Rubins Paws

Rubin has been a responsible, professional, and gracious help with our dog Brutus. Prior to hiring him, he was very accommodating to first meet us and take Brutus on a walk as we shared our needs and schedule. From day one, he has checked in daily with updates on walks, including photos which we love. He also makes sure to confirm what days and times you need him to swing by well in advance. He’s flexible as well. Some weeks we don’t know our schedule at the start and he’s been really accommodating about adjusting. All in all, if you need someone to take care of your pet(s), we wouldn’t recommend anyone more. Thank you, Rubin!

Rubin’s Paws is the best!! He takes care of my cat all the time and I always know she will be taken care of in the best way when I’m gone. Rubin is so accommodating even with schedule changes and last minute requests, he always puts the pets first! I’ve used his pet sitting service for years and he is the best at what he does! He always sends updates, is punctual and has the best communication with what’s going on when you’re away from home and your pets. I would recommend Rubin’s paws to anyone with a pet they love!!

We found Rubin a couple years ago through Craigslist and has been our go-to catsitter ever since. He’s incredibly sweet and patient, is responsive to client needs, and is really communicative, all of which is really comforting when we are away. Highly recommend!

I cannot even express how happy I am to have found Rubins Paws. We were in a terrible bind around Thanksgiving and needed a pet sitter last minute for our dog, Frank. We are extremely protective of Frank, and have had some bad experiences in the past, so it was very important to us to find someone we could trust. Not only did Rubin reply to our request quickly, he was able to fit us into his schedule during a holiday. When he came by to meet Frank, any fears we may have had quickly flew out the window. Frank loved him immediately, and he has a calm and warm presence that put us at ease. He is extremely knowledgable, kind, and experienced, and as we expected our boy was very well taken care of while we were gone. We have since hired Rubin many times, and now feel like he is part of the family. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone looking for the highest quality pet care.

Wonderful person to work with. Always attentive to my special needs dog. Also available last minute or for planning ahead, super communicative! He treats my dog the same way he treats his own, so much love. I would recommend him to anyone who loves their pet children as much as we do!

My dog Merlin is my whole entire world. Im not being dramatic when I say that; I wont leave him in the care of anyone other than my partner, my parents and Rubin. Not only does Rubin take excellent care of my boy, but I know Merlin has fun with him, which couldnt make me happier. I trust Rubin with my baby, there is literally no better endorsement than that!!

Rubin is amazing! He is always so caring with our little guy, Franklin. He always makes sure Franklin is feeling comfortable when were out of town and Franklin loves him! Weve had Rubin walk and feed Franklin at least 5 times now and hes always sent us a great update on how Frank is doing. Hes super personable and easy going and someone we will definitely be reaching out to whenever we are out of town and need help looking after our dog or checking on our place. If youre in Queens and need a walker, dont hesitate, just book Rubin!!!!

Rubin did an amazing job coming in & watching my cat twice a day for about ten days. We were both in touch a lot, he let me know how she was doing, turned the A/C on when a heat wave happened, even got her to play, which I have trouble myself doing sometimes. All around a great person, definitely one to trust with your little important creature. Highly recommended!
