Warm, thorough, patient and kind to my two pups. She won over my tougher rescue in a matter of one day. Kathy was professional, excellent with the dogs and very detailed with reporting. She even brought over a bed for one of my dogs who chewed up her own. Would absolutely recommend her to anyone.
