I am beyond words at how my dog looks. These people are lazy and do not follow instructions. My mom asked for my beautiful standard poodle to be cut a little shorter, fluff him, leave his boots long + his face/ beard (we dont like the short poodle face). My mom specified all these things clearly, because again, we detest the short poodle hair cut. These people completely shaved my dog and left his ears and tail long. Ive been here two other times and they did an excellent job, this is very odd!they have two locations and didnt notify us that we had to bring him to a different location. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME THIS HAPPENS.They didnt even *try* to give him a stylized cut. They couldve atleast given him a poodle cut, but they shaved the top of his head and face. They did the easiest job possible, cut his hair completely so they dont need to fluff him. I ran a brush thru his boots/ paws yesterday, he wasnt knotty to the point that his hair should be shaved to expose his paws in the winter season. Like why is his whole body shaven. I got back a completely different dog.my mom called when we got him and the owner just yelled at the groomer instead of offering a partial refund or something.They called us before the end of his haircut, which i suspect is because they messed up his haircut so bad they needed to damage control. A lot of groomers do this w poodles, despite paying + tipping for the service, they insist in shaving poodles to avoid brushing and fluffing. id rather they have just washed him, asked to shave him down beforehand, and left him as he was and returned some of my money for no full hair. Hence my suspicion the error was made before.Not the mention the owner is mean to her employees. Go elsewhere and get anger management training.I cried when i saw him.

The team at My Pet & I Grooming did a wonderful job grooming my puppy @laylaloveskisses. Her coat has never look so incredible. I highly recommend you take your dog there!

I wish I could give 6 stars! This is the best cut I’ve ever had for my Yorkie, ever! And I’ve been to 4 groomers in the past 4,5 years. My Yorkie, Moja looks so amazing, like a cute little fox. Super attention to detail and super clean and neat. I love that they have swatches of the hair length wanted.

Place is horrible, owners and employees are irresponsible. I’ve lived here for a decade and everyone in the neighborhood hates this place and the owner. They let 8 or 9 dogs outside of the store without a leash at a time and the employees are unable to control the dogs and they keep them in bad conditions. The owner is very aggressive and mean. Avoid at all costs

I like how the staff at my Pet and I Grooming handle my dog Herman. He is always scared and nervous to get groomed but all the groomers are great at making him relax and they get the job done. Prices are great and they always accommodate us even when we walk in. He even got a cute bandana as a gift today!

Best Groomer.. I brought my dog Mickey there and explain to groomers that some places would call me to pick him up because he was biting. So I found My Pet& I Grooming she is patience and gentle, and spokes to him what magic she does it works. Even tho sometimes he wants to get crazy. She never gives up on him and to me that means she that she cares and loves for pets.Thanks for always welcoming Mickey !!🫶🐾

I have taken my 10 year old shorkie there when her other grooming place closed a few times and she always comes back well groomed and beautiful! The owner responds in a timely manner when setting an appointment. The store is clean and smells very nice upon entering. Services provided are great and her pricing is affordable. Would recommend her if you need a new grooming home for your fur baby!

I bring my dog Delilah who is about 12 years old and gets a little anxious when going to the groomer and gets treated so nicely here! They move at her pace and make her comfortable during her groom. I can always trust leaving my dog here and knowing that what I asked for will be completed and that my little old lady will be treated with the most gentle and kindness treatment!

I had recently switched my dogs groomer due to my dog being abused at their previous groomers. Coming to this new grooming place I immediately felt welcomed and was happy to see that my dog wasn’t trying to run out nor was he panicked. People are great and really nice. They took great care of my dog and did amazing on his grooming. I would definitely recommend bringing your fur babies here. You’ll definitely get your money’s worth and they pay so much respect to your pets. My dog was even comfortable running into the back where they groom the dogs all by himself to say goodbye, they even have a whole bunch of stuff to shop through for your dogs.

