Tim, Christine, and our wonderful dog walker Kiril have been helping me take care of my Lab since she was a puppy. I truly do not know what I would do without them. They’re flexible, reliable, and I know my girl is safe in their hands. Truly a gem of the neighborhood!!

We love Ridgewalks! Christine and Tim are amazing! They were so kind and helpful through our whole onboarding process, answering any questions we might have and making it really easy on us. RidgeWalks have been taking care of my dog, 2 cats and a bunny for few months now. I was worried at the beginning as I’m overprotective over my fur babies but I know now that they take best care of them. I can work later hours, leave on the weekends or travel if I want to because I know they are safe. Also my dog grew up with cats so he didn’t know any dogs. My cats fell in love with Tim as soon as he walked through the door. We get detailed reports of each visit, complete with pictures from play time. Both cats are special-needs, so it is good to know they are well cared for while we are away. It is clear Christine and Tim love what they do, and they are always a pleasure to work with.

Cant recommend Ridgewalks enough. Super professional and communicative. They give you a FULL run-down after every walk with a fun pupdate and lots of wonderful photos. It is a highlight of my day. And of course, a highlight of our dogs day. Carl also loves seeing his walker/best friend Kiril out and about in the neighborhood—which creates a great community vibe. And speaking of community, theyve helped create an awesome dog community here in partnership with our local pet store, Two Monsters, like Halloween parties, Easter egg hunts, etc. We absolutely love them.

We are EXTREMELY SATISFIED with the service from the team!! We couldn’t have asked for a better service. We know our cat and even plants are safe with them. Each visit (2 each day) was followed by a warm and detailed email, updating us on how our kitty greeted them, how he was doing, the litter box (scooped), fed his food, play time and much more! We are now loyal customers! Very fair price and made the whole transaction very easy. They even come to your house before you leave to meet your pet and get to know them. We are thankful they also took care of our terrarium and plants. We also appreciate their trustworthiness, as we felt very comfortable with them in our apartment. Truly fantastic service! Highly recommend!Tim & Christine went above and beyond not only taking care of our pup when we were away but also constantly sending us updates. Tims comments and pictures of our doggo were heartwarming and extremely funny. Tim had also made sure to stop by and get to know our pup before the overnight stays, as she is extremely wary of strangers in the house. We were happy to see that she made friends with Tim right away (Pretty sure Tims a dog whisperer!) I love Ridgewalks and so do my cats. They have taken care of my little ones a few times now and every time I am impressed. They’ve even broken my extremely shy kitty out of her shell and now she comes out much faster when other visitors come. They are the best!!

Beyond impressed with RidgeWalks! Christine and Tim are prompt, professional, and thorough. Their detailed daily updates and photos gave me solace while I was away - I know my cats were in excellent hands with them. The 30-minute kitty visits entail litter box cleaning and replenishment of food and water, as well as quality time spent with your feline family members. Theyll even check your mail and water your plants if desired. Lastly, their rates are phenomenal - even with holiday pricing factored in, their pricing was very economical, a great value for top-notch care.

I could not recommend Tim and Christine more - they have been so fantastic in caring for our sweet yet energetic cattle dog. Christine is extremely quick on the scheduling side and super accommodating of changes and adding services. Tim always has a hilarious and heart warming write up along with photos of the walk - its the highlight of the day! I know our pup is in the best hands with them.

So thrilled and grateful to have found Christine and Tim to look after our kitties while we were on a week-long vacation! These two could not be kinder, friendlier, or more professional. They think of everything! They share such thorough daily updates (accompanied by INCREDIBLE pictures of your pets!) and do everything to keep your pets happy while you’re away. Tim and Christine are simply the best! The pair are incredibly trustworthy, communicative, and reliable. I always know that my dog will have a fun & safe experience when out walking with Tim. Plus, the post-walk messages are wildly creative and informative! All around amazing, could not recommend more.

