Awful. Made an appointment, they had to reschedule at last minute because groomer was sick. OK, things happen. Appointment next day, no one there, 10 minutes late. Finally showed up. Told me 3 hours. Never called so I went there to check after 3 hours. My 13lb dog still wasnt finished. I was the 1st appointment. There was another dog on the table. When I asked why, I was told that dog was in a bad mood. Unacceptable. I just took my dog & was charged $39 for a bath. Im a reasonable person but this this was a horrible experience. Plus the place smelled of cigarette smoke & not very clean. Avoid!!!! You have been warned.

I can’t explain how pleasant my experience was with Orchard Park Pet Spa. I brought in a pet who came from a tough situation and was in REALLY rough shape. They took him with open arms and spent so much time taking care of him. I am so deeply grateful for what they did for me and the pup. Best groomers I’ve ever seen!

Orchard Park Pet Spa did an amazing job with our dog Maisy! She had never been to a professional groomer before and I was worried she might be stressed, but when I picked her up she seemed happy as could be! I can tell they treated her with the absolute best care during her appointment. Her groom also turned out great, she looks so pretty! We definitely will be back :)

My dog Monty is a jerk. We were too afraid to take him in anywhere as he has bitten my wife and I while weve tried to groom him ourselves.However, due to it being winter (and being a maltese mix), Monty got matted pretty bad and we really needed to get those knots out and we just couldnt do it ourselves this time.We were completely straightforward and informed the Orchard Park Pet Spa that Monty was aggressive, yet they took him in with open arms!They were able to groom all of Montys matts off and even gave him a bath afterward!!I am so thankful for them helping Monty (and letting us keep our sanity!)Going forward, we will be bringing both of our difficult dogs in as they do such an amazing job!!!Ive already recommended them to a friend who has an appointment on Tuesday for her fussy fur child and Im super confident theyll be a great fit for her as well!

We have been taking out three pups there for the past few years and have always had our dogs looking good after their grooming appointments. Kim and Mike are always very accommodating to our pets’ needs as we have a very senior miniature long haired dachshund who is 15 and 1/2 years old and he always comes out looking good. I highly recommend this pet spa as they will do a great job with whatever dog breed you may have.

Love this place! Even under the new ownership they make sure to take of my pup and his anxiety over bathing and drying. Talked to him the entire time like he was an other person making sure to ease him.Made sure to inform me of all the product he used and what to expect over then next few days. And the pricing I believe was extremely fair when it came down to how much effort they put into cleaning and pampering my pup.%100 recommend this place for anyone that has reservations about letting someone bathe and pamper their pooch.

Absolutely love the new orchard park pet spaKim,Mike and Jenna are the best.Small shop have the give them extra time.But treat your dogs like their own..Will not go anywhere else

It smells so bad in this place because they have rugs. Rugs that probably have been soaked in urine over the course of years. They probably dont realize how bad it is. Im concerned about the air quality and the health of the staff, honestly.The staff are friendly, and they gave my pup a good trim. They doused her with a heavy perfume that gave my family a headache. I wish I had been given the option to decline. Best wishes to them.

I take my two dogs to Kim! They love her and get so spoiled while with her! I wouldnt dream of anyone else grooming my dogs! Highly recommend!!!❤️

Lexi is amazing! Our dog wont let us clip her nails or even touch them. When I bring her in to the spa, her tail goes crazy and she trust Lexi 100%. Highly recommend Orchard Park Pet Spa

Its an excellent place to get your dogs groomed. Our dogs have typically been skittish about getting their haircuts until we found this place. They always make our dogs feel comfortable.

Great place for your pups they go above and beyond for all the clients. My dogs dive out the window to see there favorite friends at the OP Pet Spa!

THE TEAM IS VERY GENTLE, VERY KIND. DONT BE MISLEAD WITH THE FRANCHISE LOCATIONS. BETTER YET, ASK SOMEONE THAT HAS WORKED AT THE BIG NAME LOCATIONS AND THEY WILL TELL YOU HOW HORRIBLE IT IS. DO YOU THINK SOMEONE SLEEPS OVER WITH THEM WHEN YOUR DOG SLEEPS OVER??? THINK AGAIN. ORCHARD PARK PET SPA ROCKS.

Didnt do what I paid them to do and charged me more than what we agreed on. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone

Didnt wash my dog at all. Picked him up from his grooming with poop smeared on his hindquarters.

I love coming to orchard park pet spa:) my puppy teddy has been coming here since I got him a year ago and he always comes out looking fresh and smelling even better! Highly recommend this spa.

Wonderfur place to have your dog made more comfortable.

If you have a normal breed of dog I expect that the team will be good. My Tibetan Mastiff was a first for them and the first visit when he was 3 and a half months went well. The second he fought them so much they didnt trim his nails (the main reason I sent him there) the third and final visit he bit them both and they suggested I sedate and muzzle him before his next visit.My not quite 6 month old puppy is 80 pounds and growing. They knew this. There is no reason for my pup to bite anyone unless hes provoked. He has never bitten hard enough to draw blood, even with his puppy teeth. What did they do to him for that reaction? Hes been showing signs of being traumatized since we brought him home.I went with this team because they are so close. Ive already chosen my next groomer and will be giving these a wide berth. Proceed with caution.

Worsted place ever wouldn’t let me go in with my dog and then said he was vicious lol no way he is the most loving dog ever didn’t trim all his nails will not take him or any animal there They shouldn’t get even the one star

Ive taken my dogs there for years. I wouldnt take them anywhere else. Love the staff and have never been disappointed in their haircuts or how they handle them. My one dog is 14yrs old and they are so gentle and caring for him!!! Thank you!

After this quarantine my pets needed grooming so bad. When they came out of the Spa they looked so amazing. They price was well worth it.🐾

Very good for the price, staff are friendly, but I dont like how they have cages & put dogs in them when they are waiting. Just a personal thing, I never put any of my dogs in cages or crates.
