Hope at Groomingtails always groomed my small dog clipped my cat’s nails and now she’s grooming my larger Bernese mountain dog. She is highly experienced and will groom your dog professionally and with personal care and attention to detail. She’s honest, her prices are fair and my dogs always come home clean and happy. I am comfortable leaving them because I feel that they are in the best care and Hope is extremely kind and loves all animals. Don’t worry or hesitate booking with her for your pet’s care and grooming.

It can be challenging finding a place that will accept cats for a grooming. This is the second time I took my cat here for a grooming and we absolutely love it here! This time around they had asked us if we could stay with Theo as he got his hair cut. I actually prefer to stay with him as he gets his hair cut since he can get anxious going somewhere that isn’t home. Hope and her coworker are amazing and so sweet. I highly recommend them!-Theo’s family

They take such amazing care of our dogs! We board our fur babies here whenever we go away and our dogs are treated with the utmost love and care. The staff is very responsive when we check in on the dogs and we get lots of photos sent to us of our pups. The owner is extremely kind and loving. The grooming services are also outstanding!

Everyone is amazing here! Super accommodating and great to my dog. She gets a medicated shampoo for her allergies and she is soooo soft and smells great when we go here! They even put an adorable Valentine’s Day bandana on her 🥰

Took my fur baby Bentley there for the first time and it was such a great experience!! Hope made me feel like a long time customer. They have definitely gained a new customer.

Great service from Groomingtails. Hope does a wonderful job with my older shih tzu. She always leaves with a bow and a bandana looking like a pup and smelling great. We’ve been with Hope for a couple of years now and I have not one complaint, very sweet person.

Wonderful place! My dog hates the groomers and usually comes home shaking and nervous. He was so happy after his groom. I will 100% be returning here and i highly recommend to anyone who wants their pup taken good care of!

I’ve been bringing both of my Yorkipoos here for over a year now and we couldn’t be happier. The staff is great and the pups always come home happy and looking cute. Bam bam, pebbles and I highly recommend this groomer :)

My first time trying this place bc my groomer is always booked. The staff was nice but I asked them to leave my pups ponytail long for her bow. They cut her ponytail off with 1 strain of hair for a “bow” and the bow came out before i even made it home! Extremely frustrating since it takes a while to fully grow back. And also her face wasn’t even cut when i told them to make sure they do! Extremely frustrating.

Don’t bring your big dogs here. The hair cuts are decent, but they don’t know how to schedule anything. My big dog was in a small cage for 6+ hours. That is unacceptable

We took our small dogs for the first time to the temporary location and they did an amazing job! Great staff. Will definitely return. We highly recommend Grooming Tails.

Brought my two cats here for nail clippings. For some reason they ask you to hold the cats- if I wanted to cut their nails myself I wouldn’t have come to a store. They cut my first cats nails and then refused to do the second, saying “he’s too nasty”- despite the fact that he’s never hurt anyone, is 18 years old and can barely move anymore. Why open a groomer if you’re afraid of animals?

I Always bring my Shiba Inu here for her nails. The staff is extremely accommodation, conscientious , and respectful to both me and my doggy. Highly recommend this place to everyone!!!

I brought in my blind, diabetic rescue cairn terrier who was very overgrown. I didnt want him shaved down, like he was at my previous groomer, dispite my instructions as to how I wanted him to look. At Groomingtales he came out looking just like I asked. He was happy and shinny. Ill certainly reccomend them and I will use them again.

My dogs get the best care, they’re very gentle and thorough. I feel happy taking them there. Everyone is very professional.

They did amazing on my 2 dogs and they are little furry and shed a lot I love them they had great manors and the clipping on the nails were just perfect and she sheds much less love them and Very much recommend them

The people there are really nice. And they do an amazing job on my labradoodle.If you ever need an animal taken care of, I recommend going to Grooming Tails.

Not happy with the hair cut my puppy got. Hopefully it didnt damage his coat. Will keep a close eye on it.
