Conveniently located, easy access from North/South and East/West. Umbrella in entry way for rainy days, very thoughtful. Store is well organized, staff is very friendly and helpful but need more familiarity with inventory. Specifically asked staff or two different items and was told store did not carry them. A customer overheard me and showed me where to find exactly what I was looking for. Limited choices of wet puppy food was disappointing, had to make trip to competitor location. Clean, bright, welcoming.

Great workers there. Adopted my new bestis buddy Fritz there. I think the store manager took over when i said i wanted to addopt Fritz. Helped me get the gotta have items. It in my opinion the nicest pet suoplies plus ive been in. Had a homie feel to it.

Had my Yorkie groomed yesterday at the OP location. They are always so friendly and helpful! Courtney groomed him for me . What a great job she did ! I’m very happy ! If you have a yorkie she’s the girl ! She made him feel comfortable since he has anxiety ! She was gentle and patient with him !Thanks again !!!

Really great “convenience” store for pets. Came in looking for raw food and treats and Healthy Pet did NOT fall short! Clean store and FRIENDLY staff! Special thank you to employee Missy for taking 5 minutes to talk with me. PLEASE support local pet stores that support dog owners and local rescues. Pay the extra $1 for dog food.

This store is well kept, clean and the staff are very nice. If youre looking for pet supplies, give this store a look.

We had our two little dogs groomed by Ellies Dog Grooming. She did a wonderful job. I would recommend her to anyone.

Closes their dog wash 30 mins before the store closes. I was turned away at 8:32. Wasted trip.

Nice store that looks clean and neat. The cashiers have always been extremely friendly, too. One negative is the fairly limited selection for birds. I can still usually grab a few bags of food for my birds here in a pinch, but I wish they had a variety similar to their location in West Seneca. More of a 4.5 out of 5, as it’s a nice place and its convenient location in the Tops/Lowe’s plaza has saved me time while out running errands.

Extremely disappointed! I took my dog to get her nails done. The cashier was very disrespectful and rude. She told me I couldnt get my dogs nail done because the guy was busy grooming a dog. He has only had one dog. The cashier also told me I couldnt wait until the guy was done. Any other petsupplies always have 2 in nails/grooming. Im also able to wait at the others until my turn comes.

My dog got groomed there yesterday and they did a horrible job. Hes a golden doodle and they took way to much off his face and doesnt even look like the same dog. They claimed he had burrs on his face when he doesnt even go in the fields. Then they charged me more and gave him a flea and tick baths when they claimed they saw 1 or 2 fleas on him. When the dog had no signs of fleas. He doesnt itch or have any residue of fleas on him. I wont be going to your groomers again. You ruined my dogs appearance. His hair on his body and face is to short. Especially since you shaved his whole face

Typically our go to pet store, however the last 2 times I have gone they have had large bags of Merrick dog food in the wrong spot. So you think you are going to pay $59 for a bag and then they charge around $75 and refuse to honor the listed price.

Extremely Disappointed! I spent over 30 minutes trying to fit my dog for a new collar and harness not only was I NOT asked by any associate if I needed help The cashier had a major attitude. I do the majority of my shopping online but when it comes to collars and harness I like to actually try them on my dog so I dont waste time or money ordering the wrong size online. I Always had great customer service for many years here & I Love that there are so many options, I dont know what happened to the awesome friendly staff but this was a disappointing visit!

We use them for grooming. They do a great job and seem to really care about our dog. The DIY dog wash area is so much better than the other locations.

Tyler was an awesome salesman! His friendliness made that store extra special. I love the front display for all the pet goodies! I wish I took photos of it. This is by far the best PSP location!

Best pet store in town. Staff is super friendly and helpful. I use the self-serve dog wash. Saves me a ton of hassle and time. Also, they offer grooming and have a huge selection of dog food, dog accessories and other animal products too. I just have only a dog so I focus on the dog stuff.

I used the self serve pet wash. Staff was very friendly. They got me all set up. Explained how to use all the equipment. They were very understanding when my dog decided to shake off and the water went all over the place . The store offers a large selection of items as well. Highly recommend

This is our first experience as customers at Pet Supplies Plus. There were specific items we were looking for that we needed for our hound mix River. The young lady that helped us knew the products and made valid recommendations that made our shopping easy. We also picked up a bowl which she really needs, and the prices were a good value on all the items.

