Quite simply, the Pet Stop system is the best thing weve done for our dog. We live on the corner in a very busy walking village with people, strollers and dogs going by all day. Pet Stop allows our dog to be exactly where he wants to be - outside and greeting all his friends!The Pet Stop team are knowledgeable, responsive and the training was great. We went with Petstop5 years ago when we moved and needed our yard contained for our 3 dogs. Their installation is top notch and carefully planned, John and his crew are great! Fast turnaround if you have any issues or need to modify your area. Highly recommended!

I had a Pet Stop system and then moved, but I hung on to the box and collars. Years later, in a new home with new dogs, I needed a pet containment fence once agin. I (mistakenly) did not think Pet Stop serviced my area, and so I went with another pet containment system. What a nightmare! After a year of frustration, loose dogs, unresponsive customer service, and a system that never worked reliably, I called Pet Stop of WNY completely stressed and desperate! They were immediately responsive and cheerful, came to my house within a matter of days, and swapped out the current ineffective system for me. They were able to utilize my old components, which I had hung onto, saving me hundreds of dollars. The trainer, Jeff, remembered my old dog and my old home. He was incredibly helpful, retrained my two dogs, and we finally have peace of mind that our dogs are safe and contained. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We are so impressed with Pet Stop on so many levels!1. The training they come out to do is amazing and thorough! Its not like a one-day and done, they keep coming back. ..and even when you think youre done, if your dog goes through, they come right back and help retrain. They also will keep adjusting the collar and the frequency as well as the length of the warning zone.2. The additional resources they offer are incredible. They have options as far as technology and additional resources (like they have an option to put a transmitter in your house that would keep the dog away from areas that you may not want him/her to go).3. The staff is phenomenal. Every person we have worked with is professional, knowledgeable, extremely helpful, through, and friendly.We cannot sing Pet Stops praises enough!

Absolutely cannot day enough about this company. They weren’t sure the fence was going to work for my dogs and wouldn’t even let me pay until it was successful. They also came back to train until it was successful. All the staff has been friendly, on time and wonderful with my dogs. Highly recommend!

Ive been with Pet Stop for years. I had moved and got a system installed recently and my husky is loving his room to run. Thank you for making this possible for all of us. We are able to enjoy spending time outdoors with him less stressed and it definitely saves our arm sockets..lol

I have their system, it is superior. I have had work done on the property by contractors and the line broken on several occasions. I call John and Linda, and someone is here within 24 hrs. Spectacular service, amazing training of the dogs with Maureen. The fence is amazing, I have a 5 acre property and the fence is on the perimeter. My dogs run free all day, I never worry, the fence is a product and the receivers for the dogs are so durable. Love my fence!

John and the entire team at Pet Stop were wonderful. Tim did a great job installing the fence (including across our driveway, he did very carefully to leave a neat seam). Emily was a great trainer for our Border Retriever. And the system has worked great for us!
