Best in show is a unique place to have your dog groomed.The place is not the largest but rather small and mighty.Cleanliness is top notched ....staff is qualified and knows how to groom efficiently.Bottom line is you get what you pay for.Im very pleased knowing my dog is in a safe place and looks very handsome when I return for him..

Our 8 year old Wheaten Terrier has just had the best cut of his life. Melissa and her team are expert groomers who treat your pet with love and provide the highest quality grooming this area offers. We have been to many different groomers and this is the best. If you have to wait to get an appointment, it is worth it because you can be sure your dog will look perfect.

Ive taken my springer spaniel a few times over the last year or so, and they always do a great job! Hes done pretty quick too!

Cant say enough wonderful things about Best in Show. Krissy is so wonderful and has clipped our fur babies for many years. We miss her very much and wish her a speedy recovery.Both of my dogs are a handful. One is new (a covid pup) who is quite active and sits still for no one . Krissy understood his personality and treated him wonderful while making sure he looked great. With Krissy out I am sure Melissa and the girls have their hands full. Even though they are so busy Melissa took the time out of her busy schedule to speak with me.... in length... the needs of my action baby. She set me up with Kate and Alex (two groomers) to ensure that my active pup was well received. Melissa, thank you. Both Kate and Alex were wonderful!A BIG thank you to all at Best in Show. Your love and compassion for our fur babies is so very much appreciated. Your talents are outstanding!I would recommend this grooming location to be the best in Western New York!

We have been taking our dog regularly to Best In Show for grooming and have always been been very happy with everything... they do a very good job on the grooming, the groomers are all very nice and the prices are very reasonable. However it was when we brought our newest dog Rita in for a nail trimming that we learned just how amazing the staff at Best in Show truly are. Rita went through some very rough times before being rescued and although she is making great improvements she is still very apprehensive around new people. The groomers were extraordinarily understanding despite the fact that Rita was not a very willing client and you can tell just how much the staff loves dogs by how gentle they were. They were also extremely efficient in trimming her nails despite the trying circumstances. We had tried several other groomers before discovering Best in Show... but we are so happy that we finally did as they really are everything you can ask for in a dog groomer!

My Zuchon, Metzie, has been going to Chrissy for 3 years now and she loves it! All the girls are so sweet, loving and go out of their way to make your dog look adorable.I wouldnt trust my girl in the hands of anyone else...they are awesome!

I called to ask her availability for my dog an she asked me what kinda dog I had when I told her I had a poodle she told me she wasnt excepting any new clients I really feel like if that was true she woulda started with hat statement why ask what kinda dog if u not excepting clients she just didnt wanna cut my pup which is fine but i feel like she pick an choose who she dose business with why be a public company an say you offer service to the public false info

Mellisa and her staff do a tremendous job grooming my dogs for over 10 years. Highly recommended!!!My Izzy looks forward to getting her haircut.

Best In Show is wonderful. They take such good care of the dogs and our four-legged friend always looks great!

I arrived early to retrieve my dogs, when I saw Melissa dragging the one and screaming at him. She has also dragged him by the neck, after I asked her not to. Best in Show was highly recommended. Both my dogs were rescued and have doggie ptsd,if there is such a thing in dogs. A lesson learned: come early and listen to your pets.

Curbside service is convenient and safe. My dog looks fabulous!

I have been taking my greyhounds there for many many years. All of the groomers are great with them. The best in the Southtowns!! I highly recommend Best in Show!

It was small and busy when I was there. Got a nail clip and groomer seemed a bit rushed. Did an OK job but charged $10. Probably wont go back unless desperate. They have unique hours.
