by the collar. They told me that he tried to nip one of their handlers- my dog does not bite. Tried to nip is different than he did nip. They are not professional dog handlers & can only handle the easiest of dog breeds. Dont waste your time unless you have a foo foo dog. If they dont want to handle high energy breeds they should tell you over the phone. I am sure its easier for them to deal with dogs that just lay down all day. I am giving this place two stars because we really wanted to like this place. Its very clean, people are nice and responsive and dogs seem to be happy...

I would not trust my lab, Sawyer, to anyone but Pawllywood. I can travel with peace of mind and can always catch a look at him on the live camera feed. Everyone is so nice, you can tell they really have a love for all things dog! The grooming service is top notch as well!!!!

This is such a great daycare for dogs. My dog and I love it. Its very clean. They have live cams to watch your dog play, while your at work or home. They also screen the dogs when they come for the first time to make sure they have a good disposition and are up-to-date with their vaccinations. My dog cant get enough of this place. They also have a groomer. She did a wonderful job.

This place is fantastic. The staff really care about your fur babies. A lot of play time for them and great care. They set my mind at ease while we were on vacation. I definitely will be using them in the future. I highly recommend this establishment.

Love Pallywood, they treat your dog like one of their own. I use them 2-3 times a week and my Frankie absolutely loves it. He gets so excited and comes home pooped. It has also helped Frankie get accustomed to being around other dogs which is a huge win. Would recommend Pallywood to all.

My 4 year old dog has extreme separation anxiety which has always been an issue. From the first time Nala spent the day, I have seen such an improvement. She gets along so much better with other dogs and she is not as apprehensive to meet other people. I watch her on the webcam and she is playing and interacting with the other dogs and staff. I cant ask for anything better. Nala has done overnights and she cant wait to go back. You and your furry babies are in great hands at Pawllywood!

My dog, Cleo, absolutely loves this place! The staff and specifically the owners are very polite and professional but also welcoming and really cares for the wellbeing of your pet. They gave us a little goodie bag during the holidays and when she didnt come in for a month due to being away for training, they personally called to see if everything was okay. I also watch the live webcams when I get the chance and I see the staff is very good to Cleo, petting her or hugging her, it really puts me at ease. My dog is also very energetic and active (as expected from an Aussie) but they adjust well to her and when I do pick her up, she’s exhausted and snoozing on the way home! I will always consider this a top daycare on Long Island and even though I havent had to drop her off as much due to free time in my personal schedule, it’s still the one I always go back to!

We had to leave our furry babies at Pawllywood. They treated our babies as if they were their own. Our Frenchie would not eat because this was the first time she was away from us. Well they hand fed her. I feel like they are family and would not leave my babies anywhere else. So accommodating, caring and the place is so clean. I also like to know the furry babies can go outdoors, not caged all day. Love Pawllywood and definitely would recommend them.

I cant say enough about This place . Prior daycare to this my dogs would come sick and smelling like pee. The people here are amazing I love them all . My dogs go right to them especially my girl who doesnt with anyone my boy had eaten something the night before and had the runs next day they went out of there way to get and make him rice. These people genuinely care about my dogs and love them as much as I do. I feel safe and worry free and had recommended them to many people who actually started here and dont regret it at all. If your looking look not further!!! This is it. MY HUSKIES ADORE THEMM. I swear by this place as a dog mom.

We brought our Arya here for the first time yesterday and again today. I cannot begin to explain how well she was treated while she was there. It is her first time being around any other dogs and the first time away from us. You can tell he got a great vibe from the staff there, she ran right into the back and felt comfortable immediately. What made us feel comfortable was the staff was not intimidated by Arya who is a pretty muscular blue nose pitbull. It’s nice when someone other than yourself sees that your pup has a heart of gold. I look forward to many more visits to Pawllywood and I am sure Arya does too.