Christine and Tim are absolutely the BEST. We have both cats and a dog; the dog gets walks daily (with his friends!), and the daily update from Tim about the days adventure of our pup and his pack is a highlight of the day for us. We frequently take weekend hiking trips with the pup and have Christine visit for kitty visits. Christine is fantastic at dealing with the one kitty who is extremely shy and fearful towards strangers. And as a bonus, the apartment is always spotless after we return home (even no litter on the floor (like is usual with our kicky kitty!)), and the mail picked up. 1,000% recommend! You wont find a better pet service around, I promise you!!!

I have 4 cats and have tried several services in the Bushwick/Ridgewood area over the years. RidgeWalks is the best by far! I feel a huge sense of relief leaving my furbabies in the care of Christine and Timothy. They take such good care of them and make them feel so loved. I get a cute message and detailed report from every visit, along with the cutest pictures. I look forward to receiving the message every day Im away. A few of my cats are very shy, but Christine and Timothy are so great with them and they have come out of their shell and play along with the rest. They took such great care of my two kitties when I went away to Florida for 10 days. It was my first time hiring a pet sitting service, but I have no regrets. My cats were relaxed and happy when I got home. I will be definitely use their services again.

Ridgewalks is a life saver! All of their dog walkers are incredibly caring and treat my pets as if they are their own. My puppy LOVES his walks with them and they have gone above and beyond to implement the training tools he has been learning and working on with his trainer. Working with Tim and Christine has been an absolute joy. Getting the updates in the middle of the day at work, is honestly the brightest part of my week. When we realized all of our usual friends and family we always rely on for cat care would be out of town for the holidays, my husband and I were pretty nervous about what we would do. But we contacted Ridgewalks late on a Friday night just three days before we needed to leave, and they responded within an hour. We cannot say enough good things about Christine and the business she and her husband Tim have created. I am a pretty anxious cat mom to my three lil beasts, but Christine put me totally at ease with her thorough, punctual, cheerful updates - throughout the Christmas holiday I would read the reports as they came in aloud to family and everyone was impressed! When we got home, the kitties were relaxed, everything was cleaner than it was when we left it, and our boy who, when we left, had a runny nose, was all clear! They even left them a catnip toy as a Christmas present - a delight to all! If you need someone to take care of your pet and are in the neighborhood, please support this local business. The quality of care is above and beyond, the prices are eminently affordable, the user interface (email and website portal) is extremely convenient and accessible, and Christine and Tim are as kind and professional as can be. Ridgewalks is fabulous. They are extremely communicative and responsive. They treat my very quirky dog with so much care and respect. I love the daily walk check in’s and pictures they send. They do a wonderful job and I can’t recommend them more highly.

Ridgwwalks have been the absolute best and a godsend. Very communicative, informative and accommodating when unforeseen circumstances occur. Plus my Olive absolutely loves Tim. I wish I had the words to properly express how incredible they are. Also a perk, they sell their own homemade treats! Olive is obsessed with them. They are truly a gem to this neighborhood.

We love Ridgewalks! We’ve been using their service for over a year and have been amazed at how professional, communicative, accommodating and reliable they are. We always look forward to the post-walk updates. It is invaluable to know that our little buddy is in great care when we can’t be at home with him. Hanging out with the Ridgewalks team is always the highlight of his day. Scheduling walks is very easy through their online portal and billing can be automated if you want. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

I never worry about our cats when we go out of town because we have Ridgewalks catsitting. I used to go out of town and worry, especially because we had a problem cat who stopped eating and got constipated. Then we found Ridgewalks. I dont worry at all any more. Sure, I have petcams up but I rarely check them. Honestly, I think the sitters might be magic. Their updates are epic. Their photos keep me sane. Id never leave the cats with any other pet sitters.