I would love to leave a good review for this place, but I sent my husband to get my cat bathed and nails trimmed and thought it would be around 50 bucks. Apparently my husband told them to do everything and I paid over $200 for a bald cat. 🤦‍♀️ so if you go, discuss what your expectations are vs what they are going to do and make sure both sides are VERY clear.The main reason I cant give this place any stars is because the ladies who run the place have a small pack of dogs that they let run freely outside WITHOUT any leash. They chased my terrified children and URINATED on my bag sitting at my feet as I was engaging her in a conversation.Another time one of the ladies was walking over to the shop and their same pack of dogs came running straight at me as I was walking on the sidewalk past the shop. Barking and being reactive and territorial -right up to me. They have them out daily with no leash. Groomed, but not trained to be non-reactive. And always right at this location. I have never brought my animals back even though its right in my neighborhood. Its unfortunate really.**Reply to reply.I have no issues with fur babies except that the owner doent leash them as they come and go from this business. Two out of four of the small dogs are territorial around that business and are reactive.Not LEASHING YOUR DOGS (especially reactive dogs) is illegal. A pet grooming store owner knows this. Having neighbors who do not feel free to walk down the sidewalk without being afraid that they will be accosted by a pack of unleashed dogs is BAD FOR BUSINESS. The fact that my children (who LOVE DOGS ) are TERRIFIED to walk past this store, which we do multiple times a week or even multiple times a day, and have to check to make SURE that no one is coming or going from the store is incredibly unfortunate.I wish I were the only neighbor expressing this concern. I wish I had only needed to express this concern ONE TIME in person when the initial event occurred. Unfortunately, the owner did NOT take any more responsibility except to apologize for it happening. Then it proceeded to happen again and again. Even two days ago when I was going into my vehicle the dogs came out and started running straight at me. This time the owner was able to call them back when they were only 4 feet away from me and my vehicle.It is tremendously unsettling to have a pack of dogs run at you as you are going about your own business. To have it occur MORE THAN ONCE is a sign of poor ownership and a lack of compassion and empathy for not only humans, but the puppies themselves who might face harsher consequences.It is my great belief that if you regret a situation, you take responsibility for it.I did a kindness by not reporting them chasing my kids. I accepted the apology.But the owner has not taken true responsibility for her dogs. this business owns a reputation of being a place you should fear to walk past.THE OWNERS SHOULD ALWAYS HAVE THEIR DOGS ON A LEASH WHEN COMING AND GOING FROM THIS BUSINESS (and in general as a point of fact), especially a pack of 4 dogs.And my husband DID bring my TigerLily to you and I got her back with a red ribbon with a bell around her neck fully shaved. That was fine. That was a year and a half ago. I didnt leave a review then because I figured it was a partially miscommunication on my husbands side. I own thatThats why I said be clear on both sides about expectations.However, I do take issue with the fact that her LOOSE animal URINATED on my bag outside beside the business gate ten seconds after the owner let them go without a leash and they chased my children screaming down the sidewalk while she still tried to engage me in a conversation about a kitten and handed me her business card,The owner should be grateful Im only leaving a bad review and NOT reporting the multiple separate times these dogs have come running at strangers who are walking or parking in our neighborhood. Theres 20 parking spots near your corner & multiple neighbors who are very unsettled.REAL REVIEW.

The Groomer was great but the owner needs anger management classes very rude and don’t know how to talk to customers when they ask questions . She is not professional at all.

I’m reading the comments a Karen has posted on behalf of my pet and I grooming this is sad. You are a miserable person and obviously have a lot of time on your hands trying to harm a business. This is not ok . I walk my dog there everyday they are friendly .So STop it . There are many dogs that walk unleashed in the neighborhood who are trained to walk like that, only there u can see they are obedient and well trained,so make sure you check them too since u have the time. She has been a blessing for my fur baby. 🐕Please stop by the shop and take a look not only grooming, but she also has amazing harness ,clothing beds , dog ties ,boots for the winter etc and a lot of medical treatment for our babies .For all ur dog needs stop in……….

I’ve been bringing my Shih tzu dog Alf here for grooming for a year now. They do a fabulous job, and the price is good as well. Dog grooming is such a tedious job, especially when my dog nips and bites (I’m sorry!) but they always manage to make her look ADORABLE 😊 she comes home to us with a bandana and smelling like jelly beans. The staff is also so nice and they take good care of her. I highly recommend this place! Also it’s cash only so make sure you bring enough for tip too! :)

Love this place for my doggies. They are super accommodating when I request an appointment and take good care of my boys when I drop them off. Of course they also do a great job at grooming dogs of all shapes and sizes. I recommend them to anyone in the area!

I bring my sweet pup Patrick here and he loves getting his grooming done - I live just a few blocks away and he always gets excited thinking we are going inside, he loves it so much! They are the best for his nail clippings and he always smells so fresh when I pick him up - he always leaves with a cute scarf or Bandana too. I even got great advice on his harness. I recommend to anyone looking for a good local groomer to go here!