Pawllywood is an excellent facility. I just boarded my Dane with them for the first time and having cameras so I can see him enjoying himself was so comforting. The staff is very attentive and very helpful. Titan can’t wait to go back and play with his friends. Highly recommend

We love Pawllywood, but more importantly so does our Boxer “Charley”!! Whether it’s to spend the day to get out some energy or just a few hours, when we can’t be around to give her our attention. We just recently boarded her for the night, she doesn’t talkin it we viewed the cameras and she looked like she had a blast!! Definitely highly recommended Pawllywood!!

My handsome Guinness (the Goldendoodle) loves coming here for his spa day of grooming. He quite an overly excited pup but loves that Pawllywood adores him, even if he has a little too many tinkle accidents from ALL his excitement (no worries... this 8-month pup is in training, yay). Because Guinness is a ball of energy, I would think it’s such a challenge to bathe or give him a proper haircut, as he doesn’t stay still, but wow, is the Pawllywood team that amazing - they work their magic and he comes back home feeling like such a SUPERSTAR! Highly recommend! I found this business through Google and requested a quote. The person who responded was incredibly sweet and helped me to book an appointment right away. When I entered the building I was in awe of how clean the place was! Then I was greeted with a smile by the nicest man and he was so sweet to my dog, Dino. The woman who was assigned to groom him was a doll as well. Dino is a rescue with a very sad history and he can be very nervous around people. She did her best to get him comfortable with her and with a little bit of patience he did warm up. They asked me to come back in an hour and I was then greeted by another incredibly sweet person who took my payment and graciously thanked me for my business. Dino was so much more relaxed and smells amazing! I will absolutely be taking him back for grooming and, if ever necessary, board him there in the future. 10/10!

My dogs love it at Pawllywood and I love that I am able to watch them in real time. I love how the staff is super responsive to emails and that they are located so close to home. Facility is super clean and you can tell they genuinely care about the dogs that come through their doors.

When we moved to LI, my wife and I began searching for a new daycare for our dog, Santo. He had been going to the same daycare since he joined our family and were worried that a new care might be intimidating.We found Pawllywood and it was love at first sight. Santo loves the owners and staff members.We often catch him interacting with the humans more than other dogs loool. Being able to catch glimpses of his day on the live feeds has provided much entertainment to our family.

Brought my 2 dogs here, one of whom is completely codependent of her sister and they LOVED it!!! Facility is immaculate, they have cameras running so you can watch your pup in live time having a blast with dogs of the same size/demeanor. They prescreen your dog to see where they will blend best (one of mine is very timid, the other is jealous of any dog that comes near her sister). They did a great job, very professional

They did such a great hair cut and wash on myPup Budrick! They did it in no time too! If you board your dog you can see him on the TVs. They seemed very clean and were polite staff.We were running late picking him up and were very understanding about it! Definitely will be going back!

I bring my dog here for baths and theyre always so sweet and so quick! The price is very reasonable and Ive never had a problem getting an appointment, they always seem to fit me in somehow. Theyre always on time and so good with the pups! Highly recommend!!!

We love Pawllywood! Weve used them for both daycare and boarding for our dog Cisco, and the facility is clean, the owners are amazing, and the staff is great. I really love that they have cameras so we can watch the dogs while they are there.

I got my girl here four days ago and she appeared lethargic as in being sedated. Ive boarded in other places before and nothing like this ever happened. After reading some reviews I wondered if they use anything to control the dogs mainly at night since theres no one on the clock to supervise them. My cousin was thinking of boarding her two beagles here but ultimately went with houndstown and she has no regrets whatsoever.

I bring my GSD here for grooming & have been so pleased with how well they treat her. Plus she looks great! Friendly, outgoing owners who truly care about their guests. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend!

This husband and wife team really do love dog and it shows in their work . i left my 2 year old Golden doodle there for 8 days and i was able to see how much fun he had in the live web cams on their website . they delivered him washed and trimmed for a reasonable price and he came out looking so cute .I will always be using them to take care of my dog .

