La De Da Pet Spa

My dogs have been going to LaDeDa for more than 9 years for daycare, boarding and grooming. The staff are very attentive and friendly and my dogs love going there. The staff play with the dogs in the dayrooms and in the summer the dogs can swim in pools with supervision from the staff. For boarding dogs stay in suites, no cages are used and there is 24 hour care. I highly recommend you check out the website to see all that LaDeDa offers.

Our hearts are in pieces, but, If it wasnt for you and knowing she was not being herself, we would not have been with her in her last hours. I work from home, I am required to be in office 4x a year.The staff here are so very accommodating, easy to work with and loving.

From the very first day, Holly and the staff treat my babies like their babies. From grooming to boarding I will never take my pups anywhere else! The dogs LOVE to go there! The best part of the boarding, is no kennels, they have a private themed hotel suite!

Would like to leave zero stars. I dropped off a healthy, happy dog for boarding. When I picked up my dog a week later he was soaking wet (it was cold outside and no he did not have a bath or go swimming), and could barely walk or stand. When I got him home, I was unable to get him to even stand up to get out of the car. I went straight to the vet who diagnosed him with severe exhaustion and dehydration. He had also lost 5 pounds. When I inquired at La De Da about what had happened, I was told nothing. Six months later, my dog was dead.

I have been a customer at La De Da Pet Spa for over 8 years. My dogs absolutely love going there for grooming - they get excited as soon as I pull in the driveway. They always look, smell and feel fabulous after being pampered. I have also boarded my dogs there. They were treated as if they were their own pets. The boarding area is immaculate and luxurious - wish I could stay there! Plus, and this is huge for me, there is someone with them 24/7! I absolutely love that! Truly a home away from home! The Day Care is also phenomenal. My puppy has a ball every day - running and playing. I love that he is socialized as well as supervised the whole time. He loves it, and I love all the exercise and attention he gets while I am at work. I wholly recommend La De Da Pet Spa. I trust them to always do the absolute best for my dogs.

Weve only used LaDeDa boarding but they are great! The suites are so nice & clean and the staff has been so nice! I left my Cooper there for as long as 4 nights & as short as over night. He has always come home without any issues & very happy.

I had my dog Dog stay at La De Da he has never been away from me, he stayed for 8 days. I know he was so well cared for.Hannah took care of him, I saw how he was I think he had a better time with her than me. I felt they took care of him As i would. Thank you. I’ve used La de da for daycare, boarding and grooming. I can say each and every time, my dogs love going there!!. Boarding, we use the most since this is the only place I trust with my pets while I go out of town. If you’re looking for a sign wether or not to book here for grooming, day care or boarding. This is it.

Highly recommended by my friend. My puppy’s first grooming experience and my first time going to one. They were extremely informative and patient. Angela did an amazing job on Minnie and I can’t wait to bring her back! Perfect Pomeranian puppy cut!

I love La De Da. They are wonderful with my dog Fritter (who hates being groomed and getting his nails cut) but they do it quick and easy! I love that they remember who we are and are always friendly and willing to fit us in at last minute for pesky nail trims!

The only problem is I wish I could rate these ladies higher. I recently (6 months) adopted a golden named Lucky from a shelter in Pennsylvania and Lucky had been through some of the worst of it. Lucky is a very shy dog and unfortunately is missing one of his back legs and the other is slightly deformed. I was looking for a place to take him to get groomed but was worried how he would be treated and if he would hate the overall experience. On a recommendation I tried La De Da Pet Spa and I think I hit the gold mine. The staff is so caring and understanding of our situation and you couldnt ask for better people to trust your dog with. Lucky even gets separation anxiety whenever I am not around but as soon as we walk in the doors of La De Da he runs in and doesnt even look back!! Highly recommended, they are the best!

I boarding my Yorkiepoo for the first time. They said she did great and was full of love and kisses. I didnt like that they didnt have à caméra where the boarding dogs played. Yes, I would take her there again.

