Andrea has done a fantastic job grooming our dog Bella. She was an older rescue dog who had never been professionally groomed and Andrea has been very patient and caring to her during her appointments. Highly recommend.

I found my forever groomer 5 years ago. I have stayed with her ever since. My dog loves her. And is very comfortable with her. I wouldnt take him to anyone else. Book an appointment with Megan. She is so kind and gentle with the pets she grooms. I was worried I wouldnt be able to find a groomer my dog and I trusted. And then we found Glamour Paws. Book an appointment with Megan asap! You wont be disappointed.

Megan always does an excellent job on my dog, Nibbles. He can be a bit sassy when she does his face. She always gets the job done.

Found a stray cat in my back yard and decided to keep him, after trying to find his owner. His fur was very matted so I made an appointment with Megan. She was very nice. The process was quick and pretty much painless. Although the cat was not super happy about the visit she gave him little breaks and talked to him trying to keep him calm. For my first experience with a groomer, I think it went very well. The customer service was good and the price was very reasonable.

I have been taking my doggy here for about a year and love it! Andrea is very patient with my little guy who is not easy to groom. The salon is clean and always smells good. My dog is comfortable going there which makes me know they treat him well when I am not there. Yes, the appointments take awhile, but that is because they are giving the dogs breaks in between because grooming is hard for some dogs. I highly recommend this groomer!

I have used Glamour Paws on three previous occasions. Today being the fourth, my dog Sugar, a poma-poo was to be groomed at 10:30. I dropped her off a few minutes after and told the assistant I had left my cell at home so I would stop by in a few hours to pick her up. I asked the assistant if she could explain the price chart of $36 to $50 for a full groom for small breeds. I told her I had never paid $36 so I was just curious what kind of service was for that price. She explained it was NOT for a full groom but more of a scissor cut of the face and paws. I know Ive always paid $45 plus a tip so I was just curious. I told her I wanted sugar to be rounded out on the face, ears and paws and would return after I ran a few errands in town. I returned at 12:30 to find Sugar had not been groomed at all. The owner informed me they tried to call me but must have had the WRONG NUMBER. AGAIN, I reiterated I left my cell at home this morning. She goes on to explain Sugar was matted three places on her legs and since I COMPLAINED about the prices when I dropped her off, they chose not to work on her until they heard back from me. She also informed me Sugar had an accident in the crate while waiting and it would be an extra charge for that as well. I asked how much for everything so I could pay her and come back to pick Sugar up in a few hours. She then told me she didnt have enough time to perform the groom now so at that point I felt like she just didnt want to groom her at all! I left feeling UPSET and couldnt help but wonder if the older white woman in front of me paying for her service had asked for clarification of the price chart if she would have been treated the same way?! As an African American small business owner for 9 years and 10 employees later, I would have NEVER spoke so accusatory toward a customer. I will NEVER AGAIN patronize this small business! I am spending the remainder of the day looking for a new groomer.

The cut and the people were nice however the charge was 14 dollars more than the first time we came here. When I expressed shock the girl said that the dog was very anxious and hard to deal with. Also the excuse for why the dog was not ready by the stated three hour time was that there were a lot of large dogs that morning. Poor management of time is not my fault yet I paid the price $$$. No bandana either! He has always been a good boy for his past cuts. He paid the price with anxiety. Maybe the folks with a ton of money and no sense of right and wrong with regards to pricing will be happy here. The owner is the one who overestimated her caseload and I paid the price. Please learn to see your side in this and how it affects the client.

Thank you Megean for taking pepper in on a couple hours notice . It was her first grooming experience (cavapoo) at 6 months old and she came out in two hours looking incredible. Pepper has a bit of separation anxiety but she came out better than expected! So pleased. Thanks again.

Should be zero stars. Andrea left our samoyed looking like he had been run over by a lawnmower. Shaved like he was being prepped for surgery on one hind quarter and shoulder and left with the rest looking like a total mess. Everything clipped unevenly down to his undercoat and now hes blowing his coat all over our house worse than ever. He looks like he was attacked, not groomed. She did not brush or comb him, just went at him with the clippers and claimed he was too matted and she didnt have time to finish. When I said you dont groom a double coat dog like that, she said I clearly was incapable of understanding. I said Id be happy to listen to her explanation at which time she said I was harassing her and threatened to call the police. I said, ok Ill wait outside for them. Then she literally pushed me out the door and locked it behind me. To be clear, I was not aggressive with her, I just showed her a picture and asked for an explanation. Not only does she not know what shes doing with dogs, she also has zero customer service skills. I only wish I could post a picture here of what she did to this poor dog.Response to owner: Well, I figured out how to post pictures. Seriously, you want to claim you did a good job here? Its funny that I could get a comb through his undercoat and you claim he was too matted to clip. The kids and I spent a few hours combing out the mess you left behind and doing the job that you should have done, so I do know. You are the professional and should be able to estimate the time it will take and quote a fair price for a proper job. And if you cant, dont take the job. You know you arent supposed to shave a dog like this down to the bare skin, right? How about just taking some time to comb him out properly? Even if he was matted (which he wasnt) it doesnt explain why every single part of his body was so outrageously uneven. Shame on you for doing this to a prize-winning show dog -- whose coat will never grow back the same way. Shame on you for charging for this embarrassingly bad work. And shame on you for not acting responsibly to warn us that we would need to take special care to watch his bare skin and keep him out of the sun because you left him susceptible to skin ulcers and sunburn. It is clear from your reviews and your own comments that you have neither the patience nor skills to work on this type of dog correctly. And you clearly do not have the business sense to treat your customers with respect. The pictures speak for themselves.
