Eileen is absolutely fabulous and took care of our furbaby as if she were her own. Eileen sent multiple videos and pictures throughout the day, and our it was clear that our pup was having the time of her life. Our pup is also a very picky eater, and Eileen had her eating like a champion; we were truly amazed. It was so reassuring and comforting knowing that our pup was in Eileen’s care. We will be using her for all of our pet sitting needs!

I am writing this review with such joy. My dog had such a good first time experience with Eileen. I was worried about this being her first time away from us and with a pet sitter. I wanted to make sure she was going to be happy and comfortable. I had a lot of questions for Eileen, and her answers made me feel comfortable with leaving my girl in her hands.We took a quick two night trip out of town, and wanted to see how our dog would do. We were hopeful it would go well because we have a week long cruise coming up in several weeks. Thankfully we were so pleased with the experience. Eileen sent us a ton of pics and videos throughout the stay. Seeing for ourselves that our dog was doing well really put our worries to rest. When we picked up our dog, she was not stressed or unhappy in any way. It was like she was at a family member’s house that she knew well. This really confirmed that we put her in good hands.This being my first experience with a pet sitter I know the stress that you feel and the worry you have. All you want is to find someone whom you and your pet can be comfortable and happy with. Eileen definitely provided that. I have already recommended her to a friend of mine, and I’m happy that we now have someone who is a great option for our dog. I feel like I can now be at ease knowing our dog will be in good hands while we are away on a longer trip. I would recommend Eileen and her services.

Eileen is very responsive and thorough with the way she conducts her business. She was clear about the pricing and directions to the drop off location. Although the pricing is way higher than what I am used to - the money was well spent as my girl, Trixie, got the care and attention she needed while I was getting married.I would absolutely recommend this dog boarding service to anyone and would definitely be a return customer myself.

We had a fantastic experience with Eileen! We recently moved back to NYC and were looking for a dog sitter/boarding outside of the city. We specifically were looking for someone who would be hands on and attentive with our dog, and who had space for her to run and play — but we did not want a “camp” environment with too many dogs, kennels, etc.Eileen was very communicative through our booking process and throughout our pup’s stay with her. Beyond providing our dog with a great stay, she went above and beyond and provided helpful nutrition recommendations and guidance that we’ve since put into place.We could rest easy during our trip knowing that our pup was in good hands, and will definitely be booking with Eileen again!

Eileen took amazing care of our golden retriever puppy when we went to Florida for a week. She provided so many pictures and videos which kept us at ease the whole vacation. Our dog loved it so much you could tell he did not want to leave. He was so happy to play with her dogs and get his energy out running around the yard everyday. It was nice to not have to worry at all the entire vacation. I highly recommend her!

Eileen is amazing! She watched my mini Bernedoodle while my husband and I got married in a town nearby. Eileen sent pictures and videos so we knew he was in good hands. We also arranged for her husband to bring Snoopy to the ceremony so he could be there for pictures and walk down the aisle. They also helped recommend a new harness. Eileen is a dog lover for sure! I love that Snoopy doesn’t sleep in a crate, is well fed, has grass to run around, and is watched over by a true animal and dog lover. Would leave Snoopy there again for sure!

Eileen has been watching my 3 year old springer spaniel since she was a puppy. My dog is always well taken care of and happy when she gets home. Eileen always sends cute photos of my dog playing with all of the other dog campers! We tell our dog she’s going on vacation when she goes to Eileen’s house. I highly recommend Eileen to every pet owner, she is definitely a star!!

Eileen is a truly magical human being and I am honored that she has come into our family’s life. She has been taking care of our dog, Nigel, when we go out of town for over 2 years. Previously, we would leave him with other boarders or kennels and would always return home to him frantic and terrified. Finally, one day I promised I would never leave him at a kennel again and proceeded to find Eileen. Now, when I drop Nigel off at her house he jumps out of the car with excitement for his stay in a true doggy paradise, only quickly turning around to say goodbye before dashing off to play.Eileen gives every dog the attention and care as though they are her own. While we are out of town we receive frequent updates and adorable photos and videos. She also has a deep knowledge of how to care for unique situations. For example, she has taken the time and energy to help me work through mysterious GI issues that vets have dismissed. She also helped us come up with a plan of how to properly introduce our dog to our newborn baby.My heart grows knowing that Nigel gets to have a home away from home, where he has even more fun, but more importantly is safe and loved. I would never leave him with anyone else.

Eileen took amazing care of my poodle-pup Ollie while we were on a week+ long vacation last month. She was super responsive and the daily photo and video updates set my mind at ease knowing that Ollie was safe, happy, and having just as much fun as we were on vacation. I would absolutely recommend day or overnight care with Eileen and her family of pups, and know Ollie will be excited to return to hang out again with all of his new friends.

Eileen is wonderful. From the start when I first contacted her about boarding our Bernedoodle she was very helpful and informative. She has a beautiful facility for the dogs that truly gives them plenty of space and freedom and not a crate in site! She sent daily updates with pics and videos that the kids asked to see everyday we were away. Leaving our Rudy with her truly felt like we were leaving him with a family member. Thank you Eileen!