My wife went to drop our doggy off for boarding. We found the owner extremely rude and not very understanding of our needs. We obviously took our pup elsewhere. Do not recommend.Response: Outrageous demands? Wow you guys will say anything to cover your butts.My wife was still filling out paperwork when you took our dog. My wife was confused and simply asked you to bring him back out so she and our kids could say goodbye and pray for him. You refused to bring OUR dog to us. God forbid something happened and that would be the last time we see him.There was no apology or acknowledgement when I spoke on the phone to the owner. Next time listen to constructive criticism instead of being so stuck with your ways. In the old days it used to be about the customers.

This company has been nothing but good to not only the dogs but the owners. This was ONE guy that was sick in the head, psychotic behavior. Jeffrey Dahmer started on animals, as well as every other violent disgusting acts. This is can happen ANYWHERE. Stop pointing fingers and hold the right people accountable.

I took Riley to Pawllywood at the beginning of Covid as soon as we were able to go. Someone called me back within 24 hours, answered all my questions, and made an appointment with me. I was nervous when I dropped off Riley not knowing what to expect but was very pleased with the outcome. They did a great job and made Riley look awesome. The people were professional and assured me that Riley would be OK. I was very comfortable leaving him there knowing that when I pick him up, it would be ok. They told me about how long it would take and called me within that time frame for me to come back and get him. I recommend Pawllywood I would definitely go back.

We love Pawllywood. We don’t trust just anyone with our “baby”. They are clean, friendly, and reliable. As soon as we turn onto the street to drop her off, Nala starts going crazy. She cannot stop her excitement to get in there and play with her friends.

It was my first time coming here and all I can say is this place is awesome. The staff is so friendly. My puppy is a very nervous dog and they handled her with so much care and affection. She was washed and groomed all in 1 hour. Love the outcome. I totally recommend this place. Not going anywhere else.

Ang and I loved the place - and so did Mog for that matter. Was very clean and there was lots of room for the puppies to run around and play. The pricing was also fair and I was very appreciative of the fact that they dont try to nickle and dime you like Petsmart (bigger crates = more money, separating boarding and day care prices). Just one price per day is great and we hope they continue this.We will definitely let Mog stay in Pawllywood again. :D

Callie, my 60 lb puppy from a shelter in TN, was hesitant to allow strangers near her, especially men. She was shy, did more watching of other big dogs instead of playing with them. After just a few days in daycare, she runs up to the owner to give him kisses. When I peek in on her with their web cameras , I can see her running and playing with her tail constantly wagging. Pawllywood helped Callie adjust to her new surroundings.

So far we have only used the grooming services here. The staff is polite and helpful. It always looks and smells clean. The dogs that I see coming in and out look happy and healthy and my dogs come home looking and smelling great.

On all levels, this facility is an A+. My dog has never looked so good or been so happy coming in or leaving a place. The staff is down to earth and really listens to what you have to say. I would bring Toby back here for certain. What dog wouldnt want the royal treatment!

My dog loves them and so do I! Been coming here about a year. Clean facility and very friendly. My dog starts whining and wagging her tail the moment we turn onto the street. She practically drags me to get inside. The owners are always there and they along with staff know each dog.

While the treatment of the pets are adequate (nothing special) the reviews from past and present employees on Indeed Company Reviews is very concerning. I encourage customers to review how the owners treat the employees and determine if they want their pets there.

I’d rate higher if I could. Pawleywood has become our dogs home away from home and can’t be happier with the care and service they provide.

I have been taking my two goldendoodles to be groomed here. The groomer does a great job and my dogs really like her. The staff is very friendly and helpful and their lobby is always really clean!

Yesterday was our first time at Pawllywood. Everyone was very friendly. My cavapoo got a hair cut, nails clipped, ears clean and she looks adorable! Great job.

Went today for grooming and the place is spotless, they were nice and felt comfortable leaving Bella , Stephanie the groomer came out to meet us and she listened to all my requests, Bella looked great ! And she wasn’t there for hours ! Would highly recommend

They discriminate against specific breeds. When trying to set up a meet and greet the person asked what breed I had. My dog is a 9 year old pitbull who is socialized. Once I told them the breed all of a sudden their computer system went down and need to call me back in an hour. I ask them directly, this is odd, once I told you the breed their voice and demeanor changed and started to stutter every question I asked. Sad to see breeds are still being unfairly judge. I told them I dont want my dog at a facility that operates under these circumstances.

