PetSmart Grooming

The girl who called us was aggravated and after changing our appointment for our puppy she ended up cancelling it. Never going to PetSmart again. Thanks Karen

Do not take your pet there for grooming. I called the store asking if they could do my dogs nail trim, they said if I came right then I could. I show up and walk into the grooming area and immediately get the nastiest look from one of the groomers. Mind you there are two other groomers with her, all working on one dog. She said “what do you want?” Which made me realize right away the customer service is out the window. I told her I called ahead and was told to bring my dog in for a nail trim and she said they didn’t have time. Then she yanked on the dog on the table and started getting very aggressive with it and kept pulling it. I took that as a sign to not leave me dog ever with these people because I would be afraid it would die in their care. Based on other reviews I made the right choice.

Do not take your dog to boarding here. They yell and hit your pet. 0 stars. Never again.