I took both of my dogs for grooming at Pet Supplies Plus - Orchard Park on 11/23/22. I told the groomer that I did not want them shaved down, as winter has arrived and I dont want them to be cold. I also specifically said I did not want their faces to have a poodle cut. I brought a picture of what I wanted and left the photo with the groomer. When I arrived to pick them up, both dogs were shaved down and 1 of them had a poodle cut on her face.To make all of this worse, within a couple of days, if you touched the ears of one of the dogs, she would yelp. She could not even shake her head back and forth. If she tried, she would yelp. I looked in the other dogs ears and saw that her ears were bloody. I could still not get near Betsys ears to see what was causing her discomfort.Fortunately, Betsy was scheduled for her spay on Monday 11/28/22. I asked the vet to look in her ears during her surgery. Poor Betsy had a major infection in both ears due to her grooming. The vet said it was from the plucking and that they left too much moisture in her ears after grooming.Betsy was prescribed drops for her ears. We had to clean her ears out daily and put the drops in. Betsys condition did improve with the medication. Although, I dont know how this awful experience will affect future groomings for this poor pup!On 12/5/22, I went into Pet Supplies Plus to speak to the Store Manager. I had pictures of my dogs before their cuts, the photo of how I wanted them cut, photos of how they looked post cut, a photo of the bloody ear and several photos of Betsys extremely infected ears. I also had the vet report and bill for the $25 ear prescription. I requested reimbursement for the $25 and for the $176 grooming fee. I did not think this to be unreasonable. If Betsy did not have her spay appointment already, I would have asked for reimbursement for the vet visit, which Im sure would have been at least the $176. I was very nice in my dealings with the store manager. I even said I was willing to take the reimbursement as a store credit, as I still planned to shop there, but my dogs would never be groomed there again. She said she would need a couple of days to look into and would get back to me.When I did not hear back from Pet Supplies Plus, I called to check the status on 12/12/22. She stated that it had been busy, but that she did submit for reimbursement for the $25 prescription. I asked about the $176 grooming fee. She said she would have to look into it and get back to me. Again, no return call, so I called back on 12/20/22. Still no answer on whether they would reimburse the grooming fee. I asked for the District Managers phone #. She said she would have them call me. Never received a call. I called back on 12/28/22. The Store Manager I was working with was off that day, so I spoke to another manager. I also asked her for the District Managers number, she said she would have them contact me. And she would have the Store Manager call me back as well.On 12/30/22, I had still not heard back from anyone. I thought I would try the Corporate Headquarters. I was only able to leave a message there. Havent heard back from them yet. I called the Store Manager again, she still had no check for the $25, no answer on the grooming reimbursement and said she would have the District Manager call me.I find this lack of customer service very disheartening. Unfortunately, they are about to lose a customer for life, not to mention all of the negative word of mouth they will receive. Ive worked in the customer service industry many years. From my experience, it would be worth paying out the $200 to keep a customer and not have negative reviews posted.

There are amazing, friendly and knowledgeable people working at Pet Supplies Plus. I have a VERY elderly dog who is difficult to feed. They showed me various food options and helped me make a choice. My dog loves the food and I loved the concern and efficiency the employees showed me. I love coming to the store just to see the smiling faces (I know they are smiling under those masks) and talk about my pet.

Cute small pet shop. They have a wide variety of great dog and cat food products. We get one of our dogs food from them, because she has a certain food allergy. Prices are reasonable and competitive.Staff are attentive and helpful with any questions you have. If you can, I highly recommend supporting this small local business.

Went in for the first time today, had been debating it. Glad we did, great customer service, very friendly knowledgeable staff. Amazing selection of quality organic and natural treatments for my baby girl. I will be back for sure.

Mark the groomer is wonderful with pets and Leah (I think she is a manager) make you feel great about going to their store.

I love this place. My big dog is on a raw diet and The Animal Kingdom offers several kinds of options for a dog thats on a raw diet. The one cashier (unsure of her name) is always very helpful and friendly. Theyre also loyal to their customers and offer a Frequent Buyer Program where every 12th bag of food is free (not sure if it applies for all types of dog food but it does for the raw brand that I buy).I also recently adopted a small dog from the SPCA with food allergies. One night I brought him into The Animal Kingdom and I met the owner Julie who was so helpful and very knowledgeable about foods that might work for my new dog based on his dietary needs. She was so nice and even gave me a few samples of treats/food to try for free just to see what he likes and can tolerate. I felt very reassured after leaving.The Animal Kingdom is a great little place. I also love supporting local businesses so Ill be going there for years to come.