We left our 2 dogs with Pawllywood for a long weekend. It was great to be able to watch them play on the Pawllywood web cams. The dogs came home happy, tired.

We can not EXPRESS how HAPPY we are that we found such an amazing, loving and caring doggie day care for BRADY!!! Brady had such separation issues you would never know now. He looks to go to PAWLLYWOOD everyday and when we turns onto the block he gets so excited. I love the fact that I can watch Brady on the Cameras to see how he is doing. The staff is very sweet and the Day care is very clean. I GIVE PAWLLYWOOD 5 STARS if I could give more I would!!!! ONE AND VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER!!!! Chrissy Reiter

Went for a tour of the facility. It was clean and nicely setup for the dogs. The staff was pleasant and attentive to the dogs under their care. Not sure its the right place for us, at this time, but highly recommend you check it out for yourself and see if its right for your dog.

October 5 at 4:30 PM I called to ask about boarding my dog there. In the middle of a sentence the female representative hung up on me in the middle of describing what I was looking for. Extremely unprofessional.EDIT- And their response to my review is not that they are sorry, or that it’s rare for this to happen, but they are simply claiming that it didn’t happen. I am incredibly lucky I did not leave my dog with this company. God knows what they would lie about going forward

We moved to the area shortly before the pandemic so we never had the opportunity to find a place to board our dog, Roxie. It had been almost 2 years since she was at doggy daycare or was boarded and had become even more attached to us since my husband and I were working from home. We researched places for awhile and ultimately decided to try Pawllywood since the reviews were good and we wanted a place with cameras so we could check in on her. We took a tour and the place was very clean and the staff seemed friendly and appeared to genuinely care about the dogs. We boarded her for the first time recently and were extremely nervous since we had not been separated from her for that long in a very long time. She ended up having a great time. She was so happy when we picked her up and went around to “say goodbye” to all the people who worked there. We feel very comfortable leaving Roxie in their hands in the future. It made us so happy to see what a good time she had while she was there. We live 30 minutes away, but it’s worth the drive to have peace of mind that Roxie is well taken care of while we are away.

Love entering this spectacular place. It does not smell , its impeccably clean, professional, courteous and reasonable. The gromming is wonderful and they dont make you wait all day to pick up your dog.

Always so welcoming when I drop my dog. Staff is attentive and answers any questions I might have. Overall I think its a great place for my dog.

My little Dexter had an amazing time there! He stayed there for a week and when we came to pick him up he didnt see us right away, so we had a clear picture how he was doing.... He was running and playing with other dogs soo happily!This is priceless for us!!! Thank you very much!!!

I was at this place with my little Yorkie for a boarding evaluation and I was very disappointed the way they talk to me. I went with the idea of booking the place for two weeks and they got annoyed because I asked a few questions about putting my 6 pounds dog together with much bigger size dog I was not comfortable with that but the guy the was there turned talking to me so rude. For sure that place is not the right fit for my dog and for all other little dogs like mine.

This place is fantastic! Our pups spent two nights at Pawllywood and it was worth every penny. When they came home, they were exhausted and happy from playtime - exactly what we wanted!

Wow!! this place was huge! best part other than the size and great service was my dog didnt smell of urine like most other places when we picked our fury friend up! I WILL DEF BE RETURNING!!If you havent been there yet I recommend you give this place a shot!

Each pan had 20 to 30 dogs running around. There was no way anybody could control all of those dogs there should be a limit heard the management didn’t care.

I would give this place 0 stars. My dog look hideous. I’m so disappointed by the work that was done to my poor dog. I went for a cut and a full checkup. The cut was so bad and uneven. There’s long and short hair everywhere. I don’t know how they got all these stars. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. So disappointed ugh