Based on some reviews I decided to try this location and take my 8yr old shih tzu. I dropped my dog off at 3pm on Sat 1-22-22. I informed the young groomer that my dog was blind from his left eye and very sensitive. (A bit of a scarey cat) I asked her to have patience with him and treat him kind. At 5pm I called and was told my dog wasnt ready. (These things take time, its a process and he would be ready at about 6:30 & I would get a call 20 mins before hes ready) i felt comfortable and thought. Wow, they take their time surely hed be fine and get a great cut. Well I showed up at 6:20 because I never got a call. As, I walked in, the groomer immediately said.. IM SO SORRY....., he wouldnt stay still and I cut him. OMG OMG OMG. she cut him in the left eye. A deep cut. I was out of my mind pisst off, livid. Not only did she cut him, she did a horrible job. I immediately called the owner, and hear reply was (your dog wouldnt stay still & has behavioral issues.She refuse to take responsibility. Of course I went back and forth via phone and texts 😒. My dog may need sutures. I text pictures to the owner and didnt get a response. WORST, PLACE. BEWARE. DO NOT TAKE YOUR FURRY LITTLE ONES TO THIS PLACE.

I was charged 45$ the first time literally a week ago now I was charged 75$ all I asked for extra was deshedding.This is the last time I’m going there, they asked what type of breed I had. Once they saw my dog is stereotyped as “expensive” you want to charge me extra. I’m typically a loyal customer to any local business but clearly your trying to take advantage.

I took my Aussie a few months back to get him cleaned/groomed. I wanted him shower, trimmed, mouth washed, and nails clipped. Paid $55 and he was only showered. His nails did not get clipped because they said that he didn’t allowed them to do it (they market themselves as groomers, they should have some extensive knowledge as what to do in such cases). Also, the trimming of the hair was a bit upsetting since he is an Aussie and only needs his legs trimmed. They apparently needed to charge extra for that. Oh and when he got home hairs were still coming out of him. I don’t think he was properly brushed.

My husband went to have our baby Shih Tzu get groomed and I have to say, that she was well taken care of, and that the groomers did a wonderful job. They also gave my husband great advice as to how to continue caring for our baby. I just want to say, Thank you, I love, love, love how much care and love you guys put into our baby Chloe. We now have a place where we can take our baby and its close to home. Again I appreciate the love and care you put into caring for our pets. I was excited because I always like finding new little places to get stuff for my dog. They were closed, but the owner was still there. She opened the door, let out two dogs with no leash who pooped on the sidewalk. She didnt clean up after them. No way Im letting my pet in there if she cant even pick up after she couldnt share the minimum of care for her own pets.

I have three dogs and they all come out looking and smelling great. The owner is very detailed and gives me feedback on my dogs behavior. Thank you!

This groomer is positively terrible. My bf took his dog there recently and she came back horribly groomed and scared to death. If you love your pets, take them anywhere else!! Do not recommend... At all!! One-star reviews are very rare for me.

Made an appointment for noon with the woman at the front; she stated they open at 11 am. It is even on their answering service when you call.Was at the salon at 1130am (nice and early and case of any problems) and the place was closed. I left at 1150 am since it was still closed. I dont know if they even opened.If the answer to this post is you had a 12pm appointment and you should have waited, then don state in person and on your voice-mail service you hours start at 11am

They did a great job with my 6 month old Shih Tzu.He does not liked to be groomed and they were very patient with him. We will be returning!

I just had my fur baby’s birthday party here today (yes I love him that much as if he was my child) and the love and detail that Tita put into it was awesome! She decorated, made goodie bags for the other invited fur babies, and even baked the perfect dog friendly cake for my Buttons. She really went all out and he had a blast! She has also groomed Buttons a few times already and it always looked perfect! She really puts so much love and dedication into what she does! Thank you Tita!

Have tried scheduling an appointment for days -- owner shockingly rude over the phone and did not seem to want anything to do with my business -- that is okay, I will find someone who is kind and helpful elsewhere. Best of luck to you. Hopefully you are kinder to the animals in your care than the people who care for them.

Very horrible experience, the lady has an attitude and overreacts. Completely terrible experience, paid over 200 for my dog to be left uncut and unseen without any of the vaccines that we paid to be given to him. Highly unprofessional. Would never think of coming here again! Simply trash...

I’m unsure what the lady’s name is that works here but honestly she’s so rude and has no manners what so ever. If someone is being kind to you. There’s no reason for you to have an attitude and be rude about it. Learn how to speak to your customers.