I could probably write a novel about how great RidgeWalks is, but Ill refrain. My dog Bowie is the dog love of my life, and I hesitate to leave him in anyones care. I have had bad experiences with other animal care companies which is probably why Im extra picky now. Anyway, RidgeWalks does things the right way. The meet and greet was amazing, and Tim made us feel at ease instantly. He was professional and kind, and clearly cares that Bowie (who can be weird about people he doesnt know) is as comfortable as possible whenever hes under his care. And then the updates...not only are they thorough, but I genuinely look forward to them after every walk for their comedy and thoughtfulness. Theyve sent me some of my favorite recent pictures of Bowie (one attached below). Anyway. If youre hesitant, dont be. Plus, theyre an awesome small local business. Theres literally nothing not to love.

Ridgewalks is the best! My dog (Rosie) can be challenging but Tim and Christine took the time to walk me through everything and answer all my questions before the initial meet and greet. At the meet and greet, CJ was so patient with Rosie who was not on her best behavior. And since then CJ has become Rosie’s favorite! They have worked miracles with Rosie and given me peace of mind while at work. They have even managed to introduce Rosie to a walking buddy! I honestly think this has helped Rosie’s behavior, walking and confidence so much! I also love getting the walk reports with great photos and seeing all the other neighborhood dogs on their instagram:)

We have used them multiple times now and each time has been great. From the initial set up of the service to when they actually came to feed our cat. They communicate clearly, so everyone knows what to do and what to expect. The updates each day we were away were very helpful and thorough. So happy to have them in the neighborhood.

We love Ridgewalks! A few months ago we unexpectedly took in a foster dog who had just had major surgery, so we found ourselves on a Sunday wondering what to do with him while we were at work. Tim and Christine went above and beyond, managing to squeeze him in for walks the very next day! We later decided to adopt our guy, and Squid liked his walks so much that we kept them going. Tim and Christine are true animal people who genuinely care about every pet on their schedule, and we feel completely comfortable having anyone they hire walk our dog (who can be a little bit of a handful at times!). Squids clearly a huge fan of his regular walker, Kiril, and the email with his post-walk update and pictures makes my day every time. Hire these guys, you wont regret it!

Im a little delayed on my review due to moving to a new house so here we go ....I have nothing but AMAZING GLOWING things to say about Ridgewalks services (Tim & Christine). I have three cats and my friend had an emergency a few days before the 4th of July weekend and couldnt come by and watch them. I always feel like such a burden leaving my pets with friends and family and this was so last minute so I contacted Ridgewalks in a panic and Christine immediately got back to me and was so amazing and able to fit my kitties in no problem.From the very beginning there was immediate communication and fast service. Tim came by and met with us and picked up a set of keys and instructions on the kitties care.Every time that Tim came by I was updated on the app with sooo many cute photos and really sweet and funny notes on how my kitties were doing.Tim was incredibly patient and understanding of my kitties needs, especially when one of them was hiding and scared - Tim took the time to sit with him and feed him a little food on his finger to foster a sense of safety and love.Every visit had lots of play time and my kitties loved that so much when we got home they demanded extra playtime and I think really missed Tim!!!My Amazon food order was late and Tim brought it in for us while we were away and mixed the food up for the kitties. I am so thankful for the extra mile he went with everything - cleaning the litter boxes, cleaning up some (barfy) messes that my cat Swirly had (Im so sorry again) AND I even asked if he could feed my little caterpillar we were growing. Tim truly went the extra mile and even swept, vacuumed up, wiped and cleaned surfaces. They offered to water our plants also! I mean WOWI am still blown away with the professional, punctual and loving service they provided.I truly felt like I was right there with my pets and was so at ease knowing they were in such good hands.If you are looking for a service that takes care of your pets as if they were there own, look no further. I will 100000% be using their service for every trip and vacation we take moving forward.

Ridgewalks is a much needed and already loved service in Ridgewood! Tim provided excellent care for my cat, Tito, while I was away in Texas. His daily reports comforted my worrisome mind & I was thrilled to see Tito make a new playful friend in him. He went above and beyond not only in care but when I had a family emergency was able to respond in a quick manner. Will definitely continue to use Ridgewalks in the future.