Eileen provided excellent pet care for our 5-year-old Border Collie Katie. We were sent many photos & videos & enjoyed watching Katie playing with her new friends. We could see Katie was in good hands & felt right at home. We highly recommend Eileen as she is knowledgeable, professional & a true animal lover! Eileen was exactly what we were looking for to watch our 5 month old puppy. I did not want to put Nova in a Kennel and be unattended for hours upon hours all alone. Eileen took very good care of Nova when we went away. She sent updated videos of Nova running in her yard and playing with the other dog that was there. Eileen is able to pay attention to the animals she cares for at all times.Nova was a very happy pup with Eileen.

I started taking my cooper a golden retriever to Eileen .Cooper has anxiety issues and has a fear of new places. Eileen is great !! She sent videos to me on how cooper was doing and it made me so happy on how he was becoming more comfortable with her. She truly loves theses what she does!! Definitely will be continuing to take cooper to her.😊😊👍

24/7 Pet Care / Eileen came to our rescue and we will be forever grateful. We were in desperate, last minute need to arrange to have someone look after our senior Chesapeake Bay/Golden Retriever and did not think a regular kennel would meet her needs. Eileen went above and beyond to make accommodations for us and the care and daily updates she provided to our dog was amazing - our girl came home revived and rehabilitated! On top of the outstanding care, Eileen gave us incredible tips and recommendations for how to better take care of our senior dog go forward. We cannot praise 24/7 Pet Care enough. Our 6 month old boxer mix puppy was in wonderful hands with Eileen when we went on vacation for a week. So many pictures and videos were sent to us showing that our boy Mylo got the care and attention he needed and most of all a lot of playtime with other dogs. Eileen was a godsend and took care of my 2 dogs as I would. Her setup was outstanding & built by her with the dogs in mind. My dogs were able to run free while contained. I look forward to using Eileen’s pet care facilities again with peace of mind and no worries. I highly recommend her.

I was so happy to find 24/7 pet care with Eileen! I drove the extra hour to drop my boys off there because it was the perfect place for them. We loved to hike and they loved being outdoors, with lots of room to run around. I could never leave them in a stressful kennel! Eileen was wonderful, caring, and so knowledgeable. I never had a worry when my boys were with her.

My boyfriend and I have been apprehensive to leave our dog in the past because she has allergy concerns, food sensitivities, and anxiety. Eileen introduced our dog to the other dogs one at a time to avoid overwhelming her. Eileen also sent daily videos of our dog playing with the other dogs to ease our worries. Eileen knowing our dog is a picky eater with food sensitives informed us of everything she was eating. We will definitely be using her again when we travel because we could tell our dog was taken care of and had an amazing time.

My husband and I recently left our dog with Elieen for our wedding weekend! Not only did she send us videos of him enjoying himself, eating and playing in her yard, but she treated him like he was one of her own. This is the first time our dog has been away from us for an extended period of time, and he adjusted so well thanks to her super nurturing and loving manner. If you want a place to love your dog and treat them like family, this is the place for you. Our pup is already looking forward to his next stay. (He slept for a few days because he was so exhausted from running around)!

Eileen is hands-down the best pet care provider we have found for our dog. We went years without having a vacation because we just couldn’t find anyone that had what we were looking for: a place that was cozy/homey, fun and interactive, and also safe/secure. Eileen’s property is like a dog paradise and you can tell she takes great pride in what she does. She also does not leave the premises unattended which I find vital if you are watching pets. Every time we bring our dog she gets SO excited and we know it is just as much of a vacation for her. Five stars, no question.

I was so reassured leaving our pup Hank in good hands with Eileen. This was the longest we had ever left him, a full 8 days! She sent pictures and was very on top of giving detailed updates on his well-being. By her reccomendation we even ended up swithcing his food, and he is now doing much better on it! I know he had a great time with the other pups and was well taken care of with lots of love. I would highlty reccomend 24/7 Pet Care!

24/7 Pet Care is the definition of professionalism! I was nervous dropping off my pup since she never gets boarded and was greeted with complete understanding. I was sent several videos while she was there and updates around the clock. I never felt like she was unsafe, or uncomfortable. Our girl fit right in and was sad to come home.

Eileen is amazing. She has a true love for animals and it shows with her care of our Lab/Great Dane mix and our Alapaha Bulldog. She has a lot of knowledge about different breeds and has given us tips involving their health as well as behavior. The insight always helps. She has cared for our dogs for many years anywhere from a few days to 9 days. They always come home happy and well behaved. This is “spa-time” for our dogs. You will not be disappointed if you use her services !!

This place is a dream come true for my dog Brody & my family! Eileen is very knowledgeable, responsive and super kind. She always has answers for me when I need advice regarding Brodys care or needs.I love getting the cute pictures & videos of him & his friends during his stay with her. I consider her his second mommy. I can tell how much he loves his stay there by his excitement in the car when we’re driving down her road and his resistance to leave, lol.This is a great boarding place for dogs!