I went to the new location on Southwestern, it was a lovely experience! The staff were very nice and engaged in conversation with me. There is a big selection for cats and dogs, not so much for small animals, but I understand that cats and dogs are their specialty. Will visit again!

Love it here they sell organic dog food! All four of my dogs love it. Plus, duck feet and beef trachea, l know gross, but dogs love them and l dont worry like l do with the raw hide. My oldest dog was choking on raw hide needed heimlich, he was having a seizure. Grateful l was home to save him. So, I will never give them raw hide again . Great customer service and employees have lots of knowledge on products.

I found having to enter and exit for grooming not safe to be doing . To much traffic for an anxious pet . I also did not expect to me the helper in part of the grooming that ended quickly . Being disabled is why I brought the dog there. And the older lady should have finished cashing me out before running off and tending to something else . I heard from others they were happy with the place , sorry I can’t say the same . Although my quick entrance/ exit , I did notice well stock shelves and it was clean .

This place has just about everything you would need to spoil your pet very clean inside the store very friendly and knowledgeable of things .

I dont know how they instill the young people who work here with old-school work ethic, but they do. Its a larger store and as soon as I get a little lost someone is asking if I need help. They also seem to genuinely enjoy seeing peoples dogs.

I found the Wellness wet cat food and I had the coupon on my phone, so I saved from the store sale buy 8 get 2 free plus another 20%. That is wonderful. Thank you and my 2 cats thank you too.

Took my 13 yr old little shithzu for grooming. Hes losing eyesight and hearing, so paid extra for senior dog special treatment. Leah was the groomer . I picked him up and the poor thing was completely skinned. His face was knicked up, his ears cut so short. He was clearly traumatized as hes been shaking for two days since. Stay awayfrom this place. If you could see my dog its pathetic. Never shouldve paid this woman

This is the place to go for all your pet supplies. Staff is by far the nicest and so knowledgeable. They have such a wide variety of treats, food and even have a place to wash your dog. This will be my go to store for all my pet needs. Love this store!

Placed online order for Dog food delivery, was contacted after about an hour, and was told they were out of the food, I said I purchase elsewhere, however 5 days later there is still a hold on my funds, for this purchase, the store says banks fault the bank says stores fault, Im sure its not my fault, the blame lies with the store that puts a hold on my bank account for an item they dont have in stock. Dont believe what their site says.

If your missing Steves wonderful world of pets that shut down, this is them. Same owner. (Please note this does not effect my review)This is deffinatly a pet specialty store. Large selection of the expensive dog food (i didnt look through cat but can only assume the same). I was pleased to see alot of things my dogs would enjoy (raw bones, freeze dried duck heads, ECT.). I was greeted at the door by an employee who gave me a sales paper. I wasnt rushed over to while i was looking around which i loved. Staff was easy to find if i did need help though which is very convienient. They even have a self serve dog wash which i didnt ask details about. I do hope they find a different way to show the prices on the items in the freezers, that was confusing to me. Also hope they will bring in some more metal clip dog collars.All in all, i will come again but probably wont be buying much, probably just some treats here and there.

Small shop with a great on premise owner with all the needs for your pet. Helped me find extremely specific food needs for Tazzy, my Jack Russel Terrier. Was able to special order everything through Animal Kingdom, including stella n chewies frozen venison, and unpasteurized goats milk. Great place.

Definitely the nicest Pet Supplies Plus Ive ever been in. You can tell theyre trying cater to the upscale Orchard Park clientele, but theyll still let trash like me in!

Best dog washes! Barley had to wait and that was only because there was a not so nice dog taking a bath before ours. Everyone was super nice and helped my dog pick out a toy after the bath!

Store associate blatantly lied stating they could not split the charge between two debit cards when myself and my girlfriend have done it plenty of times at other pet supplies plus locations. Needless to say I was not very happy about the customer service.

I have a zoo and from out of town so I thought Id check it out. Nice store huge , huge and different selection of everything. But not much for birds, tortoise,and cats. And on the pricey side compared to what Im used to. Not just a few cents either .*I thought the name was familiar but not inside. I just looked through my cards I am a member but I went to the one (I think) in or close to a North East.
