I debated on whether or not I should leave this review but decided it’s very important for any snow dog owners to know. I brought my husky here for a groom with specific instructions to call me if there is any concerns. His regular groomer was busy and we needed an urgent appointment, and decided to try this place out with its good reviews. Took about seven hours for him to be done, which should have been a red flag itself. When I picked him up, his belly was completely shaving, his side was absolutely haphazardlytrimmed or shaven. His behind region was also shaved. When I spoke to the employees about this, they explained he was really matted and that they had no other choice – they had no breed understanding that huskies are never to be shaven. They tried to explain to me that it was shaving under his belly, which “doesn’t matter “which is really ridiculous. My dog has very soft fur that gets easily compacted and just needs a lot of conditioner to be released, but they took it upon themselves to just shave my dog without my consent. I cannot speak to quality of work they provide non-snow dogs, but this is not the place to go if you have a double coated dog.

What a wonderful grooming salon .First I’ll start by saying the ladies that are there are wonderful .I brought my two Ragdoll cats there this Sunday .This has to be the cleanest grooming salon I’ve ever been to .Not a hair in sight and I’ll tell you they did have customers there while I was there so they had been grooming others .Go and see for yourself .

This is a great store! Kim and her staff are all super friendly and knowledgeable. Weve boarded our puppy here, and she has also gotten groomed. We feel comfortable knowing shes in good hands! And they have a great selection of products (food, toys, crates, etc). We are now loyal customers!

Aleisha, Carolyn, and Jenna did an exceptional job with my 13.5yr old puppy.The attention to detail that they paid to my senior dog (who gets anxious with grooming) made all the difference. Cookie came back a new dog with a new home for grooming. If you’re looking for a team that will take the right amount of time needed to care for your dog this is the place for you!

First time bringing our Yorkie there. The staff was awesome and made me feel comfortable leaving my almost 15 year old. Will be using them again!

I am an advocate for pretty much everything, Bark Bark grooming is now the salon I am recommending!OMGamazing staff,so clean,my dog had a good time! I was really impressed with their customer service ,and advice ! Recently um next to a tanning salon across from MacArthur, was my groomer who split,leaving all their clients not knowing this information, or where to go!Soooo if you were a client, of theirs you can try BARKBARK GROOMING/ DIAGNOL FROM NORTH SHORE FARMS.I would give them a 10!I am severe asthmatic and felt fine in there,that is how clean it is.They love dogs,and it shows!Support BARK BARK GROOMING!

I just want to thank Jenna and her staff for tending to my Maltese Lulu. My vet was closed and needed to look at her paw. It seemed that she had a little irritation from a toenail that was stuck in her paw. Jenna fixed her boo boo and shes ok. Great customer service

Unprofessional, poor on time management and they left my dog in a cage all day. My daughter mentioned that when she picked up our dogs she heard them cursing and yelling. I can’t even begin to imagine how they must treat them in the back. Extremely disappointing.

Brought my dog Rosie there today. They were very professional and nice. They made her look very pretty. The price was very reasonable also. I would recommend this place

I just brought my dog Katz there yesterday for a regular grooming. The staff is so nice. They did exactly what I asked for and he came out looking so handsome. I was using another local place but was very unhappy with his last appointment. We will be using Bark Bark from now on. The staff was so nice. I had surgery recently and needed some help getting my dog in the car. They not only put him in but they also put his seatbelt on as well. If you haven’t tried them for your animal you shouldn’t hesitate!

Completely ruined my dogs coat around his belly. Knowing he was half husky, they shaved him down to the skin. Clear lack of breed specific knowledge. Save your money

Took my puppy Kobe a micro YorkiePoo for his second ever grooming (the first place I took him did a horrible job on him) but Jenna and her staff did an amazing job on him. They made me and Kobe feel so comfortable I’m glad I was able to find a grooming place where both Kobe and I feel content and comfortable to go.