I took my yorkie there - He was never the same after his grooming. They completely shaved him. My son literally started crying when he saw him. They do not allow you to view the grooming area plus with the dog day care- there are dogs barking everywhere. I think my dog was in shock. I would not recommend this place.

UNRELIABLE!!I was left hanging with no boarding on the day of my departure!!I want them to refund my deposit because the cancellation was due to their mistake.Called LaDeDa because My dogs were there a few months before, I asked if they needed any updates before they came so I could book a vet appt immediately the dates were only about a week away..I wanted to make sure I could get an appt in time to make sure they were all set to board at that location for my vacation the following week.I asked to verify several times if everything was up to date. and they verified I was all set. Booked the date and they took my deposit. I booked a larger room when offered in case I bring my 3rd dog.I came in on the date scheduled with only the 2 labs that have been there before who she said they had complete records for.When I arrived they took both of my dogs in the back, put LaDeDa tags on them both and billed my card an additional $150 before telling me that 1 dog needed a rabies booster and he couldnt stay. They waited until AFTER they billed me another $150?? And after they took BOTH dogs in the back?They said they would refund my deposit and brought my dogs backup front since I can no longer leave the area now since I do not have boarding.I was frustrated to be cancelling my plans after over and over asking if I needed anything. I again asked if they are refunding my deposit.The girl at the counter said she just refunded my $150 deposit.I said...I thought you charged me $50 deposit.She explained they just charged an additional $150 deposit. Then explained its $150 now and the rest when I returned.I said...ok, the boarding fee today charged ..what about the initial $50 deposit??They said, no, thats not getting refunded.WHY??? I did my part. I showed up and paid ...I did not cancel, they did. It was their mistake in reading the records.

The team and the owners go above and beyond to make our daughter ( ginger) feel like part of there family. Love them the whole team is amazing

There were many things that made me dislike boarding my dog here but I tolerated it for a while. There was a period of like 3-4 visits that I had to sign a new contract on each visit. Guess they kept losing it or just kept changing their policies.One time I needed to drop my dog off an they said they couldnt take her because they did not have any other pets being boarded that day so they would be closed.They charge a deposit when you make a reservation and then an additional deposit when I you drop your pet off which is just asking too much in my opinion.The final straw was after I made a reservation, I had to cancel and they refused to return the deposit saying it was a fee since they had to turn away business for my reservation. I asked them if they would at least apply it to another reservation I needed to make. They said no, even after I told them I would have to take my business elsewhere.

Would do zero stars if I could! Took my pup in for a nail trim, he came out reeking of cologne! Needed 2 baths to get the stench out. When I got home I noticed they cut his paw pad!! No one told me. They didnt bandage it. Nothing. I will NEVER go back again!!

This is owned by a woman whom Ive known for 15 years. She loves animals so much that she gave a up a job where she made alot of money to provide a better place for our babies. We need more people like you. 💕

I have been taking my dogs to La De Da since 2003 and I cannot say enough great things about the services, the staff, the owners and the facility. Each of my 3 dogs (2 current, one has passed) have been full-time Day Care Kids, they Board there when I travel and they get groomed every few weeks. I work very long days and I do not believe I would be able to have dogs, if not for La De Da. When I drop the dogs off in the morning, I leave smiling and have peace of mind knowing they are not bored and crated all day. Day Care gives the dogs the chance to have supervised play in large play yards, socialize, learn good doggie manners and also rest when they feel the need. Over the years there have been times when Laura and her staff have observed illness or other problems, that I have missed. It truly feels like they love and care for my dogs, almost as much as I do.The proof is that at the end of the day, when I pick them up, one of my dogs almost has to be dragged out, she is so happy there.In addition, the facility is always clean, and fresh and it is evident that Laura and Jess have the highest standards in place to protect and maintain the health of all of their clients.If you live in the West Seneca, Elma or Orchard Park area and you are looking for a fun, safe environment for your dogs, this is the place to go.
